Confession and Warm

If I really loved you, why would I try so hard to get away from you?

She was standing in front of him. Her eyes were obscured with her dark bangs and the commotion about a car that hit a young high school student was happening behind her.

"You're lying."

He found himself saying.

I wish I was. I told you I liked you didn't I? You're someone special to me. But do you know why I am doing this, Takishima?

She continued to say while his breath started to short.

It was painful to breath.

Because I've realized that it was easy to set aside and ignore your feelings

The pain built up and he heard some people yelling and crying.

It wasn't worth it. I'll feel the wrath of your grandfather. The rest of the S.A. will feel the wrath of your grandfather for what? For my feelings towards you? It's a very huge expiation for something so small.

He felt something damp on his forehead. His hands came to touch it and the liquid was sticky and smelled like metal. He gazed at his soaked hand. It was red. It was blood.

I might really like you but only as a rival. And rivals can be special. But that is it. Drop it, Takishima. My feelings for you are not worth the entire burden I'll receive when I grant what you want.

The pain became unbearable and Kei clutch his left side. He knelt on the ground, his eyes closing in pain.

"Hikari…" he called. Every breath felt like a knife was slowly sinking in his chest.

Hikari knelt in front of him. But the state of her person was different from moments ago.

Her right arm and leg were full of wounds and scratches.

Her cheek had cuts on it.

Her eyes, he can finally see it but it was a heartbreaking sight. They were full of tears and it cascaded nonstop on her cheeks.

Takishima…

She called at him.

The yelling and crying in the background was beginning to get louder and louder.

I just want protect the things I value the most. I didn't mean to hurt you.

The pain in his side intensified and Kei tried to muffle his scream. He wanted to reach out for Hikari but his hand stopped when he saw her chest was beginning to be soaked with blood.

Her heart was bleeding.

"Hikari!" Kei yelled. He extended his hand, reaching for her but she seemed to be moving away.

A black car appeared behind her.

It was speeding to Hikari's direction.

"HIKARI!"

He felt his ribs broke. He felt his breath got knocked out of his lungs and nausea hit him together with an unexplainable pain. He can't do anything but to watch Hikari bled as the car rapidly approached her.

Her lips opened, forming the words…

I'm so sorry.

Kei's eyes opened.

All he saw was white at first before the ceiling became clear.

His breathing labored under his oxygen mask.

His skin sticky with sweat.

He blinked slowly. His eyelids were still heavy.

"Kei-iiiii…."

Kei looked up to the crying voice and found out that it was his father.

"When I came back with the nurse, you were asleep again. Actually, she didn't believe me that you woke up because she said that the drug should take twelve hours before you gain consciousness and not three." Sui said with a sad smile.

Kei noted that his brother was still there.

"I'm so glad you're okay." Satoru continued to cry but what concerned him was the absence of the warmth that covered his hand some time ago.

"She left for home. She'd been here since you got admitted and the doctor insisted she go home. Hikari still need her rest since she's been slightly injured." Ryuu said with an apologetic smile. It only occurred to him that he has visitors.

The S.A. lacking of Hikari, were there with Yahiro and Sakura. All of them looking unhappy and he was not stupid to know that it was because of him. they might be weird in so many ways but they are still friends, precious friends.

Kei's attention was caught by Akira.

Her eyes were brimming with tears and her nose and cheeks were red. He gave her an unspoken question.

"I-I'm just not used to seeing monster Kei like this…" she answered. Her voice trembling while her lips quivered.

'Kei-kun…' Megumi popped on his side, holding her board for him to read. Unlike Akira, Megumi was visibly crying.

Kei thought they looked funny crying and worrying over him but seeing them, concerned over him made him a happy. He offered them a weak smile and Megumi and Akira started to cry harder, Sakura began to sniff.

"Ne Kei…." His childish father called. He was pale and the redness of his eyes was visible. "Mama said she's on her way. She tried to come earlier but the schedule was making her unable to do so. Don't worry, she's on her way."

Kei lifted his hand to remove the breathing mask over his mouth. He noted how he wasn't aching unlike how he felt moments before he had slept. Maybe they gave him some dose of painkillers. Taking advantage of his situation, Kei tried to sit up.

"Please Otousan, don't disturb her." he said looking at his baby-faced father. "Tell her I'm fine. She didn't need to come here. I'm fine. Assure her I'm alive."

"But Kei-"

"Please. I don't want her to leave something… unsettled that will… make… the President… upset… at her… And I don't want… the President… to know… what… happened…"

Kei's breathing was labored and everyone saw the way he winced with every breath.

"Kei…"

"Please Otousan… Tell her I'm fine…."

He really wanted to resist Kei. Midori needed to know her son's condition but he had a point. If Midori delayed some work, the President will know and it won't take time before he knew what happened to Kei. Then he'll surely know why it happened.

It might be not good for Hikari.

"Okay. I'll tell Mama and explain."

Satoru stood up and grab his mobile phone. He hastily walked towards the door to make the phone call to his wife but when he opened it, he was surprised to see someone was already standing in front of it.

"Whoah! Hikari-chan!" Satoru exclaimed.

The baby-faced CEO can't help but to envelop Hikari in a bear hug.

"Hikari-chan! You made me worried." He said, his eyes were pouring nonstop tears.

"Satoru-san…"

"Eh?! Why is my angel Hikari here? It's been five hours only!"

Akira was on Hikari's side in no time and and Satoru released her.

"What are you doing here, Hikari? You should be resting still! It's just been five hours!" Akira exclaimed but Hikari wasn't listening.

Her eyes and attention were focused at the guy on the bed.

There he was.

Takishima.

He looked fragile and exhausted something she had never dreamed of seeing.

She felt how her heart constricted in her chest.

"Hanazono-san?"

Her thoughts were cut by a voice. She looked behind her and saw the doctor that ordered her to go home and take some rest. A resigned smile playing on his lips.

"I see that you can't help but to go here, no?" the doctor pointed. His smile widens when he saw the young girl blushed.

"Well then, let me just examine Takishima-san." He announced and let himself in inside the room.

Hikari remained on her spot. Akira was still clinging into her but her attention was focused solely at Kei.

The doctor made his way to Kei's bed. He reprimanded him for taking off his breathing mask but Kei only looked at him blankly. He was trying to look at Hikari but her gaze was never leaving him and it was hard to make eye contact with her. He felt his heart beat hard under his chest and it was making him ache.

Akira motioned Hikari to step closer to the bed. She felt hesitant at first but she wanted to be closer to him after all, so all of them, except Satoru who made his way outside to talk to his wife, surrounded Kei and the doctor.

"How are you feeling, Takishima-san?" the doctor asked.

"I'm fine." He replied, his voice raspy and dry.

"Are you in pain?"

"Not much."

The doctor smiled. "That's good. That means your body is accepting the painkillers well."

Kei didn't know what to respond so he just nodded. For a second, his eyes settled on Hikari. She was still staring at him.

"You fractured three of you ribs." The doctor pointed.

"I figured." He silently replied.

"I know you will. We should remove the bandages now so your lungs won't collapse. This might hurt a little."

Kei nodded and with that, the doctor started to remove his bindings that covered his chest. Although all of them can see how careful the doctor was, Kei can't help but to flinched with pain. Sui who was holding his brother's arm was biting his lips and was trying hard not to let the tears fall.

The S.A. and the two Kokusen students cringed whenever Kei will flinched in pain.

"Tch. I don't want to see this." Yahiro said and made his way outside the door.

Soon after, Megumi who was on the verge of tears followed Yahiro.

When the final strip of binding was removed, everyone was horrified to see the big purple bruise covering the half of his chest. The doctor instructed Kei to take a deep slow breath. Kei followed but as soon as his chest rose, he felt a very sharp pain sliced through his fractured ribs.

"Ah!" he cried out of pain

Then it was soon followed by a loud gasp coming from Hikari.

Everyone looked at her, including Kei and the doctor.

Hikari's mouth was slightly opened and her eyes were wide. Tears were collecting in her eyes and Kei's heart beat faster.

Smiling, the doctor looked at Hikari.

"Don't worry. Removing the bindings will help him recover fast although it will be more painful to breathe than with the binding. I'll just dose him another shot of painkillers. Will that be alright, Hanazono-san?"

Hikari's mouth closed and the tears were forgotten, what she didn't forget was to blush.

Ryuu chuckled and Tadashi smiled. Kei was left bewildered as to why the doctor was telling Hikari the things he should be telling him and what's with Ryuu and Tadashi's reaction?

Satoru came and went beside Kei.

"Oh no! That was a big bruise! How is my son, Doctor?" his childish eyes were sparkling with tears.

"He will be fine, Takishima-san. I had removed the bandages and we will give him another shot of painkillers. Everything seemed to fine. Nothing that can't be healed by proper rest. I suggest trying his best to not move so much."

"You heard the doctor, ne Kei?" Satoru, who was composed now, addressed his oldest son and he nodded in response.

"Well then…" the doctor moved and looked at Hikari which made her jump in surprise. "I remembered telling you the same thing Hanazono-san but it looks like you are determined to continue looking after him."

Hikari blushed again and stammered a "sorry".

"Just don't exert too much energy and try to get plenty of rest. Also, don't forget to drink your painkillers that I had prescribed."

"Yes. And thank you." Hikari replied and bowed.

The doctor left with a promise to return with another dose of painkiller for Kei.

"So Kei, I had talked to Mama and she's sad that you don't want her to leave her work. Are you sure you don't want her to come?" Satoru asked.

"It's not that I don't want to… see her. I explained… it… already." He replied breathlessly while glaring at his father. Kei didn't want to repeat his reasons, Hikari was there and he didn't want to worry her.

Sui also glared at Satoru.

"Otousan! Don't make 'Nichan talk! You know how hard it is for him."

Satoru's face fell for being reprimanded by his younger son but it soon brightened when he remembered Hikari's presence.

"Hikari-chan! How are you? Are you okay?" he asked while holding both of her hands. That's when Satoru took notice of the paper bag she was holding.

"What's that?"

Hikari smiled and carefully placed the paper bag on the table beside Kei's bed.

"Apples. For… Takishima…."

Everybody looked at Hikari, then to Kei and back to Hikari.

Kei was looking at his bandaged hands on his lap while Hikari's eyes were looking somewhere else.

Tadashi started to make an excuse, dragging Akira with him. Sooner, all of them came up with excuses to go outside and promise to come back later. Surprisingly, Sui didn't need to be dragged by Satoru. He just stood and walked outside, but once near the door, he called for Hikari and she went after him.

"You know, I want to hate you." Sui said and Hikari flinched.

"I know. And I won't blame you if you will." She whispered.

Sui glared at her and Hikari was surprised to see the fire in his eyes.

"Stupid woman." He hissed. "Do you think I am that immature? I know this is grandfather's fault, but you didn't need to hurt Onichan."

"How did—"

"I said I am not that immature. I can tell." Sui sighed. "Just promise me to make it up to 'Nichan. He loves you and he was hurt. I'll expect you to make him happy."

"Sui..."

Sui reached to her face and playfully pinched her uninjured cheek.

Hikari yelped.

"I'll be back later." And with that, Sui ran away from the room.

Hikari smiled while rubbing her offended cheek but when the fact that she will need to face Kei alone, her smile disappeared. It was replaced with a thumping heart and cold hands.

Her hand was around the doorknob and she pushed it to close.

They were alone inside the room and although Hikari longed for this moment where she can talk to him with no one around, she can't help but to feel nervous.

She bravely looked at Kei but he was not looking at her. His gaze was still on his hands resting on his lap. Sucking an amount of air, Hikari walked towards him and sit at the seat beside his bed. She started to unpack the apples she brought.

"Uh. Here Takishima, I brought you some apples. I made them shaped like a rabbit. I think it's one of those things that I can't possibly make a mess with." she said with a fake chuckle.

Kei turned his head towards the rabbit apple. His eyes shone for a second before it came back to normal. He uttered a silent 'thank you'.

Hikari was not pleased.

She felt her heart like it was going to burst any minute. What caused Kei to be like this was because of her. She had hurt him and she didn't blame him if Kei will start to hate her. Of course, she didn't want that to happen. He needed to know her true feelings for him.

"Ah… Takishima?" she called but her voice was almost a whisper. Kei heard her though and when he looked at her, he offered her a small smile that made Hikari's cheeks to turned pink.

How can he still smile at her when she just made his life on the line? She didn't directly did it but she was the reason and she felt ashamed because of it.

Hikari bowed and her forehead almost touched her knees.

"I'm so sorry, Takishima. This is my entire fault. You didn't deserve to feel even a small amount of sadness, but I did it. I gave you tremendous pain, emotionally and physically. I don't want you to hate me but I won't blame you if you will. Just give me a chance to make this up to you, Takishima. Please…"

"I just want to protect the things I value the most. I didn't mean to hurt you."

Kei remembered those words in his dream.

"I'm so sorry…"

Her eyes were squeezed shut because of trying to prevent the tears from coming out of her eyes. She can feel her heart thudding inside her chest and it almost stopped beating when she felt a shaky hand on her shoulder.

Hikari slowly sat straight. She was embarrassed to look at her rival but the hand on her shoulder was coaxing her to look at him.

"It's okay. No one's blaming you… Especially me. I will never blame you." He whispered.

"Takishima…" the tears were pooling in her eyes but she refused to let it run down.

"I'll still be here when you needed me…"

She was speechless. She can't say anything.

"After all, what are friends are for, right?"

All of her feelings abruptly halted. Sure, what Takishima said was not wrong, but it wasn't right either.

"Friends?" Hikari found herself saying. She didn't know why it sounded so foreign on her tongue.

"Yes. If I didn't want to be more than friends, nothing of this will happen. You wouldn't feel sad like you are now…. It was all because of my selfishness… that's why I wanted to end this..." he was slowly running out of breath. "Forget what I said before… Being friends is enough for me…"

Kei withdrew his hand from her and looked away while Hikari watched him. Her face conveyed her surprise.

"What are you saying, Takishima? Just when I was determined to show you how I really felt f—"

"Stop it, Hikari. I know you're just doing this because of me. Probably you're feeling guilty…" he slowly shook his head and tried to breathe normally, "You didn't need to pretend… You didn't need to do this for me…"

He was panting when he finished his sentence. Kei closed his eyes and took a deep breath while trying to ignore the sharp pain in his ribs. Once he felt that he won't be out of breath, he looked Hikari and was astonished to see her eyes. Her coal colored eyes where ablaze. Her eyebrows creasing and her teeth were clenched together and he can see some part of her white teeth revealed by the frown of her soft lips. Her hands were on her lap, forming into a fist that seemed to be turning white. He had seen her like this a million times, this was like when he insulted her by calling her Ms. Number Two. And then it will be followed by a challenge. Surely she won't make a challenge with him while he's in a bad condition, right?

But Hikari's eyes continued to burn with rage and when she finally moved, Kei closed his eyes. Hikari was an impulsive person and he won't be surprised if she will hit him despite of his condition.

Although, he didn't know what made her livid.

The smack he was expecting didn't come so Kei slowly opened his eyes and was surprised to see Hikari's angry face inches away from him.

His heart started to beat rapidly and it was making his sore ribs ache.

Kei was on his back, he was no longer sitting but half lying on the board of the bed while Hikari was on all fours.

Her knees where on either side of his hips while her hands where on either side of his head.

Kei can't say anything or think anything besides Hikari's proximity and the position they're in. That's until she spoke.

"How dare you imply that I was lying or pretending?! I'm sometimes stupid and dense but I will never lie just to make you feel better even if you deserve it!"

"Hikari?"

"I admit. I was a coward. I don't want to be happy when all of our friends and family… especially you, suffering! But all of them assured me that they will be there to help us and I want to take the chance. I was selfish to decide for the both of us but I was scared that everything I have will be taken away from me just because I wanted to be happy."

Kei couldn't see her eyes. It was covered by her dark bangs.

When she finally leaned back, Kei tried to sit up straight but with his condition, he still needed the support of his arm.

He watched as Hikari puffed out her chest and cross her arms on it. She was not looking at him and a stubborn pout displayed on her lips.

So that's why she was angry with him. She didn't want to be friends. She wanted more.

More.

Kei chuckled and it made her turn to face him.

"What are you laughing at?" she asked, one eyebrow raised.

"I just never knew you are capable of being honest with yourself."

Hikari's can feel her vein popping on her hot head but she paid it no mind.

"Yes. It was a rare thing Takishima. It was just stupid for you to take it like I was lying." She snapped at him but Takishima just smiled and it made Hikari's heart to do many flipping motion inside her chest.

If she wanted more, who was he to deny her?

"Well, if you… said so…" he said.

"What?"

"Are you becoming deaf Hikari? I said: 'If you say so'."

Hikari looked at him like he had grown an extra head. She did want Kei to believe her but, it was just that easy? Somehow, it didn't felt right and she felt like she's exploiting his kindness.

"That's it?" she asked.

Kei tilt his head to the side looking perplexed. "Yes. Why?"

"No!" Hikari exclaimed and she moved.

Kei was surprised to realize that she was now much closer than moments before. Her hands were on either side of his body, her chest almost touching his and she was sitting on his lap. Suddenly, he became aware of his state, he wore nothing under the sheet!

The heat rapidly travelled on his face.

"Hikar—"

"No! I don't want you saying 'if you say so' or 'it's okay'! I know it's not okay and I don't know how much you feel about me to let all the things I did to slide off just like that!"

"Hika-!"

But Hikari wasn't giving him any second to respond, instead she lessen the distance of their faces to the point that Kei can feel her minty, cool breath on his mouth.

All that he can think of was how he was still alive because he was pretty sure that his heart had stopped beating.

"I want to make it up to you." Hikari murmured and Kei just stared at her.

Her physical position had only become obvious to her when Kei finally shift under her.

All of her blood rushed to her face but she can't lift herself. She didn't know if her embarrassment made her immobile but the back of her head was telling her that the real reason why her body didn't want to cooperate with her mind was because she didn't want to lose Kei's warmth.

Gulping, Hikari continued to talk.

"I want to make it up to you. I want you to feel how strongly I feel for you. Confessing is nice but it won't take us anywhere, especially when you are nicely cooperating."

A sound of mirth came out from Kei's mouth and Hikari felt herself blushing harder.

"And I, cooperating, was a bad thing?"Kei asked, a smile formed on his lips.

"Uh… Yes. It makes me look like I am taking advantage of your feelings… for me…"

Her voice became small and it almost sound like a whisper but Kei heard her well and her words made him think.

She wanted to prove it. Like how she wanted to prove herself in every challenge she came up with.

She was fidgeting over Kei and was avoiding his gaze that's why she didn't saw the way Kei affectionately stare at her.

But as always, she needs not to prove herself. Being herself like this was more than enough to prove that she was worth everything.

"Hikari…" he called and the affection in his voice made her want to melt on the spot.

"Takishima?"

"Did you know that I'm naked under the sheets?"

There was a pause.

A long pause.

But when Hikari's eyes grew wide and her face felt hot, Hikari opened her mouth and let out a scream.

"What?!"

Kei was pretty sure everyone in the hospital had heard her.

"I said… Did you know that I was naked under the sheets?" he repeated. The nonchalance in his voice was unnerving.

Hikari immediately jumped from him and Kei realized he already missed the contact immensely. Although he was fairly sure now that she won't be doing it sooner. The anger mixed with embarrassment that reflected in her eyes was a giveaway telling she will get him for this.

"Pervert!" she screamed.

Kei wanted to laugh, if not for his smarting left side, he must be laughing at her hilarious look right now. Instead, he just smiled.

But Hikari felt herself flushing hard when she saw that smile. Despite what she had directly or indirectly done to him, she still can make him smile like that.

At the small recess of her mind, she asked what she did to have such a wonderful- albeit pervert and sarcastic-person like him, like her. She wanted to say "love her" but the word will make her convulse on the spot. Although the other part of her mind was berating her for thinking innocently when it came into Takishima's feeling for her. Her body and soul knew how much this person feel for her.

"I'm the pervert?' he remarked sarcastically and his smile turned feral but the affect on Hikari didn't change.

"Obviously! Why didn't you tell me in the first place before I got too close?!" she retorted.

"Oya? I think you know why I will let you got too close." Hikari blushed. "But I did warn you. You just didn't let me finish talking. Besides, it was you who got on top of me."

"TOP OF WHO?!"

Both of them were surprised to see Akira by the door sporting a deathly glare while dark aura swarmed around her. Hikari felt nervous but what made her feeling went from nervous to embarrass to death was the fact that the rest of the S.A. –including Yahiro and Sakura- and the doctor who came back with some painkillers and his nurse thought out loud that they thought she and Kei were doing… something.

"Kei. I swear to God. I will not only break your remaining ribs but your neck as well."

"I can't believed Hikari-chan is capable of being a woman on top."

"Saiga! Shut up or the bear woman will kill us all!"

"I don't want Megumi or Jun sees what Kei and Hikari are doing."

"Oh? But Jun and I had done so much more!"

"Sakura! Don't tell them!"

"You had done it with Sakura-san?!"

"Doctor, is it okay for Takishima-san to do it with his girlfriend in his condition?"

"No. But I know Hanazono-san will be gentle."

All of them, all of what they are saying made Hikari's head want to burst. Her face was on flame and her body was shaking because of the embarrassment. She wanted to shout and when she opened her mouth, she stopped upon hearing a light chuckle beside her.

Hikari whipped her head to Kei's direction and glared down at him.

"You should be stopping them! Not join them into teasing us!" she hissed.

But when Kei stopped chuckling and gave her a full toothed-boyish grin, Hikari felt her breath catch in her throat and immediately followed by the pounding of her heart.

Not knowing what to do, Hikari looked away while the doctor and his nurse walked towards them who were immediately followed by the rest of the gang. The nurse started to write some records on her clip board.

"I'll inject this painkiller in your IV, Takishima-san. It'll help you with the pain. Then you should rest."

The doctor's last sentence was also insinuated to Hikari whom he was looking at.

Hikari took the hint.

"I'll go now. You know, to have some rest." She replied sheepishly.

The doctor smiled and nodded at her.

"We're going with you. Now that we know Kei's fine, we can leave him with his father and brother and we can finally take a rest." Ryuu said grinning and looking at Kei. "But we will wait until your father and brother came. They haven't eaten anything yet so they're at the cafeteria."

Kei nodded and smiled back, a silent reply of 'thanks'.

When the doctor and nurse were finished with their tasks, they bid the young group a polite goodbye. Just as they left, Satoru and Sui came.

"Onichan!" Sui called.

"You looked more than fine, Kei. I wonder why it is…" Satoru remarked, giving a grin to the oblivious HIkari.

Certainly annoyed, Akira tugged Hikari's arm. "Well, we have to go now. "She said.

The rest of them bid their goodbyes and ready to go, but Hikari was looking at Kei, her expression blanked but her eyes shone with emotions.

"I'll go now." She said, almost whispered.

Kei didn't dare to reply, what else was there to say? He didn't want her to go but he also didn't want to be a bother to her. She also needed her rest after all.

Sensing that she won't get any response from Kei, Hikari started walking but like everyone in the room, she was surprised when Kei's hand gripped her wrist.

She heard Akira's annoyed 'tch' but the rest of them were quiet, probably waiting for her move. Kei was gazing at her, but his expression was blank, almost bored but looking at his golden eyes, she knew better.

A blush crept to her cheeks and she couldn't help but to give in.

Hikari sighed.

Kei's chest tightened and although it might be possible that it was because of his broken ribs, he knew that it was not the reason. Hikari's sigh indicated something. Usually, it was giving up of small situations or situations that didn't count just to satisfy who or what involved. Sometimes, she sighed because of disappointment or because she was tired, but whatever the reason it, he didn't want to know that he's the cause.

More often than not, he don't give a damn with how other people express their negative emotions for him, but this was Hikari and whatever reaction or emotion she released because of him was so damn important.

The tightening in his chest became worst when Hikari started to move the arm he was holding. It was like the time in Yahiro's birthday party.

He felt how her skin slid against his fingers and watched Hikari as she look at their hands.

Kei was ready to let go, and let her leave. There's no point in making her stay if she made it clear that she didn't want to, hence he was surprised when once her palm slid against his fingers, her own fingers wrapped tightly with his.

Kei didn't know what to react. It was not the first time that they held hands, more often it was platonic and sometimes because of a bet that she lost. Also, she never initiated to hold his hand, it was always him who did it, be it to tease her or embarrassed the hell out of her.

Funny how world have their way on making things turn upside down. It was now him who was embarrassed, and the funny part? It was not her intention.

Of course, not her. She was too oblivious with how much he felt for her that a simple gesture as squeezing his fingers can make him melt in a puddle below her feet.

Kei was busy watching how their fingers looked perfectly intertwined that he gave no mind to the sounds of Yahiro's smirk, Jun, Ryuu and Tadashi's chuckles, Megumi's squeal, His father and Sakura's 'Awww' and Akira and Sui's annoyed 'Tch'. The only thing that made his eyes to look up at Hikari was when she tugged their hands, gesturing him to look at her.

He did.

He watched as Hikari blushed and give him a small beautiful smile before saying:

"I'll see you tomorrow."

And it almost took Kei's breath away. But he did manage to give her a smile too, a boyish smile that made Hikari blush more.

"I better see you here tomorrow, Ms. Number Two."

The "don't call me number two!" usual spill from Hikari didn't come. What came though was a beautiful grin before Akira and Sui decided that what was happening between them was annoying the hell out of them both.

Hikari and Kei didn't want to let go, but they have to.

At least what they have was a promise that tomorrow will be the start of something different.

Something sweet.

Something warm.

Definitely, tomorrow will be a start for something new.

And both of them can't wait.

Actually, this can pass like an ending right? Just kidding... Well, let me know if you enjoyed this so we can continue! ;)
