"Professor Snape, you are under arrest for use of the torture curse upon Princess Diana of the Island Nation of Themyscera." Amelia Bones said loud enough to be heard across the hall.

Dumbledore spoke quickly even as Lilly and Tonks drew their wands pointing them at Snape while Doctor Fate held out his hand towards him.
"Amelia, surely we can go somewhere and speak about this?" Dumbledore said quietly.
"Headmaster Dumbledore," Amelia Bones said, stressing the word Headmaster.
"Are you interfering in the Due Process of Law?" She asked with a stern look to the man.

Sighing Dumbledore shook his head.
"Very well, Professor Snape, please go with them, you won't be gone long." He said.

Snape turned a pleading gaze to Lilly as he spoke.
"Lilly… Please… "
"Don't talk to me Death Eater," Lilly almost snarled as she pulled a set of magic suppressing cuffs out, trusting in Tonks to watch her back as she cuffed Snape while she continued.
"I've seen the pensieve memories of how you treated my daughter. Any forgiveness I may have had you shattered." At this Snape's face paled even more as she lifted him out of his seat, making sure to get his wand and anything else on him, bagging it for evidence as she dragged him none too gently to Tonks.

"Professor Potter, please, there are children present!" Dumbledore said at Snape's treatment at her hands while Tonks took custody of him.
Lilly spun around and looked Dumbledore in the eye as she spoke.
"Don't – I'm still working, and you need to remember you can only talk to me as Headmaster, and only then if it pertains to my job as DADA tutor, those were the only exceptions on the restraining order until your trial for what you did to me." Turning back she looked to Snape and Hermione saw the contained rage in her emerald eyes as she spoke.

"Had you not let your hatred of James affect how you treated my daughter then I would have forgiven you, instead you let your hatred consume you, you who were put in a place of trust over people's children used it to abuse any who weren't Slytherin. You know I despise bigotry. In future if we need to speak you will refer to me as Mrs Potter. The Severus Snape I knew is dead to me."

With that she spun about on her heel, ignoring the fact her words had seemed to destroy the Potions Master as he was led from the hall, tears slipping down his face.
"Remind me never to get mum angry at me." Harmony whispered to Hermione.
Hermione looked over to see her friend leaning against Kara with one of the blonde's arms around her shoulder as they'd watched on.

Hermione grinned as she answered.
"Only if you don't annoy me first." Hermione answered causing a brief smile to pass Harmony's lips.
"Come on, let's eat, we still need to find out where we're living." Kara said as they started to eat, before long they finished before standing when Lilly came up to them.
"As you're married, you'll be housed in the guest suite in Gryffindor Tower." She said quietly.
Harmony nodded with a smile when Dumbledore's appearance wiped the smile from her face.
"I am sorry, but as a non-magical I cannot allow Mrs Potter to st-"
Harmony shot to her feet, rounding on the man as she spoke.
"Then where are the forms for me to withdraw?" she said cooly.
"I – sorry?" Dumbledore asked, looking shocked.

"If I am not allowed to have my wife living with me then I shall withdraw from Hogwarts, I'm pretty sure Dr Fate would be happy to continue my education…"
Grimacing Dumbledore spoke.
"But as a non-magical…"
Kara levitated herself off the bench until she was looking down to Dumbledore as she spoke.
"I think you'll find that your assumption is flawed, can muggles fly like I can? Can they set fire to things with a glance, freeze water with a single breath? Lift 10 tonnes as if it were nothing? I may not have your branch of magic, but I do have my own abilities that far surpass the norm, and I shall support my wife with whatever she decides.

With a single nod Dumbledore turned and stalked away, the group sighing in relief that nothing further transpired from the altercation.
Waiting until Kara had Settled back to the bench Harmony gently wrapped her slim arms about her wife and snuggled into her side, getting an amused chuckle from her mother.
"Come on you three," She said nodding to Hermione. "Lets show you where you'll be staying."
Nodding Harmony felt herself being helped to her feet before the four of them made their way up to Gryffindor tower, going in Lilly led them to what they assumed was a simple painting of a lion before she spoke.

"Three for guest quarters, one master bedroom and one guest room."
The lion nodded briefly before the painting swung open, going in Harmony saw it was a simple little common room with attached kitchen and washroom.
Two doors leading out, on investigation they found the first room was a simple one person bedroom with a small dresser and wardrobe, leading to an en suite bathroom.

Going back out they went and checked the second door, to find the large room here had a large king sized bed along with two dressers, a walk in closet, small couch and its own slightly larger en suite room.
"Well it seems this is your room you two." Hermione said with a small smile.
Kara nodded while Harmony turned to face Hermione.
"Same as in Grimmauld Hermione, should you need us, day or night, just come in." Harmony told her sincerely.
Getting a slight watery smile back she quickly wrapped her arms about her as Lilly spoke.
"Now unfortunately we're both due up on the tower tonight Harmony, Batman wants to go through some more techniques he wants to teach you, and I'm on watch."
Harmony sighed as she nodded, turning she pulled Kara into a gentle kiss and embrace before letting her go.

"Sorry love, duty calls." Kara nodded with a smile, she understood and was relieved, this would be the last time she, Harmony, Hermione or Lilly would be on duty now until Christmas.

Harmony quick-changed back to her 'Lightning' outfit before following Hawk Girl out to the courtyard and the two took off, propelling themselves to twice the speed of sound until they were high enough they could do Line-of-Sight apparition her mother side-alonging her when they took their 'jumps'

An hour later and they were in the tower, Hawk-Girl having gone straight to the monitor womb while Lightning flew to the training area, coming to land opposite the Batman.
"Good you're early," Batman said stepping closer before seemingly trying to surprise her and sweep her legs from under her, jumping straight over the sweep she shot forwards, sparring with him.

An hour later found her pinned face down to the floor, her right leg and left leg pulled up to meet behind her.
She tapped out and he released her.
"You did well, and from what Wonder Woman tells me, your friend's training is even higher?"
Lightning gave a brief smile as she nodded.
"She's been taking self-defence classes since she was little, all Wonder Woman had to do was adjust her practices slightly to take into account that she was going on the offensive."

He nodded.
"Very well, for now with how you move I think you would do well in the same sort of classes – ask Hermione to give you a few lessons, then we'll know if her style is good for you."
She quickly agreed before he let her go, not bothering to use the showers, instead casting a quick scourgify she flew straight to the monitor womb, coming to land next to her, like her mother, leaving her midnight black wings out.

She didn't even get to speak when Hawk-Girl sighed as a red light lit up on the console.
"Great – the Joker's escaped." Lightning grimaced, from reading his file and hearing the stories from Batman this was one crook that needed to be taken out swiftly.
"Come on, you're with me." Hawk-Girl said surprising Lightning as the pair took off, helmets morphing into view before they settled them as they flew to the teleporter.
Moments later and they were less than three streets away.
Lightning took to the sky as Hawk-Girl ran along the ground, when they approached what they saw infuriated them, the Joker was delivering a vicious beating to Harley before his words stopped them cold.

"It took you long enough! I told you to break me out within two days or it's the collar for a week!"
"No please M – Mistah J y can't!"
Joker chuckled.
"Oh can't I, I can do anything my pet – remember the whole world thinks you follow me like a willing little psychopath," He let loose a guffaw as he spoke. "If only they knew they could help you – now come on, unle-ess of course you want little Lucy to be given to the boys…"
"NO! Leave my daughter alone!"

The Joker chuckled as he gave an evil smile.
"Har-leeey, we have a problem then – I promised the boys some fu-un!"
"I – I'll do it, just leave Lucy alone!"
The joker's maniacal laughter rang through the clearing.
"Oh such willingness from a mother for her child, if only the batfreak could see his ultimate failure, he tries to lock you up, yet doesn't know you're my little slave!"

"He does now." Batman's voice made both the winged women and the villains jump as he appeared out of an alley.
"Oh Ba-aats why you gotta ruin my fun?" The joker said, throwing a cherry bomb his way.
Batting it aside Batman leapt forwards as a communication charm hit Lightning.
"Get Harley, take her to get her daughter and meet us back at the watchtower – I'll cover Batman." Lightning didn't answer, simply crouched and when the moment was right swooped down the vertical face of the building, her wings snapping open as she flew less than 3 ft from the ground, slamming into Harley's midriff, taking a screaming jester to a roof top before gently landing.
"Hey, what's the big idea!" Harley demanded glaring at her.

"Get you away from Joker, get Lucy free, and get you both up to the watchtower for safety."
Harley's eyes seemed to fill with tears as she shook her head.
"I – you'll help?" She asked with the merest traces of hope in her voice.
Lightning nodded.
"Yes, now come on, Hawk-Girl and Batman will keep the joker occupied."

They didn't take long to get to where Harley knew Lucy was being kept, coming to land on the roof of a building as Lightning drew her wand.
"Homenum Revelio" She whispered.
When the red outlines of people showed a person seemingly hidden alone at the back of the building Harley spoke.
"That's where they keeps her."
Lightning nodded, taking Harley down to a second story window and alighting her on the sill, glad the jester's perfect balance kept her steady as Lightning quickly transfigured the steel bars to paper, shredding them before vanishing the window.
Harley jumped through, Lightning following as she ran to a bed, gathering a young woman in her arms.
"It's mummy Lucy, mummy's here." She said quietly, before lifting her up, turning to face Lightning the young woman had to fight her fury down, Lucy looked far from well.

Pulling her communicator she flipped it open and spoke.
"Lightning to watchtower, where's the nearest teleport site?"
"Half a mile to the south," Nodding she closed the communicator and looked to Harley.
"Can you drive?" Harley nodded with a questioning look.
"I can carry one, but not both, I'm not that stro – wait,"
Flipping her communicator back open she spoke.
"Supergirl, come in."

"Whu – awah," A groggy voice answered.
"Supergirl, I need you at my coordinates ASAP, two person extraction, Harley Quinn and her Daughter Lucy, Joker forced her to do everything with her Daughter's well being as incentive."
"Right, leave your communicator on – I'll home in on the signal." Harmony nodded flipping it closed looking to Harley.

"When she gets here, I'll carry Lucy while she carries you to safety – it won't take her long."
It wouldn't take long at all, she had recognised where they were, not in Gotham, but for some reason, Edinburgh.

With Hogwarts so close and Supergirl not needing to limit herself to Mach 2 she would be here any time… now.
She completed the thought as the blue topped, red skirted blond bombshell she was married to floated in through the window, coming to alight on the floor.
"Supergirl can you carry Harley to the Teleport site while I carry her daughter." Supergirl nodded and with a surprised squark from the jester swept Harley up into her arms and flew out the window, Lightning taking Lucy from Harley as she did before they flew out, two flicks of her wand repairing the window and bars, making it so no one knew how they got Lucy out.

Twenty minutes later they were in the hospital wing of the Watchtower and the two rescued being treated. The first thing done was remove the explosive tracking devices from their bodies.
After they had finished Supergirl pulled Lightning to one side.
"Lucy's scans are showing up as a magical, she'll need training." Lightning sighed as she nodded, turning to go to Harley who was sitting on the edge of her unconscious daughter's bed.
"Hey, how're you feeling?" She asked.
Two blue eyes awash with multiple emotions looked to her as Harley spoke.
"Lost, I – I dunno what I'm gonna do now, I gots a record a mile long – all because if I did'na do what Mistah J said, entertained his boys – anything, they'd hurt my Lucy."

Lightning forced the rage in her down, before she spoke.
"And that won't matter by morning, the League knows what happened now, they'll see to it that all law enforcement agencies know the truth, your record will be expunged."

"Still what am I gonna do? I ain't gots a place, an Lucy got some strange abilities she's gonna need help with." Lightning sat on the edge of the bed facing Harley as Supergirl disappeared.
"True, but your Daughter can go to a school that specialises in training these outbursts, helps to learn control, and if you'd like, well I've got a spare room in my house?"

Harley's lower lip seemed to tremble a little as she spoke.
"You'd do that for me? Even afta all I done?"
Lightning smiled a little and nodded.
"Yeah, you just have to promise me that any identities you learn there stay secret, that way no one innocent gets hurt when people go after them."
Harley nodded a little before promising that she'd not ever betray them.
"Good, now I'm going to have to go as I'm still 'On Call' as it were, but Supergirl will still be here if you need anything okay?"

Harley nodded before sitting back in the bed as she smiled a small smile.
"I'm finally free ov him." She said quietly.

Two days later Harmony was walking to class with Hermione when their communicators went off.
Frowning the two went into a spare classroom quickly throwing up a set of privacy wards before flicking them open.
On the screen Superman's face showed up.
"Good you're together, we've just had an… interesting communique from Lex Luthor."
"Oh?" Harmony said.
"Yes, he's got his own way of finding information and he puts – and I quote; Tell Miss Potter that her enemy is my enemy, evil like that needs to be dealt with."
"Do you believe him?" Hermione said somewhat disbelievingly.

To their surprise Superman nodded.
"Bear in mind his entire reason for going from simply shady to full time criminal – me. He sees the danger I pose to the planet should I go rogue, that scares him, he needed more funding than he could get from his legal ventures – his entire aim, methods notwithstanding, has in his mind been to protect the people of Earth, the innocents that get hurt, they're 'Acceptable Losses' in his mind, a few compared to the billions on the planet."

Hermione sighed as she spoke with a half growl.
"For the Greater Good, the needs of the many not only outway the few, but they must in his mind."
Superman nodded.
"As it is I think it's safe to arrange a meet – it won't be the first time we've had a temporary truce."
Harmony nodded.
"Fine, but it will be with my mother there too, and if you can get him to agree, the Bat."
Superman smiled a little as he replied.
"I spoke to him first, he's insisted that he be there already. The two nodded before they got the time and location of the meet.

Going back out they hurried to their class, DADA.
Going in, thankfully only a couple of minutes late, Harmony only had to mouth 'Superman' to her and they weren't docked points for being late.

Taking her seat she watched as Lilly started to teach.

Coming to stand in front of the class Lilly spoke.
"Okay who can tell me the first thing anyone needs to know in a fight?"
Straight away there were multiple hands up.
Pointing at one Slytherin she nodded.
"The most effective spell to put your enemy down Professor." Lilly shook her head.
"No Mr Zabini, but it was a good suggestion, 5 points to Slytherin." She finished surprising the group.
Pointing to another student, this time a Gryffindor, Cormac McClaggen.
"How to shield."
Lilly again shook her head.
"Close again, but no. 5 points to Gryffindor for another good suggestion however."

Looking around she spotted another Gryfindor with their hand up.
"Yes Miss Brown?"
"The nearest cover?"
Lilly smiled a little as she answered.
"Very close, six points."

Another Slytherin put their hand up getting her attention.
"I would say the fastest way to get out of the fight, but I'm assuming you're on about if that method is not available?"
Lilly nodded as she awarded 6 points to him, before asking what he thought the suggestion should be."

Frowning he spoke.
"Not once have you mentioned using spells, and with Brown's suggestion being close, I'm going to say not only places to hide, but the full environment around you, points for cover, not only to hide but fight back?"
"Very good Mr Belby 6 points – now for the bonus, what is the one thing other than that you should all know?"

Again he frowned, shaking his head, "I'm sorry Professor I don't know."
"That's okay, anyone else? Other than those who've had me tutoring them over the holidays?" She finished with a smile to Harmony.
When no one else raised a hand she took out her wand, placing it on her desk before looking about the group.
"Mr Thomas, Mr Belby; could you please step forward to assist?"

When the two students stepped forwards she spaced them either side of her desk as she moved back into the demonstration area.
"I want you both to try and stun me." She said with a smile of reassurance.
"But Professor, you're unarmed?" Dean complained pointing to her wand.
Lilly nodded.
"I know." She said. "Now stun me."

Getting told again, the two students drew their wands and let the stunners fly, when to their shock, Lilly twisted, leaping onto her desk, landing between them, dropping to the floor in a crouch as their second stunners flew overhead, slamming into each other.

Standing carefully Lilly took her wand up off the desk and enervated the two before sending them back to their desks.
"Now, what happened? Anyone?" Seamus raised his hand with a half smile.
"Dean made an ass of himself!"
Lilly frowned.
"Five points from Gryffindor Mr Finnegan, I am trying to teach you how to stay alive, this is no time for jokes."
Blushing at the rebuke he looked down as Lilly looked around."
"Well?"

Finally Belby put his hand up again.
Nodding to him he started to speak.
"To not only be aware of our surroundings, but other people in them, and not to underestimate your opponent, just because they're disarmed doesn't mean you've negated the threat."
Lilly nodded, shocking the group further when she awarded Slytherin 10 points.

The entire class was riveted, Lilly wasn't just a decent tutor, but a master at getting knowledge out to young people's minds that stuck there.
Once the bell went to let people know the class was over Lilly held her hand up keeping them all back a moment.
"For your homework I want a dissertation on how you would incorporate misdirection in getting away from a fight you're obviously ill equipped to deal with."

The class soon left though Harmony and Kara hung back along with Hermione.
"Harmony, they're putting the Dursley's on trial next week and the prosecution has asked for you to be called as a witness – do you think you could do it?" Harmony swallowed a little before she nodded.
"I could if – you, Kara and Hermione came with me?" She asked.
Lilly smiled as she spoke.
"I'll make sure they know – now scram, get some food down you." Harmony nodded fighting a smile as she left the room, Kara and Hermione with her.

Looking to the side she saw Hermione looking somewhat downcast still as she spoke.
"Hey you alright?" Hermione shook her head briefly as she spoke.
"No, but I will be." She said quietly as Harmony reached across and took her hand giving it a gentle squeeze.
"Just remember if you ever need us," Hermione gave a small smile back as she nodded.
"Thanks."

Kara looked on with a hidden smile of her own, she'd been worried about Hermione as less traumatic experiences had sent people into the darker ways of dealing with things – but Hermione seemed to be pulling through, though they would keep a close eye on her.

Severus Snape woke up in a cell – not like the ones in the Ministry though, this one was plain rock with a wooden door and some small bars over a window – he'd been stunned as soon as they left Hogwarts.

Getting up he went up to the window and looked outside, stood there in what he recognised as a very roman style armour was a woman.
"Who are you, where am I? I demand to speak to someone in charge!" He demanded, yet the woman didn't even flinch – let alone acknowledge him.
He tried multiple times to get the woman to speak but it proved useless.

What felt like hours later he saw the door open, stood in the doorway was another woman in armour, she quickly walked up to him and without a word hauled him to his feet.
"Where are you taking me?!" He asked.
"To your trial." He felt his face go pale at this as he spoke.
"No, I haven't done anything wrong!"
The woman didn't even answer him, as soon as he was out the cell, another bound his hands tightly at the wrists before he was dragged through what looked like to be an ancient greek city and into the Palace there.

Once inside he found himself in a large rectangular room with tiered seating either side, seats full of women and three women up on a dais at the end.
The two guards hauled him the length of the room and sat him in a chair, facing up to the three stern faced women.
"Severus Tobias Snape, you have been brought before us to sit trial for the crimes of Murder, Attempted Murder, and use of the Torture Curse, specifically the Crucio Curse handed down to man by Ares God of War on The Princess of Themyscera." Snape felt his face pale at this, he was well aware of the legends of the Amazonian warriors, and knew there would be no forgiveness.

"Now on my left is Artemis and on my right is Athera, I am Hippolyta Queen of the Amazons."

"You can't do this! I'm a Wizard of Britain, I demand my trial be held by their Ministry!" He shouted, there would be no Albus to protect him here – he had to get them to send him back.
"You're wrong, we were granted the right to try you by your own Ministry, it was they who handed you over to us, now how do you plead?"

"Who am I accused of hurting? I would face my accuser." Snap demanded.
Hypolita nodded, before gesturing to the side.
Snape looked and felt the final bit of blood drain from his face, the woman standing there was the woman he'd tortured when the Death Eaters – led by him to outside Grimmauld had attacked.
"Well, you obviously recognise this woman, what do you plead."
"Not Guilty!"

The surrounding people started murmuring amongst themselves when Artemis held out her hand.
"We have, using our own methods, seen the memory of the attack, how do you claim you were not the one to do the act?"
He looked up to them as he spoke.
"I was under the imperious curse!"

Hypolita simply shook her head as she spoke.
"Very well, if that is your defence, we shall reconvene in 24 hours, where we shall have an expert in the arts arcane test you for this, should they find you speak true, you will be compensated for your time here, however should you be lying you will face our judgement. Return him to his cell."

Snape was once again manhandled out of the chamber and back to the cell he'd woken up in, where the ropes binding his hands together were cut, before the door was closed.
He lay back on his cot, a small smirk on his lips, he was a master at legilimency and would easily fool the one to test him – or so he thought.

Harmony and Kara had just finished their final lesson for the day and were heading back to the DADA class when they were intercepted by Dumbledore.
"Mrs Potter, am I to understand you are going to be a witness tomorrow?" He asked.
Harmony simply nodded.
"I was hoping you would not do this – forgiveness for those who wron-"
"Forgiveness? Forgiveness for those people? Are you insane! Get away from me old man before I decide to have you arrested for interfering!" She shouted back, fighting her own anger while Kara stepped forwards.

"A man who protects abusers is by default complicit in their actions – that you put my wife in that environment sickens me, know this Dumbledore, after today we are going to be coming after you, now if you'll excuse us."
With that Kara wrapped her arm about Harmony's shoulder trying to move around Dumbledore when he moved to block the way.
"For Harmony's own safety I cannot allow her to leave the cast-"
"Professor Dumbledore, get away from my Daughter!" Lilly's voice echoed down the corridor, she stormed up behind him wand in hand, her own face set sternly as she spoke.
"You cannot stop her leaving, she is under my guardianship, and as her mother I have given her full permission to attend."

"It is not safe outside Hogw-"
"What part of stay away did you not hear, carry on and I'll arrest you for harassment and witness tampering!"
"Surely that won't be necessary, I am just trying to stop those who may be redeemed-"
"Redemption?!" Harmony screamed, a blast of uncontrolled magic radiating out from her, slamming into everyone, causing both Lilly and Kara to stagger, while the brunt of the force was directed at Dumbledore, knocking him down to the ground.

Not even bothering to say anymore the dark haired emerald eyed witch stormed down the corridor with her mother and wife, going into the DADA classroom.
As soon as the door was closed Kara pulled the trembling girl into her arms and held her close.
"shh, it's alright Harmony, steady breaths." Gently she guided them to a seat, pulling Harmony down on to her lap as she calmed her down.

It was five minutes later when the door was knocked and Harmony had somewhat calmed down, Lilly went and opened the door, letting Hermione in.
"Hermione?" Harmony asked quietly.
"You didn't think I'd let you face this without supporting you did you?" Hermione asked quietly, coming to kneel in front of her.
"You've been there for me when I need it, now let me be there for you."

Harmony managed a small smile nodding before they stood.
"So how we getting home for the night?" Harmony asked, getting a smile from Lilly.
"Well I thought we might take a nice flight?"
Harmony instantly liked the idea, she could do with the feelings that washed through her as the wind passed over her feathers.

"Come on, McGonagall already knows we'll be gone by the time dinner's finished." Lilly said with a grin, guiding them up to the DADA office.
Going in, Harmony immediately spotted a second door that hadn't been there before, one Lilly opened and waved them through, following after she closed and locked the door behind herself, finding herself on a spiral staircase, Harmony went up, her hand in Kara's.
"Where does this lead to?" Hermione's voice came to them along with Lilly's chuckle as she answered.
"You'll see."

See indeed they did, the stairwell opened onto a balcony that had a view over the black lake and the Forbidden Forest beyond.
The warm sunlight bathing all in a golden glow.
"I had this Balcony added so if I needed to get out in a hurry, or just wanted to fly, I could." Lilly said quietly before Hermione spoke.
"I might just bring my sketchbook up here."
Lilly had stepped next to Hermione as she rested a hand on her shoulder.
"You'd be welcome anytime."

Looking around Harmony saw they were ready and with a tiny push of magic changed into her flight outfit, summoning her helmet and settling it she let her wings appear as did Lilly, before with two powerful beats of her wings she launched from the balcony, Kara following a moment later.
Looking over her shoulder she saw Hermione and her mother had quickly joined them.
Hermione also changing into her Amazonian clothing.

Angling themselves towards London they flew.

Harley was sat in the kitchen of Grimmauld Place with her daughter reading a book when the kitchen door opened and the four from Hogwarts walked in.
"Heya!" Harley said with a big grin, quickly coming over and pulling Harmony and Kara into a big hug.
"Thanks fer savin me an Lucy." She said quietly.
"It was no problem, how're you keeping?" They asked heading into the kitchen.
Harley took her seat again as the others sat around the table before she sighed.
"I'm doin' okay I guess, still ain't been able find a good phschy tho – I studied it enough to know I needs councellin' but I needs find one who won't just shove drugs in me."

Hermione had sat down near them as she spoke.
"Honestly Harley? I don't think you'll find that in Britain, they're too reliant on drugs to help – the best I can suggest is try to find someone you trust to talk to."
Harley nodded before she spoke.
"But – how will I know they'll be able deal with all I say?" Hermione reached over and gently took her hand.
"Because they know they'll just be hearing it – you're the one that lived it."
Harley nodded before sighing.
"I wish I could talk to Bats,"

Harmony looked to Supergirl who nodded before she spoke.
"I'll get in touch with him Harley – I'm sure he'll help." Harley looked to her with eyes full of hope.
"Are ya sure?"
Harmony nodded.
"Very – don't worry Harley, now I think someone's fallen asleep."
Harley looked to the side to see Lucy had indeed fallen asleep and smiled as she gathered her in her arms.
"Thanks fer letin us stay for a bit."

Harmony shook her head as she spoke.
"Harley, those two rooms you and Lucy have are yours, just like the one further down is Hermione's – this if you want can be your home now."
Harley smiled a little as she took Lucy out the room, her eyes holding back tears as she made her way upstairs and to Lucy's bedroom, settling her on the bed.

The few days she'd been here had opened her eyes, everyone here was different, but they all got on like a big family that wouldn't hit you as soon as they looked at you.
She decided to take Harmony up on that offer of staying, she wanted her daughter growing up around people who cared and did the right thing, growing up to become a far better person than she had originally, it had taken the Joker threatening her daughter to reveal to her how bad he was.
She only hoped she never saw him again else she would kill him for what he'd forced her to do to keep her daughter safe.

Snape stood tall as he was led out of his cell, having spent the night building up his mental barriers and false memories.
He was once more bound and led to the tiered room, forced to come and stand before the queen.
When she stared imperiously down to him.
"Severus Snape, you claim that your actions were not your own due to imperious curse. do you confirm that is your defence?"

"I do Your Majesty." He said in his silky tones - in his mind thinking about how once he had tricked these people how he would, slowly, regain Lilly's trust in him, and before long she would be his.

Hypolita looked to one of the warriors standing to the side whom stepped out a moment, returning she carried a chest. Setting it down she lifted out a pendant and came over to the bound Snape - holding it up she waited for Hypolita to speak.
"This pendant, forged by the God Dolos will help us to ascertain the truth from your thoughts, it may not be taken off except by Amazon Hands," Here the warrior placed it about him, it's effects causing him to pale as Hypolyta continued.
"You will now be feeling the first of its effects, the blocking of your ability to shield your mind."

Next Hypolyta stood, stepping down the steps holding a golden rope.
"This rope is, like the one my in the possession of Daughter, whom you tortured, is known as 'The Lasso of Truth' flicking it, it wrapped about Snape's waist.
"You cannot lie - did you cast the Cruciatus Curse on my daughter as she lay on the ground, while referring to her as a 'Filthy Muggle'?"

Snape ground out a confirmation of this, not being forced at the moment as this question on its own would not seal his guilt.
"Are you claiming this was done while you were under the Imperius Curse, thus taking away thine own free will."
Again Snape answered in the affirmative, thinking this would be the last question, and with how it was phrased, he could, with it being 'are you claiming.'
He was suddenly disabused of that notion when Hypolyta asked her next question.
"At any point during your time as a Death eater, after you claimed to turn spy, were you placed under the imperious curse?"
Snape desperately tried to answer yes to this question, opening his mouth to do so when he found his mouth betraying the truth, no matter how hard he tried.
"No."

Hypolyta glared at him, her next question sealing his fate.
"Did you both before and after your time as a 'double agent' continue your death eater crimes willingly and without remorse."
This time he tried for a denial, but yet again, no matter how hard he tried, the truth was all that he could speak.
"Always."

"One final question," Hypolyta asked, deadly in her tone.
"If found innocent of your crimes today, would you willingly continue serving the Dark Lord, and continue the crimes perpetrated by Death Eaters."
Snape, sweating hard as he desperately tried to deny, went ashen faced as there was only one word that came out his mouth.
"Gladly."

Hypolyta flicked her wrist, the rope of its own accord releasing his waist before turning and making her way back up to her throne, sitting in it, she stared down at him with a cold, icy expression.
"As the mother of the injured party I cannot vote - it would not be seemingly - so I ask you, Amazons of Themyscira, Stand if you find this man Guilty of the attack on your crown princess, guilty of murder, torture, rape and sedition to the governing body of his homeland!"
Severus Snape looked around, his sallow complexion now devoid of colour as every single Amazon stood.

"Then by our laws, as you were turned to us for trial, you are to be executed, your sentence will be carried out immediately!"
Before Snape could utter a single syllable, he felt something hit his neck, before he knew no more on the mortal plane. The warrior stood behind him had instantly drawn her sword, and in one smooth arc, separated his head from his shoulders.

Hypolyta looked to the collapsed body with loathing.
"Take his body and destroy it, we shall return his ashes to his homeland - Hades will deal with his soul."
