I typed this on my new phone! HUGE APOLOGIES for not updating this one in FOREVER, but I've only recently just got ideas. I'm trying to work on stories I don't usually update- I've updated Snow Fairy- and I want to update Parenthood and Royals. Thanks to PyromaniacValdez, I've got ideas to Royals- are there any suggestions for any other of my stories?

The man behind the desk didn't seem at all keen to let her use the lift to Olympus. He instantly regretted that choice; knives did not belong in arms.

Lilly swiped the card and stomped promptly to the lift, kicking out the middle-aged man with his battered briefcase. She was not dealing with idiots any longer and those supposed 'beloved' gods upstairs were part of the idiots. It was a simple matter to stroll through the previously beautiful Olympus city. All that remained of it now were flooded homes, wrecked gardens and very disgruntled minor gods. Not that they could stand up to her. Not with her new weapon of power.

Combining Athenian knowledge with the power of Poseidon. Her siblings had not used such rich heritage to their advantage. Alvie would prove a most worthy battle, but the others? No. She highly doubted it.

Retrieving herself from her thoughts, she discovered she had reached her destination- the Olympian throne room. Splendid.

Oh, she couldn't wait to see the looks on their faces! How they will marvel at the power little Lilly Jackson now wielded. They wouldn't find her a shy, but clever and polite young girl anymore. Today, that all changed. Today, she would make them pay; she would degrade them like they had degraded so many of their demigod children. Children they had claimed to have loved.

As if that were true.

Examining the large doors separating her and her soon-to-be victims, Lilly selected the best points to unleash her new found power on; points that would enable her to surprise them with an almighty explosion and severe debris.

And that was exactly what she did. There was no time for nonsense, pleasantries or witty, yet cliché puns. Time was of the essence. Alvie may have already sussed what she was doing, applying his advanced mental abilities. Abilities that Lilly one day hoped to utilize for her own malevolent deeds. With the gods shamed and demigods losing faith, it shouldn't take long for her to start recruiting legacies. Alvie wouldn't side with her voluntarily, but maybe if she got hold of Crystal... He would never let her be at risk. Ever.

But that was for later. For now, twelve Olympian gods were staring at her in amazement and what she thought was horror. Excellent.

"Lilly." Poseidon announced hoarsely, as though it had not been clear beforehand who was standing in their demolished doorway, power rippling across her body and encasing them. Even if they wanted to leave, they couldn't. She wasn't going to let them. "Why are you doing this?" His eyes narrowed as he realised what she was holding. "You-"

"Yes, I stole your trident. And you call yourself an all-knowing god. Ha! I've met corpses smarter than you!" She levelled the trident at her grandfather. Zeus, the twins, Athena, Ares, Hermes and Hephaestus rose angrily, trademark weapons materialising in their grasp. Those who hadn't stood to defend themselves stared at Lilly with appalled grimaces.

This did not include the sea god.

He looked older, more tired. She had expected a negative impact on him, one that wearied him, upon the theft of his most treasured possession. This, however, was far greater. As if he were on the verge of becoming an old man like Percy had once described to her in his demigod tales. Lilly would quite like to see Poseidon- all of them- to suffer like that.

Zeus readied a lightning bolt, opening his mouth to issue orders to attack. Lilly regarded them coolly, almost smugly. She hammered the butt of the trident onto the floor; a single, resonating boom crashing out on a tidal of pure ocean power. Alone, she could conjure a fraction of such power. With her grandfather's weapon- even more so.

Alvie startled from his thoughts, inhaling sharply only to choke. Tobias and Max grabbed him firmly, but kindly by the arms to restrain him. What was the point? Alvie may struggle, but he wouldn't chose physical combat as his main defence. His older brothers were only acting naturally, but it resulted in them landing flat on their backs halfway across the room, thrown by an unseen force.

Alvie gasped suddenly and his eyes cleared, assessing the damage.

"Sorry!" Hs tried to get up and help, but his legs wouldn't take his weight, toppling him forward onto his hands and knees. "I didn't... It was... Are you-?" Theo and Callum sat him back against the wall. "Accident." Alvie wheezed. Tobias sat up first, massaging his ribs.

"We're fine." He gave his best reassuring smile. Max groaned in complaint. "Mostly fine." Tobias corrected. Alvie bit his lip, guilty. "Don't worry about us. Bumps and bruises are part of the job. What did you see?"

"It's... It's not good."

"Bumps and bruises." Tobias reminded him. Alvie sighed.

"She stole Poseidon's trident. Destroyed the city outside the palace and then barged right in." He shook his head. "She won't stop there. She's-" A thud cut him off. Callum had punched the wall, cracking a bit of the masonry and his knuckles. Theo put a hand on his brother's arm, not really coming across as calming with that irritated expression.

"Why is she doing this?!" Callum raged. "That's not Lilly! She wouldn't hurt a fly!"

"Alvie, there's got to be more to this!" Theo pleaded. Alvie studied the pair of them silently, the grey in his eyes slowly chipping away into the mystical, unearthly white.

"Couldn't you just zap her mind and make things right?" Callum demanded.

"That wouldn't fix what's happened though." Alvie reasoned calmly.

"We can fix that." They turned as one, finding the Poseidon twins lurking in the doorway.

"How?" Tobias asked. His mother and Leo pushed their way through, fixing their spouses with stern, disapproving looks. "I take it you're both sleeping on the couch then."

Is this OK? :D
