Bree's Pov

I can't believe Chase is missing. After Ruby was born, it was supposed to be the happiest moment of our lives. But then he got kidnapped, and it's the worst moment of my life. I'm currently in bed,awake, staring at the ceiling. How can I sleep when I know that my boyfriend is out there in trouble? It feels wrong to be in our bed when it's empty. I sigh and get up. I get some water and drink it. I put the cup back in the sink and sit on the couch. It's like 3AM and i'm wide awake. There's crying, and I sigh and head upstairs. Ruby is awake and she's crying.

"Shh. It's okay." I hold her in my arms and rock her back to sleep.

"It's okay. Go back to sleep." She eventually stops stirring, and falls back asleep. I put her in her crib and put the blanket over her.

"Sleep, sweetie. Your father will be here soon." I hope.

Because if he's not, then what will I do without him?

Chase's Pov

Bree is next to me. We're in bed and she's smiling.

"Chase. Look at our family." I look over and Ruby is there and she looks so beautiful.

"You look so beautiful." Bree blushes and snuggles up to me.

"Thanks,Chasey" As I snuggle up with her, I realize something.

"Wait. How am I here?" She looks at me and her face changes.

"You're not." Her face goes away and suddenly I am in a black space. I pant. Where am I?

I wake up and look up. Krane is smiling and I sigh.

"You son of a bitch." He just smiles and pats my back.

"You really love your girlfriend. Don't you?" I look at him with a snare.

"Shut up!" He sits down on a box and looks at me.
"You better watch your tone. Because in a little while, you're mine." I take this time to make a snarky joke.

"Sorry,bud. But I belong to Bree." I chuckle. He gets angry and punches me.

"You think you're funny?" I look at him and smile again.

"I think i'm adorable."(A/N: If you know where that's from, then yay.)

"I'm gonna kick your ass!" I sigh and look at him.

"Well i'm tied up. What's stopping you?" He seemed surprise by my answer.

"No. Not yet. I'll slowly make you go insane. Then, i'll control you and take over the world!" He laughs. I just roll my eyes.

"Yeah. Genius. There's just one problem." He stops laughing and looks at me menacingly.

"And what's that?" I smirk.

"Never reveal your plan out loud. You may never know who might be listening." He snarls and punches me again.

"Shut up!" He keeps punching and punching until it goes black.

Adam's Pov

It's been a week since Chase has been missing. Bree is miserable. She's been taking care of Ruby this whole time. Her hair is a mess, she has bags under eyes, and she is always cranky. That's part of taking care of Ruby, and Chase missing. This is all my fault. Why did I have to join Krane? Who could've taken Chase? What do they want with him? Another sleepless night. How can we even think about going to sleep when Chase is out there in trouble? I go to Leo's room and he's snoring. I scoff and cross my arms.

"Leo!" He mumbles and turns on his side. I sigh and grab a pillow and hit him.

"Leo!" He wakes up and sits up.

"Where's the fire?!" He looks at me and glares. He then looks at the clock.

"Adam. It's 2AM why are you up?!" I scoff.

"Unlike you Leo, we can't sleep because we're worried about Chase!" He looks at me and crosses his arms.

"I am worried about Chase! I looked everywhere Adam. And I mean everywhere!" My anger then starts boiling up.

"Leo. He's been missing for a week. Bree is the most miserable out of all of us! So when you're fully awake, keep looking! Even if it's at the ends of the earth!" I slam his door and go to my room. I sigh and plop on my bed.

"Oh Chase. Where are you?" I ask myself. My body yearns for sleep. For once, I oblige.

Leo's Pov

Man! Adam ruined my beauty sleep! But he is right. But he's also wrong. He's not the only one miserable. I am too. He just didn't see it. I've been up too. Not being able to sleep, I just don't show it.

"We will be there soon Chase. Don't worry." I get my jacket and superspeed everywhere. I need to clear my head. I stop in Italy and get a taco.

"Thank you." I eat it and it's so good. This is what I needed. To get out of the house and just relax for a while. As i'm about to head back, I feel a tap on my shoulder.

"Hi." I turn around and it's a girl. She blushes and smiles.

"I'm Leo. What's your name?" She has blonde hair and is very pretty.

"I'm Jo. Jo Taylor."(A/N:Get it? No? Okay.) Wow. She's so pretty.

"What are you doing in Italy?" I ask her. She is American. She doesn't have an accent.

"I'm visiting. I'm leaving tomorrow." She giggles.

"Well. I just came here for a day. I'm leaving now actually." She looks sad.

"Oh. Okay." I smile sadly.

"Yeah. Sorry." She gets an idea. She rolls my sleeve up and writes her number on my arm.

"Call me. When you get back." I smile. O nod.

"Okay. Deal." She puts a strand of hair behind her hair.

"Bye Leo." She walks away and then I smile. I then superspeed back home. I didn't realize it was now 6AM and everyone was awake. I walk in the door and smile.

"Leo Francis Dooley where were you?" My mom yells. Everyone was looking at me. I sigh.

"I was looking for Chase." I told them. They looked hopeful.

"Did you find him?" I give them 'if I did, he would be here' face.
"No. Because I stopped in Italy afterwards, to clear my head." They all sigh.

"That's understandable. It's just lonely here without Chase" Bree says. She holds Ruby.
"I'm sorry Bree. We will find him. That's a promise." She nods and gives me a sad smile.

"I know this isn't relevant, but I did get a girl's phone number!" They all smile and cheer.

"Finally!" It felt good to laugh and joke. There hasn't been any of that in a while. It felt really good. Don't worry, Chase. We will find you. We won't stop until we do.

Chase's Pov

I wake up and see Bree. She looks so beautiful. Then something happens. She starts screaming.

"Bree!" Her face is bloody and her stomach is cut open.

"Chase! Help!" I try to reach for her, but my hands are tied down.
"Bree!" She screams and then she dies. I start crying.

"No…" I hang my head down and sob. Laughter echoes from my mind.

"Wow. I did not think it would be this easy." I didn't know who it was. But I didn't care. Bree was gone. My beautiful Bree. The love of my life, the mother of my daughter.

"Are the lights on in there?" I feel someone grabbing my face. I didn't even bother trying to swat my hands away.

"Good. That means it's working." Then I feel heat. My body starts hurting and I scream. This is nothing compared to what Bree went through. I look up and there she was.(A/N: In case you're confused, he's in and out of reality. So Chase is dreaming, but he's in the real world so it's his reality.)

"Bree?" She nods. I smile. She was awake. She was alive!

"You're… You're okay!" She nods and kisses me. It felt good to feel her lips again. But it was weird.

"How did you survive?" I asked. She smiles wickedly.

"I didn't. Chase. I'm not coming for you. Neither is our family." I look down. She then lifts my head up and smiles and kisses me again.

"Why haven't you asked me to marry you yet?" I blink at her.

"I'm waiting for the right time Bree." She scoffs then folds her arms.

"Yeah. When is the right time? When we have a lot of kids and grow old?" She's right. I've been looking at engagement rings, but I haven't bought one yet.

"Don't you love me?" She starts to cry. I try to touch her face, but I can't for some reason.

"Of course I love you Bree. I'll always love you." She looks at me.

"Then why couldn't you save me?" Her face begins to get all black. She starts screaming as fire begins to consume her.

"No!" I try to free my hands, but they're bound to something. All I could do was hopelessly watch as my beloved girlfriend died.

"This is too easy." Who is that? Who's talking? All I can focus on is Bree. Then I feel a pinch on my neck and it all goes dark.

Bree's Pov

I can't believe it's been three weeks now. Where the hell is Chase? I can't even imagine what's happening to him. I can't take this. I go to the living room.

"I'm going crazy! I need to know where he is!" Douglas comes up to me.

"I know Bree. But you can't. Ruby needs her mother here." Damn it. He played my kid card. I can't leave.

"I'll go again. This time i'll make sure he's there." Leo says. I nod. He Geo-Leaps and he's gone. Ruby starts crying and I sigh. I feed her. She breastfeeds. So I feed her and she stops crying.

"It's okay, baby." I wonder how Chase must feel. He hasn't held his daughter since she was born. It's been two weeks and we still haven't found him. Leo comes swooshing back.

"So?" He nods no. I cry. What if I never see him again? What if the day Ruby was born was the last time I saw him? What if he's… I sob.

"Bree. Shh. We will find him. We have to. We won't give up until he's found." I nod. It doesn't really make me feel better though.

"Wait. There is one place that I haven't checked." Leo says. I look at him.

"Where?" He looks up and gets an idea.

"Here in Mission Creek! I've been looking around the world, when I should've been looking here!" He superspeeds away. I'm getting hopeful. He comes back.

"I think I know where he is!"

"You guys go. I'll stay here with Ruby." Donald says. I nod and hug him.

"Thank you." I look back at Leo and nod. He takes us to a abandoned warehouse and he opens it. We're coming Chase.

Krane's Pov

This is so much fun. The boy is breaking faster that I thought. He had a mouth on him for a few days. Then I drug him with powerful stuff to make him hallucinate. He keeps hallucinating Bree's death over and over. Maybe even once where she leaves him for Adam. My partner comes to me.

"Sir. The Davenports are here!" No! He's not ready yet! A part of him is still in there.

"We're not ready yet. Go. Distract them while I get him out of here." He salutes me and I grab Chase. He's mumbling to himself. I superspeed him out of the warehouse and take him to Italy. No one will look there. I have a storage facility that's perfect. I put Chase down. He doesn't even realize that he was moved. I put a needle in him again and he goes unconscious. For the 'smartest man alive', he's not so smart. I look at the monitor and the Davenports are fighting their way through. Well. It's too late now. Chasey's gone. In a new country. He's gone mentally and emotionally. This is too cute.

Adam's Pov

We're fighting a man who has bionics too. He accidentally let something slip.

"If you're looking for Chase. It's too late. He's gone. Krane took him somewhere else." We stop and he realizes what he said.

"Oh shit." I punch him and he gets knocked out. We run in and the guy was right. He's not there.

"He was here. Wasn't he?" I look down and see a piece of Chase's shirt.

"He was. Look." Bree looks at it and she panics.

"Oh no. That means Krane is torturing him!" How the hell is Krane back?

"Didn't we defeat Krane?" Leo asks.

"Who cares? He has Chase! We need to find him!" Bree superspeeds out of here faster than I have ever seen her before. Leo was about to speed away, but I stopped him.

"Umm. Leo. You forgot me." He looked at me and then giggled.

"Oops. Sorry. Grab on." I grab on to his arm and he superspeeds really fast. He stops and i'm about to puke.

"Oh sorry. Did I go to fast?" I nod and throw up. I wipe my mouth.

"Ugh. That's the last time I mix nachos with pizza." Leo looks at me.

"When did you-? Nevermind. Let's look for Chase." Bree goes and searches every warehouse in Mission Creek.

"He said that Krane left California right?" I nod. Bree continues.

"Well he must be somewhere in Europe!" Bree says. I go with Bree this time. She superspeeds a little slower than Leo. First we check France, then Germany, and then somewhere else because I don't know where Europe or anything is. But I feel like we're getting closer to Chase.

Chase's Pov

I wake up and Bree is in front of me. I smile.

"Hey." She comes to untie me. I get up.

"I'm here Chase. I'm her-" She was cut short when a blade stabbed through her stomach.

"No!" Blood came from her mouth and she dropped on the floor. This time I was able to hold her and cradled her body in my arms. I moved her hair out of her face and I could still see her beautiful face. Then she disappeared into air.

"Bree? Bree!" I'm tied up again and she's in front of me.

"Calm down. I'm right here." She looks at me and crosses her arms. I smile.

"Bree. You're alive!" She rolls her eyes.

"Of course I am,nerd." He was confused. Why was she treating him so harshly?
"Bree. Why are you being mean to me?" She rolls her eyes.

"You told me you loved me and I said I don't. I love Adam." When did she say that? My memory is starting to go bad.

"I did?" She rolls her eyes and slaps me.

"Yes. Ruby is Adam's daughter. Adam is the only man I love." Adam comes up and kisses her. I start to cry.

"Bree. How could you do this to me?" She smiles and then rolls her eyes.

"Because I never loved you." That stung. She runs away with Adam and I hang my head down low. Why do I keep seeing her die, then rescue me, then leave me? This is what I deserve. I deserve to be miserable. Bree never loved me. She just pretended to. But if she didn't love me, why would she have Ruby with me? Oh. Wait. She said that she's not mine. I feel something trickle down my head. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't bother me. I'm worthless. Why did I think that Bree loved me?

"It's time,Chase." Who is talking to me. I say with my sobbing breath.

"Bree… Don't leave me…" Then all I saw was 'Triton App Engaged'. That's the last thing I remember.

Bree's Pov

We arrive in Italy. We look through various warehouses. Finally, we found the right one! Chase is slumped over in the corner!

"Chase!" I run to him and grab his face. His face… it's covered in blood and his face is swelling.

"Oh god…" I try to wipe some off.

"Chase. Wake up. I'm here!" He then wakes up but his eyes are green.

"Chase?" He breaks out of his ropes and blasts us backwards.

"Well done,Chase. Now, kill them!" His eyes glow green then he smiles.

"Yes,master." He then uses his molecular kinesis and starts choking the life out of us.

"C-Chase…" My eyes start to roll in the back of my head.

"It's me…" I see his eyes flicker for a second. But that second, was enough for him to loosen his grip on me. I cough and then superspeed to him.

"I'm sorry Chase." I kick him and then his grip loosens on everyone.

"You will regret that." His voice was echo-y. It was terrifying.

"Chase. Snap out of it!" Adam, and Leo get in a fighting stance.

"Sorry Chase. But this is to save you." He then tries to kick me, but I block him and grab his wrist. He flips me and I land on my back. He stands over me.

"You don't love me huh? You're running away with Adam? We'll see about that." I'm confused. I never said any of this.

"Chase. What are you talking about? I never said any of this!" I go up to him and put my hand on his face.

"Chase. Come back to me. I love you." Krane laughs.

"How dare you fool him like that Bree. You told him you didn't love him." I look at Chase.

"Don't listen to him!" He's looking at me then kicks me.

"Attaboy Chase!" Leo comes next to me and uses his ice breath to try to freeze Krane, but he moves.

"We meet again Krane." Krane looks scared, but he doesn't show it. He smiles.

"Yes. We do." Krane punches Leo, but he blocks. Leo uses his heat breath and blast wave ability and knocks Krane back.

"Oh. You think you're stronger than me?" Leo smirks.

"Yeah. I am." Leo uses multiple abilities at once. Krane is surprised and so am I.

"Chase! Snap out of it!" He twists my arm back and I scream in pain.

"You don't love me." I look up at him.

"Listen. I do love you. I've always loved you. I will never stop loving you." His face softens. I continue.

"Chase. We had Ruby together. I wouldn't do that if I didn't love you, right?" His eyes are starting to tear up. I say lastly.

"Chase. You're my soulmate. I want to be with you forever." I kiss him. That makes his eyes go back to normal and then he faints.
"Chase!" I go to him and he's just asleep.

"No!" Krane punches me and I cough up blood.

"You ruined my plan!" I smile while having blood in my mouth.

"That was the point." Leo continued to use more of his abilities and Adam gave him one big final punch.

"Ugh…" Krane bends over clutching his stomach and then he goes down coughing up blood.

"Goodbye, Krane." Leo goes up to him with that same look he had on before. It scared me. Krane goes still and Leo smiles.

"H-he's gone." I choke out. I then smile. Knowing that no more threats are coming? It was a relief. We get rid of Krane's body again and then I grab Chase and Leo superspeeds us home. I put Chase on the couch and then I massage his temple.

"Oh Chase. What did he do to you?" Adam comes to me and I smile.

"Will he be okay?" I shrug. I don't know. I hope so.

"He's just asleep. He'll wake up soon." I hope. Then I stay silent. I sigh and speak up.

"Adam. Krane did something to him. He kept saying that I didn't love him." Chase starts to toss and turn.

"Chase?" Adam says. He's starting to sob.

"Not again! Please!" He's trembling and then he wakes up.

"It's okay, Chase. It was just a dream." He looks at me and it felt like he didn't even see me.

"Don't trick me. You're not her." What did he mean? I hold his hand and he pulls his hand away and he puts his legs in front of his face and rocks back and forth.

"What the hell did Krane do to him?" This isn't my Chasey. I hold his hand and he doesn't look at me.

"It's okay Chase. I'm here for you." It's true. I will always be there for him.

Wow! Okay so that was the end:( I swear I was going to end it on a happy note. But all of a sudden my fingers started typing and this happened. So how did you guys like my story?
