Chapter 13: Looking
"Sensei?"
"Yes, my sons?"
"We have something to show you," Donnie and Mikey let Lena through as Leo patted her shoulder. Lena watched as the turtles' father stood up and turned towards her. She saw his eyes go wide, but soon he smiled calmly and put his hands on her shoulders lightly.
"Hello, Lena. How do you like your new body?"
"Oh, it's just fine, I guess," Lena smiled and laughed along with the father. Splinter nodded and patted her shoulder.
"I'm glad. It seems like you have coped with the mutation better than I have," Splinter smiled and looked up at his sons. "Take her to get cleaned up. She's going to stay down here for a long time."
Lena frowned at the thought of not being able to go up to the surface during the day. She enjoyed taking long walks to places and going to the park. Even going swimming sometimes in the community pool (she hates water). She felt one of the turtles grab her elbow and turn her around.
"Come on. You know where the bathroom is," Raph grumbled and left the room along with his brothers. Lena walked out of the room and saw all four of the turtles sitting around the TV like a family. From what she gathered, the turtles haven't been acting right since she left, and now that she was back, they were acting like a family again. Lena smiled and turned towards the bathroom.
As she clicked the door shut, Lena blinked slowly and turned towards the mirror. Lena realized she hasn't soon herself other than in the rainy puddle. Before she took off her clothes, she watched as the rabbit before her mirrored her movements. Along with her cream colored fur and tan spot on her eye, her hair was the same color, a dark blonde. Although, with the dust and grime from the cement, her hair was more grey and brown than blonde. Her eyes were rounder than usual and a bright green. Lena looked down at her hand and noticed they had white fur covered on the tops. The bottoms had little pink patches on her palms and fingertips, her eyes went wide as her hands went instinctively towards her tail bone. Yup, she had a tail.
Lena sighed and took off her clothes tenderly, since her cuts and bruises still hurt. As she stretched her shirt over her head, she noticed a large bruise that covered her entire left hip. It wasn't very noticeable, but she saw a slight discoloration in that spot. Lena also noticed that her body was slightly thinner and her legs were longer; but she was shorter than she was before the accident. Lena turned around so her naked backside was now shown in the mirror; she watched as her puffball tail wiggled at her command. Lena groaned and thought, am I going to have to cut holes in my pants now? Lena also noticed several cuts and bruises on her back, arms, and legs.
"Hey, Lena. You almost done? I still have to run some tests on you," Donnie's muffled voice called through the door.
"Calm your tits, man. I'm just getting in," Lena called back. She heard a sigh and heavy footsteps across the cement outside of the bathroom.
"Ow! Yeah, you just laugh! Try having a needle goes through one of YOUR bruises!" Lena slapped Donnie's shoulder. Donnie snickered and looked at Lena's blood in the syringe.
"Stop being such a wuss," Donnie joked. Lena elbowed his arm and adjusted herself on his desk so she could see the door.
"Can I leave now?"
"NO, don't you want to see the results?"
"No," Lena yawned and stretched her arms.
"Well, I can say the mutagen is stable in your body-"
"That's nice, can I leave?"
"No, as I was saying, it looks like the rabbit gene was put in the mutagen, rather than you touching or having physical contact with a rabbit. The Kraang are doing exactly what Shredder did to Karai; put the genes in with the mutagen. But I wonder why," Donnie started staring at the blood sample on his screen. Lena rolled her eyes and left the room. She walked past the brothers and went straight to her bedroom. Lena flopped down on her bed and instantly went to sleep.

Sorry this is so late. I had finals to study for and I got carried away, then I got sick and had to stay in bed for 3 days.
So, yeah. Its a short chapter and I'm sorry about that!
