Writer's block has hit me hard and made it difficult to think of anything to write. Hopefully the next update won't be in another half year.

Three months had passed since moving day and it was also the day of Aquarius's baby shower. All the ladies were fawning over the guest of honor, whose belly had grown quite large. While she looked ready that she was going to go into labor minute, there was still one more month to go before her twins were to be born.
"Aquarius, open my gift next," Aries urged as Aquarius opened her gifts. Virgo was diligent on not let any paper stay on the floor for too long and folded the wrapping papers and bags.
"Alright, alright. I'll open it." She lifted off the lid to the gift and revealed several onesies in blues and reds for the babies. "These are great, Aries. Where did you buy them?"
"I didn't buy th-them, but actually made them," Aries answered.
"You made them? Then why is Leo's name also on the tag?"
"Oh, w-well he paid for the supplies since I didn't have a job when I bought the fabrics. I thought it was only fair to put his name on the gift as well."
"Well, that was nice of - Oh, the babies kicked."
"I'm back," Aries said into the apartment as she walked in.
"I'm not inside yet," Loke's voice came from behind her. "Seems that you beat me home this time. How was Aquarius and the shower?"
"Oh, it was fine. Though, I'm tired out from it. Don't really feel like doing anything else right now." She fell down onto the couch to rest. Cleanup was surprisingly more work than expected and she did not want Virgo to be the only person cleaning up. Even if she was the hostess.
"Well we still have some leftovers. I'll heat them up, so you just rest." Loke walked into the kitchen area and passed the calendar on the way. "Our rent is due next week. Do you want me to-"
"I've got my share," she interjected before Loke could even finish his question. For two and half months now she had been working at the crafts store.
"Alright, I know fighting you on this never works. I'll turn in the money on the actual rent due date. Hey Aries?"
"Yes, Leo?" She rolled over from her place on the couch to face him.
"Do you want to…" Loke stopped himself. "Never mind. Just forget I was going to say anything.
That was odd. Whatever Loke was going to say seemed like it was important to him, but Aries was not going to pry it out of him. So she tried not to think too much about it and enjoyed their dinner on the couch.
Later that night, Aries made sure to subtract out her share of the rent in the notebook that she kept her finances in. A decent sum of money was building up as she was saving all the money that was not spent on her share food or rent.
One month passed and it was time for Natsu and Lucy's wedding.
"I'm so excited," Lucy stood in front of the mirror while her bride's maids fussed with the dress to make sure there were no imperfections.
"Everyone, please get to your places, the wedding is going to start soon," Mira shooed everyone out the door. With a flick of her wrist, her phone flipped open. "Gray, is everything ready on the men's side? I better not see any untucked shirts or undone ties. Oh? You're almost ready? Good, I'll send Lisanna to make sure for me as I finish up things on my end."
Maybe it was her own jitters, but Lucy was sure she heard frantic screaming in the background noise of Mira's phone.
Now dialing a new number into the phone, Mira spoke into the receiver, "Lisanna? Would you mind checking up on the men for me, please? I have a few more things to do with Lucy. Thank you."
"Oh Lucy, it seems like it was just yesterday you and Natsu announced you were getting married," she sighed and handed the bouquet
"I know. I'm both excited and a little terrified. It feels like my stomach is going to pop open and butterflies are going to fly out."
"Then you know he's the one," Mira spoke softly. "This is the day you've been dreaming of. Except, now it's actually happening. That's why you feel the way you do. Now go live this dream and make new ones to live out." She gave Lucy a hug before leaving. "I have to go now, Lucy, but I'm rooting for you." Replacing Mira was a couple of employees that had been told all the cues and were to help Lucy come out at the right time.
"What's taking so long," Natsu complained standing at the end of the aisle.
"Don't complain, Natsu. We're on Mira's schedule." Gray hushed him as he walked up the aisle after parting with Juvia as her escort.
Before long, the Wedding March began playing and came a veiled Lucy down the aisle.
And so did Natsu, running towards her, scooping her up bridal style, and carried her the rest of the way. Everyone within a ten-foot radius of Mira gasped and everyone else could not help but laugh.
"I said I couldn't wait."
"I can't believe you did that," Lucy laughed while lying down on their hotel bed.
"Are you mad at me?" He plopped down onto the bed next to her, causing her to bounce a bit. "It was better than my original plan. I was going to hoist you over my shoulders and carry you firefighter style."
"No, I'm not mad. You were just being the you I fell in love with and married," Lucy touched her forehead to his. "Though Mira looked ready to kill you."
"Yeah, but I'm still alive, aren't I? Now," his voice was low, "I think I'm thinking what we we both want to do right now." He smiled widely.
"Really, what's that," she eagerly returned the smile.
"We're at the amusement park and the firework show is about to start," Natsu boasted. "Let's get going."
"Yeah," Lucy cheered. And hopping off to her suitcase. "Let's change into some casual clothes, then we can go."
The moon was high in the sky and two hotel guests walked into their room tired and fell face first into their beds.
"That was a long party," Loke sighed.
"Uh huh." Aries agreed from her bed. "Though it was fun. I imagine everyone is back at their hotel by now."
"Yeah. I wish we could have stayed at the park's hotel though, but all the rooms were booked except for honeymoon suites," Loke mused looking around the hotel room. "Though, I'm not sure I want to stay there while my boss is," He joked, earning a scolding from Aries. "You're right. Do you want to get up early and go back to the park tomorrow, Aries? The pass will still be good if we get there before noon."
"Maybe, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get up." Aries yawned.
"That's okay. We could always do something else or go straight back to our apartment." It felt right to say that.
"Either is good. Hey Leo, thanks for letting me stay with you."
"No problem, hotel rooms are cheaper when you share them."
"No, I mean about letting me stay at your place."
"You're welcome, but you don't need to thank me. I love having you around."
"I'm glad to hear that. But I've been thinking and I feel bad for staying at your place for four months now. You've been so nice."
"Well you're my friend, Aries, and I care very much about you." Very much.
"And I care about you, too. So I don't want to take advantage of your kindness since I have a job and some money saved up."
"Aries, I don't think that."Loke sat up and his eyes were wide. He did not like where she was going.
She could not face him and looked down to the floor. "I know, but I think I should start looking for my own apartment soon."
And scene. Cliffhanger!
