CHAPTER 10

"I-I don't understand." Meredy backed up, surrounded by men in black suits with their golden-haired queen standing right in the center. "Who are these guys?"

"What's there not to understand?" Lucy tilted her head, looking up just for a moment from her phone. "Your family has already been escorted out of town. All you need to do is follow. My family has paid for everything so all you need to do is follow directions."

"But you haven't told me why." The pink-haired girl furrowed her brows, "You think you can just throw fucking money at me and intimidate me?"

Lucy flicked a coin into her fingers and then flung it at the snappy girl. "No." The blonde smiled long, "However, if you would like more motivation, I can arrange for that too."

Meredy glared daggers into the cocky heiress's snarky gaze. Who did this bitch think she was? Some mob boss? Was she trying to clear out potential threats to Natsu's dick? Ha. Even Fairy Tail knew, that she Meredy would be the victor to ride that pinkette's cock. "Are you that insecure?" She scoffed.

"I merely am doing both you and I a favor." The blonde began to type on her phone once more, "Don't worry, you can come back once this little game is over." She snapped her fingers and the men immediately moved toward Meredy. "If she causes too much of a problem, feel free to get rid of her. We don't have time to deal with extra pieces."

"What the fuck does that mean?" Meredy barked, trying to fend off the men starting to grab her, "Get off me, bastards!"

Lucy turned around toward her limo, slipping into the opened car door as it closed behind her. She could hear Meredy's screaming debates even as the engine started but, just like all desperate shrieks in her life, it turned into white noise.

On her screen, she pulled up a recent headline in bold on Fiore's news homepage.

GANG HANGS TWO DEAD BODIES IN THE CENTER OF TOWN.

Underneath, sure enough, was a picture of exactly that. They were hung from a light post with Fairy Tail written on a wall behind the art in their blood.

How incredibly dramatic, Lucy snickered.

. . .

"Heartfilia." Jellal sat in a shadowed portion of his underground base. "Again." He rubbed his chin in an attempt to dial back his longly subdued rage, "That bitch intends to ruin everything, again."

Erza sat in a kneel in front of her blue-haired lover. He was sat in a metal chair, nothing as extravagant as Natsu's but certainly a throne no less. "I didn't know she was... your fiancee."

"I'm sure you didn't." He shook his head, sitting back into his seat. "I'm sure you didn't know that she attempted to kill me too."

Erza furrowed her brows at such an accusation, "I thought... you said?" She shook her head back a bit, "Or even the news said that it was the mob you foolishly made a sex slave trade pact with."

"Yeah." Jellal shook his head, "That was my mob. It was mine." He scoffed, shaking his head, "This whole area used to be mine. But then she took it and turned it onto me."

The red-head stared blank at the ground, "That's completely not possible. She would've been like seven."

"And what? You think her father did that?" Jellal stood up, throwing his fold-up throne violently to the ground. "That bastard leaves tracks. No, she doesn't. Even back then, she was so clean... I didn't see it coming."

"She's a lot less capable of hiding that now." Erza said, "Every time she breathes it's like a baby dies."

"How did she join Fairy Tail?" Jellal let out a long hiss, pacing around the room, "Why the fuck is she back in Fiore?"

"Who the hell knows?" Erza shook her head, "Before yesterday, I had no fucking clue you had any connection to her. Before a month ago, I had no fucking idea who she was."

"How did she find out you were our intel?" Jellal turned to her, accusingly.

"What?" Erza stood up at such a look. "You think I told that shady cunt all this? I don't know what she was like when you guys were kids, but I can tell you she's a hell of a lot smarter than you remember. I told her one thing and she got every detail of this thing we've been cultivating for years."

"What thing?" He took another vicious step toward her.

"I said I was a chick from the slums." She said, eyes sticking daggers into his own glare. "But this could've been avoided if you listened to me. You started this turf war too soon."

"You should've told me about your rich new member earlier." He countered.

"Natsu thinks you're the one leaking information to the media about him and the gang." She folded her arms, "He's got every intention of silencing you this time. It's not a safe game anymore."

"It's never been safe." He turned away from her, "What else does she know? Who has she told?"

"Who the fuck knows what other things she dug up." Erza sat back into a ripped up couch, "Every secret that exists she probably has already found." She scoffed and looked to the big mural that read Orecian Seis. "Yet all of hers are locked away so tightly."

Jellal's head immediately snapped up at that comment. "We take it back." Was all he said.

"What?" Erza turned to him rather abruptly.

"We take it back. All of it. What she and he both have stolen from me." He started talking as if Erza wasn't even there to witness it. "We take that bitch, we kill her and hang her up in the middle of the Underworld. We let them know Oracian Seis, I, overthrew their princess. And they will come crawling to my lead."

"Yeah?" Erza stood up, "How do you expect us to catch her? I've already tried doing this once and she's the one who caught us."

"Oh no." Jellal pulled his scarlet weapon into his chest, "No, no. No... no. No." He laughed the word over and over again. "I've caught her. I caught her a long time ago."

Erza look up at the tattoo that glistened his eye with arrogance. "Please God, tell me you haven't become manic."

"I know one of those secrets." His lips crept into a long grin, "Though, I suppose all of the Underworld has known."

Erza bobbed her head back, "Jellal... Whatever it is... she already knows you'd use it against her."

"Not against. That is too clever to do. Too much her style. No..." Jellal twisted her out of his grip, "It's merely a helpful detail in favor to us."

"Those mean exactly the same thing." Erza licked her top lip irritably, "Jellal, if she gets the upper hand, we are all fucked."

"No, Erza." Jellal hummed, propping his throne up once more, "That blonde bimbo has always been the one getting fucked."

. . .

Lucy walked through her mansion's front door with a long exhale, taking in the single second of peace before heading straight for the stairs.

And right on time, Wendy came speeding down.

"Guess what!" The little one stopped right before smashing into the blonde's legs. "Guess what Lucy!"

The blonde lifted her brows and licked the top of her lips, pretending to think hard about the answer. "Is it your boyfriend?"

"How did you know?" Wendy flung her arms up with a giggle. "Guess what he did."

"How about you tell me?" The eldest sibling snickered.

"Okay!" She nodded with extreme enthusiam, "He invited me over. He said we could play and stuff!"

"Yeah?" Lucy moved past the bouncy child and up the stairs. "Make sure Bisca is allowed to take you."

"But." Wendy snatched a hard grip on the back of Lucy's uniform, "I wanted you to come."

Lucy didn't even look back to consider an answer, "No." She continued her path. "I've got a lot to do Wendy."

"No!" Wendy shouted so loud it echoed. Lucy turned around immediately, "See I can say it too. No. No, you have to come."

"Why?" Lucy silenced her phone to focus on the brat's temperament.

"Why?" Wendy stuttered a bit, not expecting that as a response. "W-Well... You can meet his brother. And his family. If I'm making friends, sissy needs to too."

Lucy rubbed her forehead with a sigh, "I've had plenty of friends."

"You're a liar." Wendy pouted, "You never bring anyone over to play."

"My friends are different." Lucy said, "I play with them. Not necessarily in collaboration."

"Coll..." Wendy hummed the big word, "You are going to come. Okay?"

Lucy lifted a brow at such a small and powerless human trying to force control over her. But the blonde decided to humor it, "Fine." She turned back on her ringer to a flood of vibrations. "I will tell you when I can spare time."

And with that, the eldest sister disappeared up the stairs and the youngest was shaking giddily with her first ever victory.

Lucy stepped into the hallway where she was unsurprised to meet the gaze of a rather buff and serious man. She looked past him to the wide open doors of her Father's office where Ren stood, speaking with the devil himself.

She lifted a brow at the guard who was quick to slide out of the way. The young heiress strolled in the room and noticed three other familiar faces. Ren Atsuki, Jura Neekis, Bacchus Groh, Jiemma Sabertooth, and the one and the only Igneel Dragneel. All four men, with the exception of Igneel, running each of the world's most powerful mobs. She was inside of the deadliest room in the whole world, well, now that she'd arrived of course.

All went silent at the beautiful girl.

Lucy licked her lips rather suspiciously at such an abrupt action, "Have you all something to confess?"

"Shut up." Jude barked, stroking his ego a bit more now that he was surrounded by these men. "Did I invite you in?"

"Oh, Jude." Igneel snickered, extending his arm charmingly to the young girl to a seat beside him. "It wouldn't hurt to add a little beauty to all this testosterone."

The blonde made a conscious decision not to make a matching stare with her father and closed the distance between her and Mr. Dragneel. "I didn't think we'd meet under such circumstances." She smiled, extending her hand.

"Oh?" He kissed the top of her pale hand, "Did you expect my son to introduce you? For my blessing, of course?"

Lucy lifted her brow at such a suggestion, "You two are similar." She sat on the couch's arm rest, crossing her legs.

"Wish I could say the same for you and Jude here." He smiled that ridiculously handsome Dragneel smile. "But you both are just... absolute opposites aren't you?"

The room feel suspiciously quiet again.

Lucy rolled her jaw around, letting that sentence linger before molding into a less friendly smile. "Yes." She looked up to Ren who held that silent, deadly stare as expected. "What brings you here?" She spoke to the whole room but remained her sights on Ren.

"What is it of your business?" Jude growled low at her, a little more forced aggression than necessary. "Have you forgotten I run this company whilst you've been off running my errands?"

The blonde's daggered pupils rolled back in order to force them from glaring at him. She blinked and returned to a dead stare. "Of course not, father." She stood up from the couch. Her eyes darkly looked to the four mob bosses who were more than amused by her submission. "I just remember discussing how we would not invite these types of matters right into our home."

"Well, since Bora's no longer circulating rumors, I suppose we can be more loose with these rules." He folded his fingers, "Now bring me and these men a drink."

"There is one other that has been circulating rumors." Lucy mentioned before the men could cue her out with their chatter. Her eyes stared directly at Igneel, "Isn't there?"

Igneel's eyes immediately flashed over darkly. He looked to the rest of the room that was now staring intently at him. "How would a sweet girl like you know such a thing?"

"Sweet?" She lifted her brow at such an unfitting adjective. "Yes... I suppose so." She said the sentence without much enthusiasm. "I know so very much, Mr. Igneel. Enough to perhaps hand you the name of this... leak."

"Yes I've heard... A sly little thing. Though, I've never been one to trust mere words." Igneel tilted his head, "However, it seems my son has that matter as handled as you did with your own... rat problem."

Lucy couldn't help but lick her plump lips into a slight grin. "I'm sure he does." She tapped her lips with her finger amusingly, "In that case," the blonde stood up and walked behind her fathers desk and pulled out a manilla folder. From that she only took one thing and walked back towards the crimson-haired millionare. "Do pass this on for me."

Igneel looked down at the random scrap and took it a bit skeptically. "What would he need with this?"

Without saying much, she stood up with a kind smile, looking down at the charming man. Just as charming as that little son of his. However, Natsu... was a bit more... hmmm. Maybe it was her and Natsu that were similar. "Like you said," She bowed respectfully, "I can be quite sweet."

Then, she headed for the doors.

"That'll be all today, boys." Igneel cleared his throat loudly, "We'll continue you this another time. Lucy, you stay."

Lucy paused but did not turn immediately despite their powerful guests passing by her to the exit. But with a huge breath, she looked at Igneel, both sharing a slight gaze before he disappeared behind the doors. And then, she turned around.

"Yes, Father?"

. . .

Natsu walked into his mansion with cold, cold eyes.

His footsteps took him directly to his father's office, a man of whom seemed far more upbeat than normal. As soon as the old man's eyes caught onto the vicious sight of his seething son, he whistled, "What has you?"

"What do you want?" Natsu rubbed his mouth, frustrated, "I'm busy cleaning up this shit. This better be good."

"By the sounds of it, it doesn't seem to be going so well." Igneel snickered, leaning forward onto his desk and extending a hand to offer the seat across from him. "Update me and I will update you, hm?"

Natsu, not without a crack of his neck, obliged and sat down, clothes stained in blood and grime. Igneel pulled out a hankerchief and handed it to him, more for show than for actual help. The pink-haired heir dropped the thing on the ground, "The bitch who's been ratting us out to the jackass who started this dipped. She's out of town. Without a trace."

"I don't see how that matters." Igneel leaned back in his chair, "As long as the source of these tabloid leaks is gone. Their clan of rodents will disappear with them."

"Nah, that's not how this shit works. You leave even one alive, they'll just multiply." He rolled his jaw around, "Why are you playing with the mob when you don't even know how to get around thugs?"

"Speaking of," Igneel completely bypassed the question, "After a long negotiation, I do believe I've come to a beneficial agreement with Jude Heartfilia."

Natsu's onyx eyes immediately met his, "What?"

"Yes," He poured some whiskey into a glass, "I won't go into much detail for now but, it seems tables are turning in our favor."

"Our favor?" Natsu shook his head, "Start with Ren and then move up the ladder of corrupted."

"I did." Igneel slid the glass to Natsu, "I finally got him to see... our perspective."

Natsu tilted his head at such a vague answer, with clear irritability, "Fast." He looked away, bored of this conversation, "Is that all?"

"No." Igneel tossed the blonde princess's gift onto the desk, "The beautiful Heartfilia girl asked me to give this to you."

Natsu looked down at it, "Why?"

"Asked the same thing." Igneel sighed, "She is really very lovely. Never seen a woman so well-made since... well... I don't quite think I ever have seen such a thing." He sipped some of his own cup of brown alcohol. "It's a shame."

"What?" Natsu licked the top of his molars, not necessarily paying attention as his old man talked.

"That girl is just far too..." He tossed his head side to side as he thought for a word, "Clever."

Natsu widened his eyes, "Yeah." He hissed beneath his breath, "She is."

Igneel looked up at such a dark tone but found his son was no longer there and instead stormed out the door. He inhaled deep and exhaled long, "The things I do for his future and not even a glance of gratitude." He looked down to his glass, "A father's job is never done."

. . .

SLAM.

Lucy came out of her Father's office well after the sun had set. Her body was soaked in sweat and her exhaustion was clear as she barely held up the cloth covering her naked body. She swallowed and walked down the hall to her bedroom.

She slammed the door shut and fell to her knees with a grunt, allowing the pitch black of her room surround her. "It's almost over." She whispered to her self, "You don't get to break yet."

"It is almost over, isn't it." A familiar voice echoed in the room. The lights immediately turned on and Lucy snapped her head up, eyes and body weak. Before her was Erza and a handful of goons. "Damn." Erza snickered seeing the blonde on the ground, weak... pathetic. "Never thought I'd ever see this. You. At my feet."

Lucy stared up at the girl who she was still befuddled about being in her room. And then, she laughed. Chuckled, making Erza take a step back. "A fair move, Mr. Fernandez." She moved the hair stuck to her sweaty face, "What a dirty tactic."

"Not much worse than your own." Erza bent down to meet her eye level.

"Yes," The blonde hummed, tiredly, "Though, I don't need to attack when the enemy is most vulnerable to win."

"You're an exception." Erza smiled ingenuously, "But I suppose it doesn't matter how good you are with your tricks once you're too dead to use them anymore."

With a weak arm, Lucy lifted herself up, "We'll see." Immediately, she was grabbed by the goons behind her and just like that, gone.

The Heartfilia prodigy, kidnapped by a couple of street rat thugs.

Well, she did have some free time to spare.

. . .

Not without unnecessary aggression, the blonde was slammed down on a seat with a poorly tied blindfold. She hadn't seen the way here but, she had a pretty good inclination as to where they took her.

Her arms and legs were tied to tightly to the seat, it ripped at her skin. Lucy snickered at the harshness of all the hands cautiously immobilizing her. "I don't believe this is necessary." She shifted so the blanket fell a bit, barely covering her breasts. "I don't have skills that are physical."

"With the amount of secrets you have," Erza tied the last not, nearly popping the blonde's shoulder out of place with how complicated a position her arms were in. "You could be a trained assassin for all we know."

"I do believe I mentioned once that I don't get my hands dirty." Lucy hummed, hearing the amount of footsteps in the room multiply. "Ah, but I don't expect you to remember simple details."

Erza ripped the blindfold off, meeting those satanic, yet somehow showing a crack of weakness, brown eyes with her own irritable glare. "Welcome to your death bed."

"What a surprise." She said without much enthusiasm, looking over the dirty basement, "It's a bit theatric to station yourself at the very place that ruined you," Her gaze turned to the dark figure in the back of the room, "Isn't it, Jellal?"

"I told you the blindfold was ridiculous." Erza hit one of her goons.

The blue-haired ring leader stepped into the light, much more... fit and handsome than she once remembered. "It was only the ending to the first story. Your end will begin my sequel." He matched her amused tone. "Is it haunting? To know you are going to die in the state your Father fucked you into?"

Lucy licked her cheeks into a much less entertained expression, "Out of all possibilities, not once did I predict you would know such a thing."

"Oh but don't we all know? It's never been quite confirmed but... the dark Heartfilia secrets have always been speculated in rumors." Jellal walked around the sweaty female, seeing the sickness of her own shame create a green tint to that perfect Heartfilia skin. "My guys were waiting for you for nearly a third of the day. Papa is a passionate lover, isn't he?"

"I could say the same for your mother." The blonde locked dirty eyes with him, "She took all of our men until the wounds in her pussy killed her."

Jellal's pupils dilated as all the adrenaline rushed to his fists. He immediately punched that snarky, perfect face with every force in his body. Without even an exhale, the blonde was knocked out cold. "Bitch." He flicked his bloody knuckles. "And weak, still too." He turned around and snapped his fingers, "Get me when she's awake."

"Jellal," Erza lightly gripped his shoulder, "Why don't we just get it over with now? She's dangerous when she talks."

"No." Jellal slapped her fingers off him, "This was too easy. Capturing her, getting her here, then a simple kill? That's no way to end this climatic event."

"So what? You're gonna have the whole crew rape her, cut her, and then just shoot her in the head?" She rolled her eyes, "Why give her such a grand way out?"

Jellal turned to her, with deranged eyes she only saw when they were young. "I want to see the truth, in her eyes. Her fear."

Erza clenched her jaw, "You're being irrational."

"Maybe." Jellal turned away and walked toward the door, "She stole everything from me. Shot my dad when he was taking a shit. And let my mom bleed out from her rape wounds." He stopped right between the doorway, "No, no I will show her she's not the only one playing a big game. I'll show her she's just a pawn too."

"Jellal, I really think things have been pushed too far forward. We were fine at the pace we were at. Now Natsu is really after you and you're about to torture the smartest sixteen year old in existence." She ran her fingers through her hair, "We are in over our head. You don't have enough... enough..."

"What?" Jellal's pupils held daggers as they snapped to her. "Enough... men? Enough power? Enough intelligence?"

"Enough time, Jellal." She exhaled calmly despite the fire in his eyes. "We got lucky today. If you were wrong, if she was in that room before... all that... she would've seen us coming. She sees everything coming."

"I was right, I wasn't lucky." Jellal hissed at her, "But, let's not forget all this shit is because you failed to tell me of her beforehand." He got close to her, "Now the shark has gotten into the waters, we've got no choice but to hunt it with all the blood we've spilt. That girl can't go with all the shit she knows about us or even your Pixie crew. Vengeance or not, this shit has piled up and we are cleaning it. Now."

Erza swallowed and looked down. Without a retort, Jellal stormed out of the room. All the gang members looked to the crimson-haired rat and she snapped a glare at them viciously. "Fuck off." She hissed at them, "If she says one fucking riddle, shoot her point blank."

Then, she left into the hallway.

Her body slammed against the wall and she looked down to her phone where she received several calls from Cana and Gray.

She rubbed her face and whispered, "What the fuck are you doing, Erza?"

Hey theeerrreeee.

So it's been about a year since I updated this.

But better late than never right? Anyway. I can't say I am THRILLED with this chapter but it is sort of getting the point and I don't want to add extra scenes just to make the pacing better. I promise, it all seems so easy and fast but, you know your girl Lucy is just killing some time.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if I just killed her next chapter?

Anyway, I will be explaining how the fuck the gang managed to sneak into the house and how Jellal knew exactly when she'd be getting incesty. We are sort of reaching the end but not really. I would say, we are almost to where Lucy thinks this will all end but in reality, it's sort of the beginning of the real plot.

Okay, bye. Loves you.
