Lillian returned only to be tackled with hugs from her Konohana friends.

"You're back! We miss you so much!" Reina said.

"Where were you? The music festival was kind of boring without you," Hiro added.

As grateful as she was for the welcome home, the farmer couldn't find the energy to smile or to write. The loss of her new friend and the trip back had taken a great toll on her. She forced a small smile.

"I had something to do in the city. "

"Mikhail was asking for you! He got a little upset when he found out you were gone. That one cute blond was looking for you too!" Nori exclaimed.

"Dude, let's face it. Everyone was looking for her," Kana added.

"Except for that flower boy, he showed up looking like a zombie and put himself in a large distance from the girls. Weak," Reina said with her eyes rolled.

"Anyways," the botanist continued, "Come to mountaintop at 8pm. We have a surprise for you!"

The farmer nodded with a smile. She waved at her friends until they were completely out of sight.

Later after noon, Lillian finished planting her crops that would hopefully help her earned enough money to pay for her father's hospital fees. Her injured hand began to ache and sting. She pulled off the gloves that had successfully hidden her injury from her friends. With a long sigh, she stared at Beef resting under the sunny sky. As weird as it seemed, she wanted to join her calf too. She walked to the barn and lay down on the grass, using Beef as her real-life-animal pillow.

She woke up to a familiar voice that called her name and to a sweet flowery scent. Oh, and also a few barking. Wait, what? She opened her eyes to find a dog licking her face. She gasped. The dog was so cute! He looked like black paint had splashed on his white fur. She then looked at the blond boy with the green eyes.

"You look really ugly when you sleep," he smiled. Then his cheeks flushed red when their eyes locked. "S-stop staring at me!"

"I-I couldn't Bacon... so I.. found him."

The farmer was still shock from the big surprise. As if excitement had taken over control of her body, she jumped up and hugged Cam until they fell to the ground.

"Y-you're go-going to suffocate me...!"

She couldn't help herself. It was the first time she felt happy ever since she returned. They both sat up and stared at the new dog chasing the panicked Beef into the barn.

"Hey! What happened to your hand?" Cam asked as he grabbed her burned hand.

"Accident," she mouthed.

"Let's go to Dr. Ayame to get your hand treated!" Cam suggested but Lillian shook her head. She took her notepad out and scribbled words down.

"Please don't tell anyone. I don't want to worry them."

Cam exhaled. "Fine," he said, "then come with me back to Bluebell. I think I planted some herbs that can help."

The farmer and the florist arrived at the mountaintop for a special surprise. All the young bachelors and bachelorettes from the twin towns, including Echo village, were there to celebrate.

"Taa-dahhh!" they all cheered, "Welcome back, Lillian!"

Mikhail began to play his violin, producing pretty music notes as the friends danced around. He winked at Lillian which made her blushed a little bit.

"Now this is the music festival I want to go to!" Ash exclaimed. "Welcome home, Lilli!"

The farmer had the biggest smile on her face. She felt the urge to extend her arms and hug them all at once. She felt the urge to scream with them to express her happiness and joy. She felt the urge to tell them a big thank you for everything. She glanced at Cam who looked more surprise than she was.

"I... have nothing to do with this. They didn't tell me anything," he said, "Ugh, I should go home."

A young lady, same age as the rest of the friends, walked to the florist with her arms folded across her chest. She flipped her curly, orange hair so it could rest behind her back.

"What do you want, Ugly Orange?" Cam insulted.

"Aww, is the florist scare?" she said.

"Yeah. That stripe and blue maid outfit is terrifying."

"If you'd like to watch a great horror movie, I could provide you a mirror."

"FeliCITY? More like FeliUGLYTOWN," the florist barked.

"Cam? More like LAME!" The young lady replied.

Although they were insulting each other, Lillian found their arguments cute and quite harmless (maybe).

"They were like this since the last music festival. Felicity was only trying to get Cam to stay but her method wasn't a good one," Reina whispered.

"Girls!"

"Boys!"

Felicity and Cam stuck out their tongue as if trying to mock each other.

"I'm leaving," he stated.

The farmer took a hold of his hand.

"No, dance with me," she mouthed. He seemed to be confused at the words she was trying to communicate. Once again, she repeated, "Dance with me. Dance... with... me..."

Cam sighed and turned away from Lillian. However, he wasn't leaving.

"Aw, come on! Felicity! Apologize to him!" Amir said as he gently pushed her to Cam.

"Just pretend you two are best friends today," Allen added.

"Buddy, you say sorry, too!" Ash said.

Both turned away from each other and murmured a barely audible sorry. Suddenly, the sound of the violin stopped. Lillian looked at Mikhail but found Neil holding the instrument instead. The blond young man waved at her with a big smile. He began to play a soft melody that was perfect for slow dancing. His notes were pleasing to the ears, different from Mikhail's yet as skillful as him.

"Go Neil!" Tina shouted.

Lillian was so busy being amazed by Neil that she hadn't noticed the two young men behind her. They both tapped her shoulder. Cam held out his hand but he turned his face away.

"Will you dance with me?" he asked.

Then there was Mikhail, who bowed like a prince with his hand held out to his 'princess'. A smile stretched across his lips.

"May I have this dance?"

"OooOo. Drama," Hiro said in the back ground.

The farmer's heart was almost like an on-going beating drum. There was the charming Mikhail asking her to dance but she had told Cam she wanted to dance with him. The problem was she wanted to dance with the violinist, too.

"I bet on Mikhail," Kana said.

"Nah, I'll go with Cam. They had a thing going on. Remember the dressing event?" Hiro added.

"Shut up, you two!" Reina barked as kicked the back of their knees.

Cam studied Lillian carefully. She didn't seem to be interested in him more than the talented violinist. With an embarrass cough, he pulled his hand away.

"I'll hang out with Ash," he said and left.

Mikhail took her hand and they swayed back and forth to the slow music.

"Somehow, you always look so pretty," he told her.

Her cheeks turned hot red so she looked away. She saw Cam smiling in a group of his male friends. The guilt found a place to rest in her chest. She asked him to dance with her but rejected him when he asked. Lillian turned back to Mikhail.

"I.. uhh... been wanting to ask you," he said, "Will you be my... girlfriend?"

Before the young lady could give him an answer, Reina interrupted the festival.

"I'll wait for you answer," the violinist said with a smile.

"It's bonding time!" She announced.

Kana and Hiro spread out several blankets on the ground, wide enough for everyone to sit. They played games and tell random stories until each of them fell asleep, except for Lillian. Reina's idea of a festival was sure interesting and somewhat dangerous. All of the friends were sleeping on a semi-hard ground, outside in the wild, and without blankets or pillows.

"It's fall so they should be fine," Cam whispered. "But for my own safety, I'm going home."

Lillian stood up and grabbed his arm. Deja vu-ish.

"You owe me a dance," she mouthed. She wasn't sure if he could read her lips since it was dark. The only light source they had was the moon.

"What?"

"You... owe... me-"

"You owe me a dance," Cam repeated.

She nodded with a smile.

"There's no music. I don't really care if you danced with Mikhail. I'm over it," he lied.

"Dance with me," she said but no sound came out.

"There's no music..."

"Pretend."

They danced silently on the pathway. The farmer was tense and nervous when Mikhail held her. However, with Cam, she felt so much more comfortable even if they weren't looking at each other. It might have been the sweet flower scent of his that calmed her down. Or maybe it was the silent green sea that settled in his eyes. Or it could have been the way he held her so ever gently like she was a fragile object.

"You can stop staring at me now," he whispered and let go of her. "Girls are creepy."

Lillian looked down, embarrassed.

"So, are you going to say yes to him?"

She looked up with her head tilted to a side as if he had asked her to solve a quadratic equation.

"Mikhail," the florist murmured, "Do you want to be his lover?"
