Authors Note - No disrespect is meant by this but I feel it really needs to be said.

This is a PSA

I have received a few reviews on this fic pointing out how long it took me to post up chapter 6.

It took a year.

I am aware of this.

I actually DON'T need you to point it out.

But something I do need to point out to you as some of you don't seem to get it is that I actually have a life outside of writing fanfiction.

For example, in the past year I finished a three year degree, I went to China, I went to the South Pacific Islands, I worked with a charity to help troubled youths, I started a second degree, and I started probably a million other things in the time that I wasn't writing this fic.

But here's the thing:

I don't actually have to write fanfiction at all. I am not obligated to update within a certain time period. And, most importantly, I do not write for You.

Telling me to update it because you want me to isn't going to work.

I write these storied because they make me happy, having the opportunity to share them with others for your enjoyment too is just a really awesome bonus. And let me perfectly clear THIS IS NOT ADDRESSED TO EVERYONE. For those of you who have left genuinely sweet reviews that are actually constructive I want you to know that I am so grateful for all of you and your reviews always make me smile and this is not addressed to you.

This is only for those of you who are feeling particularly defensive right now.

In case you are unaware, I'm not getting paid to write this. You are not paying me. You don't have the right to demand that I update.

So! Before you feel the need to leave a review that makes you look like an over entitled twat, take a minute and think about what you're doing. You're wasting your own time by leaving a review to passive aggressively tell me not to take such a long time to update and in doing so you're ACTUALLY making me want to make you wait for two years instead

PS the next chapter is in the works, No I have Not given up on it, but if I get ONE MORE review like the last three I've received telling me to post asap I will not post it.

Again I mean no disrespect but you guys have to respect me too and that I have a life. If not you're welcome to leave.
