The next day was uneventful for one Blaine Anderson. He hadn't been able to sleep at all the previous evening. He had been far too happy to actually calm down.

Burt had taken the information that Blaine was Kurt's boyfriend rather well. In fact, he was elated about it. Finn hadn't been so happy about the idea and had excused himself from the table with the excuse that he wasn't hungry. Carol was more than happy and had congratulated the couple.

And when Kurt drove Blaine home, they had briefly told the latter's parents. Regina had almost cried at how excited she was for them, hugging them both tightly.

Blaine smiled at the memory from where he was sat on the sofa and pulled his phone out of his pocket. Kurt's number was at the top of his contacts and he clicked on it before quickly typing out a text.

Please tell me you're not busy so you can come round!-B

Kurt smiled down at the text he had just received. His heart fluttered as he typed out a reply (that no, he was not busy and would gladly go to Blaine's) and the thought of seeing his boyfriend made him smile even wider. He jumped up and practically ran from the room to grab a coat and put on his shoes.

"What's the rush, Hummel?" Puck called. Kurt stopped at the bottom of the stairs and poked his head back into the room.

"Not that it's any of your business but I'm going to Blaine's."

"Ugh, why do you spend time with that douche?" Puck asked, grimacing.

"Because their boyfriends," Finn made a face as disgust.

"What!" Puck shouted, standing up from his place on the sofa. "Why?"

"Because I like him, and he likes me. Why? Does that ignite the homophobia in you?" Kurt glared at Noah, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Come on, Kurt, you know I'm not like that any more. But why Blaine?"

Kurt thought of all the reasons why he liked Blaine and, despite his anger, a small smile covered his lips. And then he was jarred back to reality as Puck clapped his hands together.

"I don't know what you two," Kurt gestured to the two boys in front of him, "have against Blaine, but I don't care. I like him. A lot."

Kurt turned and stalked out of the room and up the stairs. He heard Finn and Puck following behind him and groaned.

"Are you forgetting that he broke my nose? That kid is violent!" Puck declared, looking for any reason to put Blaine down.

"Are you forgetting that he was provoked by a homophobic bully? And that bully was you? Noah, I've lost count of the amount of times you've thrown me into dumpsters or pushed me into lockers. I don't think you have a say in how violent Blaine is," Kurt set his jaw, annoyed at Noah's hypocrisy.

Noah also set his jaw at Kurt calling him Noah.

"But I'm not your boyfriend. Do you really feel comfortable being in a relationship with a violent man? What if he turned on you!" By now the three boys were in Kurt's room and Kurt was putting on one of his fashionable blazers.

"Blaine is not violent! He would never hurt me, so don't even insinuate that he would. Nothing you say is going to change my mind, Puck." Noah smiled slightly at being called by his preferred name and was momentarily distracted. By the time he came back to reality Kurt and Finn were half way down the stairs; Puck quickly ran after them.

"...don't you care about my opinion? Unlike Puck, we get along Kurt. You should trust my judgement," Finn was saying.

"If you can give me a solid reason as to why you don't actually like Blaine then maybe, just maybe, I will consider your opinion. But that doesn't mean I'll break up with him or anything," Kurt added when Finn's face lit up slightly. Finn's face fell again as Puck joined him at the bottom of the stairs.

"Okay, so maybe I don't have a real reason but he gives me bad vibes," Finn threw his arms up in the air. Kurt slipped his feet into his shoes and grabbed his car keys from the window sill beside the door.

"Eating dry cereal on a Monday gives you bad vibes, Finn," Kurt rolled his eyes as he opened the front door and called over his shoulder, "See you later."

On the drive to Blaine's house, Kurt pondered over his 'argument' with Finn and Puck. He appreciated their concern but it was pointless. They didn't know Blaine like Kurt did and nothing they could say to him would change the way Kurt felt.

He was almost at Blaine's house and he smiled involuntarily. Seeing Blaine was always something to look forward to. Driving down the now familiar street, Blaine's house came into view. Kurt parked outside and jumped out of his car and walked up the garden to Blaine's front door. Before he had the chance to knock, the door flew open to reveal an excited Blaine. His hair was free of gel, his short curls reminding Kurt of when Blaine was younger.

Taking Kurt by the hand, Blaine pulled his boyfriend inside.

"What's funny?" Blaine asked, still smiling.

"Your hair," Kurt giggled. Blaine rolled his eyes affectionately and, after taking Kurt's coat and shoes and putting them away under the stairs, directed him into the empty living room, where a stack of movies and some snacks were awaiting.

"I figured we could have a lazy day," Blaine grinned childishly, picking up The Little Mermaid and a packet of Redvines.

"Redvines?"

"Redvines."

After watching The Little Mermaid, Aladdin and The Lion King, Blaine was on a sugar high and Kurt felt like he was a kid again, when Blaine, himself, and Rachel would watch Disney movies all the time. He smiled to himself as Blaine handed him a glass of lemonade from the kitchen.

"This has been great," Blaine smiled for too widely.

"Yeah," Kurt couldn't help but grin at his boyfriend, and his heart swelled at the love he felt for Blaine. That was when he knew, really knew, that Blaine was everything to him and no matter what anyone said, that would never change.
