Made For Each Other:-

Chapter 44:- Happily Ever After

Nice sun, nice breeze, nice weather – it was a very good day. It has been so long since Misaki has felt this alive, like most of the weight has been lifted from her shoulders. She felt light, like she could do anything. And guess what, her exams for the university just ended. Maybe that's why this day seemed more beautiful.

"Hey, Misaki so what's your plan next?"

The sudden voice made her turn back to see Sakura and Chiyo walking up to her. They had cleared their exams too. Misaki smiled, "Just chill and relax."

Chiyo laughed, "That just doesn't seem right coming from you."

Misaki chuckled. Chiyo was in her third trimester and she was quite big. She was quite surprised that Tora even allowed her to come to the university alone without any guards. As far as she heard, the couple went through a big argument and then came to a conclusion; Chiyo would be going to the university in their car and come home as soon as her exams will end and in return, Tora would not send any guards with her. Even though Tora agreed, Misaki thought it was quite risky.

"Chiyo are you feeling fine?" Misaki finally let out her concern, "I really can't help but be worried about you."

Chiyo being the girl is, just grinned and put up a ok sign, "I am perfectly fine. It's just a little heavy and hard to walk around, that's all."

"I am surprised that you are even here." Sakura added.

"Me too." And the girls burst out laughing.

Misaki took a deep breath. It had been so long since she had last laughed. After all their previous complications solved, her exams started and she had been busy ever since. She looked around. Every student was chattering. Everybody seemed to relax. The whole surrounding somehow made her remember the very first day she started working at the kindergarten, that day was very nice too. Also, on that very day she met her angels.

"Hey Misaki..." Sakura's sudden voice made her come out of her thoughts. Noticing she had Misaki's full attention Sakura spoke, "When are you going back?"

"To where…?"

"To him, of course."

Sakura just said the thing Chiyo was trying to ask all along and for this bravery she clapped for Sakura in her mind. As soon as the topic came up, Misaki's mood changed – it was quite evident as she let out a very long sigh.

"I really don't want to talk about this right now." Misaki replied.

Chiyo and Sakura shared a look and decided not to press her harder. It was hard for her after all, she nearly went to jail for some freaky lady, nearly lost her kids and had to went through all the insults. If she wants time, then she should get that. But again, nothing would go back to normal if the idiotic couple don't make up hurriedly.

On the other hand, Misaki was lost in her own thoughts. I can't. I am not your wife anymore. It's been ten days since she had uttered those words. Obviously, everyone was shocked but she had her reasons. After all she and Takumi did sign those divorce papers. But that the thing was not the one which made her sad. She was sad because in these ten days Takumi didn't contact her. Not even once. She didn't know what was going through his head. She did talk with the kids on regular basis though but every time she called Takumi never ever talked with her. Call it ego, but she never asked for him either.

Maybe he doesn't want me anymore.

As soon as those thoughts came into her head, she kicked it out. It wasn't possible… right? But what if the past incident made him think that she was not efficient to be the mother of his child..? It's not like this was the first time that these thoughts came into her head. It came before too, but she was quite fast to dismiss them too. But now, as time passes, it's taking much longer to dismiss those thoughts for her.

Sakura noticed Misaki was drooling in some kind of thought, and she was getting more depressed by the second. "If you are thinking that he doesn't need you then you are wrong."

Misaki's eyes widened.

Sakura smirked, "I just read your thoughts right?" She chuckled, "Takumi is better than that. I am sure there's something going on his head."

"Not to mention-" Chiyo added, "-after he said that he was married, the whole media is kind of on fire, like they will hunt down who that lady his." She ended with a chuckle.

Misaki nodded. Maybe it was just her imagination, but did the chattering around them grow louder? She looked around. Nope, she was not imagining it. There was suddenly some rushing in the campus. Some student's eyes were lit up as they talked about something excitedly.

"Did something happen?" Misaki asked.

"Umm… if you are talking about the sudden excitement around here then I have no idea." Sakura shrugged. "Maybe there are excited over some hot news. Beats me."

"Or maybe…" Chiyo, who was silent all along, looked at the front of them and stopped on her tracks before completing her sentence, "Maybe… they are excited over some hot guy."

Misaki couldn't understand what she was saying. Did pregnancy made her lose her mind? Whole campus excited over some random hot guy?! That's not possible. Nonetheless she followed her gaze to see what was happening. And yup, she stopped on her tracks too.

It was quite far, but she was quite sure about it. That long figure, well kept slim body, especially that blond mob of hair - which seemed to reflect sunlight – She can't be wrong. It was him.

Sakura, who was equally surprised, looked at Chiyo with her what-is-that-idiot-doing-here glance. Chiyo understood and shook her head in response. In fact, she herself was shocked. Tora didn't mention anything about it. On the positive side, maybe he was here to make up things with Misaki. But was university campus really the best place for doing that? Especially when paparazzi are scattered everywhere… honestly what is that guy even thinking?!

He's coming this way… Misaki's mind screamed and he stood right in front of her. If anybody wants to know how you wear a normal shirt and pant and still look damn awesome, you should go to Usui Takumi Walker. He was the perfect example for that. Maybe it was because she haven't talked with him and seen him in the past few days, but he looked more charming to her eyes. Blond hair neatly combed, white shirt tugged in pants, a blue tie hanging loosely around his neck, emerald eyes shining – yes that is Usui Takumi Walker. Not to mention all the other eyes were on him too.

"Hi" he said finally making Misaki jump a little.

She cleared her throat and whispered, "What are you doing here?"

Takumi looked around for a second before again looking at her, "I was waiting for your exams to be over." He continued when Misaki raised a brow, "So, how are you?" He shrugged.

Her jaw dropped, annoyance made all the way up to her brain but she knew better. Shouting at a world sensation in front a whole crowd, which was surrounding them and getting bigger by the second, was not really a good idea. Taking a deep breath she said, "Did you come all the way here to ask how I am?"

"Not really."

"Then say it."

He looked down for a moment and scratched the back of head. He looked as if he was hesitating about something. Misaki hated to admit, but this guy looked really cute while doing that.

For the first time, I repeat for the first time, Takumi felt this nervous. He was scared that Misaki will hear about his heartbeat. Hopefully, his fear didn't show on his face. And that woman, damn she looked beautiful; so much that he had to look down and calm himself down. Who can just clear an exam and look so beautiful…? Guess, Ayuzawa Misaki can. He smiled and looked up.

Much to Misaki's and everybody else's surprise, he got down on one knee.

Misaki's eyes widened as her jaw literally dropped. What the hell… And the next thing she knew Takumi had a ring in his hand.

"Ayuzawa Misaki-" he took a deep breath, "-you are the best woman I have ever met in my entire life, and believe me, I am not joking. You are kind, caring, a little crazy but still the best. You are self-less, you can lit up anyone's life. I never admitted it, but I was alone and messed up and then you came and made me the happiest person alive. I feel lucky to have you by my side. I can't stay without you, when you are not there even the easiest thing seems hardest to solve. I want to cherish you, I want to grow old by you, I want to experience all kind of new things with you. The last time I did this I asked for only my kids but this time I ask you as the love of my life-" he opened the ring from the box and held it in front of her, "Will you marry me?"

She was speechless, she wanted to cry, she wanted to laugh, she wanted to run away but at the same time she wanted to hug him tight – so many emotions she was feeling. But no words came out of her mouth as tears started forming in her eyes. It was stupid but there was a lump in her throat. She didn't care about the others; they just vanished from her sight. All she could see was him, sitting on one knee with a ring in his hand. She took a deep breath and nodded, "Yes, I will!"

A big teeth showing grin could be seen on his face. Only he knew, these fast few days how hard it was to stay without her but he was determined not to disturb her while her exams were going on, and now her answer made him want to cry.

He stood up and put the ring on her left hand. Her face had the most beautiful glow he had ever seen. And again, emerald met amber. Both held each other's hand, the pace didn't matter, the people didn't matter. Maybe some people took some pictured or maybe did a video but they didn't care. All they knew that they had each other.

Sakura and Chiyo looked at each other grinner and clapped for the new couple. Soon enough others started joining and cheering.

"Let's get married." Takumi Said.

She nodded.

"In a grand manner this time." He said and pressed his lips on hers.

Sakuya was nervous. He was about to walk her daughter out in the aisle. But it was not at all like the previous time. They were back in that small church though. Both Misaki and Takumi wanted to take their vows there. But this time, hundreds of people were sitting out there. All the walkers were here. He gulped, he felt like tripping.

"Dad, are you fine?"

Sakuya turned to see her beautiful daughter, standing with a small smile on her face. Only one word was enough to describe her: lovely. Her hair was curled and put in a bun while some curled locks ell on her face. Her dress was not too fancy but it hugged her body perfectly enhancing her curves. Sakuya blinked twice to let the tears dry, "I am just a little nervous."

Misaki came forward and held his hand, "Me too." She smiled.

It has been a long journey. When she first went to the job, she never thought that this day would come. Now, in ten minutes she was about to get married to Mr. Usui Takumi Walker in front of the whole world. And the best part was this was not her first time marring him, it was the second time. But this time their circumstances were different. It was not only because of Tai and Mei, it was for them also. Speaking of those two, they were the happiest ones. Since the time they heard the news of them getting married again, they have been on cloud nine. From choosing the venue to deciding the menu – all the time they were present. Misaki chuckled. It still kind of felt like the first time they got married.

A person approached them to notify that is was already time.

Sakuya took a deep breath. He smiled at her daughter as they started walking hand in hand.

"Thank you, dad." Misaki whispered, "For everything."

Sakuya could only nod as they went out in the big aisle. As soon as they entered, all the eyes were on them. Misaki couldn't help but grin. She looked ahead, and there he was with his idiotic grin. She didn't know how but she wasn't at all embarrassed to look at him. It felt good. It felt right. Through her left eye, she could see Gerald and Takumi's grandfather sitting. They seemed more than happy. Misaki could bet that this was the first time she saw Takumi's grandfather grinning in front of this many people.

The aisle walk was shorter than expected. Sakuya came forward and handed his daughter to the groom. Sakuya gave a small nod at him.

Takumi' as if understanding what he meant, replied, "I will." he looked at her, "Definitely."

The father smiled and walked away.

Misaki took a good look at him. How could I be this lucky? She thought. He was dressed in a white tuxedo with his hair brushed backwards. Simple and elegant would be the perfect two words to describe his appearance.

Takumi gave her hand a squeeze earning a look of annoyance from her and his heart filled with love he had for this woman. She looked majestic. Honestly, she shouldn't look this beautiful in front of this many people. He did notice that some eyes widened looking at her beauty when she started walking on the aisle. Well, it was not their fault. This lady here had a smile which could kill anybody. And she is mine.

The priest beside them were reading some quotes but they were so lost in their own thoughts that those words didn't even reach their ears, At this very place, they got married. Takumi was mad after he found out about the sudden wedding. He was real mad, but then Tora's words You won't regret it when you see your wife – this words made him come back to his senses. Surely he didn't regret it at all.

Soon the time to take their vows came.

The priest looked at Takumi, "So, do you, Usui Takumi Walker take Ayuzawa Misaki as your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I, Usui Takumi Walker-" he started, "-take Ayuzawa Misaki as my lawfully wedded wife. I promise to lover her and cherish her in good times or in bad until death do us apart."

The priest looked at Misaki, "Do you, Ayuzawa Misaki, take Usui Takumi Walker as your lawfully wedded husband?"

Misaki nodded, "I, Ayuzawa Misaki, take Usui Takumi Walker as my lawfully wedded husband. I promise to love him and cherish him forever in good times or in bad until death do us apart."

The priest nodded, "Now please bring the rings."

Misaki heart melted as her both kids came forward with the rings. It was just like the other time. Both were dressed in white. Tai was in a formal suite and Mei was in a grown.

The couple bent down to take the rings and exchanged them.

The priest smiled, "I shall now announce you as husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Takumi stepped forward. Unlike the last time, he planted a kiss on her lips. Damn, he had surely missed doing that!

The whole room started cheering and clapping as small heat crept on Misaki's cheek. She looked at the audience. All of their friends were there, well with a new member. Chiyo and Tora had a baby girl a month ago. The three of them along with Sakura, Kuuga, Aoi and Suzuna was present, each had a smile on their faces.

"Let's go home." Takumi said.

Misaki looked at him and smiled, "Sure."

"And don't forget about the honeymoon too. We are going alone." He winked.

Misaki blushed and looked away. He was sure that he heard her say idiot under her breath. He chuckled. But both their mind said the same thing.

Finally together…

Six years later:-

"What Aoi?! You are not going?!" Tora shouted.

But the person on the other side was calm, "Their house is too wild for my taste."

"Stop giving excuses!" Tora said through gritted teeth.

"I will make sure to go tomorrow. Bye for now." And the line was cut.

Tora sighed. It was not much surprise though; Aoi was never a crowd person in the first place. Kuuga and Sakura were lucky that he showed up for their wedding. Suddenly he felt a small tug on his leg.

"Aoi-chan isn't coming?"

Tora smiled as he picked up his little daughter in his arms, "Nope, he isn't but don't worry other's will come." She was Igarashi Rin, his heart. When she was born, Tora was very scared how to handle her because she was so small but he managed somehow. There were only two people in the world who had him wrapped around their fingers, and that was his wife and his daughter.

"Well nobody expected him to come though." Chiyo added.

"But mamma, it's their birthday!" Rin added frowning; her soft bleached locks covered her forehead.

Before she could say anything Tora opened his mouth, "Yeah but Aoi is a coward. Make sure to scold him the next time you see him." He said snuggling their noses together and Rin giggled.

Hearing Tora's words, Chiyo frowned but smiled anyways. Who knew the arrogant, bossy Igarashi Tora could be such a caring and lovable father. Chiyo took a deep breath, "Their house is wild though"

Tora looked at her, "Humm… They sure have it hard."

Chiyo laughed, "First twins and then triplets… Misaki is a super woman."

Walker Residence:-

Cedric was in hurry. He was in charge of decoration. Why? Cause today was the birthday of three little monsters and if any decorations go wrong, his boss will surely have his head. He chuckled as he heard some shouting and running in the house. The silent Walker Residence was not at all silent now.

"Eiii, give me that!"

"No!"

"Give me!"

The one named Ei paid no heed to his sister and ran faster with her share of cookie but he had to stop when he saw none other than his big brother standing with his arms fold.

"Ei, stop it." Taichi said, "Give the cookie to her."

"Yes, Tai-chan scold him." The girl who was running behind sticked out her tongue at her brother, "Ei is bad!"

"Hey now that's bad Mai." Taichi came forward and and gave them both a cookie, "I have two cookies, who wants it?"

Both their eyes lit up, "We!"

Cedric smiled watching the whole scene. It was amazing how Taichi can solve any problem before they could even reach their parents. The doorbell rang, meaning they were already here.

Hearing the bell, Satsuki was fast to open the door.

"Welcome!" She smiled at the guests.

And more little footsteps filled the house. Kuuga, Satsuki along with Tora and Chiyo were here. Not to mention their juniors came too. Four years ago Kuuga and Satsuki had a son named Haru and one year ago another son named Yuzu. On the other hand, Tora and Chiyo had Rin.

"You're here!" Ei said looking at Haru who grinned in return.

"Welcome guys."

All of them looked at the source of voice and there she was. Misaki. Chiyo and Sakura went towards her, "Hi, busybee."

Misaki laughed, "That name suits me." She looked at little ones, "Kiddos, you can go upstairs and play." Listening to her all of the kids went up leaving the adults alone. Only their elder brother stood there.

"Mom, don't overwork." Taichi added.

Misaki looked at her ever-so-dependable-and-caring-son and couldn't help but smile. It felt like just yesterday he was a little boy and now he's grown up to be a dependable elder brother.

"I won't." She replied. Taichi came forward and gave her a hug before going upstairs.

"He's grown up to be a fine boy." Kuuga murmured, "I hope my Haru and Yuzu grow up to be like him too."

"I just hope my Ei and Mai stop fighting." Misaki sighed.

"Hey, don't badmouth my kids."

Misaki closed her eyes, "And here's comes the most problematic one."

Tora chuckled as he saw Takumi. He was the same like before. It felt like he didn't age at all. He murmured, "I hope he gets bald soon." This earned him a smack from Chiyo.

Takumi put a hand on Misaki's shoulder and pulled her close, "Don't worry love, they will grow up to be fine."

"When you are the father, I am not sure." Kuuga retorted.

Misaki laughed. She had missed this bickering. Her son, named Eichi or Ei, was actually very much like Takumi- that smirk, that mischief-ness, that laid-back attitude- everything reminded her of Takumi. On the other hand, her other son, named Aichi or Ai, was much more like Taichi. Eichi was loud, Aichi was soft. It felt they both got two of Takumi's nature. If Eichi had the mischief-ness, then Aichi had the calmness. But their sister, named Mai or Maichi, she was more of a mixed of both their characters. She was cheerful, easy-going but got annoyed easily too. Meichi was happy when Mai came; at least she was not the only girl in home.

If it needs to be clarified, then she had triplets. Okay, when heard about the news she was freaked out. Handling five kids is no easy job. She remembered about Takumi that he was so good at baby-making and each time he said that Misaki would go and smack his head. Hard. Their relationship was pretty much the same – he was still the perverted alien and she was still the loud woman.

"Mommy, can we cut the cake? I am hungry." Meichi's sudden voice made the adults look at the time.

"Yup princess, let's cut the cake." Takumi smiled, "Call the others."

Yes, today was a very special day; the first day when the triplets came into the house. Takumi was happy. He remembered being excited about being their father. And time passed in a blink. They were already five today. Mei and Tai were eleven. Eleven! He couldn't believe his little angels were already eleven.

When they first broke the news about the kids, both Takumi and Misaki were scared about how Tai and Mei will accept the news. But it seemed they were worrying for nothing. Both Tai and Mei were more than happy to welcome their new brother and sisters. Not to mention, those two grew up to be more caring than he thought they would. The house sure was wild. Ei and Mai would fight and Misaki will stop them. On the other hand, Ai and Mei were comparatively calm. Tai being the eldest would always try to cover up for his sisters and brothers. It was always loud, but he didn't mind at all. He grew up in a atmosphere where loneliness surrounded him all the time but now, he could say, he was not lonely at all.

It was a small birthday party, nothing too fancy; just those close friends were invited. They chatted, shared some random stories, had some laugh, and ate dinner. It was not frequent that they all came together and relaxed like those old days considering everyone was busy with their new lives. The world knew about Misaki and the kids. Takumi was in fact quite happy about that; they didn't need to hide now, they could go anywhere they wanted. The only thing he was worried about was Misaki. She already had enough work as a lawyer and then there are the kids. Her overworking tendencies made him worry.

"Long day right..?"

Misaki turned at his voice and let out small sigh, "Everyday is long."

He went forward and hugged her from the back. "The kids are asleep."

"Hmm" She closed her eyes as she rested her back on his hard chest. It has been so long since they have some moment together. Usually everyday they are so tired that they straight go to sleep.

Takumi took a sniff of her neck. She smelled like soap, "Did you just take a bath?"

"Hmm…"

He smiled as he started trailing some kisses along her neck making her gasp a little.

"Takumi, the ki-"

"They are asleep."

Misaki turned to see him to lecture him a bit but stopped when she saw burning passion in his eyes. She gulped, it has been long since she saw her like this. "Wh-What?"

"You're beautiful." Takumi remarked which made her blush. Ah… this blush… and he carried her in his arms to the bed. She was just too beautiful, her big amber eyes – those made him want to stare at them forever. He kissed her eyes, and nose with made her giggle a bit. And finally, he planted a long deep kiss on her lip.

Misaki knew she had nowhere to run, but every time his lips would touch her, she could feel shivers down to her spine. He brought his mouth close to hers, she blushed deep red. Takumi chuckled and whispered…

"Get ready, it's gonna be a long night."

Misaki looked at him and through the side of her eyes she could see the two photo frames they had on their bedside table; the first one was taken outside of the church with her, Takumi, Tai and Mei and the other one was taken after the triplets were born with the whole family in it. She smiled at the memories and turned to look at the person above her who had a amused expression on his face.

"Oh I am abseloutely ready Mr. Walker."
