"Potter! Like The-Girl-Who-Lived!" Ron said very loudly.

AN: Yes I know I'm slow! Sorry!

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter! Hopefully you know that though!

Haley nodded.

"What the bloody hell is Haley Potter doing here?" Charlie asked Arthur.

"Language Charlie," Molly lightly scolded.

Fred and George both poked at her scar causing Haley to look at them oddly and Arthur to tell them to leave the poor girl alone.

"How long is she staying here?" Percy asked.

Arthur cleared his throat and said, "Permanently."

"Like forever?" Bill asked confused. "We were told that Haley Potter was living with her relatives. Why would she need to live here?"

"That is a story for another time," Arthur said in a way that he knew his kids would understand meant that they were not allowed to question Haley about her past until she was ready to speak of it.

"Where will she stay?" Ginny asked.

"What do you mean?" Molly questioned.

"Where will she sleep?"

"Actually Bill I was wondering if it would be okay if we gave her your room and you stayed with Charlie now that your only here a couples months out of the year," Arthur asked.

"Yeah that's fine. Charlie, Fred, George, and I can move my things after supper but it we may not be able to get it all done."

"That's alright. Haley can sleep on the sofa tonight and you can do it all tomorrow."

Bill just nodded as Molly handed out plates of food. Haley's plate was smaller than the other because Molly knew she wouldn't be able to eat as much but Haley was still stunned by the, in her mind, large portion she was given, especially considering she ate the past two days. Haley however ate along with everyone else even though she couldn't finish her entire plate.

After supper Ginny took Haley upstairs to look at her dolls. Haley had never played let alone with dolls so it was a foreign concept but Ginny taught her and the two immediately became best friends. Ginny talked a lot so it didn't matter that Haley didn't have much to say. Ginny could keep up both sides of the conversation on her own. Haley just sat there listening and brushing a black haired doll's hair.

It wasn't long until Molly informed the girls that it was time for bed.

"Can Haley stay in here tonight?" Ginny asked.

Molly smiled, "If it's alright with Haley."

"Come on Haley! It will be like a sleep over!"

All Haley did was give a shy nod.

"Alright then, I'll get the sleeping bags," Molly said smiling as she walked away.

Molly went downstairs with a huge smile on her face.

"What are you so happy about?" Arthur asked suspiciously when Molly walked in the room.

"Haley will be sleeping in Ginny's room tonight," Molly told him.

Arthur looked surprised but smiled just the same.

Molly quickly grabbed the bags and was about to climb back upstairs when Arthur said, "Maybe tonight we can let the two stay up. It would be good for Haley to have some fun."

"That's exactly what I was thinking," Molly said walking away. She entered the room to find Ginny talking away to a silent but attentive black haired girl. "Alright girls here are your bags for the night and before you ask Ginerva, yes you can stay up as long as you promise to not keep the entire house awake and at least get some sleep."

"Yay! Did you hear that Haley? We get to stay up!" Ginny said excitedly.

Haley just gave her a small smile.

"Alright girls, I'll see you in the morning."

Molly went back downstairs and sat heavily on the couch. She was still smiling. This meant that Haley liked Ginny! That meant she was starting to trust the family. It was a small step but a step in the right direction.

"This is good," Arthur said as if reading her mind.

"The poor girl has been through more than most people can take yet she's still trying to be normal. Merlin, Arthur she was raped by her uncle! Just the fact that she's willing to stay in the house with us is a miracle and now she's sharing a room with Ginny."

Arthur gave a small chuckle, "Well with Ginny she doesn't need to say much to keep a conversation going."

"Yes but she's listening to what Ginny has to say. She trusts her after one afternoon together."
