Kensi and Deeks walked into the building on a sunny Monday morning. Kensi sat down at her desk and got a wiff of Callen's coffee and bolted for the bathroom. Callen looked at Kensi's back as she ran off then at Deeks.

"So how far along is she?"

"What? Huh?" Deeks looked around but they were the only two in the bullpen at the moment."

"Kensi, how far along is she?"

"Don't know what you're talking about."

"Deeks do you forget my wife had the same reaction to coffee early on?" Callen laughed. "Remember the day she puked on Sam."

"Oh yeah that wasn't pretty."

"So how far along is she?"

"Six weeks."

"Does Hetty know?"

"Yes. Kensi is allowed in the field for two more months or as long as Hetty feels it's safe."

"Kensi on desk duty this is not going to go well."

"What's not going to go well?" asked Finn as she joined the guys.

"Kensi and desk duty."

Deeks cringed.

"Oh yeah. She almost knocked me down in the bathroom."

"I knew we wouldn't keep this from you two."

"Yeah and you wanting to change the twins diapers all the time was a dead giveaway." Added Finn.

Deeks grinned and shrugged. "Well it's nice to know what I'm doing now before the kid arrives."

"Hey feel free to baby sit any time Deeks." Callen looked at Finn. "We'd love a few nights out."

"You guys have a nanny?"

"Hey you want practice don't you?"

"Yes."

"Ok Friday night you and Kensi get the twins."

Kensi walked back to her desk and Callen got up and moved to the couch to finish his coffee.

"Thanks."

"Any time Kensi, by the way Deeks offered for you two to babysit the twins on Friday night."

Kensi looked over at Deeks.

"What we need the practice. And if we can handle twins we can handle one."

Kensi sighed and nodded. She really had no clue what she was going to do when the baby came. They had not planned this, Kensi didn't even know if she wanted kids, but it was too late now.

After lunch Kensi hunted down Finn in the firing range.

"Hey can I ask you something personal?"

Finn took her ear protection off and put her gun down.

"Sure."

"Did you want kids?"

"Not really."

"But you seemed so happy when you found out?"

"Scared to death was more like it." Finn leaned against the counter. "At first it was fun to just tease Callen about me being pregnant then that stupid little test came back positive." Finn shrugged. "For a moment I wondered if I could terminate without telling him."

"Oh my god you didn't?"

"For a moment yes, then I knew that I couldn't do it."

"We didn't plan this. I'm not even sure how the hell it happened."

"Well Kensi you see when you get naked and Deeks does his thing…"

"Oh shut up I know that part." Kensi laughed.

"Deeks is great with the twins. He'll be great with your baby too."

"He really wants kids."

"So did Callen. Well after he got over the shock of twins."

"Oh yeah I remember how nuts he went there for a while."

"Kensi you will be fine. And the smell off coffee should only bother you till your about three months."

"I've already banned Deeks from drinking any at home."

The girls talked for a while about baby stuff then got back to work. Kensi felt better knowing she wasn't the only one who had second thoughts about becoming a mom.

That night Callen had the twins on the living room floor letting them play with some new toys. Hetty had gotten them a mat that made noises when parts were touched.

Emma was smacking one part with her little hand and giggling every time it mooed at her. Alex was less sure of the noisy mat and was busy chewing on his toes.

"Well Kensi is freaking out over being pregnant."

"She'll be fine."

"In time. Good thing Deeks is calm over it. He really wants kids."

"Give them enough time watching these two and he may change his mind."

"Callen that isn't funny."

"Sorry."

"Our kids are not that hard to handle."

"Yet."

"Callen."

Finn just looked at him.

Callen started to laugh. "Just wait till they are both walking and getting into everything."

"Callen we hardly have anything for them to get into."

Callen looked around. She had a point. "Ok then we don't let Deeks and Kensi baby sit at their place. Kensi has way too much stuff."

Finn just looked at him and shook her head. Callen was way too over protective of the kids. He called Hanna a couple times a day to check up on them. Finn knew he was just being cautious. Who knew what would happen next.

Emma smacked the mat again and this time it barked at her. She giggled and looked up at Finn.

"Well someone is enjoying her new toy."

Emma started to squirm trying to crawl over to her mother. Finn picked her up. "What a good girl."

"See what did I tell you into everything."

Finn sat down next to Callen and leaned in to kiss him. "And you're just as excited as I am that she tried to crawl."

"Yes I am."

Callen looked at Alex who was still on his back trying to eat his feet.

"Come on Alex don't let your sister beat you."

Alex looked at Callen and blew spit bubbles at him.

Callen sighed and Fill laughed. "Yep he takes after you."

"Ha ha very funny."

DEEKS APT.

"Kensi this place is just too small for us and a kid."

"It's fine."

"Way too full of all your hording."

"I am not a hoarder." Kensi threw a pillow at Deeks.

"Ok fine but you do have a lot of stuff."

"I like my stuff." Kensi started to cry.

"Oh baby its ok you can keep all your stuff." Deeks pulled her into his arms. "We just have to buy a big house that we can't afford to put it all in."

Kensi cried harder.

"I want a house."

"I know you do Kens. It will be ok."

Deeks was about to panic. He never remembered Finn crying like this. Well not at work that is. Except that one time Eric ate the last donut when she was about seven months along. Poor Eric ran out and bought one donut of every kind the shop had just to make it up to her.

"Ok Kensi please stop crying."

"It's the hormones." Cried Kensi.

"How about if I run out and get you donuts."

"Donuts?" Kensi pulled back and looked at Deeks.

"Yep donuts as many kinds as I can find."

"I like donuts."

"Yeah I know you do."

Kensi smiled.

"Ok give me about a half hour and I'll be back with your donuts."

"And Ice cream."

"Anything else."

"No."

Deeks grabbed his keys and headed out to find donuts and ice cream. On the way he called Callen.

"Hey Deeks what's up?"

"Kensi will not stop crying."

"It's just hormones."

"I can't say anything too her without her crying."

"Then I'd stop talking."

"Callen you're not helping." Deeks pulled into the grocery store parking lot. "Did Finn cry over every little thing?"

"No she yelled a lot and gave me dirty looks mostly." Callen looked at his wife who was in the kitchen. "Except that one time Eric at the last donut. That day was not pretty."

"Yeah I'm on the hunt for donuts and ice cream right now. Anything to get away and just hope that Kensi calms down." Deeks headed for the ice cream and grabbed four small tubs of Kensi's favorite brand not knowing what she was going to want. He also grabbed a box of Twinkies and a bag of peanut butter cups.

"All I said was my apartment is too small and hers is too full."

"You called her a hoarder again didn't you?"

"Yes." Deeks sighed. "Man I'm not sure I'm ready for this."

"At least you're only having one. Try dealing with knowing you're going to have two in a few months."

"Yeah but you love having the twins."

"Deeks do you remember how bad I freaked out?" Callen shuddered. Not his finest moment. "I wanted a kid, maybe one more later on not two at one time." He looked down at the babies and smiled.

"Yeah you went all zombie on us there for a few hours."

Deeks paid for the snacks and headed back to the car. He knew about a 24 hour bakery that often had hot fresh donuts at all hours of the day.

"Trust me once you're holding your kid you'll forget all about being scared."

"Man I hope your right."

"I am."

Deeks hung up and drove to get the donuts. He got two dozen, one of each kind. The woman working the shop just smiled at him. "So what did you do wrong?"

"Called my pregnant wife a horder."

"Ouch." The woman added a dozen cookies to the order. "Hope this helps a bit."

"Thanks."

Deeks walked into the apartment to find three huge bags of garbage sitting in the living room.

"Kensi…" Deeks cringed at how high pitched and cracked his voice came out.

"Yes." She walked out of the bedroom and dumped another bag onto the pile.

"What are you doing?"

"Cleaning."

"I can see that but cleaning what?"

"All of my junk out of the spare room."

"Ok but why?"

"Where else is the baby going to sleep."

Deeks was dumbstruck. Not only was Kensi calm she was cleaning and tossing out her precious things.

"You know we can always put your stuff in the garage."

"You need somewhere for your truck and surfboards."

Kensi noticed the bags and took them off Deeks and headed into the kitchen. "Ok you are the best husband ever."

"Thanks." Kensi had a donut in one hand and a cookie in the other.

Deeks went to the spare room and found that Kensi had indeed tossed out close to half of the stuff she had in there.

"I want to put the crib over here by the window and a rocking chair next to it and the changing table and dresser over here." Kensi pointed to each spot.

"Ok."

Kensi smiled and kissed Deeks on the cheek. "I love you so much."

"Love you too Kensi."

Deeks left her in the spare room and went out to the living room. He grabbed a cookie and picked up his phone.

"What now Deeks?"

"She's cleaning." Whispered Deeks. "I'm getting scared.

Deeks heard one of the twins cry and Finn ask what was wrong. Then Callen explain why he was calling.

"Deeks Kensi is nesting it's totally normal." Said Finn after she took the phone from Callen. The baby was now crying into the phone so Deeks figured Finn was holding it.

"Finn you don't understand she's not only cleaning she's throwing out her stuff. Her precious junk."

Finn had to hold back a laugh at the fact that Deeks was whispering and that he really did sound scared.

"Let her. Trust me she'll just replace all her junk with stuff for the baby so it will be fine."

"Did you do the same thing?"

"Deeks I hardly owned anything and you've seen Callen's house. I didn't have anything to toss out."

Kensi walked back in humming and dropped another bag onto the pile. "Deeks take this all out to the dumpster will you?"

"Ok."

"Go help your wife Deeks."

"I'm doomed."

Finn handed Callen back his phone. "Deeks is officially freaking out." She bounced Alex trying to get him to calm down. Emma had been asleep for a half hour now. Alex was throwing a fit and refused to calm down.

"Want me to take him for a ride that usually works?"

"No, it looks like it's going to rain and I don't want him getting a cold."

Alex started to gasp and Finn rubbed his little back. Finally he hiccupped and then filled his diaper.

"Ok Daddy it's diaper duty time."

"Oh boy."

"He's your son."

"How does he get so much in there?"

Finn laughed and watched Callen carry Alex out in front of his body.

Twenty minutes later Alex was sound asleep.

Callen walked into his bedroom to find Finn already in bed.

"Oh I got an email from Abby. She is going to come visit as soon as she gets some vacation time. Guess they are swamped back in DC."

"That will be nice."

Callen liked Abby he was just worried his kids would be dress all in black the entire time.

Finn watched as Callen pulled his tee shirt over his head and dropped his jeans. He sat on the bed with his back to her. Finn moved so she could run her hands over his skin and started to press light kisses across his shoulders.

"So do I get a reward for changing Alex?"

"I was thinking you deserve one."

Callen laughed and moved to cover his wife's body. "I love you and I love the twins so much."

"Love you too." Finn said.

They had just finished when Emma woke up crying. Finn told Callen to stay in bed and she would take care of things.

Finn picked up Emma and realized she needed a change. Once Emma was clean she cooed up at her mom.

"All better little one?"

Emma kicked her legs and stuck one little fist into her mouth. Across the room Alex was still asleep.

"You're going to have a cousin in a few months. We don't know if Aunt Kensi is having a boy or a girl yet but you'll have lots of fun together."

Emma looked up at her like she was trying to understand what was being said then yawned and closed her eyes.

Finn walked back to the bedroom to find Callen asleep. "Typical."
