Guess who is back with the one shots! This person!

I know that it has been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long. I will try to post this weekly as well at 'Pain'. There will be another A/N at the end of the chapter regarding of the past one shots in this story. Well, without further ado...enjoy the chapter!

Can you do a oneshot based on perverted where Kat tells Tucker off after she finds out her mom's in trouble because even though Liv doesn't want her to find out Munch tells her everything?

Kat's age: 14 (takes place before her breakup with Dickie)

Kat stared down at her phone screen. It has been over a day since she has heard from her boyfriend, Richard Stabler. Ever since Shane's passing, he had been distant. Kat had told him that she will be there for him if he needed her. Dickie only nodded at her before he had to leave home. She hasn't seen him since Shane's passing.

She quickly put her phone away when she heard the classroom's phone ring. She hastily grabbed her pen and wrote the notes that were on the white board. She could feel Mark's eyes on her but she chose to ignore him, at the moment.

"Ok, I will sent her right away," the teacher said cliply before hanging up the phone. She turned to look at the class. "Kathryn Benson, pack your things. Someone is here for you."

Kat frowned in confusion but did as she was told. She was glad that she didn't have to go to her other classes but was worried that maybe something to her mom. The detective was sick with the flu and hasn't gotten any better. She gave Mark a small smile before walking out the class.

She hurriedly walked down the halls to the front office. When she arrived at the office she was surprised to see Munch. She was happy to see him but was even more confused on why he was there. Her mother has been in the precinct since Cragen made her stay at home until she recovered.

"What you doing here?" Kat asked the older detective.

Munch raised his eyebrows. "Is that how young people are greeting nowadays?"

The fourteen year old grinned at him before giving him a quick hug. "But seriously what are you doing here? Did my mom send you to pick me up?"

Munch thanked the secretary and they both walked out of the office.

"Actually, your mom doesn't know that I came to pick you up," Munch said as they walked down the hallway. "She didn't want you know but you will find out anyways."

"What happened?" Kat worriedly asked.

"She is in some trouble. Big trouble."

"What do you mean by big trouble?"

Munch sighed heavily and began to explain the teen on Olivia been framed of murder.

It took every fiber in her body to not start running in the precinct. Kat was furious that someone was trying to blame her mother for a murder the detective didn't commit. Everyone in the precinct know that her mother was out sick because of the flu.

Munch and she were relieved when they saw Fin walking towards them. Kat tensed up when he saw the worried expression on his face.

"What's wrong now?" Munch asked his partner.

"Tucker came in a half hour after you left," Fin gravely said. "He came for Olivia."

Kat glanced up at Munch before looking back at Fin. She quickly asked him, "Where's my mom?"

"She is been interrogated by Tucker," Fin grumbled.

Kat frowned. "Why didn't she wait for a lawyer?"

"She didn't want to."

Munch placed his hand on the teen's shoulder. "Let me take you to her."

Kat followed Munch to the interrogation room while Fin walked away. She was getting anxious as they neared towards the interrogation rooms. Cragen was the first person she saw upon their arrival. He was surprised to see her there, by the look on his face.

"What are you doing here?" Cragen asked her, with a frown on his face.

The fourteen year old gestured towards Munch. "He picked me up from school, telling me that my mother was been framed by murder."

Cragen rubbed the back of his neck. "She is. We know that she is innocent but Tucker thinks she actually did it."

"Well, he's an idiot for thinking that," Kat glared at the man that was interrogating her mother. She can see him questioning his mother in the interrogation room from the one way mirror. She couldn't hear what they were talking about but she could see that it wasn't going well. Her mother was getting frustrated each time Tucker opened his mouth.

"I need to talk to Liv," Elliot panted. He had run from the squad room when Fin told him what was going on. He showed Cragen the manila folder he was holding in one of his hands. He noticed Kat and sighed in relief. "Maybe you can help?"

"Me? How?" Kat asked. She had helped them once with a case before she got shot. She had helped them catch a rapist. She just hoped that she didn't had to do that again.

Elliot opened the folder showed her a picture of a man next to a motorcycle. "Have you ever seen him before? Do you recognize him?"

Kat took the picture and studied the man's face. She frowned at the man in the picture. She shook her head and glanced up at Elliot, "Never seen him before. Is he the one that is framing my mom?"

"I don't know," Elliot sighed in frustration. "He could be. The only one that could recognize him is your mom."

"We can't interrupt the interrogation," Cragen argued.

"The hell with it!" Elliot growled. He banged at the one way mirror. Not only did he startle Olivia and Tucker, but also Munch and Kat.

Tucker said something to Olivia before he grumpily walked out of the interrogation room. He was shocked to see Munch, Elliot and Kat with Cragen.

"What are they doing here?" Tucker motioned towards the detectives and the teenager. "Detective Benson is been interrogated for murder. They can't listen to this, especially her," he glanced at the young girl.

Kat frowned at him. "I have a name you know."

"I don't really care."

"Dickhead," Kat murmured. Only Munch heard it and his lips twitched in amusement.

"I'm sorry," Cragen said but he didn't look like he was.

"My mom is innocent," Kat said before any of the detectives could say anything. "She hasn't been out of the house because of the flu."

Tucker raised an eyebrow at the young girl.

"Look," Elliot stepped closer to the IAB agent. "Let me just show this picture to Detective Benson. I need her to identify this man that appears on it."

Tucker stepped aside from Stable and glared at Captain Cragen. "They can't be here. You can because you are commanding officer."

"Aren't you listening?" Kat frowned at the man. "My mom didn't do this. She is a good person."

"So you don't think that is possible for your mother to kill a man?" Tucker glanced down at the young girl.

"How can my mom, who is downright exhausted because of the flu, kill a big biker guy?" Kat narrowed her eyes at Tucker. "They guy was twice her size! You must be a fucken idiot if you actually think she did this!"

"Kathryn Benson, watch your language!" Cragen sternly told the girl.

Munch had to bite his lip from preventing a laugh to come out at Tucker's shocked look on his face. Tucker had mistaken that Kat would actually stay quiet and no try to protect her mother from false accusations. Olivia was protective of Kat just like the young girl was protective of the detective.

"DNA doesn't lie," Tucker frowned at the dark hair girl. "Your mother's DNA was found in the crime scene."

"Then someone must have planted it," Kat argued. She took a step towards Tucker but Munch and Cragen took a hold of her two arms to prevent her from moving.

Tucker raised an eyebrow. "And who would have done that?"

"Oh geez, I don't know!" Kat mockingly smirk at the IAB agent. "Maybe one of the perps that my mom has tried to put away or the guy in the goddamn picture that Elliot is holding! Someone is setting my mom up and you are falling for it! I thought IAB people were supposed to be smart?"

"I don't have time for childish games," Tucker shook his head. He glanced towards the Captain. "They have to go now or else I will have to interrogate Detective Benson somewhere else." He stared at the young girl one last time before opening the door to continue his questioning.

Before he could have closed the door, Kat shouted, "Asshole!"

Upon hearing her daughter's voice, Olivia glanced at the one-way mirror. "Was that my daughter out there?"

"She needs to respect her elders," Tucker grumbled. He cleared his throat and took a seat on the chair again. "Now, where were we?"

Kat sighed heavily when she felt Elliot's hand on her shoulder. She glanced up at him and he gave her a sad smile.

"Don't worry; we will clear your mom's name. I promise," he said, pulling her closer to his side.

With one more glanced at her mother, Kat left with Elliot and Munch to the squad room.

The fourteen year old stared down at the bowl of soup in front of her. She had been staying with Jo and her mother since her mother was sent to Rikers. She at least had time to say goodbye before Tucker took her mother out the back of the precinct. Cragen was too busy, along with the other detectives, to prove her mother's innocent that she had to stay with Jo.

Not that Kat was complaining. She wanted her mother to be cleared from the murder. But her mother had been sent to house arrest and Kat couldn't be with her, at least not yet. The detective was still a suspect on the murder and Kat had to stay away, until her mother was cleared from the charges.

"You will be able to go back home," Jo's softly said to the teen, as they ate dinner. "The charges against your mother will drop any day now."

Kat smiled sadly, "I hope so, Mrs. Trejo."

The older woman chuckled. "How many times have I told you to call me Mary?"

"Sorry. It's just habit."

Mary chuckled again and stood up from the chair. "I'm going to refill my cup. Do you girls need anything else?"

"No," both teenagers shook their head.

Mary nodded and excused herself, leaving the girls in the dining room.

Kat took out her phone and checked her messages. She felt a pang of disappointment when there was still no response from Dickie. She was starting to get worried. They haven't gone this long without talking, even when they had their disagreements.

"Still no word from Richard?" Jo sipped some grape juice from the glass cup she was holding.

Kat shook her head. "He's gotten distant. Shane's passing really shook him. They were best friends."

The blonde grimaced. "It's so sad what happened to his friend."

"He was really a nice guy," Kat put her phone away. She remembered meeting Shane during the summer. He was really sweet and funny. She was really happy that he was fighting to keep himself clean. Not only for his sake, but mostly for his mother. "He had so much potential."

Mrs. Trejo re-entered the dining room, with her glass filled up. "So does anyone want to talk about their day?"

"It was boring," Jo shrugged. "What about your day, mom? Anything happened in the hospital today?"

"I don't know if you girls would want to hear it," Mary smiled at the teen girls as she took a seat.

"We do!" Jo excitedly said. She turned to her best friend. "Don't we?"

"Yes, we do," Kat grinned at the older woman. "Please?"

Mrs. Trejo laughed and took a sip of her glass cup. "It's short but it was really funny. We had a hard time not trying to laugh afterwards."

"What happened?" Jo asked her mother eagerly.

There was knock on the door before Mary could have start her story. Both girls groaned and pouted at the older woman.

"Let me just see who it is and I will start the story," Mary got up again, "finish up eating your dinner girls."

"So what are you going to do with the Richard situation?" Jo whispered to her friend. "Are you going to give him some time or what?"

"I'll text him again before going to sleep," Kat mumbled. "I'll figure something out tomorrow if he doesn't text back."

"Let him know that you are there for him."

"I did when I last saw him," Kat looked down at her bowl of soup. She softly blew on the spoon. "It will take time for him to accept Shane's passing."

"Guess who is here?" Mary said from the entrance of the dining room, startling both girls.

"Johnny Depp? Robert Pattison?" Jo smirked at Kat.

"Daniel Radcliffe?" Kat returned the smirk to her friend.

Mary shook her head. "No," she moved aside to let the person in. "Although, I wouldn't mind Johnny Depp showing up at my place at night."

"Mom, no," Jo scrunched her nose to her mom.

Kat laughed. "You were the one that mentioned him."

"And now I regret it."

"Do I hear the names of boys?" Olivia stepped in the dining room.

"Mom!" Kat smiled, jumping out the chair.

Olivia chuckled and wrapped her arms around her daughter. She missed the teenager but she was glad that Kat wasn't there when Harrison broke in the apartment. Olivia just wanted to get her daughter after they interrogated Harrison back at the precinct.

"I missed you," Kat mumbled.

Liv smiled, even if her daughter didn't see it. "I missed you too, honey."

"Aww," Joe lowly said.

"Do you want to join us?" Mary said, interrupting the mother-and-daughter moment. "We were eating dinner."

"I don't know."

Kat stepped out of the hug and stared up at her mother. "Please? Mrs. Trejo was just going to tell us an interesting story."

Much to the detective's amusement, her stomach let out a loud growl. She blushed at the noise while the teenagers smirked at each other.

"I guess that answers the question," Mary simply smiled at the detective. "Take a seat while I fix you a bowl and something to drink."

"I can do it," Liv said.

Mary shook her head. "Nope. You are the guest. Sit down and I will bring you a bowl." She didn't wait for the protest from the detective, and walked towards the kitchen.

"You better listen to my mom, Ms. Benson," Jo took a bite from her spoon. She nodded to the empty chair to the left. "Take a seat."

Kat and Liv took their seats as the waited for Jo's mothers. Both teen girls continue to eat while Liv waited patiently.

"Does this mean I get to go back home?" Kat said, after chewing her food.

"Charges were dropped," Liv smiled at her daughter. "Tucker even came to the precinct to apologize personally."

"That's a surprise," Kat raised an eyebrow.

Jo snorted and continued to eat. Kat told her of the argument she had with Tucker in the precinct. The blonde wished she was there to have witnessed the whole thing.

"It's a good thing I made some chicken soup," Mary said, coming from the kitchen with a steaming bowl and a glass filled with orange juice. "I heard that you been battling a flu. This will help recover more quickly."

"Thank you, Mary," Liv smiled gratefully to the nurse.

The blonde woman smiled at the detective and took her seat.

"Can you tell us the story now mom?" Jo glanced up at her mother.

"I don't know if Liv would want to hear it?"

"Please mom?" Jo pretended to pout.

Kat did her 'puppy eyes' to Jo's mother. "Yeah, please Mrs. Trejo? We want to listen to your story."

Olivia watched in amusement at the girls' childish antics. It was quite entertaining for her as she took a sip of her soup. "I think the girls are right."

"See even Olivia agrees!" Jo grinned at the detective.

"Oh, alright," Mrs. Trejo chuckled.

The nurse told the girls and the detective the story. It was about how a father and his son visited the ER because they stuck a piece of lego up their noses. It had Jo and Kat laughing while the adults watched them in amusement.

Hope you all enjoyed it!

So here is the thing...I'm not really good in math. So that means I messed up on some of these one shots and how they fit in the timeline. I don't know how many (but I'm guessing between 3-7). I put the wrong age of Kat on some of them and put characters (like Calvin for one example) either too early or later than they should be. I will probably start taking them down one by one and fix them as soon as possible.

So don't worry if the chapters get taken down. I will repost them back up once they are correct. Not only will I fix the age, but I will try to make them better and make other corrections. With that said, I will try to post another new one shot before taking the ones that need to be corrected.

So yeah...review!
