It's been over a year. You haven't seen a story update, haven't seen my words gracing this place in a very long time.

It is unfortunate, but I've lost the will to continue writing on and will not be continuing this story...

No, wait, before I receive angry letters and death threats from a few Russians... let me finish here! (And hopefully I don't wake up to an Obrez breakfast surprise!)

I've wanted to continue this story for a long time, but the problem is that I feel that my older chapters do not reflect on my current writing ability. It has been roughly two years since I first started writing this story... that is plenty of room for improvement. This is not expert quality, this isn't 'shits-gold' level of writing experience here, but enough experience to let me know where I've done wrong and how to fix it. Nowadays I look at the old stuff and go 'Wow... I wrote that, I'd get into a four hundred word debate about how I could have improved my story' kind of thing. Then I never get around to writing because of how I feel about it.

So, in one sense, I won't be continuing this story.

But, I will be continuing it in a new story which is known as 'Warcraft: Arrival from the stars Redux'... the difference being with the magical word 'Redux.'... which apparently makes it better... or something :P

This is to allow readers to see my old work, whilst also allowing you to see my new, edited versions. Hopefully you will notice some differences in feeling and tone, let me know.

It's been far too long since I've got off my ass and really told you all the reason why. Well, I've gotten off my ass, now it's time to set my hands to typing.

I'll also likely release my new version on Spacebattles, depending on how it goes.

Oh, and in my Redux version, I'll be combining shorter chapters into one so that it is in accords with my current writing standards. +3000 words = 1 chapter. Anything less is well, not really a chapter, but a cock-tease. (Or an announcement!)
