SHALL WE?

It was a very rowdy day for the straw hats.

In the middle of the vast ocean, they were surrounded by no less than a dozen marine ships. Luffy, however, did not take this as a threat. In fact, he considered it fun. A lady marine was ordering the men around, so everyone assumed she was the captain. Quite stern. As Nami, Usopp, and Chopper ran across the deck in absolute terror, seeming helpless, two crewmembers stood silently at the railing, looking out onto the ships that bombed pointlessly at the Sunny.

"They caught up with us pretty fast," Zoro pointed out, a look of annoyance plastered on his face.

"Indeed. It would be very troublesome if they ended up making holes in the Sunny," Robin replied, her eyebrows furrowed slightly.

"Would you guys stop saying things like that?!" Usopp pleaded.

"Uh huh. Maybe we could let them have Usopp's head, I bet they'd leave us alone," Zoro suggested, ignoring Usopp's request. Robin nodded in response.

"I also hope we won't find an unconscious Luffy in the water once this is over," she said as she gestured to their captain, who was blowing up ten times his size and deflecting flying bombs.

Zoro glanced briefly at his female crewmate, sensing competition. Letting out a slight huff, he unsheathed his swords and jumped, slicing a couple of bombs in half.

"Wouldn't it be," he began before landing on the deck, "pretty bad if Chopper bounced off Luffy's balloon body and onto one of the marine's ships?"

Robin turned her gaze toward Luffy, who was indeed very close to Chopper. The marine ships were getting closer, too, so his predicament was quite possible. Despite that, she couldn't help but smile.

"Why yes, it would," she said. "But then again, Chopper's quite strong. I have a feeling the possibility of Usopp slipping off the railing, bonking his head on a rock, and bleeding to death is much more realistic."

"EXCUSE ME?!" Usopp snapped, attempting to begin a speech of how amazing he actually is, but was interrupted by yet another comment from Zoro.

"Oh, do you?" he asked sarcastically. "Well, I'm pretty sure the chance of Nami losing her voice from all that damn screaming of hers, getting kidnapped by one of those marine idiots, having no voice to call out to us with and getting killed, isn't any less realistic than that."

"I HEARD THAT, YOU DUMBASS!" Nami yelled from across the ship.

Robin crossed her arms and loud snaps were heard from behind them. Marines had started coming onto the ship. She cocked an eyebrow at Zoro and sighed.

"It's not the time to stand there and say such negative things, why not help out?!" Usopp shouted as he dodged a punch from one of the marines.

Unfortunately, he was ignored.

"But the likelihoods of Sanji falling for the looks of their lady leader, getting easily knocked by one of her men, suffering a terrible nosebleed, fainting, and Chopper getting distracted and running for his aid, causing Luffy to get worried and run by their sides, followed by Usopp, which will leave only you, Nami, who's already half conscious, and I to go against the marines, who as you can see have summoned more ships, and the doom of our ship and crew is even more possible than that."

Zoro's mouth was half open. Deciding he was better off defending the ship than going against one of his smartest nakama, he gritted his teeth and joined Luffy. Who needs to be in a stupid conversation like that, anyway…

Robin let out a chuckle.

He had to admit though, that indeed, no one on their ship was better at making worst-case-scenario comments than her.
