"Oh…my head." Sam groaned as his eyes came into focus.

"Son of a bitch." Dean grunted. It seemed he was awake too.

"Glad you're back to your old self." Castiel said.

"What are you talking about?"

"Nevermind." Castiel said, disappointed. This not-so-touching moment was interrupted by Jesse.

"Well, well…Looks like everyone is up." He said, menancingly. Sam rolled his eyes.

"Can we skip the dramatics?" He asked. Jesse frowned.

"You won't be so sassy once I've erased your memories and made you one of my singing slaves." He replied, and then laughed manically. Sam shivered at the thought.

"Good thing we wore these earplugs." Castiel said. Jesse raised his eyebrows, and snapped his fingers. Blaine and Nate appeared and took out their ear plugs. Sam shot Cas a glare, but found he couldn't really be mad at Cas.

"Can someone explain what is going on?" Dean yelled in frustration.

"It's alright my Deanie Bobeanie. Once I erase your memories again you won't have to worry." Jesse said, lightly tracing his finger along Dean's shoulders.

"Get your hands off me! And I am not your Deanie Bobeanie!" Dean growled. Castiel smiled. Jesse scowled and grabbed a microphone. He cleared his throat.

"What do we do?" Dean asked, deciding maybe these two strangers were right about Jesse.

"Maybe if we block him out, we won't be able to hear him." Sam suggested.

"Silence…" Jesse sang. And suddenly Dean and Sam couldn't talk.

"Sam? Dean?" Castiel asked. Jesse's voice didn't seem to work on him because he was an angel.

Jesse kept singing. Sam and Dean stopped struggling. Dean passed out.

"Sam! Dean! Hold on!" Castiel said as he struggled in the ropes. He almost had the knot untied. Jesse was still singing. Castiel was ready to punch his stupid assbutt face in. He finally undid the knot, and stood up victoriously. He remembered what Sam said, about overpowering Jesse. He saw the guitar laying on the ground and picked it up. He had no idea how to play, but that didn't matter.

"Hey, Jesse." He said, and strummed the strings. "Shut your cakehole." He said, in the wise words of Dean.

Jesse raised an eyebrow. "What is this?"

"I told you to shut up." Castiel rifted.

"Who do you think you are trying to tell me to stop singing?" Jesse sang into the microphone. Cas strummed on the guitar even louder. He began to sing the only songs he knew. Classic rock.

"Living easy! Lovin free! Season ticket on a one way riiide." Cas sang back. Jesse frowned.

"What are you doing?"

"Askin nothing, leave me be! Takin everything in my stride."

"W-What are you singing?"

"Don't need reason, don't need rhyme. Ain't nothing that I'd rather do. Goin' down, party time. MY FRIENDS ARE GONNA BE THERE TOOOOO"

"Is that…? Are you singing Classic rock?" Jesse asked, bewildered.

"I'm on the highway to hell! Highway to hell! Highway to hell!" Cas sang. Jesse picked up his microphone.

"Alright. Two can play at that game. NATE! BLAINE! Turn on the karaoke. Classic rock." Nate and Blaine quickly turned on the karaoke machine, and set it to random.

"You're going down." Jesse said darkly. Cas gripped his microphone tighter. Sam and Dean looked at each other, very confused as to what was going on. Then the first song started.

"Here I am, rock you like a hurricaaane!" Jesse sang. Cas glared at him and sang back, "Here I am, rock you like a hurricane."

Then the song changed, luckily Cas quickly recognized it.

"You're as cold as iice. You're willing to sacrifice our love. You never take advice, someday you'll pay the price I knooow I've seen it before it happens all the time. You're closing the door, you leave the world behiiind." Cas sang. Jesse frowned. It seemed he didn't know the lyrics. But then he smiled as the song changed again. Unfortunately for Castiel, Jesse recognized this song.

"When I die and they lay me to rest. Gonna go to the place that's the best. When I lay me down to die, goin' up to the spirit in the sky, goin' up to the spirit in the sky. That's where I'm gonna go when I die." Jesse sang. Cas refused to let him win that easily. He quickly sang the next lyrics before Jesse had a chance.

"When I die and they lay me to rest, gonna go the place that's the best." As Cas finished the line of lyrics, the song changed once again. And once again, Cas recognized it before Jesse.

"Hells bells! Hells bells, you got me ringin-" Before Cas could even finish the lyric, Jesse cut him off.

"Hells Bells! My temperature's high! Hells Bee-ACK" Jesse froze. He couldn't believe he just cracked. HE. CRACKED. His voice did not crack. He tried to brush it off, but Cas could tell Jesse was shaken up. Cas took advantage of this by singing the next song.

"There's no one like yoooou. I can't wait for the nights with yooou. I imagine the things we'll dooo. I just wanna be loved by yooou." He sang. He quickly looked at Dean and Sam. Sam looked ok, if a bit confused. Dean was still unconscious. But Cas could feel he was almost there. Then the song changed again. Both Cas and Jesse frowned in confusion. This song was out of place. Cas decided he would still sing it though because he couldn't lose his streak now.

"Near. Faaaar. Wherever you aare. I believe that the heart does go ooon. Once moooore you oooooooppeeeen the doooor. And yooooooou're heeere in my heart. And my heart will go on and ooooooOOOOOOOOoooooOOOOoooon." Cas sang. Somewhere in heaven Balthazar stopped what he was doing, scowled, put ear plugs in, and continued what he was doing.

"Cas, since when do you know and sing Celine Dion?" Sam asked. Castiel shrugged. He honestly wasn't sure. Jesse started to sing, but the song changed before he could get into it.

"Oh, come on!" He whined. Cas smiled happily. He was also glad because he recognized the song that had just come on.

"Once I rose above the noise and confusion. Just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion. I was soaring ever higher. But I flew too high." Cas sang. Unfortunately, Jesse interrupted him.

"Though my eyes could see I still was a blind man. Though my mind could think I still was a mad man. I hear the voices when I'm dreaming, I can hear them saaaay!" But Castiel was never one to give in so easily. He clutched the microphone tighter and kept singing.

"Carry on my wayward son" But Jesse didn't stop singing. So now they were singing in unison. "There'll be peace when you are done. Lay your weary head to rest. Don't you cry no mooooooore."

"Masquerading as a man with a reason. My charade is the event of the season. And if I claim to be a wise man, Well it surely means that I don't know." Cas sang by himself. Then Jesse picked it up.

"On a stormy sea of moving emotion, tossed about, I'm like a ship on the ocean! I set a course for winds of fortune, but I hear the voices saaaaay!"

"Carry on my wayward sooooon. There'll be peace when you are done. Lay your weary head to rest. Don't you cry no more!"

"Carry on,"

"-you will always remember" Jesse cut in.

"Carry on,"

"-nothing equals the splendoooor."

"Now your life's no longer empty. Surely heaven waits fooooor yooooou!"

"Carry on my wayward son." Both Jesse and Cas were singing together again. They angrily moved closer to each other to sing in each other's faces. "There'll be peace when you are dooone. Lay your weary head to reeest. Don't you cry!"

"Don't you cry!"

"Don't you cry no moooo-AACK" Jesse sang, but his voice cracked horribly halfway through the high belt and he broke into a coughing fit.

"No. My…My voice!" Jesse cried hoarsely. "This can't be happening! What if I have NODES? You ruined my VOICE." And he had another coughing fit.

"That's what happens when you mess with my Deanie Bobeanie. I-I mean my friends." Cas blushed a little. Then he grabbed Jesse by the throat.

"Now put them back to normal." He growled. Jesse swallowed nervously and then nodded his head vigorously. Castiel let him go. He coughed and then sang weakly, "Return to your normal selves. You will have all your memories back."

"And you will no longer have any control over them." Castiel added. Jesse scowled, and then saw the look on Castiel's face and added, "You will no longer obey me."

Sam blinked a few times and then gazed around disoriented.

"Cas! That was incredible!" Sam said, having witnessed the entire event. "Where did you learn to sing like that?"

"I have to thank Dean for exposing me to those songs." Cas said.

"What about Celine Dion?" Sam asked.

"What is Celine Dion?" Cas asked. Sam shook his head. "Nevermind."

Cas frowned and looked worriedly at Dean. He was still unconscious.

"Come on Sleeping Beauty." Sam said, poking Dean. "Hmm. He's not waking up."

"What should we do?" Cas asked.

"I-I don't know. I though once Jesse was stopped, Dean would just wake up." Sam said. Cas thought about what Sam had said a moment ago. What had he called Dean? That sparked an idea. Cas quickly leaned down, and kissed Dean on the lips. The kiss lasted at least 10 second (Sam knows because he counted). Suddenly, Dean's eyes shot open. Cas stood back up.

"He's awake." Cas observed.

"Wait. W-What just happened?" Dean asked. He was looking around the room frantically, trying to remember where he was.

"One question still remains." Castiel stated.

"Wait. Can someone fill me in please?" Dean asked, because he did not remember anything that had happened. Also because he just woke up smooching Cas (not that he was complaining).

"Where did Jesse get that angel knife? A mere demon could not have gotten hold of one, and would not have given it away so easily." Castiel answered, ignoring Dean.

"What are you trying to say?" Sam asked.

"I'm saying I don't think Jesse made a deal with a demon. Come on. Let's go release Blaine and Nate and then we'll confront this demon." So Jesse released Blaine and Nate, who were both very confused. Sam lied and said they had gotten really drunk at a concert and passed out. He pointed them to the nearest train station. Then Castiel dragged Jesse with them as they slid into the car. Sam filled Dean in on what had happened. And then Sam had to talk Dean out of beating Jesse to a pulp…for now.

"We're here." Jesse said. They climbed out and surveyed the crossroads.

"Now, summon the demon." Castiel commanded. Jesse nodded and then murmured some Latin gibberish. The demon appeared.

"What is it now?" She hissed. Then she saw the Winchesters and Castiel.

"You failed sooner than I thought you would." She scowled. Sam clutched the demon knife and held it against her throat.

"You're no demon, so what are you?" He asked. The woman raised an eyebrow. Sam jerked back in shock as her face began to morph into a familiar one.

"ZACHARIAH?" Cas, Dean, and Sam exclaimed in unison. Zachariah gave them a smug look.

"The one, the only."

"So that's it. You wanted to take advantage of Jesse by using him to get Dean to say yes!" Sam said, connecting the dots.

"Bingo. I didn't really expect it to work in all honesty. But at least I got to make a fool of your brother." He added with a smile.

"You son of a bitch." Dean said, glaring at him. He shot at him pointlessly. The rock salt slashed through the empty air and hit the brick wall. Zachariah reappeared behind them.

"Well, this has certainly been a fun time. But I've got to fly. Till next time." He said, giving them a little wink. With that he disappeared.

"I am going to tear his throat out the next time we meet him!" Dean screamed. Sam sighed.

"Let's just go back to the hotel room." He said, ready for a long sleep.

"Can I beat Jesse up first?" Dean asked. Sam made a cringe face. Dean put his best puppy dog eyes on.

"Oh. All right. Just make it quick."

"W-Wait a second here." Jesse began whimpering. "Dean, we're friends! This was just a friendly joke. A-A joke!"

"Okay. Well, have fun laughing at this then." Dean said, swinging his fist at his face. A few minutes later they strolled out of the crossroads. Dean pointed out the bar across the street.

"Wash away the painful memories?" He asked. Sam nodded in agreement.

"Wash away the painful memories." They began to walk towards the bar.

"I'd better get going." Castiel said.

"Alright. But I have to ask you something Cas." Dean said. Castiel jumped up like a puppy dog.

"Yes Dean?" He said excitedly. This was what he had been waiting for.

"How exactly did you stop Jesse?" Dean said. Castiel's face fell.

"Oh…I just outsang him."

"You? Outsang him?"

"Yes. With a guitar. And classic rock."

"Whoa." Dean said, raising his eyebrows. "We'll have to take you out to Karaoke Night next time." Castiel blushed.

"Alright. But I am glad you're okay. Now I've got to go investigate why angels are masquerading as demons."

"Okay. See ya Cas!"

"Bye Cas!" Sam and Dean waved goodbye, and he disappeared.

"So… Beer?"

"No. I need a whiskey."

A FEW MONTHS LATER

Dean was looking at the different flavors of pie and contemplating which one to get. He was about to give in and just get all of them, when he noticed a small group of teenage girls eyeing him and giggling. He narrowed his eyes. Then one of them came up to him.

"A-Are you Dean?" She asked.

"…Yes?"

"OMG OMG OMG, can I get your autograph?"

"…Yes?"

"OMG OMG OMG."

"Only if you stop screaming in my ear."

"OMG omg omg. Sorry. Yeah yeah." She held up a poster that said, Acafellas. Dean frowned.

A few minutes later, he grumbled as he got into the Impala.

"Everything okay, Dean?" Sam asked.

"No. Not at all."

"Hmm. Well you're not going to like the sound of this." Sam said, and held up his laptop. It was opened to a recording of what looked like an acapella group singing in a sold out concert.

"It's trending." Sam said. "Over a million views."

"O-Over a million?" Dean asked. He frown, slammed the laptop shut, and started eating his pie.

"Let's just go."

"Dean?'

"Let's. Just. Go." Dean said, and took a bite of his apple pie. He turned on the radio and put the classic rock on loud. "I hate fangirls."
