Ziron was relaxing on a large sofa as his godfathers ran about the room, packing various items to take with them. Remus had struggled to pull Sirius into helping but finally succeeded after 15 minutes of story-telling. Ziron slowly started to doze off before a loud pop startled him as the wrinkly creature from before appeared next to him. "The hell," he screeched as he fell off the sofa in fright. A bark of laughter sounded before Sirius walked over and helped him up. "Ziron, this is Melody she is one of the Black family house elves. She will be taking care of the property in our absence," Sirius said while giving Melody a pat on the head. The elf beamed up happily at her masters and gave an affirmative nod. "I'z be cleaning and watching over the manor while it iz empty. if you needz me though just give call," she said before leaving with a resounding pop.

Ziron almost laughed at the idea of house elves but his mouth snapped shut quickly, his body growing ridged. All that came to mind was the torturous hours of cleaning that he spent growing up. Then the memories, the many memories just began to hit him once again. In that moment his strong persona snapped and all that was left was a frightened child stuck in a nightmare. Quick as a pixie he tumbled off the couch and crawled under it, seeking solace in its darkness as a high pitched sound escaped from him in his terror. Remus covered his ears at the sound and winced, his enhanced hearing hindering him from moving. Sirius though whipped around from his bag and stared in horror at his godson. He had seen enough growing up to tell that this was the aftermath of abuse. Rushing over, he knelt down and began whispering encouraging words to Ziron to calm him. "Its ok prongslet. your safe. Pad'foo's got you," he kept whispering until he was able to slowly pull him out and cradle the boy in his arms.

Remus watched over them both for several minutes as Ziron slowly began to quiet down. He called for Melody to quietly bring a glass of water and a calming drought. Sirius lifted both himself and Ziron off the ground and settled onto the couch, still rubbing calming circles on his godson's back. Once his breathing had settled, Ziron was offered the glass which he drank greedily before slowly dozing off. The panic attack had sapped his energy.

As Ziron rested, Sirius and Remus spoke and decided that they would need to protect and care for him. After seeing their godson like that, they knew he would need a parent figure around frequently to help support him and pull him from future attacks. With their minds set, Sirius stayed and watched over the boy while Remus got everything in order.

After an hour he returned to find Sirius cuddled up to Ziron on the bed. Using a spell he made an instant portrait image of the two before shrinking it and packing it up. After a moment of peace he slowly woke up the two with Sirius trying to swat him away while Ziron lazily blinked and yawned before sitting up. "What time is it," he asked while looking at Remus, catching sight of a pile of bags by his feet. "It's only been an hour, almost time for lunch," Remus said as he reached down and yanked Sirius to receive a startled "I'm up."

Ziron chuckled at his godfather, then stood up and stretched. "Well we should get going, the clan must be getting restless at the gate." With a flick of his wand, Remus levitated all the bags after them as the exited the mansion. Catching sight of Stefan and his clan, Ziron smiled brightly and ran ahead. He greeted each member cheekily as the marauders joined them. "Stefan do you guys need to portray with me," Ziron asked as he realized it was alot of people for one trip. "No, once you arrive and give your wards permission for our entrance, simply call my name and I will shadowstep to you. My clan will be able to follow me," Stefan instructed before bowing to his lord, "See you soon, your highness."

The flatteries made Ziron blush, clearing his voice he turned to his godfathers. They grabbed onto his shoulders, the bags spelled to follow. They disappeared in blink of an eye as Ziron said "Ruby Manor" while rubbing his ring.

When we reappeared it was at a sheer cliff edge above a lake. I stumbled from landing and if not for Remus, I would have plummeted to the icy depths. "Steady there. Are you okay," Remus asked. "Y...yes, ahem I'm good," I said before looking around. The cliff face seemed to go on for edge but rounded out of view in two directions. We were surrounded be water but there was land on the other side of the lake.

"Is this an island," Sirius asked, most likely a bit stunned. "It seems so," Remus muttered as I stepped forward to the rock wall. Looking around I found an engraving of the Mor family insignia. Running my finger across it, I felt a prick and a sting. Pulling my hand back I saw a drop of blood well up. I glanced back at my godfathers before wiping the blood on the insignia.

It glowed red. The rock wall seemed to melt from view, in its place a thick pine forest. A path of dead grass lead us in deeper, keeping together we walked for several minutes before a loud pop echoed around us. An elderly house elf had appeared in front of them. "Visitors? Here? Who dares cross the Mors Mor-Dread Forest," the elf asked as he eyed us. "I'm Ziron Mor, new lord of the Mor, Tenebris and Amareth families. These gentleman are my godfathers, I came here to live in Ruby Manor," I said to the elf, trying not to laugh as his eyes grew comically big with each name. "Can you guide us to the manor," I asked finally snapping the elf out of his stupor. " Yes milord, Arty is sorry for the outburst. I can take you directly there," with that Arty grabbed my arm and popped me away.

I stopped myself from yelling at him simply because I was stunned by the hallway I appeared in. It was colored in dark red's and brown's. Everything of the finest quality. I sent Arty back to bring Sirius and Remus as they would be most likely scared for me. As they appear they rushed to look me over, after appeasing their demands they two became entranced with the decor.

"Arty can give you tour or tell you about ruby manor. There be other elveses caring for manor as well," Arty explained as he started bouncing on the balls of his feet excitedly. "Can you tell us about the island itself please," I asked.

Arty explained that the island was about 70 miles wide, that it was completely surrounded by Lake Mors-Oscula. It's fridged temps always below freezing, and impossible to cross. The manor was in the center of the island, surrounded by 2 miles of fields all around. The majority of the island was forests but there was a multitude of distinct biomes for each creature that lived there. Alot of the creatures could be rarely seen outside of the isle due to their rarity so it was no wonder the lived on the island in solitude.

The manor had a gothicesque theme with blood red paint being a common color all around. It was a beautiful Manor that would continue to build upon itself with the built up latent magic giving the home a life of its own. It rarely needed cleaned and loved to move rooms around whenever it pleased. The elfs affectionately call her Ru, as she always restocked the cupboard and shelves when they would run low on food. She was truly the reason the elves didn't die off for the decades the home was left untouched.

Arty showed us to the wardstone, and I finally got the chance to give the clans permission to come. "Arty we will be receiving some newcomers that will come to live here. If there is any unclaimed houses in the forest please prepare them for use. It's about 30 Incubus that will be moving in," I informed him. We exited to the entrance hall where I called Stefan who arrived promptly, stepping out of the shadows on the wall. "My lord, hope all is well. We grew worried as you took awhile to reach out," Stefan pouted at me before salivating as he took in the room.

"I'm sorry Stefan, it was a bit to take in," motioning to the elf, I informed him of the plan, " Arty here can show you to some homes for your clan to settle into. Once you're settled in and all is calm, please don't hesitate to seek me out here in the manor."

As Arty disappeared with Stefan, Sirius commented on wanting to go explore the manor and began to drag Remus with him. I chuckled to myself before summoning an elf to guide my the the Lord's Study. I have mountain of vault items to look through.

Hope you guys enjoyed the chapter. Again I am so sorry for the delays and hiatus that keep happening on my stories. I'll try to update when I can.
