So… I'm sorry for not updating. I've had this chapter ready for so long, I decided to update. I haven't got any other chapters written yet, I hopefully will though, so send that inspiration.

This chapter was originally very different. But rereading it, it felt too much, too soon. While that may be fine for the story in general I think to would of been too much.

Anyway, thanks for reading. Review (If You want), Insult (If you want), and dance, dance, dance to the radio.

7th May 1998

Harry woke up from dreams he wouldn't repeat to anyone. It wasn't a nightmare, no it was the complete opposite of a nightmare. Harry was scared of exactly what the dreams stood for. Sitting down for breakfast that morning he had to fight back every temptation of his to blush a horrible red, he succeeded for a bit until Fleur looked at him, noticing he had ate his eggs, and offered him one of her eggs. Harry had stammered and murmured a brief apology before flashing a bold red. Fleur seemed to be fully aware of what she was doing.

Harry, Bill and Fleur were preparing to leave for the Burrow when Harry had time to start considering what he was going to say there, and when he was going to breach the subject of Ginny. He didn't want to do it straight away, he needed to talk to George first, then maybe Hermione and Ron, then anyone who wasn't Ginny, he was terrified of doing what had to be done. Fleur's glances at him showed him that she was fully aware what was going through his head.

Bill, however, looked pretty exhausted, he had apparently been working hard at trying to fix goblin-wizard relations following the Gringott's break in, Harry imagined he would have to confront the goblins soon about that, by the end of the week hopefully.

The trio soon appeared outside Harry's second home, the ramshackled always-broken Burrow, which seemed ever so close to falling over, were it not for magic it probably would have fallen before Bill was even born.

"Harry." Molly Weasley screamed from the kitchen as she ran out to hug him greatly and pulled him inside after saying hello to Bill, and giving a short glance to Fleur

"Hey Mrs Weasley." Harry offered her a weak smile.

"Harry dear, remember call me Molly." She said wrapping herself into another long hug. Within seconds the entire Weasley clan appeared in the kitchen with Harry, they all bid him a hello and gave him a pat on the back.

"How've you been Harry?" Charlie Weasley said with a broad smile on his face.

"I'm alright. How long are you in England?" Harry inquired.

"Not long. I'm planning on moving home permanently though, been offered a job in Wales." Charlie said happily.

"That's cool." Harry said, honestly happy for Charlie.

"What've you been up to recently? I haven't seen you since… you know" Charlie said frowning slightly.

"Nothing much. Funerals, and I had a press thing." Harry muttered.

"Oh yeah I heard. Bet the Prophet made that fun." Charlie smiled sadly, mentioning the headline from two days ago.

"No the questions were pretty soft." Harry muttered distracted by Hermione pointing at Harry while whispering with Ron.

"Dad said you answered them like a politician." Charlie commented raising his eyebrows.

"There's no need to insult me!" Harry chuckled.

"Harry!" Hermione said finally managing to push Ron out of the way and approach Harry.

"Hermione. How've you been?" Harry offered her a smile, which she clearly rejected with a harsh frown.

"Why did you ignore us yesterday at the funerals?" Hermione said blatantly annoyed at Harry.

"I didn't know funerals were for socializing." Harry shrugged as Ginny and Ron followed Hermione standing behind her as she faced Charlie and Harry.

"They're not, but the least you could of done was say hello." Hermione said angrily.

"Hermione come on now." Ron said frowning and pulling at the girl.

"No Ronald! I want to know why we've been ignored." Hermione said angrily.

"I spoke to Ron yesterday." Harry said annoyed at the questioning.

"We saw." Ginny commented quietly.

"You also chatted with Shacklebolt, and Mrs Tonks a lot." Hermione said bitterly.

"Because it was her daughter's funeral and I needed to see Teddy." Harry said softly.

"Oh." Hermione said suddenly. "I didn't think about that." She said, suddenly frowning and eyes darting towards Ron and Ginny, "I'm sorry Harry I just don't like you ignoring us."

"I'm not. I just haven't spoke to you. That doesn't mean I'm ignoring you." Harry sighed aloud.

"Well why haven't I been able to visit you at Shell Cottage then?" Ginny piped in.

"I don't know." Harry commented, fully aware that Fleur had been stopping her from coming.

"Well every time I floo call I'm told by Fleur that you're busy, or somewhere else." Ginny said with distinct emphasis on the wording 'somewhere else', as she glared at him.

"Well I have been busy." Harry muttered, he had to break up with Ginny she had no right to be so mad, at least he and Hermione had been together for over a year constantly she wasn't used to not seeing him, her response was fine, he supposed.

"That still doesn't explain why you're busy all the time, and your behavior at the funeral." Ginny said angrily, "I saw you talking to some girl who had her top practically off in Andromeda's house." Ginny said her voice rising, "I'm your girlfriend, not that hussy!"

That was it. Harry didn't want to have to say this before at least getting a chance to talk to George, but it looked like he'd have to do this.

"Are you?" Harry said angrily, "Because I don't remember that."

"We went out last year." Ginny said annoyed at Harry's interruption of her diatribe.

"For a few months. Then we broke up."

"Because you had to hunt Voldermort, and you wanted me safe." Ginny said angrily.

"Yes I did." Harry said bluntly, annoyed at Ginny's actions, and words.

"So now Voldermort isn't around to harm me. We're back together." Ginny said clearly proud of her non-existent logic.

"No we're not. I'm sorry Ginny, I didn't want to have to say it like this. Really I didn't. But I don't think we should go out anymore." Harry said frowning, while holding a deep breath in anticipation of the reaction of the, what seemed like, million Weasleys who lived here.

"What." Gasped Ginny, as Hermione and Ron both opened their mouths in shock as Charlie noticeably sat up straighter and began glaring at Harry.

"We went out for a few great months. But I've changed over the past year, it's a stereotype but its me not you." Harry said suddenly sad. "I don't want to hurt you but I just don't see us together in the future."

"I can't believe you." Ginny spat out.

"Ginny! I'm 17 you're 16. Did you really think you'd marry the person you dated at 16? The odds are stupid. We both have growing up to do. I need time to decide who I am without Voldermort around, and you need time to discover who you are." Harry said calmly.

"I don't want that time though. I waited for you for a whole year." Ginny said quietly clearly confused, "It was that girl yesterday wasn't it, the brown-haired one, she wanted you, the Boy-Who-Lived, if I ever see her I'll…"

"That's the problem Ginny. I'm not the Boy-Who-Lived, I'm not something to be bought or sold, like you all treat Fleur just because she's a Veela."

This caused a multitude of reactions. Charlie continued glaring at Harry, Arthur who was nearby was staring bewildered at the scene unraveling, Ron was staring at both Ginny and Harry angrily, Hermione just seemed shocked, and Bill had turned to glare at Fleur who was stood far enough away, that she couldn't hear most of the conversation, while talking quietly to George.

Ginny's reaction was one of sudden clarity as she turned and glared at Fleur and opened her mouth about to continue before Harry intercepted her. "And as for the brown-haired girl, her names Alexus and she's Teddy's godmother, that's why I was talking to her."

"Godmother?" Ginny questioned before deciding to push on with her comment. "This is why Fleur wouldn't let me see you isn't it?"

"Yeah kind of." Harry muttered hoping Ginny had finally accepted it.

"She's got her claws on you. She's having an affair with you." Ginny shouted attracting attention from everyone who wasn't already watching the display.

"What? No!" Harry shouted.

"You've been sleeping with my wife?" Bill shouted marching towards Harry and stopping just a fingers length away.

"No, I haven't." Harry said angrily, before thinking of his dream from last night.

"You've been sleeping with Fleur?" Charlie said equally angrily.

"I haven't." Harry said going chest-to-chest with Bill.

"He wouldn't of." Ron said suddenly, as Hermione echoed a similar sentiment.

"You're stupid if you think that." Ginny said turning to Ron and Hermione.

"I can't believe you." Bill spat, "I let you into my home and you did this to my wife. I knew there was something going on, you two have been far too friendly, plus she keeps on arguing for you."

"I didn't do anything Bill. You have to believe me." Harry begged, feeling as weak as a shrew.

"I might not be able to beat you in a wizard duel, but I can do this." Bill said before Harry felt a fist collide with his face. Knocking him into the soft kind black unknown.

Awaking Harry noticed that he was still in the Burrow. In Ron's room if he had to be honest. He recognized it by the outdated Chudley Cannons posters.

The room felt empty and quiet, probably because most of the times Harry had been here he had been with Ron, and when Ron wasn't talking, he was snoring, and that meant Ron was barely ever quiet.

But now Harry was in this room in his pseudo-home. He had been accused of having an affair with a close friend of his, and had broken up with his now-ex girlfriend. The ex-girlfriend being the homeowner's daughter, and the close friend being one of their daughter-in-laws. Harry wasn't having a great day.

If he was honest he couldn't really care. He loved the Weasleys but sometimes they were a bit too much. Arthur was nice, but absolutely barmy with his Muggle obsessions, Molly was lovely, but she was fiercely protective. Percy, Harry didn't know how Percy was nowadays, he had been a control freak and an authoritarian, but Harry didn't know if that was still the case. Charlie was usually a kind, independent Weasley. Bill was the strong cool Weasley. George was the hilarious Weasley although Harry still needed to talk to him about how he was feeling, although Harry wasn't sure if he would want to talk to Harry.

Basically the day had gone worse than he had anticipated. Even if Fleur managed to persuade them that they weren't having an affair Harry would have to move out. That left Andromeda as his only choice of living, he just hoped Fleur managed okay.

"You're up now?" Hermione said entering the room quietly as Harry was sat admist his thoughts.

"Yeah. Looks like it." Harry muttered feeling pretty bad.

"You okay?"

"I'm fine." Harry lied, "Whats happening down there?"

"What isn't happening." Hermione frowned, "They're all still arguing about everything, and anything. You, Fleur, Ginny, Voldermort, Pranks, Responsibility. I think Mr Weasley & George have went into hiding." Hermione smiled "5 days after Voldermort's downfall and we're already in hiding again."

"Just my luck." Harry said spitefully.

"We're going to Australia." Hermione said out of nowhere, "Would you like to come?"

"What do you mean 'we'?" Harry asked.

"Ron and I, We're going to go find mum and dad." Hermione said sadly, Harry hadn't even given the Grangers any thought.

"Oh. I don't know. I've got to look out for Teddy." Harry said absently.

"Ron said you looked like you loved him. You looked happy holding him I guess." Hermione shrugged trying to translate Ron's words.

"I do. He's my godson." Harry nodded.

"Why'd you break up with Ginny then?" Hermione inquired.

"She just isn't the girl for me. She doesn't feel like it." Harry muttered.

"I understand." Hermione nodded her head, although Harry doubted she did understand.

"What should I do now?" Harry asked the one person who had always stuck by his side.

"I don't know. Going down there will probably just get you hit again."

"But Fleur is down there." Harry frowned.

"Fleur can look after herself." Hermione said with a hint of annoyance.

"I still should go and help her." Harry said standing and reaching for the door handle.

"You haven't… you know… with her… have you?" Hermione uttered.

"No." Harry said before opening the door and striding out of it and bumping into the one person he wanted to see. "George!"

"Harry." George nodded, his eyes seemed to go on for eternity and he looked nothing short of tired and finished. Harry had never thought he would see a look like that on George's face, he had never not smiled, and now he looked like death.

"No offense, but you look like shit." Harry gave George a soft smile.

"I wouldn't go about making another Weasley an enemy if I was you." George smiled weakly.

"You don't think I did it. Do you?" Harry asked sadly.

"No. Though I saw your eyes when you looked at her." George said absently, "That looked like you would."

"What do you mean?" Harry said feeling fairly confused.

"I think I've became better at reading people since the battle. Its odd, interesting even." George said looking deeply at Harry, "I think I'll have to re-open the store soon. Lee is going to help me."

"That's good. We all need laughs." Harry nodded seriously. "I'm sorry George." Harry said with a frown on his face.

"I know, I don't blame you. He didn't die for you, anymore than he died for me. He's the hero."

"Yeah he is." Harry agreed.

"Go and save Fleur Harry." George smiled at him.

"You know about me and Ginny?" Harry queried.

"Yeah. It's fine, it would have been nice to have you as a brother though." George shrugged before wandering back into his room. "I'll see you tomorrow." George called from his room.

Fred's funeral. Damn Harry wasn't looking forward to all these same confrontations tomorrow but for now he had to go save the poor blonde girl from France.

"Are you sure? Molly's voice questioned softly from the kitchen, her voice seemed full of pain, and sadness.

"He didn't tell me he was going to break up with her." Fleur's voice replied. "He has had a hard year, I think that he decided this route a long time ago."

Harry stood at the bottom stair of the staircase, just out of sight of the Weasleys, he was interested to find out what exactly they were talking about.

"He just wants to live a normal life." Fleur's voice appeared, "He shouldn't be engaged to be engaged at 17." She muttered

"I just can't imagine that this happened. Rita Skeeter will love reading about it." Molly said with a hint of fear in her voice.

"I'll try and distract him away from Ginny at the funeral tomorrow." Fleur said sadly.

"You sure?" Bill commented, irritation still obvious in his voice, "I just don't know if I can trust him with you."

"If you can trust anyone, you can trust Harry." Fleur said sagely.

"Alright." Bill muttered, "I'm not going to apologise to Potter though, he still broke up with my sister." He said anger boiling in his voice.

"That is hardly his fault. Would you rather he lied to her?" Arthur said wisely.

"He can stay at the cottage but I just don't want to see him." Bill said angrily, at this point Harry decided to appear.

"I'll move out." He said with a hint of bitterness.

"Kingsley said you should stay with people who are trustworthy." Molly said, while still casting Harry a slightly dark look.

"Andromeda said I could stay with her." Harry muttered avoiding Molly's glance.

Looking around and noticing the lack of blank looks around the room he looked at the collected Weasleys, and said. "I'd best go…" as he heard Ginny's voice echo down the stairs.

"Maybe that would be best." Arthur said sending Harry a soft supportive grin. Harry soon fled outside of the burrow turning his head to have a last glance at the only place he had ever felt welcome except Hogwarts. He knew that his relationship with the Weasleys was pretty much destroyed. Molly would never be the same to him, Bill would hate him, Charlie would likely look at Harry hatefully too. Then there's Ginny, who Harry doubted would ever be the same to Harry, and Harry mourned that, she was, after all, one of his best friends.
