Skye had never seen a city so beautiful. There were giant white and silver towers as far as the eye could see. Anywhere there wasn't a road or sidewalk, there were beautiful gardens. All of a sudden a mountain passed by the two inhumans.

"Victor, where are we?" Skye asked.

"Right now, Attilan is passing by Mount Everest," Victor said.

"You brought half way across the world!" She exclaimed.

" Yes. Now we need to go meet King Boltagon before he sends people to look for us," Victor said calmly. After a ten minute walk through the winding streets, they arrived at the largest tower, the Black Keep.

"Skye, I present King Blackagar Boltagon, Queen Medusalith Amaquelin-Boltagon, and their son, Prince Ahura Boltagon," Victor said as they entered the chamber. Awaiting them was a forty year old man man a twenty year old woman and a teenage boy around eighteen.

"Welcome Daisy, we've been expecting you," the woman with long moving red hair said happily, "You will have to forgive my husband, his reaction to the terregyn crystals have caused him to take a vow of silence."

"My name is not Daisy!" Skye shouted.

"HOW DARE YOU TALK," the teanger with shaggy black hair roared causing the ground to shake.

"Forgive my son, Skye. He needs to learn to control his temper," a calm voice said in her head. her head instantly shot up and looked at the king who smiled.

" Yes it is me," the voice said. All of a sudden a blinding white light appeared and all of a sudden Raven, Lincoln, and Todd appeared in the room. Not long after a man with no eyes appeared along with a woman covered in spines.

"Hello Skye, it's been a while," Raina said

"YOU BITCH! YOU'RE THE REASON TRIPP IS DEAD!" Skye yelled as she held out her hand. Raina fell over and howled in pain as her body was tearing itself apart.

"ENOUGH!" the king said aloud and a small tremor occurred.

"You two are cousins!" Medusalith said as tendrils of red hair bound Skye's arms above her head, "And I will NOT have my best friend's daughter hurt her own family. You two WILL get along while you stay here." When Skye was released from the tendrils Medusalith walked over as the hair picked up Rana and the two of them left.

"Now then, tomorrow my wife, who decided to observe you once she found out you had been exposed to the mist, will test your powers to see what you can do," The king's voice said in her head, "Leave us, all of you." Victor took the three inhumans to the training center where they would stay. The only thing skye could do for the rest of the day was think about how Raina was her cousin.

For the past three days Maya and Ward were being held in a S.H.I.E.L.D. holding cell under the Lincoln Memorial. They escaped from Cal and his group of psychopaths when Ward dragged Maya from her hospital room before they could fix her up. When they got to the base, Ward was taken for being a known H.Y.D.R.A. agent and she was rushed to the they removed the bullet from her leg and stitched it up, the doctors took her to the cell Ward was in. The two agents were kept there until agents Strzeszewski and Drew took Maya to a confidence room. When Maya entered the room she saw the members of the S.H.I.E.L.D. council sitting in front of her.

"Hello Agent Palamas. Do you know why we brought you here this morning?" asked Commander Robert Gonzales, head of the council.

"No sir," Maya answered politely.

"You are here because you brought a known H.Y.D.R.A. agent to our compound!" Xian Zheng shouted.

"Grant Ward was never a H.Y.D.R.A agent Agent Zheng he ," Maya began.

"What do you mean he wasn't a H.Y.D.R.A. agent," Agent Weaver asked calmly," Everyone knows he was working for John Garrett, also know as The Clairvoyant. He is responsible for the death of Victoria Hand, countless other agents, and his brother."

"Ward was loyal to Garrett, who only worked with H.Y.D.R.A. so they would fund the centipede project. Once Garrett died so did Grant 's alliance with H.Y.D.R.A." Maya replied calmly.

"How would you know this exactly?" Tomás Calderon questioned.

" I had her infiltrate H.Y D.R.A. when shield fell, Agent Calderon," Bobbi Morse said walking into the room," She was captured and brainwashed by Dr. Daniel Whitehall who died on our mission to Puerto Rico."

"That's when I found Ward, who was working with Agent Skye's father, shot and bleeding out. The doctor helped Ward and helped remove the Agent May mask off my face. While we were traveling with Dr. Zabo, Grant was helping me restore my lost memories," Agent Palamas explained.

"Do you believe that if given the chance Grant Ward would join us?" Commander Gonzalez asked.

"Yes I believe he would join us," Maya said.

"I believe we should give him a chance, but if he turns against us it will be on your head Agent Palamas," Commander Gonzalez said," All in favor?"

Robert Gonzales, Tomás Calderon, and Xian Zheng raised their hands in favor.

"Very well, you will be Grant Ward's S.O. and take the blame if he betrays us," Gonzales says, " Agent Strzeszewski please take Agent Palamas to get her new subordinate.

The two agents go back down to the cell Ward was in.

"Come on Ward. You got yourself a new S.O." Maya grinned and held out her hand to her new partner.

Cal had been observing Karla for the past three hours, before he decided it was time to strike. Cal and the other two he had collected went into her apartment building. When they got to her apartment Cal knocked on the door

"Yes?" a women asked softly

"Is this Karla Faye GIdeion?" Cal asked as he held up a tablet with her file on it," I got your name from the gifted index." The door opened revealing the woman they were looking for.

"I'm sorry are you with S.H.I.E.L.D.?" She asked.

"I'll try to not be offended by that" Cal said as calmly as he could," We are absolutely NOT with S.H.I.E.L.D.! Show her." Levi pulled up his sleeve to show her where he had removed his electronic inhibitor.

"Levi, he's an old buddy of mine. Genius!" Cal said ,"S.H.I.E.L.D. implanted a chip into him that wouldn't let him within a hundred feet of any tech. I got it out and he manages to decrypt the index for me. They kept Noche here drugged up in a cage, to keep him docile. Karla, I know what they did to you. How long has it been since you felt something with your hands?" All of a sudden the door slammed in Cal's face. A few minutes later she opened the door again

"Help me," Karla cried. After a bit of work Levi managed to take the restraints off her hands. She starts to touch things like a baby looking for something to play with.

"Feels good doesn't it?" Cal asked, 'Don't you think it's time everyone learned how S.H.I.E.L.D. treats people like us? We're going to teach them a lesson. Join us Karla."

"Why do you want me?" She asked," I'm not powerful."

"None of us are when we are alone, but together we are a force to be reckoned with!" Cal explained. Karla picks up a piece of steak with one of her bladed fingers and eats it as she thinks.

"I'm in," She says
