A.N : Hello everyone, first of all, I'd like to thank everyone who followed this story throughout the end. I couldn't have ended it without you. Because yes, this is the final chapter of the Jonin exam. When I wrote that story, I set myself some objectives. The most important was to make Naruto's stronger without Kurama and making him more use his head since he's suppose to become a leader and getting to have more skills like improving in ninjutsu. I've also tried to develop Sakura because she was teased but ultimately left behind (like not using elemental ninjutsu or any genjutsu while this is suppose to be her main strength in earlier stage.) I've tried also to correct a plothole within the elemental jutsu, which was the whole rasen-shuriken thing in the final. If it was an S wind technique, it should have take out a lightning armor in the war. Finally, I had to make interesting character straight out of my imagination and within the Naruto verse. I've tried to make compelling character and interesting one. Finally, many of you might think I made most of the younger people a little OP. It's not entirely false. The 3 that come to mind are Hanabi, Kira and Ninatsuchi. Those 3 are kind of genius in their own clan and their skills and it is also to get back to the theme of the manga, that the next generation will be stronger. Because that whole war thing in the manga was win by Itachi who took out Kabuto and mostly the Hokage who did a lot of heavy lifting.

So yeah hope at least I've done one point right. Okay, here's the last chapter, I'll see you at the end.

Chapter 11: The exam result

It's been 3 days since the tournament. Everyone used those days to rest up and tend to their was time for them to get their result. They all went to the place where it all started. Once everyone arrived, a giant smoke cloud appeared to reveal familiar faces. Temari, Tsuma and Ao were the one to welcome them.

"Congratulations on making it this far in the Jonin exam." said Tsuma

"We know all of you have a lot of question on whether or not you pass, but it is not us who will decide that." said Temari

"Indeed. Our job was to reduce the number of contestants and failed those who didn't make it to the final test or couldn't follow the rules set by us. However, the responsibility of a Jonin could be different from one village to another." said Ao

"Therefore, the people who will decide who pass will be different from one village to another. In other word, your respective Kage." finished Tsume as the wall behind her disappeared to reveal 5 different doors. Each one had a different village symbol on them.

"They all waiting for you, so you can go meet them. As for you Kisuke, let's just say that you really impress everyone here and your old man, so if you could become a Jonin, you would be one. In other word, you have pass. You father is waiting for you in his quarter." said Temari.

"Thank you. Well thanks to you all. This experience have really been fun. I met a lot of people from different village and I hope we'll see each other again in the future." said the samurai while bowing down his head

"You can count on it. I'll come one day to your village and you could show me how to fight with a sword" said Naruto
" Yeah I definitely want to learn cool technique like yours too." said Kira.

"The seven swordsmen of the mist will all come in your village for the big tournament in 14 months. I hope to face you in it." said Zachiro

"Maybe I'll beat him before you." said Apachi.

"To then lost to me." said Hotaru.

"You guys have spirit. I'll looking forward meeting all of you in the tournament and the rest of you if you happened to have the chance to get there. I won't hold you on any longer. Good luck everyone" finished Kisuke before he looked to the three cloud brothers. They didn't say a word to him, but they just all also bow their heads before he leaves. Afterward, everyone ninja enters their respective room where a desk was set up and their respective Kage was sitting, waiting for them to arrive. The room have enough seat so that everybody could sit and listen to what their Kage have to said.

Kazekage's room `

As Matsuri enter the room, Temari followed. As both of them enter the room, Gaara was waiting for them.

"Hello Matsuri."

"Lord Kazekage."

"I already told you not to be so formal with me."

"Sorry."

"I've discussed with Temari of your progress since she helped you in your wind training nature. I've watched you with great interest in the exam. I expected you to be one of the participants to went to the final test and you didn't disappointed me. You show heart, brain and spirit during this exam and you didn't let Mikoshi's lost slowed you down. You carry on and did well. That is why I can officially tell you that you have pass the jonin exam and are officially a jonin of the hidden sand village." said Gaara.

"You really make us proud out there. Mikoshi included. It was sad that she got poisoned but I'm sure that she will pass next year. You both did well, and she is really glad that you succeed." said Temari

"Thank you both of you. It really means a lot to me. I'll do my best to protect the hidden sand as one of his jonin." said Matsuri.

"I'm sure you will." said Gaara

"Once we got back to Suna, we will celebrate the end of the exam and how well you did. As your senior Kankuro and I will threat you, Matsuri and Ian to the restaurant of your choice."

"Would you join us too Gaara? It would mean the world to me. After all, you're the one who help me picked the weapon I'm using right now and it would mean a lot to me. " asked Matsuri, which caught Temari attention.

"I will see what I can do." said Gaara shyly who was took by surprise. He congratulates Matsuri again and dismissing her and Temari quite quickly, because he knew that her sister might started teasing him about what just happened. He was proud of his ninja though only one made it. He was sure that next year, Mikoshi and Ian would definitely pass. As for Toka, he had more experience than the other and didn't made much of an impact, so he had doubt on him. He made a mental note to address him on the matter once back home. He also makes another one to cleared his schedule so he can join his ninja latter when they've got home.

Tsuchikage's Room

Ninatsuchi and Hamato enter the room. It was like the other rooms the other were in, only this time it was the Tsuchikage who was greeting them.

"Congratulations on you both for getting into the final phase of the Jonin exam. You were in my top 4 to make it to the final, and at least you both make it. I am quite impressed of all our ninjas. Now, it is up to me to decide if you've shown enough skills to become one of the hidden stone Jonin. Well, we've kind of got this conversation already in the hospital sis. You are strong for sure, since you made it this far, but you are also young and impulsive. You were so convinced that your lava style was impossible to defeat that when it happened, you kind of froze and when with a desperate move. I'm sure glad Hanabi was your teammate because if her jutsu had started to weaken, she might have ended up burned or even dead. That is why I'm not gonna make you pass the exam this year. I think you should spend more time on the field to get a little more experience and learn how to use both fire and earth in another way. Maybe you can learn that in some situation, those element can be better individually than together and you must stay calm in battle" said Kurotsuchi.

"I suppose you right sis. Sorry if I failed this year."

"Don't be. You still made it to the final. This is something to be proud of. Give yourself two more years of on the field and in training and tried it again. I'm sure next time you'll go straight to the top." answered the Tsuchikage.

"Thanks sis, I'll do better next time and I won't let you down."

"I'm sure you won't. As for you Hamato, I went against my grandpa advice to gave you a chance in the Jonin exam. I did it because though you are still technically a genin , I knew that 25 years of experience are worth something and you prove me right. Not only did you go into the final phase, you really did well into your match with Apachi. You shown great strength, strategy and even though you lost that match, you took your opponents to the point where they have to forfeit their match due to their previous battle. That is why I am here to officially announce that you pass, and you are now a Jonin of the hidden stone village. Congratulations." said Kurotsuchi

"You deserve it. I'm really glad for you." said Ninatsuchi.

"Thanks for the honor, Lady Tsuchikage. I won't let you or the hidden stone down. I finally get a chance to step up and I won't let it go to waste. Thanks, you too Ninatsuchi. If you want, I might be able to help you if you want to train more with fire technique."

"It would be awesome. I would love to have some advice from you." said young kunoichi.

"Great, well you are all dismissed. We'll be heading back for the hidden stone soon.

(Seems like he found his 1st student) thought Kurotsuchi as the official announcement was made to her ninja.

Mizukage's Room

Zachiro, Hotaru and Apachi all enter the assign room, with Ao accompanying them. The Mizukage was waiting for them and greet them once they all enter with Chojuro.

"First of all, congratulations to all of you for your performance on the Jonin exam. You all make it far in the exam and make me proud. At the same time, I can't say it's a surprise that the ninja who were handpicked and trained to be members of the 7 swordsmen of the mist make it that far. Though I have one question for you and I needed to hear it from your own mouth, why didn't any of you team up into the tournament. I know you all sign up as individual and that one of you would have needed to choose a different teammate, but that would also mean 2 of you could have team up. That would certainly increased you chance of success isn't it." asked Mei

"Well, Lady Mizukage, we all did sign up as individual for this exact reason. We wanted to prove to ourselves that we were good enough to become Jonin." said Zachiro.

"Besides, we all worked together a lot and though I believe there is always place for improvement, I think we are pretty good as a team as we stand now." said Hotaru

"Finally, we didn't want to reduce the chance to one of our teammates in the exam. That way we all have to find a good partner, using prior knowledge of the exam and we also have a chance to spare with each other. It also helps us grow since our teammate knows our weakness better than everyone." said Apachi.

"That what we discover throughout the exam, it also because it was our captain order." finished Zachiro.

"Lady Mizukage, don't tell me you angry because of the friendly competition you've got with the other Kage." said Ao before receiving a death stare. Then, she answered with a devious smile "Not at all" .

"How's the captain by the way" asked Hotaru.

"He's doing fine, by now, he should have started his training with Killer Bee." said Chojuro.

"Why would he want to train with him?" asked Apachi.

"You never saw him in action didn't you. Killer Bee is not just a jinchuriki or the Raikage's brother. He is also a great swordsman and he knows how to wield 7 swords at the same time." answered Chojuro

"I see, he wants to be able to do what Mangetsu was able to do. Wielding the 7 swords." said Zachiro."

"I'll expected no less from our captain." said the mist kunoichi."

"Cough Cough."

"Sorry Lady Mizukage." said all the people in the room

"It's all right. For the record, yeah, I kinda of was annoyed when we make this little bet if we can call it that. I mean it was more about bragging right than anything since no money was involved. Maybe that's why Tsunade made a good choice in one of the ninjas she picked in the tournament. Also, I was aware of that order, Suigetsu explained to me that he gave you this order to makes you interact with other people if needed be. Even if you got your "brother and sister in arm by your side" he thought if we wanted the ninja alliance to work, it was better if our ninjas can trust and make bonds with people outside of the mist. Chojuro and him agreed beforehand and then talks to me about it since that order could have some repercussion in your performance. However, you 3 all shown great strength, strategy, leadership and you were able to thrust other ninja that you never knew and work alongside them perfectly. Therefore, I officially announce that the 3 of are now officially jonin of the hidden mist and officially member of the seven swordsmen of the mist, since you needed to be jonin to have that title. Congratulations to the three of you." said Mei.

"Congrats to the 3 of you, you make us proud. Can't wait to tell him how well you all did." said Chojuro

"I liked seeing you fight up close, except maybe the final match where I really felt like I won't make it. Anyway, congratulations to the three of you."

All three react differently and similary to the news. After thanking the Mizukage, Ao and Chojuro, Hotaru high five her teammate and congratulate them while Apachi was telling them that he won't be losing to them in the samurai tournament if they allowed to went there, which Zachiro congratulates them both also but was more in his own thought, thinking about making the most of his opportunity as a mist swordsman to be a better ninja and getting even stronger.

Raikage's Room
Karui, Omoi, Chingaku, Dingaku, Singaku and Kira enter their assigned room. The Raikage was waiting for them with Darui and Mabui.

"Sir, remember that we are not home. Tried to keep your temper in check." said Mabui

"Don't forget that this room as a door as well, when we're done, we all should use it you know." said Darui.

The Raikage was sitting in front of his ninja, not saying a word while hearing the advice of his assistant and one of his escort ninjas. He then stands up and crash the desk in half. Elsewhere, you could hear the Hokage sigh as he was expecting this. Every other Kage could also hear when that happened.

"I can't believe what happened. The Cloud have more ninjas in the final phase then every other villages. However, most of you acted all overconfident and lose against opponent who you should know that is a lot more powerful than you. Everyone here faces Naruto and Sakura. The same ninja who were in the war 2 years ago. Everyone knew that they were powerful and yet, most of you underestimated them. This is unacceptable. Besides, power alone isn't enough to win. You also need to use strategy, heart, dedication and since we are talking about a team battle, thrust in yourself and your partner. Let's started the review here.

Karui and Omoi. Karui was overconfident while Omoi lack some of. I don't say take them two on one, that suicide but you could have tried to at least bait them into a one on one battle. I understand the overwhelming display of power there, but you should at least try something before forfeiting. As for you Karui, you bring back event from the past as if you were fighting the guy. I mean did you see what happened in the war. If that is not enough evidence, he saved his whole village from Pain, who was thought the leader of the Akatsuki at the time. We all believed back then that Bee was taken by Sasuke as he join the Akatsuki, but Naruto defeat one of if not their strongest guy. Do you think you are stronger than Bee?"

"I didn't th.."

"Because you're not. That idiot let you hit you. You hit him in his village, the same village he just saved. Imagine if some civilian saw you while you were beating him down. This could have been an act of war against the leaf. If a ninja from another nation has some information concerning our business, you report it to your superior officer or directly to me. Samui wasn't aware of that and apologize already to the leaf as well since you were under her. Next time think before acting. As for the exam, well look what that bragging did. You're the only one who is still tape up. At least the people who hear that saw too what happened afterward. Both the Hokage and I decide to not pursuit this issue further. I hope you learned something from this fight."

"Sorry for what happened in the exam, Lord Raikage. I shouldn't have act like that and it cost me not only the chance to showcase my skills, but I also put Omoi in a bad situation. I'm deeply sorry."

"As for me, I also am sorry about the match. Though I was clearly not a match for my opponent, I should have at least tried something, I am too sorry for that."

"I accept your apology and you could tried the exam against next year if you want. If we don't count the last phase, both of you did well but you definitely lack judgment in that final phase and I can't have that on a the field. That is the reason why both of you failed the exam and besides, I think Omoi wanted to pass it again with you Karui, so that arrange that as well." said A

"Sorry, Lord Raikage." said both ninjas while staying formal. However, you could see that both were kind of sad when the Raikage said next year, meaning that they failed the exam. What hurts even more was that he said that they were doing well until the end. Karui felt even more guilty to have put Omoi in that two on one situation. She promised to herself that this would not happened again and to work on herself to become a better ninja but also a better person.

"Now if only you two were alone, it wouldn't have been so bad. However, I've got you three as well to deal with. I don't even know what to do with you. Through the whole exam, you back stabbed you allies, took some ninja prisoner and even almost guarantee coming for my head. All those weapons were destroyed by Naruto, the people trap inside were freed and everything work out for the best. Except that it was cloud ninja that were responsible of everything that happened. You did make it through the final phase but you 3 really bend the rules to their limits. Understand that if you were successful in your match against Naruto and Sakura, understand that the Hokage was ready for a full response for you. At the end of the test, either you would have to release everyone after the exam or the whole ninja world would have come on you. Besides, you made it this far because of those weapons. Now that they are all destroyed and that you lose the ability to use Kurama's chakra, I think that you'll understand why I've failed you. What do you have to say for your defense?"

"Lord Raikage, we have indeed made it this far because of our special abilities and our weapons." said Singaku

"Yeah, we only thrust each other since the day we were born. So yeah, we didn't care at all about how the other village will see ours or anything. We just wanted more power." Dingaku

"In other word, power, fame and we wanted as you thought tried to make a coup if we had enough power. However, we understood that what we did was wrong. We got beat by two ninja who didn't even bother to go all out. Kisuke also stick up for us when he should have been one of the first to beat us up for what we did. We understood that we can find strength by thrusting others and even our village. I think this is what you hoped we learn in this exam, didn't you, Lord Raikage? " Chingaku

"Seems the test smarten you up a bit. This is exactly what I was hoping for. However, you won't have it that easy. You will do a month of chore in the cloud to help civilian. You need to be reminded why you become shinobi in the first place. Also, there is one thing I need to know to not consider you criminals. Who the hell gave you those weapons in the first place?" asked A

"We need to know because whoever gave you those weapons should be consider a threat to everyone. Did that person asked something in return of the weapons?" asked Darui

"Well, if you want to know, we didn't pay a dime for it. We only have to promise to face Naruto and Sakura and seal them in. Then, we will have to gave those back in exchange of an even greater power. However, we never intended to keep our part of the bargain. Even if we sealed them in, we would have kept the weapons and their powers to ourselves." said Chingaku

"As for who, it's quite simple, it was the rain ninja in the exam. We were supposed that this guy took the exam to keep an eye on us." said Dingaku.

"I see. This guy again. Well this is something I'll have to discuss with the other Kage before we leave. Anyway, the three of you will be cleared to go on ninja duty in a month. You can retry the exam anytime you see fit."

"Aye Lord Raikage" said all three brothers.

(Seems like they really learn humility here. Those three never been so formal.)

"Finally, as for you Kira, concerning the exams, I'm not saying this because you're my grand-daughter, but because you impress not only me but all the other Kage as well. You went in the final of the tournament and fight toe to toe with the leaf sanins, so even if you lost the match, you prove that you have the skills to be a Jonin. Also, during the whole test, you were able to thrust your allies wholeheartedly and shown humility to take order when time needed you too and elaborate some strategy as well. That is why this year, you are the only ninja who passes the Jonin exam."

Everyone in the room clap at the announcement as Kira blushed and bow her head humbly before saying.

"Thanks gramps. Thanks everyone. I'll do my best to make you all proud."

"I hope so. Now that I make you a Jonin, I must train you even harder."

"You can't cut me a break grampa?"

"HELL NO! We'll make you the best ninja you could be."

"Cmon, I wanted to catch up on the history. It's training too. Besides, I also wanted to visit the other country."

"I don't think so. You'll do as your grampa said"

As an argument erupt between grand-father and grand-daughter, Darui facepalm while Mabui tried to compose herself not to laugh at the scene. After a while the contestant were dismissed, and they were ready to head home.

Hokage's Room

Naruto, Sakura and Hanabi entered the room. However, the room was empty.

"Is it normal that no one is in the room. I even looked with my Byakugan in case."

However, what she didn't understand was that neither Naruto and Sakura seems surprised at the scene.

"Let's just sit and wait." said Naruto.

"Yeah, he's gonna show up soon."

5 minutes later.

The Hokage entered the room but as soon as he opened the door, both Naruto and Sakura yelled :

"YOU'RE LATE."

"I'm sorry, there was this lovely old lady trying to cross the street and as Hokage, it is my duties to…"

"YOU LYING" said both of his former student.

"I overuse that one it seems. Anyway, I really have some business to conclude so sorry for my late arrival." said Kakashi more seriously.

This time, neither yelled at their sensei knowing that this time, he used a more serious tone.

"Anyway, back to the matter at hand. I supposed to give you the result of your jonin exam. As you know, both Naruto and Sakura find their way to win the tournament, therefore they passed the Jonin exam, I asked the two of you here for the next step. I talk about that later. Which leave us with the only person who doesn't know if she passes or not which is you Hanabi. So I'll start with your evaluation. Though you lost in the first round of the tournament, you were able to react fast at everything that happened during that fight. I was impressed that you manage to retrieve your fallen teammate and didn't substain any major damage, especially when your own teammate did that whole lava wave. During the whole test, you've shown great skills and tactital knowledge while you did everything you could to protect your teammate when needed. Therefore, I am glad and proud to tell you that you also pass the jonin exam." said Kakashi

"Congratulations Hanabi." said Sakura.

"This is awesome, congrats Hanabi. Now both you and Hinata are Jonin. This is great." said Naruto

"Thanks guy, it means a lot coming from you." answered Hanabi

"However, considering your age, I can't let you lead a squad yet. We will wait that you get more field experience, so I'll set that to until your are 16. Until then, you can do solo jonin mission or in a squad with another jonin. However, if that jonin get injured, and you are ranked above the other, you are squad leader." said the Hokage.

"Didn't you said that she shown tactictal skills and was a good teammate. Why can she be squad leader from the start?" asked Naruto.

"Because she is too young. Some people could decide not to listen to her because she's that young, even if she beat them in every aspect. If one of her teammates didn't listen to order for that reason, that could result to failing the mission or someone getting killed. Besides, having some more field experience would be also beneficial." explained Kakashi. Naruto nodded in understanding.

"I understand and accept those terms, lord Hokage. I won't let you or the leaf down. May I go now, I would love to tell the news to my family and friends." said Hanabi.

"Of course. You are dismissed."

"Thanks lord Hokage. I'll see you around Naruto, Sakura. I would have like to see how I would fair against you in a fight. I wouldn't have been caught off guard by that last move."

"Of course, you were there in my match against Neji. You would have seen it coming. Blocking it is another matter though." said Naruto.

"It would have been an interesting match, we should definitely do it and spare in the future." said Sakura

"It would be an honor. I would loved that. Anyway, congrats to you too for winning the final. Take care everyone." finished Hanabi as she walked out of the room.

"All right. Now that she's gone, I wanted to congratulate my student personally on passing the jonin exam. You did really great out there."

"Thanks, Kakashi-sensei. I'm glad we took extra time to train. It really helps us improve as shinobi." said Sakura

"Right, I mean with all those rules, I don't think we would have made it if we would have taken that exact same test two years ago." said Naruto

"You both take your training really seriously and that pay off. You were humble enough to know that you could improve, even after the war which makes us face a world ending threat. You progress even further than I expected you too. Which lead us to the future of your shinobi career. Have you think of what you could do next?"

"Now that I'm done with the exam, I would still be training in case I'm needed on the field. However, I will spend most of my time with lady Tsunade. We will work on Guy-sensei case. I mean he survive the 8 inner gates technique thanks to Naruto but he can't walk in his condition. I believe that if I worked with lady Tsunade, we might be able to heal him to his usual self. It won't be easy though but I believe it's a good occasion to help him, learn a lot more about the chakra system as well while helping me improve in the medical field." answered Sakura

"I see, so I believe you won't be available to train any genin for now?"

"Not at the time."

"I understand, so Naruto, would you like to help train a team of genin for their chunin exam."

"Training genin, you mean I'm gonna become a sensei?" asked excitedly Naruto

"Of course, it's another job as a Jonin. You can train others ninjas until they graduate to chunin. Then, if you feel like it, you can take them even further as your own team, if you like the team you are with enough. It's all in the hand of the teacher."

"I suppose I can't train Konohamaru's team am I? I mean they already been taken right."

"Well it is the case indeed. However, it's not out of the realm of possibility. You can come in."

A ninja enter with a bandana with the leaf and black shade enter the room.

"It's the closet pervert."

"I am not a PERV, I just happened to appreciate the woman body."said Ebisu

" Never mind closet pervert, seems like describing a open perv to me."

"Why are all you teacher pervert?!" asked Sakura

"I am still standing in here guys." said Kakashi awkwardly.

Once everyone calms down. Ebisu started talking and tell Naruto:

"Listen up Naruto. I know your dream is to be Hokage. From what I saw in the Jonin exam, I think you really are on your way there. However, you also know that it is Konohamaru's dream as well. I saw him used the rasengan in person and he was able to defeat one of the Pain during the invasion. He's grown quite well, and I promise him to do my best to help him realize that dream. That is why I asked Kakashi to make you're the teacher of the Konohamaru's ninja squad. I here to tell you that I'm leaving them to you and that I wish you the best. IT would be the best course of action to help them grow even further"

"They are still calling themselves that. Something never changes. I appreciate your honesty Ebizu-sensei and I will train them until they are Chunin. Then we can all be part of a team, all 5 of us, like we did with team Kakashi. After all, both Kakashi and Yamato were on that team. We could use someone with more experience. Besides, the whole training to rescue Sasuke and the rise of the Akatsuki didn't leave me much time to have been there for them and I'm pretty sure they all like you and be bummed out if I just take your spot." said Naruto.

"You also have grown Naruto. The brat I've seen would have kicked me to the curve and I'll never would have wanted to team up with him. Now, it will be an honor. I'll let you train them and until they are chunin. Once they succeed, I'll be happy to work with the whole team and see you in action."

"I suppose the only thing left to do is to announce the news to the team. Can you inform them to meet up at 7 am tomorrow on training field number 3."

"Of course."

"Well Thanks for everything closet Perv, though now I feel like you just opened up a bit during the year so I suppose I should just come up with another name. Anyway, I'm looking forward to make them chunin and train with you. Thanks, Kakashi and I'll see you later, Sakura-chan. I've got something to prepare." finished Naruto

"YOU LITTLE …"

Before Ebisu finished, Naruto just disappear and left. Ebisu sight before Sakura said

"Get used to it, once he gave you a nickname, he will stick to it even if protocol or anything said otherwise, well most of the time. "

"Exactly what I told him." said Kakashi

"How come he never gave Kakashi any nickname?"

"Well, I was his teacher while training Sakura and Sasuke as well, they all still calling me sensei. It is my nickname even though I'm not anymore." said Kakashi

"Why did he called you closet perv in the 1st place." asked the kunoichi

"Oh! Look at the time, I need to inform Konohamaru and his team about this meeting tomorrow." finished Ebisu before leaving the room.

"Seems like he earned it." said Sakura

"It seems so. Any guesses what Naruto would do next."

"I think he will prepared everything for tomorrow. "

7 AM Training field 3

"I can't wait to see what Ebisu-sensei want to tell us. It's probably an awesome new jutsu." said Konohamaru.

"Maybe he wants to pass us for the chunin exam in 3 months." said Moegi.

"Do you think it's some kind of test?" said Udon

"No matter what it is, the Konohamaru's ninja squad is ready to take on anything so bring it on." said Konohamaru. His other teammate than smile and nod in agreement.

"Glad to hear that, you guys sure took long enough." said a familiar voice as the wind rise and Naruto appear in front of them.

"Big brother Naruto." said all three kids.

"Hi guys, how are you doing?" asked the blonde

"We are doing great, were you there waiting for us?"

"Yeah, I arrived 15 minutes earlier, I'm not the kind of sensei to arrive late you know."

"If you say so." said Konohamaru

"Where is Ebisu-sensei?"

(Don't call him Pervy-shade kid)

"He's not gonna come today. You see, Ebisu-sensei have relied the task to training you from now on, until you've become chunin."

You could see that there was a mixed reaction in the face of all three students. They were happy that Naruto was their official teacher but sad that Ebisu wasn't.

"Don't worry, once you passed the Chunin exam, we all be in the same team with per "cough", Ebisu sensei."

All three were now looking happy.

"However, that is if you can pass the test of today. You see, I don't know where you are in your progress as ninja and how you work as a team. So, here's what were gonna do. I've got two bells here. Take them both away and you win. I won't use Kurama or sage mode for this test but make no mistake about it, I'm going all out." said Naruto

"All right, let's show big bro Naruto what we can do" said Konohamaru while charging at Naruto

Naruto reappear behind Konohamaru and said:

"Eager to begin, I like the attitude. However, I'll tell you what Kakashi-sensei told me back then. I didn't say started."

"Oops, sorry."

"No problem. I'll finished explaining the rules, you have until sunset to take away the bell, so 7pm. We can go anywhere in that field. So now that this is all explained, come at me with everything you've got. And Begin." finished Naruto as he brace himself for the three young ninja who were ready to attack.

Naruto started a new chapter in his ninja career, one that will make him leader of his own team. Another step toward his goal to become Hokage. Sakura started to work with Tsunade on how to make Guy his original self after his use of the 8 gates. As for Sasuke, this is another story for another time. However, a new threat seems to be rising in the shadow of the ninja world.

Kage meeting after announcing the result

"We still have no answer." said Mei

"Yeah, they did point out that it was the guy from the rain who gave them those gems." said A

"Problem is we found the body of that rain ninja in the forest and Tsunade's autopsy suggest that he was dead before he faces up Yamato." said Kakashi

"Which leave us with the big question?" said Ninatsuchi

"Who was the guy who face Yamato and what was he after?" asked Gaara

Elsewhere.

"Did you find everything you need my lord?" asked the first person

"Yes. 2 out of 3 have been collected. When I'll get my hand on the last one, I will be able to start the ritual. It will take some time my loyal servant, but I will soon be able to rule this world and achieve true peace." answered the second person.

A.N: That's it. Yeah, this story is officially over. I'll might make a mini-story about Konohamaru's team and Naruto first mission together. Also, the tease in the end will be answered in the Sasuke's redemption arc, if I ever have the courage to write it. The next project is to took both of my stories, reread them, correct them and repost, one big story called Naruto's Ninja Handbook : The path to Hokage which would be in there that I put the Konosquad mini story arc. After that mini-story arc, I would be ready to wrote my other story which would be called Sasuke's Ninja Handbook : The path to Redemption. In this story, we will followed Sasuke and his team, it would started exactly like the Naruto's one, but we will see it from Sasuke POV. . We also have the final villain reveal in that story as he was tease throughout this one and SPOILER ALERT: He will face Hokage Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke on its own. This Also, you might already know who it is since it was already mentioned in the main manga by name. I will tried to write a compelling and powerful villain. I might even write a mini-chronicle story to show how it come to become what he is and what is his goal within the Sasuke's story.
