So, I had a sudden plot bunny for my multiverse that refused to go away, so I decided to write it down. For those wondering, this takes place during the events of Shattered Destinies, specifically after Teridax rescues Cinder from Atlas. I decided to add a bit more of a scene as to what happened, as you'll now see.

Disclaimer: I do not own Bionicle or RWBY.

The day had not started with any sense that it could go so wrong, so fast. But to General James Ironwood, the day Cinder had been liberated from her cell was exactly how it happened. It had started during one of the General's daily inspections of his monitoring equipment.

Ironwood had naturally been concerned when he looked at a live feed of the prison holding Cinder and found himself being greeted by the guards on the feed. He had quickly called in to let the guards know that the figure in front of them was an impostor, but all that did was prompt the fake to murder the guards instead.

Now, Ace-Ops had been dispatched at Ironwood's request to investigate and stop whoever was doing this. But they had already arrived too late, as a massive black robot had freed Cinder from stasis, coming across the Special Ops team as they left Cinder's cell.

"I've been waiting for a good warm up." Cinder's eye began flaming as fire appeared in her hand, but she stumbled and swayed as the effects of her battle with the Toa Hagah hadn't worn off from the stasis.

"I'm not losing a useful pawn now." Teridax said, summoning a dimensional rift to take Cinder away against her protests. Then he turned to the Ace-Ops.

"Whoever you are, you have one warning." Clover said, as the rest of the team drew their weapons. "Surrender to Atlas custody and you will not be harmed."

"That's just adorable." Teridax chuckled, as he began walking towards them. "Take your best shot."

"STAY!" Marrow shouted, holding his finger out.

Teridax froze in place, the Faunus' Semblance halting the Makuta in his tracks.

"Not so tough now." Elm jeered.

Their good cheer was halted when Marrow suddenly clutched his head in agony. To the terror of his teammates, the Faunus screamed, a loud and utterly haunting tone before he fell back and collapsed, his eyes glazed open in catatonia.

His mind had been completely shattered, and the rest of him followed suit as Teridax hit him with a blast of Fragmentation energy. For a brief second, the rest of his team stood shell-shocked at the sudden violence and death of their comrade.

"Pets." Teridax's dismissive insult snapped them out of it. "They do have a habit of making such a mess."

"You're going to die, you bastard!" Harriet shouted, her exoskeleton around her as she charged at super speed, managing to land a good blow against Teridax. Unfortunately, that was all she landed as her pace suddenly slowed to a crawl.

"You're fast." Teridax's arm stretched and grabbed Harriet, pulling her close to him as Hunger stole her energy. "I've beaten faster."

A rocket exploded on Teridax's mask, causing the Makuta to drop the now almost mummified and dead Ace-Ops member. He looked towards Elm as Clover and Vine rushed towards him, their weapons and Semblances active.

Vine's elongated hands swung him towards Teridax as he attempted to kick the Makuta in the face. Instead he went flying through the massive machine as Teridax shifted his own density.

In a second, the Makuta had turned his density back to normal, grabbed Vine and blasted him in the face with Heat vision. Then once his Aura was drained, Teridax blasted a hole through his chest with Shadow.

While this was happening, Clover was recovering from being sent flying through Teridax's intangible form. He barely had time to register Vine's death as Teridax grabbed the leader with gravity and hurled him at Elm, who was forced to plant her feet to keep Clover's impact from knocking her away as well.

With her feet planted, Elm wasn't going anywhere. So Teridax simply disintegrated the floor underneath her. The Huntress fell through the floor, the shock causing her to drop her weapon.

She was prepared to get back up as soon as she landed, only for the scenery to suddenly change. Gone were the narrow and dark halls of the prison. Instead she found herself outside in the snowy weather, still falling as she noticed the floating city of Atlas some distance beside her.

Elm had enough time to realize that she had somehow been teleported outside of Atlas before she finally hit the ground. The impact shattered her Aura and her bones, leaving her still forever.

Back in the prison, Clover had managed to recover and looked around at the bodies of his team in horror. Then he stared at Teridax with wide eyes, especially as the Makuta slowly walked towards him.

"Wha-what the hell are you!?"

"The last thing you will ever know." Teridax punctuated that statement with another blast of Shadow, which Clover managed to dodge.

The Huntsman retaliated by leaping towards the Makuta, his sword raised for the killing blow... only for Teridax to magnetically grab the blade and impale it into the ceiling, dragging Clover with it.

The brief moment of distraction cost Clover, as a Shadow Hand erupted from Teridax's chest, grabbing the Huntsman and absorbing him into the Makuta's mass. He didn't even get a chance to scream.

With the best Huntsmen and Huntresses in Atlas dead, Teridax turned his gaze to one of the remaining security cameras. "This is what happens to those who oppose me, General." The Makuta said. "Remember that."

And with those words, Teridax opened a portal behind him and left.

And I suppose that's the end of this chapter. It's admittedly kinda short, but straight to the point, and it's just more demonstration of just how powerful Teridax is.

With that said, I hope everyone enjoyed this chapter and reviews are always welcome.
