"Will someone tell me what's going on!?" Gray asked.

"It seems Michelle's true identity was as a member of the Neo Oracion Seis." Erza replied.

"She was just acting innocent to fool us." Elfman added. "What's worse is now they have Lucy and Talon. And it's all my fault. I couldn't stop any of it."

"Don't be so hard on yourself." Mira told him.

"If anyone's to blame its me." Cana said. "I'm the one who couldn't see that I was being manipulated. Why do you think all the teams sucked?"

"It's not your fault, Cana." Kageyama said. "No one could have known about our dreams getting manipulated. All that matters is what we do now."

"And that's saving Lucy and Talon!" Wendy spoke up.

The archeologists from Kageyama's ship arrived and asked to see Lucy before Juvia invited them in. "Now what do need to see Lucy for?" The pregnant woman asked.

The oldest member explained everything about the clock to them before Gray asked what the clock did. "It alters the perception of time for everyone on the planet. Everyone draws their existence from their past. Ir they can't access that information, then they lose their sense of self entirely."

"That's horrifying." Erza mumbled.

"The Infinity Clock is hovering over the Grand Cathedral." Makarov said. "From what I understand, their doctrine is heavily influenced by the clock." The leader nodded before asking for the guild to stop the clock. Everyone in the guild nodded in agreement as Juvia shock his head.

The group walked out of the guild before the Archeologists handed a massive hammer to Erza. "So how do we attack these guys?" Elfman asked.

"Don't worry, help is on the way." Cana chuckled, holding up a card. The clouds parted as the Christina Advanced came into view. Ichiya jumped off the bow and dug himself into the ground as everyone shook their heads.

"We're counting on this guy?" Gray asked.

"I suggest you get over it and get on the ship." Cana said as Jouki kicked Ichiya, making Asuka laugh. "We need a ship to get up there, and I don't think you can fly."

Everyone climbed on and the ship took off before it rocked to the side. Mirajane and Elfman ran onto the deck only for Racer to attack them. Mirajane tackled Racer off the ship before they crashed to the ground. Mira turned into her Satan Soul and blocked Racer's path before he kicked her back. "You're weak."

She glowed behind a rock and crushed it, revealing her Halphas form before she charged him again. The two bounced around the rocky terrain before Mirajane stomped on his back and then kneed him in the gut. Raced zoomed away with the girl behind him and he jumped away from a kick.

"Faster... Need to be faster!" He shouted before the red lines on his outfit started glowing. Growling like an animal, he started overwhelming Mirajane with speed clones before she caught the original and slammed him to the ground. She landed on the edge of the crater as he looked up in pain.

Instantly, she vanished from view before he felt something chop his neck before he fell over. Mirajane sighed as her body returned to normal and looked up at the sky.

Christina Advanced

The repairs complete, the ship took off and soon saw their target come into view. The clock rang again and everyone on the ship was shown to have changed. Everyone except Erza, that is. Taking a guess, she summoned the new hammer and hit everyone on board, returning them to normal.

Magic bullets started shooting at the ship before Ichiya fired back. Kanaloa launched forward and wrapped around the ship, dragging it out of the sky. "Get off the ship! I shall deal with this foul creature!" Ichiya shouted. Reluctantly, the others jumped off before climbing onto the main building.

"Now let's get going! We need to find Talon and Lucy before we shut this thing down!" Kageyama said, making everyone else nod. They started running before the shadow user bumped into Warren. "What now?"

"I just heard Gildarts' voice." He replied. "Apparently, Zentopia's Arch-Bishop was being controlled by Cardinal Lapointe!"

"Are you serious?" Gray asked.

They arrived at the Arch Bishops chamber to find a hole in the wall and Talon, Laki and Coco standing in front of a bunch of candles. "Guys! What happened?" Kageyama asked.

"Long story short, Lapointe is actually a puppet like the ones me and Gildarts fought on our way here." Laki explained. "And if we don't stop the Clock, everything will go insane. Byro wanted to kill Lucy to do it, so Gildarts is... reasoning with him."

"Then we need to save her, now!" Gray shouted.

"Follow me, I know how to get to the Infinity Castle." Coco said, making the others nod.

"Wendy, you stay here and start healing the Arch-Bishop." Erza ordered. "Laki, Warren, stay here as guards. Everyone else, follow me." The two staying behind nodded and the group started running after Coco.

"This way, the eye in the giant pyramid can take us up there." The runner said, looking up at the sky.

"Hang on, we're coming." Erza said as they reached the chain.

The ace of the guild blocked a kick before throwing a spell at Byro, who negated it. "Well, that's enough of a warm-up." The Crash mage chuckled before cracking his neck. Gildarts punched the staff into pieces before back fisting Byro into a pillar. "Come on, get up and get your blood flowing."

With the Group

The Fairy Tail wizards raced through the hall as Warren's voice spoke to them. "End of the line." Cobra said from above, catching their attention. "Titania, you and I have unfinished business!" He swung his hand and a mix of sound and poison forced her to jump.

"You heard him. Go on, I've got this." The redhead said before the others ran ahead.

They passed under an arch and found themselves in a green house. "Sorry boys, but this is as far as you go." Angel declared, standing over them.

"Go, I'll handle her." Gray said.

"You'd better." Kageyama chuckled before they raced passed him.

In the gears of the clock, lightning shot down and blocked their path as Brain 2 chuckled. "You keep going, this angsty teen is mine." Gajeel said before the other four ran on. Gajeel unleashed a club spell before following it down and kicking Brain 2 in the face, only for the man to turn into smoke.

"I don't have time to waste on gutter trash. Spiral Pain!" The real leader unleashed his spell and blasted Gajeel out of the castle.

Talon and the others reached an opening filled only with stairs leading up. Lucy looked up from her chains as Michelle drew her sword. "Lucy belongs to me. Go back to your little palace and forget all about her if you value your lives."

Talon wasted no time and launched an orb of lightning at her. She jumped over it before kicking Elfman away and landing on the ground. Kageyama pulled his arms back and unleashed his Orochi spell, only for Michelle to slice through it. "I find human bodies so interesting. No matter how brawny they are, one strike to the vital organs and they'll be incapacitated by intense pain."

"Talk about a complete 180." Talon said. "What happened to the ditzy girl from the guildhall?"

"That was just an act, this is who I truly am." She said.

Elfman swung a five fingered claw only to get slashed. A fist of shadows rose up and slammed into her before beams of electricity shocked her into a rock wall. She fell to the ground before snapping back up, her joints forcing themselves into place. "No matter what you do, my body doesn't feel pain. Nothing you do can make forget my mission. In other words, I can't be phased by human emotions."

"If they're so ridiculous, then explain the look in your eye." Kageyama demanded. "Trust me, I know it all too well. Good, bad, in between, it doesn't matter. People who fight for what they believe in have the same look in their eyes."

"You're trying to confuse me, and it won't work." She declared. "But my will is unwavering and it will never let you get her."

"Then this is where we kick your ass." Talon said, lightning rolling off his shoulders. "Chargebolt!" Lightning shot forward and she jumped aside before her vines wrapped around Elfman and zapped him. Kageyama sank into the shadows and avoided them before popping out and kicking her.

Vines wrapped around the other two and zapped them. "Mission orders mean nothing to me. I follow my heart and nothing else. My heart may be filled with pain and heart ache, but that is what drives me. Magic is all about heart, and mine is second to none."

Greenhouse

Gray stared up at Angel before throwing his jacket off, much to her confusion. "You gave me a good thrashing before, but not this time."

"Oh, how I hate stubborn men." She said.

"Beating up girls isn't really my thing, but I gotta do this to save my friend." He said back. "This is for Lucy." Angel wasted no time and summoned the same angel from the cave. "Not you again. Ice-Make: Geyser!" Ice shot forward only for a pig to pop out of its hair and blast Gray who shattered into ice.

"That was a decoy!" He shouted from behind before swinging a scythe. The angel faded away and Angel gripped her chest in pain. She fell to the ground and pushed up only to find Gray's weapon at her throat. "Looks like its over. Just give up."

Angel looked up and smiled before pointing the curved blade at her heart. "I want you to impale me. I want to vanish into the sky like an angel, more than anything in the world. I'm begging you, send me into the sky with my angels. It's my wish, so please make it come true."

Gray shattered his weapon and walked away. "I'm not doing it."

Angel glared at him before standing up. "If you won't grant my wish, then I'll destroy you!" She pulled out three more coins and summoned another angel. The creature pulled its arms back and black energy shot out, forcing Gray to make two shields. The shields cracked and a ball of energy flew at him, only for it to bounce away.

Dan stood in front of Gray, declaring his love for Angel again. She ordered her angel to destroy Dan, but he jumped through the energy and stab it with his spear. The angel faded away and Angel grabbed her chest in pain. The armored man shouted something about love only for Angel to use all ten coins.

"Come forth from the light! Obliterate my enemies in my name! Raguel, herald of the end times!" A massive angel with ten heads and trumpets appeared and blasted Dan back, destroying his armor.

"What the hell is wrong with you!?" Gray asked.

"That man lacks beauty and intelligence. He's a waste of space and deserves to die." Angel said.

"You were just begging me to kill you. Stop acting so high and mighty." Gray replied. "You don't have the right to decide who lives and dies."

"Of course I do, I'm an angel." She said back. "And when I become one, my Angel Magic will wash me in its divine light and cleanse me of all my sins. The worst one being born human. I chip away at my own life every time I summon my angels, but I don't mind. Its a sacrifice I'm willing to make. The more power I use, the more I see this world for what it truly is. A cesspool of greed and lies."

Gray shook his head as Angel jumped onto the ground. "You're dead on the inside, you know that?" He asked. "You can't be happy with yourself, you talk about how bad this world is but you're the ones who made it that way! Dan might be an idiot, but like me and my friends he lives everyday of his life.

"We make the most out of everyday! People like you make me sick! The only reason you want to die is because you've hardly even lived! If you refuse to be a part of this world, then you have no right to call it a rotten place! You sound more like a spoiled brat than an actual angel!"

Angel glared at the man as her body and the angel started cracking. "How dare you belittle my wish!? Raguel destroy him!" The angel shattered and launched him backwards. He looked out at the mass of black flesh that surrounded Angel and almost puked. "That's good, don't stop! Keep going until he's torn to pieces!"

Gray dived into the mass and pulled her out. "Look around, your magic is nothing but a parasite that feeds on your life so it can live! You tell me how pretty it looks to you?"

The mass swallowed both before Gray pushed it back with Ice. "You want to live, don't you!?"

Angel begged for her life as Dan threw his spear and stabbed her chest. Gray froze the blob and most of the room over and it shattered. "Talk about perfect timing. The second you defeated that thing, I shrunk the core of her magic to almost nothing."

"Why would you risk your life for your enemy?" She asked Gray.

"Because I would have felt like a jerk if I let you die." He replied.

In Lucy's Chamber

"One of the seals has fallen." Lucy said blankly. "Now there are only three remaining."

"Lucy! I know you can hear us!" Talon shouted." "We'll save, no matter what!"

"No matter how much you plea, it's useless." Brain 2 said, appearing from behind. "Lucy Heartfillia will become one with the Infinity Clock. And once they are completely merged, we will have absolute control over Real Nightmare."

"I won't let anyone touch my big sister." Michelle added. "She and I will stay together for the rest of time."

"Just shut up..." Kageyama said, standing up despite his bad arm. "You keep talking about what you want to do with Lucy, but you've never even considered what she wants. I might not know her as well as the others, but I can guess she wants the real you back. You might have betrayed her, but she'll forgive you. Why can't you understand that?"

"Don't try and confuse her." Midnight chuckled. "Imitatia is simple attempting to obtain that which she lost."

Imitatia glared at the two men before unfurling her shield-whip. "I know what my sisrer wants! And its the same as me!"

They jumped aside only for her to pop up from behind. Just before she could slash them, purple fire blasted her back as Romeo glared at her. "You liar! Nobody believes a word from you anymore! You lied about being Michelle, so why should we believe you now!?"

He threw more fire at her and she jumped back. "Do you know how happy she was when you showed up? She just lost the last of her family when you came along! Her heart was broken and you took advantage of that pain! She put her trust in you and you threw it away!"

He jumped at her and with a blank expression, she slashed him aside with her shield. "Sorry, but this is over." Talon and Kageyama walked over and their magic started rolling off them. "You don't think you can hurt our friend in front of us and get away with it!?" Talon unleashed a bolt of lightning that Imitatia slid under.

She rose up to slash him only for Kageyama to launch a shadow knuckle at her. She slid back and unleashed a torrent of vines at the two only for Kageyama to drag both of them into a shadow. The spy looked around for an attack only for Talon to tackle her from behind. "Warning. A blood thirsty enemy is approaching." Lucy declared, catching everyone's attention.

Samuel broke through the ceiling and charged at Lucy, ready to kill her. Coco blocked his path before Happy head-butted him and Pantherlily tackled him away.

With Erza

"I couldn't care about the world." Cobra said before blasting another sound wave at her. "All I care about is facing Cubelios again. You could never understand. I've given up everything I had, so now I have no fear of losing. Without fear I have true power!"

A new voice rang out and spoke up, explaining how to slow down the clock. Enraged, poison rolled off his arms and they turned to scales. "My friend gave me one final breath before she disappeared. And now I'll use it to end you. I'll rot the flesh off your bones! Poison Dragon Roar!"

Red mist flew at Erza before it exploded, turning to harmless dust. "This ancient weapon was created to ward off evil." Erza said, holding the massive hammer. "It also seems quite useful battle."

"You acted on instinct... I couldn't hear your thoughts." Cobra growled in annoyance before ultrasound filled his ears. "Looks like you are willing to make a big sacrifice after all. You plan on cutting these chains and kill us both?"

Erza jumped forward and smashed the link with her hammer, shattering the metal and sending the two falling. Cobra landed on a second chain only for Erza to crush it as well. "This will do nothing! Your world is doomed!"

They landed on another chain and stared at each other intensely. "You said you that your power comes from a sacrifice. But having nothing to lose isn't the same as being strong."

"Make your point or die already!" Cobra shouted back.

"True power comes from fighting to protect what you have." The red head replied, ready to swing her hammer. "Living only for yourself is the very definition of weakness. If this friend was ro come back, how could you ever look them in the eye!?"

She charged and swung her weapon, only for a shield of poison to block her. "Be quite!" Cobra charged through and grabbed the weapon before forcing her against the metal. "You lasted far longer than expected, but that ends now. This is where you die!" He reached out for her face only to freeze in shock.

"Cubelios?..." He mumbled, backing away. "It can't be... No, there's no mistaking it. Her body might have changed, but her mind is the same. It's her..."

"Seems you also lost your focus in battle." Erza said before swinging her hammer. Cobra tried to counter but was launched off the chain as it shattered to pieces.

Lucy's Chamber

"Warning, another seal has been broken." Lucy declared. "Now only two remain."

"That means you two are the only ones left." Talon said as his guildmate smiled.

"How can you two be so simple minded?" Imitatia asked. "At this point, you're just delaying the inevitable. Its too late to change anything."

"I will complete what my father failed to." Midnight declared. "To destroy all that has formed in this world and bring about an age of destruction and chaos. Seven years ago you stopped us. But this time will be different. I will destroy you both!" He waved his hand and Reflector Tornado shot up, blasting the two back.

"And just so you know, the wizard who's life you're trying to save is already dead, nothing but a lost cause. A century slumber is one thing, but she will become one with the clock entirely. Mind and body merging with the clock itself. And at that point she will fade from the memories of everyone who knew her. Her existence will erased from this world."

Everyone gasped in shock as Imitatia turned to him. "That's not true. She's supposed to stay with me forever."

"That will still happen." The leader told her. "She is just going to change forms into something more suited for our needs. And she'll be the perfect companion for someone like you."

"No..." Imitatia dropped her sword in shock before unfurling her whip shield. "Sister!" She pulled herself over to Lucy and began trying to chip away at the amber, kicking the other three away. "Forgive me! I never wanted this!" Tears started falling from her eyes.

"Why did you open your mouth now?" Klodoa asked.

"Imitatia, your usefulness has ended." Brain 2 held out his hand plant theme girl fell backwards. She reached out for Lucy and started glowing before she turned into a doll a single tear falling from its face. Midnight stomped on the doll before kicking it away.

"Monster..." Kageyama mumbled before standing up and charging the last member before punching him at the face, sending him flying back. "You think people's suffering is something to laugh at? Then you're about to die laughing!"

Midnight swung his staff and dark magic shot out, peppering the former dark wizard. "I will fulfill my fathers wish and destroy everything that is!" Elfman helped Romeo up before Talon caught Kageyama. The staff blocked off the other men as Talon and Kageyama sent their elements at Midnight.

The dark wizard swung his arms and the vectors swirled around him before the lightning and shadows hit each other, creating an explosion. "Sooner or later, you two will run out of magic power. And then you'll die like the worms you are. My power has finally surpassed my father's. Time for you two to travel the abyss. Genesis Zero!"

A green glow unleashed a swarm of phantoms that swallowed the two before they faded into nothing. The clock started glowing in a golden light confusing Midnight before he watched as the spell reversed itself and freed the two. "No! That's not possible! Unless-" He turned to the alter and saw that Lucy had completely sank into the clock.

"My seal wasn't enough to control the clock!?" He asked in horror. The staff had long since fled the fight as the two partners walked over.

"Let's end this!" Talon shouted, lightning rolling off his body. Shadows did the same on Kageyama before the two pulled their arms back. "Unison Raid- Thanatos Spark!" Both pushed their hands forward and their elements merged into a spiral of Shadow and Lightning magic.

"Your guild is the reason my father and I had to be torn apart!" Midnight shouted, firing his own spell. "I will do anything to bring him back to me!" The dark wizard was pushed back against the rock wall before the raid overpowered his spell, knocking him out.

"Did we do it?" Talon asked before turning to the crystal. "No! Lucy!"

"What is it?" The blonde's voice echoed through out the castle, shocking everyone. "Wait, what happened to me!?"

"She merged with the clock?" Kageyama asked. "What now?"

"Listen, we found a way to save Lucy." Warren said before explaining the method. Lucy wasted no time and the clock started glowing before it exploded.

With Cobra

Cobra stared up at the sky covered in bruise. A noise caught his attention and he struggled to turn his head. "Who's there? Show yourself." He looked up to see a purple haired girl in a green dress standing at the edge of the crater.

The sky started raining down light as Kinana raced into the hole and helped his head off the ground. "You've been badly hurt." She said. "Is there anything I can do to help?"

"I'm fine." Cobra said.

"So tell me, were you the one calling out to me?" The purplette asked.

Cobra's head perked up as a familiar voice went through his head. "I can hear it." He whispered before suddenly pushing himself up and grabbing her arms, pinning her to the ground. "It is you."

The new girl looked on confused and blushed before reaching forward, making him flinch. "What happened to your eye?" She asked, brushing his face.

"I gave it up for power." Cobra said, sitting back. "It doesn't matter. I just need my hearing."

"What are your name?" The girl asked.

"Erik." The boy answered. "What's yours?"

"Kinana." The new girl replied.

The Slayers ears perked up and he turned around to see Lahar and Doranbolt appear. "Cobra of the Neo Oracion Seis. The others are already in custody, so surrender peacefully."

"And what if I don't?" He asked.

"Stop it!" The unharmed girl shouted. "He's not actually a bad person!" Her arms started glowing purple as the stone under them started melting.

Erik's magic picked up their thoughts, talking about arresting her. "Calm down, I'm coming." He said before standing up and walking forward. "Get out of here, kid."

"Erik! Wait, you never answered my question!" The girl shouted as the two reached the council workers. "Were you the one calling me?"

"I don't know what your talking about." He replied, never looking at her. He reached the two and they cuffed him before they asked about the girl. "Never meet her before in my life. She's just a girl who wandered looking for a friend. In a way, I envy her."

Kageyama groaned as he opened his eyes and found himself on the octopus. Seconds later, a yellow light started falling from the sky. The shadow wizard jumped off and started running along the ground. He used a shadowy fist and reached up, grabbing Lucy from midair.

"So, that's the end of the story." Lucy said aloud as she finished writing. "And don't worry mom and dad. My little sister is safe and sound again." She glanced over and smiled at the doll on the shelf.

And that's a wrap on this one shot turned into a story. Do I regret turning this into a story... yeah probably. But of anyone wants to do their own version of this, have at it hoss. I full support it. See ya next time I update another story. Bye.
