AN - WARNING don't read this unless you've played the game.

So now that that's outta the way, let me just say that I love this game to death. But I really hated the ending, I cried for two days but after seeing some gameplay of Klonoa 2 I didn't feel so bad. And to be honest it's better to experience this game without watching an entire let's play before playing it. I recommend watching gameplay of the first level or two to get an idea of what the game is like though. But yeah, I played it without help or anything and the experience was one of the most epic things ever. And although I'm not upset about the ending anymore I still think it's terrible XD so I decided to write this. Soo... enjoy... criticism is welcome :)

The prince held on the the ring tightly, hot tears ran down his cheeks. "KLONOAA!" He cried.

The Cabbit held on to the ring as tightly as he could, he didn't want to leave his friend. Even if he was being lied to he still cared a lot about Huepow because he knew that Huepow also cared about him. Tears ran down his face as he screamed.

With one last tug onto the ring they both fell to the ground before Lephise had finished her song, Huepow slowly got up and looked up into the sky. The black hole was gone.

Klonoa opened his eyes and slowly got up, he looked at Huepow and started to cry. "Huepow..." He mumbled before hugging him tightly.

"Klonoa..." The prince replied before hugging him back, he began to cry once more.

"Huepow, I thought I'd..." The Cabbit started.

"Hmm?"

"I... I THOUGHT I'D NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN!" Klonoa cried hugging his friend even tighter.

They hugged for a while until they sat down. "I think we need to talk, Huepow..."

The prince looked up at his friend, "I know what you're gonna say... that you're confused about what to think right now..."

"Yes..." The Cabbit replied with a sigh. "I mean... everything I remember with you... didn't really happen, it was just a trick to make me save your world..."

Huepow nodded, "Yeah, I know I lied to you but..."

"Hm?"

"I really care about you, I mean getting to know you made me realize how much I care... and you're very important to me..."

"I know that, I mean the way you tried to keep me from getting sucked into that black hole... and you saved me... I know how much you care for me..." The Cabbit pulled his friend into another hug. "I know I would've lost my memories to..."

"And you have no idea how much I would've missed you..." Huepow said hugging Klonoa back. "So you don't hate me for lying to you?"

"No way, we'll always be together! Just like we promised each other, remember?" Klonoa replied with a smile.

"Yeah... I do..." The prince said smiling back.

"So, do you wanna go play in the field?" The Cabbit asked cheerfully.

"Sure!" Huepow replied with a smile.

And with that they ran into the field while laughing.

AN - Yeah, it wasn't that great but since it's been a while since I wrote something serious I didn't expect anything amazing... and for those of you who say "What about Klonoa's origin?" Or about how he wants to know where he really came from. Well, I'd honestly rather not think about it... lame excuse but it's my lame excuse XD. Also I made Klonoa act a bit childish because he's way younger in the first game than he is in every game after so his personality might be slightly more childish and innocent XD.
