A/N Here is my new story, I hope you like it.

It took me a while to write this, and i'm not sure if i'm happy with it. Continuing it depends on how you all react to the first chapter. I kind of based these two off of Spike and Drusilla from BTVS, I really liked them, and they influenced this a lot. I'm sorry if Lucien is OOC, but I haven't written him before, so i'm still learning.

Sweet Sister

.

.

Anger, love, confusion, roads that go nowhere
I know that somewhere better, cause you always take me there
Came to you with a broken faith, gave me more than a hand to hold
Caught before I hit the ground, tell me I'm safe, you've got me now

Would you take the wheel if I lose control?
If I'm lying here will you take me home?

Could you take care of a broken soul?

Will you hold me now? Will you take me home?

PRESENT—NEW ORLEANS

"I like New Orleans. It's such a pretty place."

"That it is, miss."

Marko, the leader of their guards, smiled politely at Leilah who lightly laughed under her breath, turning back to the window she'd been gazing out of. Her long brown locks that stopped just above her hips was tied up in a waterfall braid that had been done for her by her private coiffeur.

She donned a black sleeveless maxi dress that billowed around her ankles with each step to the ground, and her heels made an amusing—at least to her—click with each step she took.

Her chocolate orbs twinkled with mirth as she stared up at the moon, as if she were hearing something Marko didn't while she toyed the daylight ring around her thumb finger.

A long silence followed her laughter, and the pair fell into a tense silence before Leilah suddenly hummed low in her throat, eyes shifting to Marko's reflection.

"Do you like the stars?"

He nodded quickly, glancing out the window."I do, miss."

"Very good."Leilah murmured with a small smile before it vanished from her face and her eyes narrowed."Did my brother tell you to agree with everything I say?"

He paused before he hesitantly nodded."Yes, miss."

His response appeasing her, Leilah smiled at him before turning on her heels and making her way over to him. Marko straightened, shoulders stiffening and jaw clenching.

"Do you agree with everything I say?"

Brow furrowing, Marko's eyes glimmered with uncertainty."I—"

He resisted the urge to back away when Leilah suddenly reached up and cupped his face in her hands. He nervously chuckled at her, fear dancing in his eyes as he stared down at the elder vampire.

"Hmm?"Springing up on her tiptoes, Leilah's nails dug into his skin, her tone turning more threatening when he failed to respond quickly enough."Do you agree?"

She was about to lunge for him when the door opened and, with an infantile huff, she instantly let him go and all but pranced away from him. Hands behind her back, Leilah glided away as the door closed, lips quirking upwards when Lucien sauntered further into the penthouse.

"Brother!"She called in greeting, batting her lashes innocently.

Lucien clicked his tongue scoldingly at the facade as he defended the steps that led him into the front room.

"Lei, leave the poor bloke alone, will you?"Lucien absently ordered, clapping Marko on the shoulder as he rounded him, eyes still trained on his sister."I cannot afford to lose any more men."

Waving him off, Leilah turned away just before Lucien could reach her and slowly retreated in the direction that led her towards the large windows. Lucien lingered in his spot but, as usual, gradually trailed behind her.

"He can't think for himself."Leilah murmured in defense of herself, arms opening to welcome her brother's embrace when he came up behind her."I don't like it."

"Well, it's how I like them."Lucien mumbled as he wrapped his arms around her in a tight embrace, allowing himself to linger and Leilah another moment to stare at the stars before he gently tugged her away."Come, dinner is served."

She giggled low in her throat when his cheek rubbed against hers, tilting her head to the side just in time as Lucien leaned down and pecked her cheek.

"When do we get to see Nik?"She glanced up at him as his embrace loosened and his hand took hers."Today?"

"Soon, sister."He absently answered before tugging on her hand as a silent request that she follow him."But first I have to make plans."

"Why?"Leilah's tone slipped into something akin to a whine but allowed him to lead her in the direction of the kitchen."You promised. I miss Nik."

She adored her sire, and her loyalty to him matched the loyalty she felt for her brother. Klaus could do no wrong in Leilah's eyes, and sometimes her brother could be irritated about how much she idolized their sire.

But he never said anything because he knew that he was the most important man in his sister's life and she would never love anyone else above him.

It was them against the world.

"I know you do, that's partly why we're here, but you cannot just go off on your own, you know that."Lucien patiently explained, brow furrowing in annoyance when his phone vibrated in his pocket."What if you feel ill again?"

Leilah parted her lips to reply only to be silenced when she felt his grip on her loosen.

"Just a moment, love."

Her brother took out his mobile and began to press on the screen, making her frown again. She saw that her brother was tapping on his mobile and could tell by his expression that he was stressed.

He was busy.

However, she wanted his attention, and nothing would get in the way of that.

"Did you see the stars, brother?"She dreamily hummed, glancing over her shoulder at the shining moon in the sky."They are much brighter here."

"Yes, yes."Lucien inattentively muttered as he tapped on his screen before putting the phone to his ear."I see them."

Leilah frowned as he released her hand and turned from her, recognizing the distracted tone he'd coined. Her brow furrowed as he turned from her, chatting away to whoever was on the other side.

"I want all of my men here..."Leilah zoned out as the moon caught her attention again and turned away just as he had."I don't give a damn what you think—"

Her eyes rounded as if something fascinating had projected onto the moon, as if the stars themselves had fallen and were swirling around the city in a dance. Leilah's lips drew up into a delighted grin, and she bounced on her heels, dark locks flying around her as she spun around to face her brother.

"Lucien!"

Lucien didn't turn to face her and, instead, took a step further from her but he did hold out a hand to tell her she had his attention.

"Give me a moment, love; i'll be—"

"Brother, did you see them?"Leilah interrupted with a melodic laugh, reaching out and taking his hand, yanking him towards her."Look at them. They're—"

Her blood ran cold when Lucien wrenched his hand from her grasp with an exasperated bellow. He terminated the call with a furious tap of his finger and did turn to face her, his eyes glimmering something dark and his lip curled up into a sneer.

"I told you."Lucien drew out his words slowly, each one dripping with anger and making his sister wince."I'm busy right now, Lei!"

Leilah recoiled as if he'd struck her with a pained whimper, the sharp sound ringing in Lucien's ears. His furious expression quickly contorted into contrition when he saw the look on her face, Lucien teetered on his feet when Leilah retreated from him.

"You told me, you told me."She rambled as her breathing hitched, rapidly nodding in understanding and inclining her head."He's...He's busy right now, Lei."

Leilah swallowed thickly when she concluded, locking her hands behind her back and slowly moved away from him, her eyes glassing over. She stared at the ground, looking anywhere but him, shaking her head when he whispered her name.

"Lei..."Lucien cautiously called, inwardly cursing himself as he saw her wring her hands behind her back, nails close to slicing her skin as she tried to resist tears."Love?"

Unsure if she'd heard him as her eyes darted around, lips parting and breathing hitching once again, Lucien's eyes widened in alarm.

"Y-You told me."Leilah stumbled over her words as her eyes filled with horror."I...I need to learn how to listen. I'm sorry."

Fiercely shaking his head, Lucien all but sprinted over to her, paying no mind at the sound of splintering underneath his foot when he accidentally trod on his phone.

"No, no. Don't be sorry."His words were uttered in one breath as he reached out, his intuition to grab her hand and embrace her but he was met with air when she evaded him and turned away."Lei..."

In spite of the sharp pang in his chest at the rejection, Lucien followed her anyhow, he always followed.

"No."Leilah murmured with a fierce headshake, the decline of comfort instantly stopping Lucien in his tracks."You yelled."

Lucien's face fell at her wounded tone."I know. Sister, please."

At the desperation in his voice, Leilah came to a stop but remained turned from him.

"I don't like it when you yell, Lucien."She whispered to him, looking at the ground and rocking to and fro on her heels."It makes me feel small."

"I know."He repeated with a slow nod of his head, shame evident in his tone as he came up behind her."I didn't mean it. You know that."

Leilah turned around to face him before he could reach out for her, staring at his outstretched hands. She stared at his hands for a long moment before she slowly reached out and took his hands with her own.

He smiled small at her and pulled her closer to him, leaning down and kissing the top of her hands before he looked at her.

"I never mean it. I would never mean it. You know this, don't you?"

She softly nodded, thumbs stroking the back of his hand."Yes."

Repeating her response to himself, Lucien pulled his sister when she allowed it and smiled to himself when she peered up at him with shining eyes.

He interlocked their fingers and began to rock with her, humming low in his throat as they swayed. She always liked to dance, especially underneath the stars, they made her smile. The only time she wouldn't smile at him was when he yelled. Lucien knew better than to raise his voice as it made her feel belittled. It was a rare occurrence.

"Sister..."

Lucien slowed his swaying when he noticed that Leilah wasn't looking at him anymore, she was staring at their feet as she moved with him.

She couldn't look at him.

"I didn't mean it, Lei."He breathed against her temple, swaying gently with her, his eyes closing.

"I know."She whispered against his cheek, her dark hooded eyes finally meeting his own."However, that does not make it hurt any less."

"Forgive me?"

His question came out as a desperate plea, and he followed her eyes until they met his own, offered her a smile before glancing up at the stars.

"You know I would gladly reach up and grab one for you, don't you?"

Lucien's smile broadened when her eyes lit up in fascination at the thought before Leilah returned his smile, resuming her swaying with a pleased hum.

"You're forgiven."

Imitating her pleased hum as he whirled them around, quirking an eyebrow when Leilah gasped in surprise.

"I'm forgiven?"

"Yes, yes!"Laughter spilled from her lips when he twirled them around, Leilah keenly nodded."You're forgiven."

"It's just us, okay?"Lucien murmured against her temple as their swaying slowed, gaze shifting skywards to the stars."It's us against the world. Until the end of the world."

He sighed contently when he felt her nod, the stars seemingly shining brighter when she whispered back.

"Until the end of the world."

SOUTHERN FRANCE—1002 A.D

"Come."

The Mikaelson's, led by Lucien and Leilah slowly ambled into at the castle wearing nervous expressions and donning the elegant clothes that their victims had been wearing when they first came upon the Castle siblings. Behind and in front of them were newcomers that looked equally as nervous as them as they took in the grand interior of the castle.

Leilah and Lucien came to a stop a few feet from the entrance as they caught sight of Count de Martel on his throne, smiling smugly as people bowed before him, his eyes dancing with their regular self-importance.

"There. See the Count de Martel?"Lucien gestured to the graying man sitting on his throne with a bored expression as he whispered, the Mikaelson's following his gaze."You address him as 'Your Grace.' All the other nobles as "my lord." And, when you speak to the Count, you should speak of hunting. He loves his horse and his hounds."

He looked respectfully at Rebekah who looked slightly frightened.

"And, bow deep, Lady Rebekah. The Count relishes a..."Lucien cleared his throat, rubbing his clammy palms against his tunic before he, voice barely above a whisper, he concluded."healthy cleavage."

"Vexing, shrewish, repetitive, yes..."Kol's lip curled up into an enraged snarl as he came up behind Lucien, his dark eyes glimmering with something dangerous as his hand clamped down on the other man's shoulder."However, my sister is not about to be deduced as godamned bait, you—"

Blindsided, Kol staggered slightly as something collided with his chest and pushed him backward, a hushing sound following when he cried out in anger. There was no way she would stand back allow her brother to be demeaned, threatened—or a lot worse, she'd realized in Kol's case—and if she had to be killed in the process, then she would gladly die.

"You need to remain composed if we're going to get through this. Dangling something young and comely is sometimes what arouses the Count's interest."

Kol's clamped his mouth shut when Leilah met his glare with one of her own, her dark orbs just as clouded with rage as his own were.

"Believe me."

The Original reached up to grab hold of her hand that was still on his chest—whether to break it or pull her closer to whisper a well thought out threat—he wasn't sure. However, just as his fingertips grazed Leilah's skin her hand was gone, and her arm fell back by her side.

"Some have had to do a lot worse than bow, my lord."Forcing a well practiced, polite smile, Leilah offered it to Kol before she pivoted on her heel, muttering underneath her breath."Just let it be."

Glowering at the human's back, Kol narrowed his eyes before impulsively striding after her only, for the second time, to lightly be pushed back. He caught himself at the strength behind the hand that pushed and snapped his eyes to the person behind it only to find Rebekah shaking her head at him. With a quiet murmur of his name, his sister pleadingly nodded, and Kol reluctantly abided by the order, lingering beside Klaus as he caught up to his youngest brother.

"Kol."Klaus nudged his brother, motioning up the ceiling with a quiet gasp."Look."

Following his brother's eyes, Kol tilted his head upwards and was instantly in awe as gold glimmered down at him, impressive carvings and stone. The rest of the Mikaelsons caught on and were quick to copy; even Finn had become captivated by the new sighting.

Lucien and Leilah, who had noticed their cease in their following, both rolled their eyes at this and quickly retook their steps and rushing back towards them.

"And, for God's sake, stop looking up!"Looking slightly chagrined, the Mikaelson siblings caught themselves and swiftly complied before trailing behind the Castle siblings."Hurry!"

Quickening their pace before anyone else could reach the Count, the siblings caught up with Leilah and Lucien, Rebekah sidling up beside the Castle brother with worries. As Leilah was surrounded with the brothers, she took a moment to scan their appearances, her nervousness rearing its head as she thought of several ways the Count would recognize their facade.

"My lord?"Leilah rushed out the label through clenched teeth as her focus switched from Elijah to Kol, teeth grinding together as he seemingly didn't hear her as his focus, once again, had returned to the ceiling."My l—oh, forget it."

Hastening to catch up with him, Leilah offered up no explanation as she reached over and clamped a hand on his shoulder to stop him from ambling away. He stilled with a slight groan of annoyance as he reluctantly inclined his head, eyes tearing from the ceiling and seeking out whoever had dared to lay their hands on him.

"What the..."Kol trailed off as Leilah—springing up on her tiptoes to reach him—brushed aside a stray lock of her hair that had fallen loose from his ponytail."You."

"You're welcome."Leilah murmured with as much respect she could muster, nervously shifting underneath his dark gaze before turning and hurriedly marching away to catch up with her brother.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much distance placed between them, and Kol caught up with her just as they all came to a slow stop behind a couple that was being greeted by the count. Coming up behind her, Kol leaned forward, his mouth brushing Leilah's cheek. He grinned wolfishly to himself when he heard her breathing hitch before she gasped in surprise.

"Touch me again, darling, and I'll give you something to scream about."He drawled into her ear and leaned closer, cheek resting against her own and his grin broadening as he heard her heart race against her ribcage."Do you enjoy playing rough?"

Kol raised his eyebrows when Leilah turned an inch to peer up at him but barely had a moment to search her eyes as he was roughly grabbed his shoulder and yanked back. Growling low in his throat when he was pulled away from the human, Kol turned and glared at Finn, wrenching his forearm from his brother's grip.

"Behave, Kol—"Finn hissed through clenched teeth, raising a hand when his brother parted his lips to defend himself, shoving him forward to catch up with their siblings."or I'll bury you in the ground to rot."

"This isn't going to work, is it?"

"Just speak as we practiced..."Lucien attempted to soothe Rebekah with a friendly smile and a nod of encouragement."and know that you look lovely, my lady."

Sidling up beside the blonde, Leilah made a sound of agreement and offered Rebekah a warm smile. She turned the smile at her brother and took his hand in her own, squeezing it as she murmured him to remain calm and that he was doing well.

They all went quiet when they finally reached the Count de Martel. Leilah and Lucien bowed and stepped aside to introduce them.

"Lucien, Leilah, you were sent to fetch the Count de Guise!"

"Indisposed, my Grace."Leilah quickly answered—thankfully without a squeak when the Count frowned—her eyes rounding in alarm as her mind went blank before, out of nowhere, she found himself adding."Gout."

Leilah jumped when she felt a hand on her shoulder but quickly relaxed when, after looking over her shoulder, she noticed that he was standing behind her. He nudged her out of the way, blocking the Count's view of her and took her spot in front of the Count, smiling courteously as he partook in the introduction of the Originals.

"May I present his children? The Lords Finn, Niklaus, Elijah, and Kol."Lucien absently gestured to each Mikaelson as he introduced them, eyes widening when he had to motion for them to step forward before finally, he presented the blonde."Also, the lovely Lady Rebekah."

Lucien quickly stepped backward, returning to his sister's side as the Mikaelson men bowed before copying Lucien and stepping back, wringing her hands nervously.

The Count suspiciously narrowed his eyes before suddenly rising to his feet so that he could get a better look at the siblings. The Mikaelson's glanced at one another, conversing silently until, finally, Elijah motioned for his family to step away and allow him to take the reins.

"Your father never mentioned you to me in all our dealings."

Lucien and Leilah shared a nervous look, their hands meeting between them before Leilah interlocked their fingers. This was it. They had failed and were going to perish at the hands of beasts that had only existed in their nightmares. However, as their hearts hammered against their ribcages and flashes of their ends rushed through their minds, they heard Elijah clear his throat and—already aware he only took charge if the case called for it—had to bite back sighs of relief.

"Yes, Your Grace, do forgive us!"

Elijah dramatically outstretched his arms and pivoted on his heel to face the Count a second time with a beaming smile."Father was forever distant with his travels, and, uh, we were largely raised by servants. However, I do know that Father would consider it a glorious honor that we should be introduced to society by your noble hand, Your Grace."

Elijah bowed again and, Klaus, feeling confident, stepped forward and bowed himself.

"Your Grace, I look forward to hearing tales of your hunting escapades!"Klaus mimicked Elijah's dramatic flair as he motioned to the Count before, mouth twisted up into a beaming smile, he gestured to Rebekah proudly."May I present our sister?"

Rebekah nervously gulped and remained frozen, glancing at Leilah who subtly bowed—deeply, just as Lucien had suggested earlier—motioning for Rebekah to do the same.

Nodding, Rebekah took a large step forward, inclining her head submissively before she peered up at the Count.

"Rebekah de Guise de Rockfort Francais."Rebekah smoothly drawled, before imitating the bow Leilah had demonstrated."Charmed."

Ensuring she bowed deeply enough so that the Count's eyes would travel where they'd expected, the Mikaelson brothers watched with enraged eyes and forced smiles as the Count ogled their sister. Rebekah noticed the Count's wandering eyes and looked up at him through hooded lids, resisting the urge to bare her fangs when he nodded in approval.

Instead, with an innocent grin and a teasing bat of her lashes, Rebekah slowly rose to her feet.

"A pleasure, your Grace."

Realizing that they had successfully made their way into the castle, Klaus let out a relieved sigh as lips curved up into a gratified smile before he turned to look over at the Castle siblings who looked just as relieved as he did.

MIKAELSON COMPOUND

"Am I pretty enough?"

Waiting for his sister to exit the car before he slammed the door shut behind him, Lucien motioned for the driver to take off before he turned and followed Leilah. As instructed she remained on the sidewalk and was waiting patiently. Only to skip ahead when he joined her, looking over her shoulder back at him every few seconds as she awaited his response.

Holding out his hand and keeping silent until he felt her skin meet his own, Lucien playfully tugged his sister back towards him.

"You are my sister."Lucien voiced his words with an almost menacing tone, bringing her hand to his mouth and kissing her knuckles, spinning her around before sternly adding."You are and always will be the belle of the ball."

"Belle of the ball."Leilah dreamily repeated, a bounce in her step as her brother restated the words in response before she suddenly rapidly blinked, snapping out of her daze and looking down at her dress."But do you think Nik will think i'm pretty?"

Leilah had always been self-conscious when it came to her sire. Her brother was her blood, her greatest treasure but Klaus was her king.

"Of course, you're his masterpiece."Lucien proudly declared, touching his sister's cheek gently just before she gamboled away, his eyes trailing after her."That's what you are."

"I am, aren't I?"Leilah grinned wolfishly at her brother as she pranced into to the compound, slowing her pace until he sidled up next to her. as if she instantly found her way to her sire."I'm his first."

"That's what you are."Lucien murmured to himself once more, trailing close behind as he followed her into the compound, reaching out for her when she ventured further."Now, now, let's wait to see—"

He swiftly trailed off when heard Leilah sharply inhale as she came to a halt, causing him to collide into her before he rightened himself on his feet. Frowning and parting his lips to inquire about her sudden stop, Lucien chose to follow her gaze, and his eyes zeroed in on his sire.

His sire and a baby girl.

His sire sat cross-legged on the ground of the compound, a play mat of sorts, beside the baby girl smiling to himself as the toddler mumbled nonsense to him and to the toys she had in her hands. And not far from them, seated at a table was a young woman watching the pair with a small, warm smile.

"Bloody hell."

"She's his, brother."Leilah whispered in awe as she watched Klaus play with the little girl, a wolf teddy in his hands as he murmured to the child."Blood of his blood."

Lucien blinked in complete surprise, eyes flickering between his sister and the scene before him.

"Pardon?"

Turning his face back towards the scene with her fingers, Leilah softly instructed."Look at her eyes."

He did just that, lips parting in shock as he recognized the bright ocean blue eyes she gazed up at the hybrid with. They sparkled with innocence, but there was no mistake in whom they belonged to.

"Bloody hell."

The familiar voice made Klaus' head snap up, his hands instantly reaching out and taking hold of his daughter. The Original rose to his feet, propping his daughter on his hip while his eyes sought out the source of the voice, them rounding when his gaze fixed on the siblings.

"You."

Murmuring their names to himself, Klaus made a beckon motion with his fingers, and the woman seated at the nearest table stood with a deep frown, looking defensive and staring at the siblings with a frown.

She turned from them and followed Klaus' silent request for her presence near him. Rounding the table with a quick pace, she made her way over to the hybrid.

"Klaus?"

"Freya. Take Hope upstairs."Klaus whispered to the woman without tearing his eyes away from the siblings, holding up a hand as if knowing she would ask further questions."Please."

Grudging nodding, the woman—Freya, Lucien noted—took the baby girl from his arms with a doting smile and circled the hybrid, sneaking a glance at the siblings over her shoulder. Klaus remained rooted in his spot until he heard the sound of Hope's nursery door closing behind her and Freya.

Taking a step forward, Klaus slowed his pace when the female vampire copied him, closing the distance step by step as he carried on and she continued to mimic him.

Narrowing his eyes as the woman bounced on her heels, Klaus swallowed thickly before parting his lips, voicing a name he hadn't uttered in a lifetime.

"Leilah?"

The woman in question keenly nodded, lips quirking up into a bright smile at the mention of her name—at Klaus voicing her name—her hands meeting in front of her in a mock prayer pose.

"Nik!"

Her laughter resounded throughout the compound as she flashed towards him, barely given him time to right himself on his feet before she reached for him. Lucien, however, remained standing at the entrance of the compound, donning a deadpan expression as he watched his sister fawn over their sire.

"Come here."

Clasping the back of his head, Leilah all but dragged Klaus down to meet her halfway before she claimed her sire's mouth impatiently, pecking him several times and humming gleefully to herself when she felt him slowly smile against her mouth. She repeated this several times over, murmuring sweet nothings against him intermittently until she felt him relax against her.

Until she felt a familiar tight grip on her hips, the familiar graze of blunt teeth scrap across her lower lip and felt a hungry snarl rumble low in his throat against the hand she had splayed across his neck.

"I have missed you."She whispered to her sire when he finally allowed her to pull away, her swollen lips still donning a broad smile."Did you miss me?"

Eyes clouded with desire; it took Klaus a moment before he finally tore his eyes from Leilah's mouth, swallowing before he answered.

"Of course, love."

Klaus tilted his head with a frown when Leilah's nails grazed his skin almost warningly, an upset flicker in her eyes. Sighing low in his throat, the hybrid watched her expression to see if she'd return his smile before suddenly wrenching her close, pulling back to look at her features and a wicked smile brimming when Leilah mewled.

"Nonsense."He quietly denied with a firm shake of his head—a denial that was in response to nothing because nobody had spoken but the hybrid. He stared down at Leilah who did the same, eyes rounded and thoughtful, pinned to his own.

He spoke as if Leilah had been firing accusations at him, his tone laced with fierce albeit soft refusal. He replied, answered and enunciated as if engaging in a conversation with Leilah who merely peered up at him with wide, expressive eyes, still silent.

"You simply startled me, is all."Klaus explained in defense of himself against her silent accusation, inched closer when her moue slowly returned to a smile, reaching down and tucking her hair behind her ear."And just as lovely as I remember."

Cheeks blushing scarlet, Leilah's teeth sunk into her bottom lip, her response coming out muffled."Thank you."

Klaus smirked to himself with sheer complacency, clearly enjoying how much power he had over her. Noticing this, Lucien's smile widened almost forcefully as he shifted from foot to foot, clearing his throat to garner the hybrid's attention.

"Lucien.

Hands meeting behind his back as he straightened, Lucien allowed a small, respectful smile as he greeted his sire.

"Hello, Nik."

Blinking several times before tearing his eyes from Leilah, Klaus shifted his stare to Lucien, scanning the other man from head to toe before slowly nodding his head.

"My old friend. Welcome."Klaus bared his teeth as he smiled wide at Lucien, releasing Leilah to reach out and clap the other man on the shoulder."It's been a long time."

The Original gave a hearty chuckle before swinging an arm over Lucien's shoulder, encircling his other around Leilah's waist, pulling them along with him in the direction his nearest bar.

"Now, let's get you both a drink."
