I DO NOT OWN TEEN WOLF, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, OR THE CHARACTERS.
Chapter Fifteen:
I sighed, as I planted some herbs in my garden. It was Laura's idea, to get a hobby. I honestly felt better, while I sat in nature, even if it was just tending to my garden outside of the house. It's coming along pretty nicely. I didn't expect to have a green thumb.
"Look at you, BonBon. You look so domesticated – barefoot, pregnant, and weeding the garden." Damon mused, softly. I jumped and clenched the gardening shovel I was holding in my hand, tighter. I became hyper aware of the silicone hand on my ring finger. Derek offered to get me any ring I wanted, but I told him that I didn't need anything fancy and I just wanted to put the money toward the baby.
"I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you know. Too many people at the hospital still love you." I sighed. I didn't think Damon would harm me, while I was pregnant with his child, but I could be wrong. This is the first time he's come around, while I haven't been alone. I didn't have my phone with me, but Laura was inside. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad.
"Remember when you used to love me?" He asked, sitting down next to me. His eyes were fixated on my left hand that was covering my stomach.
"That was a long time ago and it's something that will never happen, again." I said, as I shook my head.
"So, what? You think that if you marry him, that he can play Daddy to my child? That child will never be his." Damon hissed. I leaned away from him, as he crept closer. I couldn't do anything stupid, or I'd risk something happening to my baby.
"This child will never be yours." I corrected him. "I am going to marry him and Derek or not, this child will never know you."
"You're fucking delusional, if you think I'm giving either of you up." He said through gritted teeth. I heard the sound of leaves crunching behind me, but I pretended I didn't. I knew it was probably Laura and drawing attention to her is the last thing I wanted to do.
Damon pulled against him and kissed me, pressing his hand possessively against my stomach. I stayed still and tried not to react. HE shoved his tongue in my mouth and I put a hand on his chest to push him away. He let me push him and then twisted my wrist back. I cried out, but thanked the gods that he didn't break it.
"I don't want to hurt the mother of my child, but you would do well to remember you're not in charge here." He sneered.
Laura chose that moment to approach us. She made it clear that she was recording us with her phone and making a phone call with mine. I could only hope that she was calling Liz.
"I called the cops, you woman-beating piece of shit. The cops are on their way." Laura announced.
"This isn't over, BonBon. I'm never letting you go – either of you."
