This challenge is Harry and all other HP characters are part of the One Piece World.

-Harry grows up with the Dursleys.

-Harry wants to be a pirate.

-Harry gets a Devil Fruit. I think he should control the wind or water.

-His crew should mostly be made up of other HP characters and some OP ones.

-The story should start right after the Whitebeard War.

-Some of his enemies are characters from HP books. Both good and bad. Like The Weasleys being a family of bounty hunters or a World Navey family.
