In-ho didn't think much of not eating lunch. The only time he really did so was when he happened to see dog fur. Then he would mooch off of her. Most days however, he just didn't eat. He was walking through the streets when he bumped into a skinny girl with orange hair.

"Dog fur!" He cried. She looked up at him with surprise. Sul's eyes narrowed. "Damn," She sighed. In-ho held his hands up.

"Wow, I'm hurt, dog fur." He said with a fake sadness in his voice. "Hey, you know what will make me feel better? Lunch."

Sul sighed again.

Sul gave in. She usually did. There was something about him that reminded her of a lost little puppy. A puppy who chewed your shoes, yeah, but still a puppy. He sure ate like one. Sul watched as he ate his French fries. He looked at her with big eyes, and she sighed and gave him the rest of hers. He ate like an animal. Actually, he ate like...

"Mr. Baek-"

"In-ho's fine, Mr. Baek makes me sound like freaking a businessman."

"Well, In-ho, when was the last time you ate?"

He looked up at her, and then scratched his head.

"Uh, I don't know, yesterday?" He said, sounding unsure. Sul frowned.

"You haven't eaten all day?"

He shrugged.

"I don't eat lunch. I missed breakfast 'cause I had to get my ass to one of my jobs..." He scowled. "Why do you ask?"

She leaned forward.

"I'm going to make you lunch from now on," she said, dead serious. His eyes widened.

"You really don't have to-" Sul stood, slapped the money on the table, and then walked out without letting him say another word.

In-ho fell onto his bed. Damn it, why did she have to be so stubborn? And why the hell was he grinning like an idiot? His phone chirped, and he glanced over to see a message from dog fur.

Which do you like better, shrimp or crab?

He sighed.

Shrimp I guess. Why the hell are you doing this?

He pressed send. It didn't take her long to respond.

Pity

Sure enough, Sul walked right up to him the next day in the prep school and handed him lunch box. Inho had been planning all night on ways to deny her help. In-ho was a lone wolf, and he didn't need any assistance.

But damn it, the thing even had a cute heart made of ketchup. He couldn't say no, so he just said an begrudging thanks.

She smiled. Damn it, she was pretty when she smiled. But then, most people were.

He ate it later, and much to his irritation, it was great.

Every day was the same. She brought him lunch. And when she couldn't, she would give him double the next day. In-ho found the hungry feeling in his stomach fading away, and the angry one in his heart softening. This day was different. Sul walked up to him, handed the food over, and stood with her bangs over her eyes. He glanced at her, and saw that her lip was trembling.

"Jung broke up with me," she whispered. In-ho didn't hug people that often. He was never close enough to anyone. But he decided he would do so. Just this once.

A week went by. Sul started smiling again. She even laughed sometimes. That day, when she brought his lunch, In-ho grabbed her and kissed her. She kissed back. The lunch was forgotten. Sul was delicious enough.
