Chapter 12 – Epilogue: My life couldn't be better

Another beautiful day at Akademi High had come. The cherry blossom trees were blooming above beautifully as usual. Birds and butterflies came along with the wind like a melody.

Under the cherry trees, Yandere-chan smiled as the petals flew slightly with her black hair. It had been months since the day she and her love got together. They had been so happy together, although sometimes they argued; but every times that happened, they soon apologized to other and mended their love back together.

She was happy that she finally had her Senpai, but she never forgot her best friend, Kaitan. They talked, they joked, they laughed, they had lunch… those things never got boring to her. She loved her Senpai, but she always remembered her friendship with Kaitan. She never dared to forget it, and she wouldn't bring herself to do that. Never…

"Ayano-chan!" A voice came from behind her and forced her to look back. It was Kaitan.

"Hey! What's up?" She greeted him with a smile.

"Just looking for y-" He was cut off by a (very tight) hug of a girl.

"KAITAN-KUN! I have been looking for you everywhere!" She was Inkyu Basu.

"I- Inky- u! I c- can't b- bre- breath!"

She let go of him and pouted. "How dare you run away from your girlfriend like that?"

"I wasn't running!" He grinned. "I was just walking!"

"Kaitan-kun!"

She punched his arms continuously. "IhateyouIhateyouIhateyouIhateyou!"

"Stop! I'm sorry! I was joking, okay!?"

She pouted again and crossed her arms.

"I'm very sorry! I was just looking for my best friend."

She said nothing and looked away. Kaitan scratched the side of his neck, suddenly his eyes sparkled. This was the signal that he had some kind of idea. Yandere-chan saw this and wondered what was in his mind.

He leaned closer to Inkyu's face and gave her cheek a kiss. Her face became red.

"O- Okay, I forgive you. But not because I fell for your flirty kiss!"

He grinned playfully at her. She blushed harder.

"A… anyway! I have to go now. Remember not to do that again, o- okay!?"

And then she ran away.

"That was… uh… I don't know… impressive? Smooth, maybe?" Yandere-chan said.

"Yeah… I guess." He said while looking at Inkyu running away. "Anyway, see you at class."

"See ya." They waved and he headed to the classroom.

She continued to gaze at the cherry trees. They were so beautiful that she couldn't get her eyes out of it… until someone hugged her from behind.

"T… Taro!?" She turned her head around and saw him.

"What are you doing beauty?" He asked, not letting her go.

"Don't call me beauty."

"But you are beautiful… just like them." He looked at the petals falling on the grounds.

They stayed like that for a while, suddenly, he leaned closer to her ear.

"Now that we are alone…" He whispered; blush stained her cheek as his hot breath touched her. "… let's continue what we left off the other day."

At first she didn't understand what he meant by it, but she soon got it when he pressed his lips against hers. She let her arms rest on his, since he was hugging him from behind.

She had fulfilled her dream to have her love, to be a normal schoolgirl with her friends.

With her dearest Senpai and her best friend at her side, her life couldn't be happier than this.

The end.
