Everybody Loves Raymond
Season 10 Episode 8: Last Nine
Written by: Robert
Ray and Harley Quinn parked the car in front of their house. "It's nice to be home!" Harley said as they got out of the car. Their trip to Zootopia wasn't what they expected, but they ended up making a new friend. Judy Hopps got out of the car along with them and looked at the house.
"And you're sure I can stay with you guys until I find my own place?" Judy asked...
"Of course! We got plenty of room." Harley replied. "Right, Ray?"
"Uhh. Yeah, sure." He said. Ray wasn't really paying attention as he stepped into the house, looking through the TV guide to figure out when the closest sports show was on.
Harley helped Judy move her things into the house. It wasn't much since Judy was so small, so it didn't take any time. "You can live in the garage with Kim. You'll like her." Harley said.
"Better than nothing, I guess." Judy said, walking into the garage.
Kim Possible looked surprised when Harley introduced her to their new roommate, but she was happy to meet someone new. Judy got unpacked and decided to take a nap. They had been through so much that day, everybody deserved a nap.
Harley hopped onto the couch next to Ray. "So. Anything planned for today?" She asked.
"Didn't we just go to the zoo?" He asked.
"That wasn't the zoo!" Harley laughed.
"Seemed like one to me." Ray said.
"Oh, Ray." She laughed again.
They sat and watched football because Ray insisted they only watch sports. Harley was getting bored, so she stood up. "I'm gonna make a sammich."
"Yeah, sure." Ray said, hardly hearing Harley. He was obviously interested in the game.
Harley on the other hand put all of her effort into making the best sandwich she could with the ingredients she found in the kitchen. She was almost done when she heard glass break in the living room. "Huh? You throw somethin', Ray?" Harley asked. When there was no response, she opened the door to take a look. The window facing the street had a hole in it. Glass was on the floor. Ray was lying on the couch.
"Ray?" She asked, slowly approaching the couch. Then she gasped. "No… no no no…" Harley said, horrified.
There was blood on the couch. She followed the trail and it lead to Ray's head. Someone shot him through the head. That had to be why the window was now broken. Harley shook Ray, panicking. "Ray?! Say somethin'! Please!"
Ray was dead.
