4 years. Actually more like 4 years, 2 months, six days, 4 hours and 45 seconds since he saw her last. Actually 4 years, 2 months, six days, 4 hours and 45 seconds since he, numbly, watched her disappear right in front of his eyes. 4 years, 2 months, six days, 4 hours and 45 seconds since she left. Since she left Underland, or as she called it, Wonderland. 4 years, 2 months, six days, 4 hours and 45 seconds since she left him. And now it was also 4 years, 2 months, six days, 4 hours and 45 seconds of him waiting for her, at his spot at the tea table, as usually, so she would know where to find him. Even though he no longer was trapped in that minute of time, he didn't mind spending a little longer there, not for her. Never for her. Because she said she'd be right back before he knew it.

But he had to admit, some days were harder than others. Some days he felt closer to giving up, some days he felt closer to getting up and trying to go on with his own life, like she was going on with her own, but at the end of the day, he couldn't, wouldn't leave his spot. Because what if "right before you know it", was when he would give up?

So he always stayed. And that's where he stayed for 4 years, 2 months, six days, 4 hours and 45 seconds.

Until today.

Would anyone like to me to continue this idea? I got inspired to write a bit again after watching Alice Through the Looking Glass (amazing) however it won't be a terribly long story, I reckon, around 10 chapters, as I don't wish to drag it out too much and I kind of have the story lined out. Let me know in the reviews what you think.
