The Dragon Joker Chapter Nine.

A new chapter that will be both filler and the start of a new arc.

:Chapter Start:

Philips Hanger-Main room/Garage-Start of the school day.

It was the start of the day, Asia was making breakfast with Rias as Phillip was writing on his white board, which was currently being held by the resident robot in the Hanger, Jirou. Akeno steps into the Hanger with Setsuna, Ravel, Xenovia and Koneko. Akeno asks, "Is everyone ready?"

Rias answered, "Issei and Kiba is helping Devlin with his uniform," they hear some stumbling in Philip's room before Issei and Devlin wearing a Kouh Academy Uniform. "How did it go?" Rias asked Issei noticing that Devlin was still wearing his beanie.

Issei answered, "Difficult, it tore in a couple places."

Devlin struggled with the collar and says, "What do you expect, I have never had to wear a monkey suit before," that got everyone to sigh as Kiba steps out the room with an annoyed look.

Kiba says, "You would think that a guy that could turn into a cloud couldn't just form inside his clothes."

Devlin sighs and says, "Look I don't know why I am even doing this," he messages the bridge of his nose as he continues, "I can't even speak Japanese for crying out loud!"

Rias appeared to have a realisation before she says, "That is right I forgot to give you this," she opens her bag and pulls out a medallion on a string and says, "This will give you the ability to speak the local language. Or any languages you interact with while you are with us."

Devlin simply says, "I still don't see why I need to go to school, I spent so long with Green Freaks for so long that very far behind," he sighs sadly before asking, "What is the point?"

Issei places his right hand on Devlin's shoulder and says, "You are an American going to a school that until recently was made co-ed, meaning at this moment there is a couple hundred girls, ready to meet an exotic man to sweep them off their feet," Issei then walked over to the side and revealed some putty mix and spatulas and says, "And if you are willing, there is some peep holes that need to be sealed."

Devlin frowns before asking, "And I would want these peep holes sealed why?"

"Because the Girls at Kouh hate Perverted peepers. If you are seen sealing them major brownie points," Issei states before looking thoughtful and says, "And probably some brownies, depends on what the Home Education class is teaching today." Devlin nods and the devils and a human Devlin leave the Hanger for Devlin's first day at Kouh Academy.

With Weather-His hidden base-Not Kouh

Weather stands in the middle of an automated factory creating empty GAIA Memories. Weather collects a single BLANK Memory to the side, this one appeared to look like the purified Memories but with some appearance of a ribbed bone design. Weather tapped his hand with the Memory like tapping his pen on his hand. His interaction with MECH could have gone better, but they left happy with the information that Weather gave them enough information of Kikaider along with information on the Lost Driver. Weather walked out his automated factory into a hidden underground lair where his minions were researching possible future allies.

Weather walked over to his circular desk before two Dopants stepped forward. The first was female and fully red and goes by her memory's name, Heat. The second appeared to be part computer with a series of screens for armour and an undersuit that appeared to be made of neon green ones and zeros, and transparent. This is Data as his memory states.

Weather asks, "Have you located any interesting targets?"

Heat simply answers, "We have the two remaining Dopants in Kouh. It appears that the modifications you made to Zone have only affected her thinking ability. So the coding you added should be used to fix Beast in a sense." Weather nodded before Heat continues, "I have located a devil who is willing to become our devil Sample to increase test subjects. A devil named Riser."

Weather nods as Data speaks, "My team have located more test subjects across the planet, I recommend that we pull deathrow inmates in prisons or even prisoners in GP as they would not be missed," Data hands Weather a data pad and two names stood out. When Weather looked up at Data, Data says, "Their names were of high notice as we realised that Joker has been organising their taxes every year."

Weather laughs before saying, "Continue with your work, both of you, we will be avoiding Kouh for the current time," when Heat and Data looked at him strangely he adds, "The Youkai's are stirring up trouble in Japan and will be ripe for the picking," getting his two minions to nod in acceptance and return to their work. Weather looks at all the Masqurades working on heavily modified computers that were connected to the GAIA Library through GAIA Coded GAIA Memories. Weather smiles at his minions work effort and simply says, "The Earth will be our castle to all of reality," as above him is a logo that appears to be an Eagle with a Large 'X' for wings and six symbols displaying groups like 'MECH.'

Edge of Kouh-morning

The Yokai leader who had arrived in town was eating a roast pig while the small witch was holding a metal tray holding different cuts of the meat. The Yokai leader was dressed as a green school delinquent that with a wolfish hair style while covered in chains. The Yokai ate his pork off the bone before he back handed the Witch while saying, "You forgot to season the meat," he took another bite before kicking the witch and shouts, "You put too much on it." The young Witch started crying in pain as she silently stood to her feet as she cleaned the dirt of the pieces of meat wasted before she was kicked in the side for wasting food.

Town of Kouh-Kouh Academy-Start of the school day.

Issei sat in his seat looking out at the school yard waiting for the start of class while Asia and Xenovia were talking with their friend, Aika Kiryuu. Issei ignored as most of the girls who glared at him while all the boys glared as well as they tried to make a plan to get under the girls' skirts by destroying the last remaining member of the perverted Trio.

Moka Akashia stepped into the room, she spots Issei and was conflicted, as he is considered the biggest pervert in the school and only tying for the spot with his two friends that had gone missing. Moka took her seat opposite to Issei while Setsuna stepped into the room and proceeded to her seat behind Moka, her shoulder length glove concealing her cursed arm. Setsuna looks to Moka and asks in a whisper, "What is wrong Vampire?"

Moka flinched at that before she whispers back her question, "Is Issei really a perverted Peeper?"

Setsuna simply says, "He hasn't peeped in a couple weeks, it is rather concerning," Moka looked at her strangely before Setsuna says, "This morning he made plans to seal up the peep holes at the Kendo Club's change room. Though it may have something to do with two naked girls sleeping with him in the same bed at night," she sounded slightly jealous before she calmed down and says, "No sex just two girls naked in their sleep hugging him."

Moka's eyes widened before she whispers back, "He is dating two girls is that too scandalous?"

Setsuna looks at her strangely before realising what she meant and asks, "Wait you don't know?" Moka appeared confused before Setsuna says, "One of the local devil factions recruited him after an attempt on his life. He has been a devil for about three months." Moka's jaw had dropped in shock before the teacher arrived and started speaking.

"Class we have a new student joining our class, he is a Native American descendant who has moved to our little town due to an incident that he does not wish to speak of," the teacher directed their hand towards the door where Devlin steps into the room and greets everyone one before taking a seat next to Issei while answering questions. Eventually their classes took a break and Devlin and Issei went to where the Kendo club gets changed and started filling in the gaps of the wall, and were then beaten up by said club before they were forced to apologise for beating the crap out of the two. With Devlin even scoring a bunch of phone numbers for later. Setsuna looks at the two and shakes her head before turning suddenly to a gap in the trees where she could have sworn she saw someone in a different school uniform staring at her.

With the Yokai Leader-An hour later-edge of Kouh

The leader of the Yokai was enjoying himself by kicking his enslaved Witch in the side out of boredom. That was until a female Yokai in the form of a pixie appeared flying down before transforming into a girl wearing the same dark clothes as the leader only it appearing more like a school uniform. The girl bows to her leader and says, "Master Fang, we have located one of the local Yokai, she is a student at the local human school."

Fang growls and kicks the Witch harder then he really needed to as the Witch screamed and clutched the cracked rib in pain. Fang completely ignores her as he says, "Get the others and watch that school find all of the Monsters hidden in that school." The girl nods before transforming and shrinking to fly into town. The Witch was whimpering in pain before Fang grabbed her by the hair and says, "I will have a task for you. Once the other Local Yokai are found you will be sent to be the 'distraction'," the Witch silently cries in pain but nods.

Kouh Academy-Start of Lunch time

Issei, Devlin and Asia get up from their desks planning on heading to the Occult Research Club room for their lunch as Rias had asked when Setsuna quickly walked over to Issei from where Moka was staring at them and asks, "Master, Moka Akashia is requesting to join us for lunch in the Occult Research Club Room. I believe that you should consider it."

Issei whispers to Setsuna, "You weren't recruiting people for me were you?"

Setsuna simply says, "No, Moka wishes to meet her fellow Supernatural entities in the school and learnt of the Club members today."

Issei nods and says, "Sure she can come," Setsuna nods and walks over to Moka and Setsuna receives a happy hug from the pink haired girl. With that the five start walking towards the Occult Research Clubroom, Issei simply asks, "So Moka, what exactly are you? Because I don't think you are a devil."

Moka smiles sadly and says, "I am a Vampire. My dad sent me to go to school here for reason that he would not tell me. I was nervous at first because at my last school, everyone picked on me for liking monsters and other 'horror' related subjects. But ever since coming to Kouh everyone has been nice to me." Issei nods at this before Moka says, "I thought I hated humans but this school has been nothing but fun."

Issei nods before saying, "Well not all humans are bad, just need to know when people are worth knowing and you can only know it by meeting people in the first place," Moka smiles sadly as they reached the old school building where they met up with Koneko and Ravel. As they entered the building no one noticed the Pixie Yokai along with three other Yokai.

Inside Issei led Moka to the main clubroom where they see Rias in a dressing gown with her hair in a towel going over several documents for the area. Issei says, "Buchou were here!"

Rias looked to everyone and sees Moka and says, "Hello is there something that you need?"

Moka takes a deep breath and asks, "Could I please join the Occult Reseach Club, I may be a Vampire and not a devil but," Rias raised a hand and interrupts.

"That is perfectly fine," Rias lowered her hand as she continues, "But I should inform you that the Occult Research Club is actually Issei and Myselfs' peerage cover. I am a Head Devil, Akeno, Koneko, Kiba, Issei, Asia and Xenovia are devils in my peerage. Ravel and Setsuna are Devils in Issei's peerage."

Moka frowns before asking, "So do I have to be in one of your peerages to join the club?" she has a thoughtful look in her eyes.

Rias says, "No, that is not entirely needed to join the club, it just means you will be limited in the activities you can join," Moka smiles as she nods. Rias continues, "That reminds me, Devlin, I have signed you up to be a part of the club," Devlin nods from his seat on a couch next to Koneko as she ate some cookies. Akeno, Asia and Ravel were making tea while Setsuna, Xenovia and a recently arriving Kiba took positions at the windows because of a shared feeling that they all shared. As they kept watch Rias spoke to everyone, "I need everyone to be extra careful the next couple days."

Issei from his position between Asia and Moka asks, "What is wrong Buchou?"

"The Yokai faction in Kyoto sent a message to the Devil clans in Japan, apparently a school of theirs have gone rouge and have been abducting Yokai children. So Setsuna and Moka please be extra careful."

Setsuna narrowed her eyes and says, "I don't think that is possible," her eyes found what she was looking for, four green clad teens that quickly vanished. Setsuna states, "I think they found us."

Issei quickly reaches the window and asks, "How many?"

"I saw four, there could be more," Setsuna answers.

Issei looks to Rias and says, "We should all stick together. I will call Phillip and have him and Jirou join us here at the club building."

Rias nods and says, "Yeah, I will fortify the building from intruders. Moka I am sorry but can you please wait in here until the danger has past," she then spoke to everyone, "I want familiars keeping watch outside, except yours Issei. I want your gadgets shared between everyone to keep an eye on everything." Issei nods before handing Xenovia the Snail goggles and Kiba the Bat camera. Rias then says, "I am going to get dressed Issei keep an eye on everything," Issei nods as Rias and Akeno go into a side door.

With Fang-Ten minutes later

Fang sat on a log while his Witch was kneeling on the ground in pain as Fang's 'soldiers' arrived and the Pixie says, "We found the three scents of the region, they are currently in an old building inside the Human school known as 'Kouh Academy' and they have fortified their position with magic."

Fang growls and says, "I want them, have everyone attack that school. Use this waste to remove the magic off the building," and then nods to one of the other Yokai, who gained an evil smile on his face, as the bolts on his neck appeared to tighten and release as some staples appeared in lines along his face. Fang then says, "Go get everyone and show them what it means to fight monsters!" as Fang partially transformed into a wolf with metal plates, before the four other monsters changed form into, a Pixie, Frankenstein's monster, a golem, and the last shimmered like a cloud.

Kouh Academy-an Hour later

Issei watches the outside of the Club room where he sees Philip and Jirou walking towards the building. Issei speaks up, "Philip is here," before returning to looking out the window. Rias nods as she is trying to call her brother or even Sona's family, if there was one thing she regrets, it is that Sona had gone to visit her family for the week as was demanded when her parents learnt about the Holy Sword incident.

Phillip reached the Club room with Jirou. Philip stands in the middle of the room and asks, "Sorry for being late, Jirou was having issues with his legs," Jirou nods in agreement.

Rias sighs loudly before saying, "They can't make it. The Yokai faction has stated that they would sort it out and to stay out of it. Meaning they can't come," she sighs loudly before asking, "Any sight of them?"

Koneko appears to sniff lightly before saying, "They are here, six of them outside," everyone looks to Issei and Kiba who had been keeping watch.

Issei simply says, "Yeah, there is four out there. Reval and Setsuna stay inside with Moka, Devlin, Jirou and Philip," Devlin stands to argue before he says, "Devlin we are not going to have you fight when you are not part of either of our peerages."

Rias smiles before saying, "He is right. Asia remain hidden behind my desk and Koneko wait in here. While everyone else goes out to meet the intruders," she stands from her desk. Everyone nodded at the time before those going to meet the intruders did just that. Philip stands next to the window that Issei had been standing with watch the coming fight.

Outside the Occult Research Club building

The Pixie, Frankenstein's monster and Golem stands with the struggling to stand Witch. The Pixie speaks, "Witch set the building on fire, force them out of the abandoned building." The Witch in tears pulled out a battered and damaged magical girl wand that was falling apart before she starts generating a fire ball starting with a couple sparks before increasing the size before sending it to the building.

Inside the Club Building-Front Door-That moment

Rias speaks to Issei, "Let me do the talking Issei. At least before you decide insult them, wait for me to convince them to leave," Issei nods before they all step out to see the young Witch launch a fire ball at the building before it slowly floated towards the building as it shrank before popping half way to the building. Rias raised an eyebrow before turning to the Yokai and says, "Hello, May I have your names?"

The Pixie growls before back handing the Witch while shouting, "I said set the building on fire!" Frankenstein transformed before generating electricity and laughs as he electrocutes the young Witch.

Issei growls before Rias says in anger, "Take them down," Kiba and Xenovia drew their swords before charging forward to stop Frankenstein only to be electrocuted by Frankenstein's monster's body. Akeno transformed her uniform into her priestess robes and blasted him with lightning stunning him enough to release the Young Witch who collapsed unconscious. Issei activates his Boosted Gear and stands between Rias and a Charging Golem. Rias stepped to the side as Golem slammed into Issei into the woods next to the Club house. Rias looks to Pixie and generates her 'Power of Distruction' as Pixie glowed with green power. Rias fired her magic at Pixie only for a couple plants to appear between the two causing Rias to grow annoyed before plants grew around her legs and pinning her in place and disrupts her aim by lifting her arms to the sky.

Rias struggled in vines while Pixie started growing the plants around Kiba and Xenovia. Pixie started taunting them by saying, "You humans may have some power, but you are fighting Monsters, you were always going to lose," only for Golem to come flying back into the area as Joker Metal mode had punched him back quickly. Joker came between Pixie and Rias as he pulled out the CYCLONE Memory before he gains gold accents, a wind beater and then a green tinge to his silver armour. Joker drew his metal pole and cut through the vines that started growing towards him. Joker spun his staff before cutting Rias free and nodding to her then running towards the two monsters.

Rias simply went to free her unconscious knights while she asks herself, "Where are the other two?"

Inside the Club Room.

Ravel poured tea for those present as Philip, Jirou, Devlin and Setsuna watched the fighting outside where Joker was fighting the two monsters with some effort while Moka enjoys some tea and cookies/biscuits with Koneko. Koneko eating the chocolate covered treats while Moka dunked her biscuits in her milky tea.

Devlin states, "We should be out there," causing Setsuna to nod while Philip just shrugs.

Jirou simply states, "They asked for us to stay out of this battle. Logically stating that it is not our fight." Devlin growls in frustration before he notices steam entering the room and everyone getting drowsy besides, Jirou and himself. Jirou states, "Intruders," as everyone but him and Devlin fall unconscious.

Devlin charges his hands with smoke while Jirou points his arm cannon at the door before a metal wolfman kicks the door down before him and a walking storm cloud holding a vial of blue liquid that it drops without care. The Wolfman says to the living cloud, "Get the Monsters, leave the rest, the venom will kill the humans," in responce Devlin fired a smoke projectile that did nothing but make the Wolfman cough before the Wolfman suddenly appeared in front of Devlin and punched through his smoked up chest. Devlin survives the attack as the Wolfman sniff him before saying, "You are no monster," before the living cloud came in and fought Devlin while Jirou goes to grab the Wolfman only to miss and get lightly scratched by metal claws. The Cloud manages to zap Devlin out the building as the Wolfman tackles Jirou back. Devlin and Jirou were thrown outside before the Wolfman and cloud grabbed Setsuna, Moka and Koneko, before making their escape.

Outside-Just before Devlin and Jirou are thrown from the building.

Joker manages to cut the Golem, while the Pixie took to the air to avoid the attacking swings. Akeno's opponent is clearly immune to her lightning while Akeno was too far from the ground to be slapped, punched or kicked. Akeno was growing frustrated at the outcome of her fight fully expecting to have some fun. With that Innuendo, Jirou and Devlin were thrown out the building before Fang and Cloud jumped out holding Setsuna, Moka and Koneko, all unconscious before he landed near their fellow monsters, "Let's go," all the monsters left quickly while leaving the young Witch as she suffered from her injuries.

Frankenstein's monster roared in joy before suddenly blasting the entire area with high powered lightning bolts that everyone but the monsters needed to dodge, with Joker grabbing both Kiba and Xenovia to save them. Once everyone got their bearings the monsters were gone along with two devils and a Vampire.

Joker clicks his fingers in annoyance before Devlin rushed over with some bruises and says, "They poisoned everyone in the club room," everyone rushed back inside besides Joker who goes over to the young Witch and gives her a ride on his back before heading inside.

Once in the club room they found Asia and Ravel recovering from the poisoned mist while Asia appeared a bit dizzy but handling the after affects quite well even if she was a bit tipsy. Ravel on the other hand was heavily drunk as she glared at her reflection. Asia stumbles over to Philip while struggling to walk in a straight line until she reached Philip as he has some blood leave his lips as he stares at Asia and Asia summons her Twilight Healing and starts healing him quickly letting him breath easily.

Devlin looks around before punching a wall in anger and says, "Great, I get beaten by a damn cloud before losing more family," Rias nods while Akeno places a hand on his shoulder.

Jirou asks Ravel, "Why are you looking at your reflection?"

"She is making faces at, -hicups- me," Ravel states in a heavily intoxicated tone. Jirou nods while Joker places the young Witch on a couch before heading outside and getting Kiba and Xenovia.

Rias looks to the Witch before calling out, "Asia, once you have healed Philip can you please help this young girl."

Her answer was, "Yes Mother Superior." Rias stumbled at that as Asia with a goofy smile finished healing Philip before stumbling over to the young Witch and healing her fully before falling over drunk as Joker returned with the two knights of Grimory.

Joker transformed back into Issei before he says, "We got beaten badly, didn't we?"

Rias nods sadly before saying, "I will try and contact the Yokai Faction and inform them of what has happened. I will not know what to do if they say to stay out of it," she walks over to her desk and activates her glyths to contact people.

Issei looks to the little Witch and kneeled next to her and removed her hat realising that her hair was a mess and heavily torn, burnt and damaged. Issei appears saddened before asking himself, "What exactly has been done to this girl," before he notices poorly healed gash in the side of her head.

Rias then growls loudly before shouting, "WELL FUCK YOU TOO!" before turning her magic glyths off before calming down quickly and says to everyone, "It appears that the Yokai that I was speaking too, decided that them being Devils have no say in when they should be returned," Rias grit her teeth before saying, "Philip please tell me you know where they are."

Philip shakes his head and says, "I need key words to locate them. All I got is a splitting headache and it hurts to breath still so you may need to find another source," he looks to the young Witch that Issei appeared very concerned for.

The Monsters main base-Yokai Academy-An hour later

Fang and his remaining men walk along a path towards a gothic styled school building while the Setsuna, Moka and Koneko were still unconscious from the knock out gas. Fang looked at the low powered monsters that were in their monster forms performing drills like the human military. The Monsters walked along the path towards the main building and Fang directed his unit towards the jail they had built for the Yokai to join them.

Fang walked in the opposite direction towards the Principles office. Once inside Fang kneels and says, "We got Akashia, along with two Yokai that were hiding among the filth of human pests."

In front of him was a table of five in their monster forms, a Garuda, an Ogre, a Spider, a Minotaur and finally a Kitsuna hybrid in the middle. The Kitsune Hybrid shifted its form slightly before fixing himself and saying, "You did well Fang. One week from today. We will commence our attack on the humanity before we reclaim our Monster filled world." All of the Monsters joining him in laughing while all those on the table appeared to shimmer in their forms.

:End of Chapter Nine:

Okay I included Yokai Academy for a filler arc, only I made it evil.

Anyway, I hope everyone enjoyed this chapter, If you were expecting an update for the Autobot Kamen Rider that will take a while as I intend to make an extended chapter to cover the Unicron and Orion Pax arcs.
