Hey everyone,
WOW! I can hardly believe it. A story that has been more than two years in the making just came to an end. And then there is still the whole thing with me wanting to, at the least, make a small story to summarize what Hogwarts is going to be like with all the changes implemented and when stationed in a complete new location.
I got to admit, this story has been like a precious little child to me and as I write this final chapter, I feel like I'm letting it go off on its own, the way Molly must have felt when Bill moved to Egypt or something. And naturally, because all Weasleys are going to be present for Harry's birthday, I am going to write a small bit about what Bill's life has been like thanks to the move, among many, many others. Like I said, this story is going out long, hard, strong - and super romantic.
Here – we – GO!

Chapter 38
A Royal Birthday

31st of July 1993
Camelot Castle, Disney Town
Harry's POV

The last two months have been the most fun I have ever had in my young life. My friends and I met almost every day to every other day and we managed to do at least various new things every other time or so. We either investigated and explored Disney Town, learned things that could help me after my coronation, did our homework, had either movie or game nights, learned to play Fruit Ball, cheered on other teams, or watched the Rumble Races.
By now we all have our own ways of getting to Hogwarts and we even had a few times where we held a shopping afternoon, exploring the old and the new stores that were available to us. And to make things even more amazing did Lea start having meetings with me where he would train me, so I could one day become a full-trained Keyblade Master. Terra, Aqua and Ventus, who had actually moved back to the Land of Departure, also came by from time to time.

The three of them were actually very much welcome every time they came by as they had apparently helped the Disney Town residents when things were going wrong during something called the Dream Festival and had tied as the winner of the Million Dream Festival. Aqua, though, had been the only one who had been present during the award ceremony and had taken the award in name of both herself and her friends.
Though the woman herself had admitted that, in the years that followed, she had accidentally lost the award. Yet Terra and Ventus hadn't cared and Huey, Dewey and Louie, the three nephews of Donald, had just happily remade the bit of ice-cream that they had made in honor of the festival for all three of them. They had also promised me that they would make something that was even better and tastier than this one for my birthday, regardless of my objections.
My birthday, however, has been something I have both been looking forward to and feeling queasy about. This because, while Neville has his birthday only one day before me, there is actually an entire organization, which consists of a good portion of magical citizens, working day and night on planning my birthday party. And while I expected my parents to help along, had I been shocked to learn that several Disney Town citizens are as well.

But because a lot of the people in this new organization are like my mum, do I know that trying to argue or object to this is just pointless. Instead of that, do I just make sure to spend all of the time that they are working on their plans with either my friends or Lea. And when certain parts of Disney Town start becoming blocked off, do I feel sure that this is because of my upcoming party.
Ron had felt a small bit of his old jealousy rise up again, but he managed to fight it by constantly focusing on how uncomfortable I felt over all of this, how I wished they would keep it more simple and small, how I was only going along with this because of my royal title and because of the deal I managed to get out of it all. And the fact that it also gives me more free time to spend with friends also definitely helps.

My parents also actually waited a week before they all moved out, even though the original plan was for them to move out on the first day after the move and I personally very much appreciated this of them. Father Xemnas even tried to reserve a long table at the best restaurant in town to celebrate our last night together, but instead we had all been invited to dinner by King Mickey. And he had even invited some of our joined friends, such as Lea and Sora.
Daphne had felt a little left out afterwards, but Lea had happily taken her out on a personal date, just the two of them, a few days later. The girl had asked me why I hadn't come along and I had shrugged and said: "I want you both to grow as close as I am with the both of you respectively. I think it's going to be important that you are once we grow older and take our relationship onto the next level." And I had added to myself: "Whatever that means." But not said this and the girl had still agreed with me regardless.

I have to admit that the fact that both my mate and my fiancé are now living only a few blocks apart each is a thought that brings a smile to my face every time I think about it and Lea himself has also definitely taken advantage of this plenty of times as we have already been on several dates over the last few months. And two times Lea even took me out of town and over to other worlds with permission from my parents.
The first time he had taken me to Agrabah and gotten Aladdin's permission to take me on a ride with carpet in the middle of the night. The whole time I had been leaning against him as he had apparently either told or asked carpet to take a route across the most gorgeous and romantic parts of the world and the sight of the Arabian castle in the distance as we flew past it and even the sight of the world far below us as we rose up were beyond breathtaking.
The other time Lea had taken me to Twilight town, where he had reserved a private table for two in the most exclusive and popular bistro in the town. The meal that he had ordered beforehand had been more amazing and delicious than anything I had ever tasted and Lea had taken me up to the top of the Clocktower, atop the train station, after dinner. We had watched the sunset for several hours and I finished the night in the most perfect of ways.

Lea had turned to me, intent on telling me something or perhaps to suggest taking me back home, but I had instead turned to him at the same time and closed the distance between us. And the sensation of feeling Lea's incredible lips against my own almost made me burst into tears it felt that good. I felt my heart explode with a thousand emotions, my mind going in overdrive due to exuberance, my whole body feeling as if it just came home.
And as Lea started to slowly and gently kiss me back did I feel my magic react to his kissing, making it feel as if a part of me was trying to merge with him through our locked lips. I also felt something that felt warm, strong, confident, caring and full of a strong sense of humor fill me up from within at the same time and vaguely recognized it as Lea's magic merging into my form. The whole sensation left me dazed, feeling everything and nothing at the same time.
I only really came to a little while later and realized that Lea had brought me back home. Yet to my delight had my mate been waiting, by my bedside, for me to come back to my senses. "You really know how to make a brilliant date perfect, don't you Firefly?" He had asked me and I had beamed at him, the two of us sharing one last kiss before he left.
We had told Daphne, but unlike the other time had she not cared this time around and said: "I'm happy for you, both of you, but I'd like you to wait with that for me, Lea. You as well, Harry. I'm just – I'm not there yet." And we had both happily agreed with this. And a few days ago, Lea had made everything even more perfect. "I know you have all those plans for your birthday, but the night of your birthday – you're all mine. You and Daphne."

And just the thought of spending the whole night with the love of my life and the girl who is, also, slowly but surely winning my heart as well makes me feel less apprehensive about what is going to happen in just an hour as the whole morning has been reserved to a huge party that the whole world, both the wizards and the residents of Disney Town, planned. Yet at the same time can I not help but admit that a small part of me is eagerly anticipating this.
"I've wanted this since realizing that I will never be loved or accepted by either the people of Privet Drive or even my own former relatives. I've just been so content with it just being my family and friends and the crazy parties they have been throwing me these past two years. Still, this really isn't all that much different from the huge party we got to throw for everyone when they came to visit us over Christmas back in '91 or the ball that followed."
I tell myself this as I make sure that there aren't any creases on my outfit as I am wearing a handsome three-piece suit consisting of a black shirt, black coat with gold coating on the trim and black pants alongside a golden-colored waistband and black leather shoes. I even managed to tame most of my hair and managed to comb it in a style that is actually quite similar to King Arthur. Feeling confident that I look good I leave my room.

Mum is waiting at my door and she squeals as she sees me, yet I also smile as I see her as she actually did get pregnant a few weeks before we left for Disney town and even though she is only three months, she is already showing a little bit. The others are showing way more and a few of them, because they are actually expecting twins, are now so large that they can hardly move as much as they used to, much to the chagrin of some of them.
"You look sooooo handsome! I – I can't believe it's only been two years since we adopted you. Oh, just look at how grown up and mature you look. My handsome little prince. I almost want to just keep you here and admire you all by myself." The woman gushes as she walks around me and I laugh at her before another voice says: "Like I told you many times, my Nymph. Our son is a prince and a prince belongs to the people."
Father Marluxia walks out around the corner and mum pouts at him as the man walks over to me and actually plucks a small bit of dust off my shoulder as he says: "You look magnificent, son." And just this simple compliment means the world to me as, over the years, I learned that father has various words through which he conveys different levels of emotions. And the statement magnificent is basically the man saying I look perfect.

"You ready to hear your father's speech to the people?" Father asks and while I gulp to try and get a bit of a clog out of my throat, do I nod confidently and follow the two over to the small tower that is set between the two large structures that the castle itself is actually made of. The castle itself actually got a bit of a remake as well and the roof of this middle tower has been taken off, creating a gorgeous roof terrace for us to enjoy and hold small parties on.
And because this tower is stationed between the two structures, does this allow for everyone who wanted to be part of the party to situate themselves in the huge courtyard that has been build to the right of the tower, while the river that also surrounds Disney Castle has been dug out to run past the left side of my castle as well. And even before I reach the terrace on top of the roof, do I hear thousands of voices from outside the tower.
This makes me stumble for just a bit, but I quickly regain myself and take a deep breath, trying to just remember that I am surrounded by hundreds of people every time I go to Hogwarts. Yet the fact that, this time, all these people are here for me makes my face tint a slight shade of red as I feel a greatly humbled by just the thought. I reach upstairs with my parents and notice father Zexion standing, his outfit similar to mine, but then silver and with more gold embellishments.

"And here we have our future king." The man says, grinning at me in great pride and I feel my face lighting up again as I say: "I really need to schedule a few meetings with the other royals from other worlds this summer.""You really are our son, sweetheart. You're just as weird as the rest of us. You want the responsibility of being the prince and future king, but you don't like being called either. Oh, it's just so cute." Mum gushes at the end.
This makes me smile at her as I definitely noticed these opposing traits about myself more and more these past few weeks and Father Zexion says: "He's just the kind of person who likes to help others, but doesn't really care if he gets something in return. Our boy doesn't help others because it's his royal duty, even if he hides behind that from time to time, he helps because he likes helping. And that is why I love calling you our future king so much."

This makes me beam and father checks his watch before he says: "It's time." And instantly I take my place by his side and does father Marluxia guide mum back down. The two of us share a nod and we head for the edge of the balcony. And even before we are fully visible to the people down below, who are only four floors beneath us, does the whole crowd start to cheer and scream. And this makes me feel glad that we are up high enough they can't see the redness of my face.
I wave at them all just like father, just the way that King Mickey taught us over the past few weeks and then father holds up both hands and instantly the crowd quiets down, only a few of them softly telling others to stop clapping or cheering. "Today is a wonderful, wondrous and even momentous day. And yet, I can't help but think back. Think back to many years ago, when I was a Nobody and was struck down. Think back to when I first entered your world.

A few of my now relatives had already come to that world by that time and over the two years that followed more people who I now consider my brothers and sister came to join me. And only a few months after Xemnas was the last to join us, the reason for our resurrection and our existence came into our lives. And these days, you know him as your Crown Prince." This pleases me, but then I realize something about his speech.
I turn from the crowd to father and see him holding an intricate-looking wooden box in his hands as he has turned to me as well. "Harry, you have grown so much since we blood-adopted you that one Christmas in 1990, you have become the man I wanted to be when I was still just a small apprentice studying under Ansem the Wise. You are someone who easily earns people's respect, you easily accept people into your heart and you are everything this kingdom needs.
You are destined for greatness, not just because of your royal title or because of the fact that you are able to wield two Keyblades, something only Roxas and Sora are currently able to do as well, but because your character, your personality and your personal skills will get you so far. And because you love helping others as much as you do, you will be able to make sure that they, our people, your people, will go just as far, if not further.
You have helped this community so far, you made sure that they finally found balance between Light and Darkness, you brought them to a new world where they can pursue their happiness in all new ways, you lessened the differences between Muggleborn and Pureblood. And you have only been in the Magical world for the better part of two years.

I can only imagine how much further you'll go in the future and I'm sure that, like me, everyone here with us is very much looking forward to that." And with that, under the most thunderous applause I have ever heard, applause so loud and crazy I am almost sure they'll be able to hear it in other worlds, does father open the box and pull out a gorgeous crown that looks like a perfect mix of his own and mine. I bow down and dad replaces my old crown with the new one.
Yet I hadn't just bowed down because it was expected of me, but also because I have grown to feel weak in the knees with how much father's speech is overwhelming me and I turn my head just slightly away, just enough that the people below can't see me wipe my eyes from the tears that are pricking between my eyelids. I take a deep breath to regain myself and, on unsteady knees, get back up, giving father another grateful nod.
Father is beaming at me and we both give the crowd another wide wave before he guides me back downstairs. "You cheated." I mutter as we head down the staircases and father laughs as he says: "You've known of my plans for this speech for some time now, kiddo.""Yeah, but not that you were going to raise my status. You do know that I plan to use third year just to focus on my studies, right?" "I do, son. But it's tradition for the Heir to become crown prince upon his 13th birthday."

I nod in understanding at this and dad just presses his hand a little closer against my back, rubbing a small circle just where I like it and helping me calm my raging heart as he says: "Just enjoy the party, son. We're all here for you today. Remember that." I nod at him and happily live up to his words for the rest of the morning. And while a couple of people try to indulge me in political talk, does father constantly take over for me when this happens.
And every time this happens, does either a child of the person who tries this, one of my friends or one of my parents step in to either offer me a bit of a snack or drink or to start a different kind of conversation with me. Then, about an hour and a half into the whole celebration, does Mickey take a stand on one of the higher chairs.
He taps his glass and everyone near him stops talking, me ending my conversation with Cedric about how great he had been as Seeker over the past two years, and others also stop talking as they notice the growing silence. "Thank you everyone. In honor of Crown Prince Harry and to wish him a very happy birthday, my friends and I, the Guardians of Light, have put together a special kind of performance that we have been practicing on.

I hope you enjoy it, one and all, especially you, Harry." This really amazes me and the small, but powerful king jumps down and heads over to where Sora, Riku, Terra, Aqua, Ventus, Kairi and Lea are all waiting for him, Donald and Goofy joining him as he walks over. The group motion and ask those around them for some space and everyone moves away, looks of excitement and intrigue on all of their faces.
I myself share a look with Cedric and then head over to where the group is standing, making sure I'm at the front of the audience and spotting all of the Guardians giving me a large smile before they all summon their Keyblades, Donald and Goofy summoning their staff and shield respectively. The group then turns around, turning their backs to us all and jump and move away until each of them are standing at the very furthest edges of the circle that they've formed.
And of course Lea is standing near me and the hot piece of red-haired flesh sends me a dazzling smile before Kairi shouts: "Deep Freeze!" And a small pillar of ice starts to form in the center of the circle. It raises higher and higher and when it's almost as high as the tower on which I was just standing, does Goofy suddenly dash straight at it. And just as he cleaves through the bottom, do Aqua, Terra and Ventus all shout: "THUNDER!"
Yet I also noticed that Goofy had actually looked as if he too had cast a spell as he cleaved through the ice and the three bolts of thunder seem to hit the floating bit of ice at the same time as Goofy's spell. And to the awe and amazement of me and all those around me, does the ice explode into hundreds of tiny ice crystals that shoot every which way and look like fireworks that explode. Shouts and gasps of awe are heard all around me.

Then suddenly Sora and Riku, who are both on opposite sides of the circle dash for each other, just as Mickey, Donald and Goofy actually cast high-leveled blizzard spells together, creating an even more amazing, massive and impressive mountain of ice and snow in the center of the circle. Sora and Riku dash up this as it is formed, jump up at the top, send each other a loving wink and then land in such a way that they are side by side with one arm raised up, Sora's left and Riku's right.
They jump up, just as from this two bursts of light erupt into the sky and from these lights two brilliant looking Keyblades, made from nothing but light, appear in the sky. And while I actually recognize the both of them as different colored versions of the Ultima weapon, Sora's golden colored and Riku's silvered, do the two blades twist and turn around each other several times before the flat sides merge together flawlessly.
This causes for a gorgeous lightshow showing off a large flower-like form made of stained glass window panels to appear around the two merged weapons. And while shouting loudly, their bodies lined up next to each other just like their weapon, do Sora and Riku slam their arms down, causing for the gorgeous merged weapon to slam down on the mountain, the heat of the metal causing for the ice to melt and for a huge splashing wave of water to erupt all over the circular platform. Applause rings from all around as the two boys land back together and smile widely at each other.

I notice Lea sending me another brilliant smile before he himself calmly walks towards the center of the circle. And this instantly causes all of the applause to die down and for a blanket of eager anticipation to fall over the crowd. Lea stops at the very center, turns to face me and summons his Keyblade. He starts to move, swinging his Keyblade from one hand to the other, from one shoulder to the other, moving his body to a rhythm only he seems able to hear.
And while he doesn't use a single elemental attack, doesn't seem to focus on anything but my gaze locked with his and does nothing but move, does his dancing entrance me and amaze me more than anything I have ever seen so far and is the way his body moves around more beautiful and enchanting than the gorgeous panels I saw formed around the two merged Keyblades from before.
Lea seems to call out to me with his eyes, yet his dance is so amazing that I don't want to go to him out of fear of throwing him off his rhythm and at the same time the way he moves his body entices me and seems to send me a promise of something. Yet while I can't quite figure out what he is promising me, do I not care.

The smile that is on his face the entire time is the only thing I really want to focus on, yet at the same time I observe his every move, twist and turn, wanting to engrave every single one to my memory for now and forever. Then suddenly I notice something new. As Lea dances, his lips move ever so slightly every now and then and he seems to be casting the smallest of spells. And every time he does, a few embers light up from his Keyblade and dance and twist around him, making the entire scene even more breath-taking.
The embers remain in place, creating a gorgeous pattern of small burning bits of fire and Lea starts to move more and more around the entire area, even though he had kept his dance to most of the center of the area at first. He leaves these embers where they are, moving past them without any of them ever touching his skin or the outfit that he has on and while a few people gasp when he passes one or two of them ever so closely, do I just know.

Lea has this under control. He has been practicing this dance and these moves and the ability to cast such small bits of fire for such a long time I can't even imagine when he must have started practicing. He is in complete control of the situation and that fact makes this whole show even more amazing. And while I know that it's probably not true, do I feel as if every time I gasp and even breath out, I give a bit of life to the embers closest to me.
Lea moves all over the field and when he reaches the bit where I'm standing he sends me a quick and loving wink. I turn a little red at this and finally feel like joining him, but Lea instantly moves away and I realize that this is only part of his performance. This makes me feel even more awed and special and my heart skips a beat as I realize this. Then finally Lea seems done, yet while he is on the other side the field, do I not care for this.
And Lea proves me right as he crouches down and jumps so high he actually lands right in front of me. This causes everyone near me to gasp, yelp and for a few of them to jump back in fright, but I just beam at him as he grabs me around the waist, gives a hand signal to the rest and then pulls me close before jumping up once again. I grab onto him tightly, having only ever been up this high when I am on a broom or the flying carpet, yet Lea smiles and whispers:
"Look down." And just as I do, does everyone else in the group cast a picture perfect combination of thunder, ice and wind, causing for a myriad of elements to attack the small flames and make them erupt just like the ice did at the start. And as they do, do my eyes widen as I suddenly recognize the shape that they form. Messy hair, eyes that shine silver and orange, a small chin and plumb nose. Lea used all of these elements – to create a picture of my face.

The sight of this awes me, it makes me gape down at the sight below me and makes me feel almost incapable of actually acknowledging what I just saw. Lea lands, his arm still tightly wrapped around my form and gently guides my face back to his before planting his lips firmly on my own. And this delicious, heart-melting, nerve-tingling kiss pulls me out of the shocked stupor I was in upon seeing my own face shining back at me.
I happily kiss him back, only barely aware of some kind of noise that is coming from far away and wrap my arms around the neck of my first true love, burying one of my hands in his lush red locks and pressing the other against the strong firm muscles of his back and loving how he wraps both his arms around my waist and pulls me even closer. Our kiss feels like it lasts forever and when we part, I still feel the warmth of his lips left on mine.
"Look down." Lea whispers yet again and this confuses me. But when I look down, do I actually step out of his embrace, the sight amazing and shocking me that much. Small crystals of light are lying on the ground next to us, forming words where my eyes, the hair covering my forehead and nose had been and they read Will you marry me?

I gape and gawk and let out small noises of shock as I read this three times over before turning back to Lea. And the sight of my mate, actually down on one knee with a small velvet box in hand in which a gorgeous golden ring with silver diamond in the shape of a heart is set makes me gasp again, brings tears to my eyes and makes me squeak: "Yes." My throat unable to let out any other sound as I am just unable to comprehend what just happened.
But while a few of the people standing near me seem to be able to hear me, causing for them to erupt into applause which is followed by everyone else, do I only have one thing that I want to focus on. Lea once again wrapping his arms tightly around my form and kissing me again, this time with passion, excitement and exuberance. And while I feel faint from everything that just happened, do I start to cry tears of joy as I think: "Best birthday ever!"

The End

Happy birthday, Harry.
And some of you might think that thirteen is too young to get engaged or that I plan to have them married in summer before fourth, but I just have two things to say. One, they got together when Harry was ELEVEN! Two, no. They will not be married when Harry is fourteen, this was just something Lea decided on and that he felt deserved the best of his ability to set up. And of course his friends wanted to help him all the way.
So yeah, this story has come to an end, but this ending has just made me even more riled up to get started on New Life's Light. And to be honest, that's actually another reason I decided to end this story this way. Starting the new story with Harry reminiscing about how he got engaged and how he now has two fiancés is just too perfect. Though before I get to that, I am going to focus on other stories, like To Read and To View, first.
Expect more stuff finished soon,
