Preparation for the meeting of unity

Hey everyone I am back, now I could say what was happening to me, but then again the information is a little to personal, but anyway, I am back, and I can say that one big reason it took me so long to get this out was the fact that I was drawing blanks on what to write, and a few times I just almost gave up, till inspiration came, so I am back, going to work on the stories now, so yea, now like before I do not own anything related to High School DxD, or anything related to other content, besides the story idea itself, other than that let's get this chapter going.

"Hmm...not bad, your god energy is coming back slowly, yet the process is ahead of schedule, though I suggest that you make a new form while the process of your god form is happening." Shiva told Issei, who was in his True Infinite Dream Red Dragon Hybrid form as he let his power flow out, to only stop and look at Shiva with a raised eyebrow.

"I kinda figure, but I honestly do not know how to make a new form if I am to be honest, I mean making new forms for my armor is something, but that is really different than making a new form without it." Issei replied with a sigh, making the god of destruction to nod his head a bit when he realized some truth to what Issei was saying.

"That is true, and I honestly can't give you an exact answer to that, but know that it will all depend on what is in store for you in the future, after all an idea like this comes in time." Shiva claimed with a nod of his head, causing Issei to look at him for a few seconds, before agreeing to what he said with a depressed sigh coming out of his mouth.

"Alright, I can't disagree with what you say if you put it that way." Issei admitted with a shrug of his shoulders, before freezing in place when he felt Shiva looking at him as if he was looking for something, but what he was looking for was something Issei did not know.

"Hmm...so how have things been here in Japan, nothing bad I hope?" Shiva questioned Issei, which Issei felt as if Shiva was trying to get some information out of him, but felt no harm in doing so.

"Nothing, everything is quiet, ever since Vali has been taken everything is now peaceful in a strange way, I mean Crom's group has minions acting here and there, with all the hideouts that we know of have all been destroyed, and with each one that was destroyed we find more and more, leading to now there being around ten left, but I know one or two are being taken over and being destroyed by us at the moment, other than that there are a lot of personal...things happening for me..." Issei answered with all the information that he knew of, but when he thought of the personal problems he was facing now he became a bit depressed with the thought of it.

[Those problems are really frightening to think about, because we have no idea what is happening to Vali and Albion at the moment, then there is the depressing problems, such as his family and mates, they are depressed, so depressed that they are doing anything so that they do not have to think about what is happening here and now.] Ddriag told Issei, who winced at thought of remembering seeing how broken Vali's mother was, along with his sister and girlfriends, but he soon mentally shook his head a second later.

'You do not need to remind me Ddriag, what is even worse is that Reya, who has been secretly talking to Vali more than anyone thought started to act the same as his girlfriends...not that I could blame her, I felt something similar to when Irina left, but this is some what more worse than anyone could think of.' Issei thought as he replied to what Ddraig said, not noticing that Shiva was analyzing him closely.

"I see, well I hope to see you at the meeting today Issei, we have to talk with all the Human Earth Leaders around the world to discuss this matter about the Supernatural being known." Shiva told Issei, who nodded his head a bit after he processed what Shiva just said to him.

"This will be the biggest problem in the world will it, if human's start war, or if the supernatural does, then that means that in the end things will be out of place, without the human race then many of the supernatural will be put into chaos, since without humans around doing what they normally do, it will lead to everyone loosing power, since both sides will do anything to win, even if it means hitting a power source that we use just to beat the opponent that we are facing." Issei stated with a frown on his face, to which Shiva nodded his head to what Issei said.

"Correct, and with that said, this is why nothing can happen during this meeting, the leaders of all factions will appear with three of their strongest guards, so that they can all discuss what will happen, but it must be done right, meaning that all the supernatural factions must find peace with each other, which is almost complete at the moment, since all that is left if the peace treaty with the vampires, werewolves, and such, but that won't be a problem soon, since in before the meeting even happens we will have a full treaty with them, making the alliance of the supernatural complete, and all that is left is the one with the human's." Shiva told Issei, who once again nodded his head at the information that he received.

"Alright, then I guess that I will head to home to get everything set for what is to come, I will see you later Shiva." Issei spoke up after a few moments of silence between the two, before he started to walk away, before disappearing in a flash, all while Shiva looked up towards the sky, and noticed that the weather was strange for a moment, causing the god of destruction to frown a bit when he saw this.

"Something is going to happen, and it will be nothing good, so I hope you are ready for what is to come Issei, because I have a bad feeling about what is going to happen." Shiva muttered under his breath, before he soon left and went to prepare for the meeting.

*With Issei*

"Alright, I have all my weapons, and I am dressed for the meeting." Issei muttered under his breath, as he looked at himself, and saw what he was wearing, which was a pair of black jeans, black combat boots, a black long sleeve shirt that was under a red coat, along with that he had black finger-less gloves, and finally he had his two guns that he has, but kept forgetting to bring every time he was going to go somewhere to fight.

Though as Issei sighed he looked around the room he was in, which was a playroom for all the babies, causing him to smile a bit when he looked at his children, George, Sabrina, Charles, Rosa, Aqua, Belladonna, and Nala.

"I see that you are ready for the meeting." A voice spoke behind Issei, causing him to turn his head slightly, to see that the person behind him was Jeanne, and noticed how she was dressed.

She was wearing something so casually to what she normally would that it made her look like someone else for a second, but he looked and saw that she was wearing a yellow top, and a pair of blue skinny jeans.

"Hmm...I am...you know you should wear clothes like that more often." Issei said with a look of indifference on his face, but she saw the look of awe in his eyes when he looked at her, causing her to smile lightly when she saw that look in his eyes.

"Thank you, I see that you are spending time with the babies, but I am amazed that can be so calm when you are around." Jeanne claimed with a smile on her face that showed a bit of fondness for those that knew her a little well, all while Issei nodded his head to what she said to him.

"I think it is a dragon thing, or maybe they get this from somewhere in the family, I honestly do not know, but I will always love them all the same." Issei replied with a smile, as he looked at his children, all while Jeanne smiled and looked at the babies with a fond look, but there was also a bit of envy from the look that appeared in her eyes for a bit, but she shook it off before looking at Issei.

"Do you think this meeting will go well?" Jeanne asked Issei, who became stiff for a second, but that was all the amount of time Jeanne needed to know something was wrong, and Issei noticed when she gave him a look that was showing that she was analyzing him, so with a quick thought he decided to just tell the truth, and just hope for the best.

"I do not know, for a while I have been feeling a strange, um...I guess I will say connection since it sounds right in this case, but this connection that I felt was strange, it was warm, as if it was showing that someone was mentally stable and is very in touch with their emotions, as if that person knows who they are, but then time pass and I feel that this connection I felt has became twisted and very much unstable, it is really frighting to me that something like this is happening, and the moment I woke up today, I felt as if that connection was very cold, and close, which is making me worry about the meeting." Issei admitted to Jeanne, who looked at Issei in shock, but before she could say anything that might make him think that he was paranoid, she actually stop and thought about what he said.

'If that is the case, who would Issei be connected with, my best guess is Vali, but I don't know for sure, and I think Issei is thinking the same thing.' Jeanne thought, as she looked at Issei for a moment.

"I have to be honest, I honestly do not know what to say to this, but I guess you should listen to your gut, and also you might be strong, that does not mean you have to take everything on by yourself, after all that was why I was apart of the Hero Faction, we each had great strength in certain area, but when we worked together we were able to beat almost everyone that stood in our way, basically you have a team, friends, and people who care about you, so don't think that you need to carry all of the responsibility's you have by yourself." Jeanne spoke after a few moments of silence, making Issei look at her, showing that he was listening to what she was saying word for word, and at the end he found himself smiling at what she said.

"Heh, yeah, I have to admit that you are right, maybe I don't...I think I should be heading to the meeting, and knowing what will happen over there it would be best, since I would have to deal with a lot more cameras later, than now." Issei said, as he went to his children and kissed them on their foreheads, and said goodbye to them, before walking out of the room, but not before he went to Jeanne and gave her a surprise kiss on the lips, which after a moment, she gladly returned, but as they separated, Issei gave her a soft goodbye, before leaving, causing her to sigh for a moment, before looking at the children and smiled a bit when she did.

*An hour later with Issei*

'This is annoying as hell...' Issei thought with a straight face, but if one would look closely they could see that his eyebrow twitched here and there every time he saw people taking a picture of what was going on in the meeting room, though Issei just look at those that were in the room, and had to admit that the tension was very high that it could cut through anything, added the things he saw on how people were acing was something that made him more worried than before, since the items he saw that were in most peoples hands were something that could be harmful.

[The meeting has not even started and it looks like war will happen in any second.] Ddraig commented, causing Issei to nod his head for a moment when he heard what Ddraig said, as he looked once more to confirm what the items the people, more specifically the humans, had in their possessions, and looked a bit shocked in seeing what he saw was true.

'Holy shit, the humans here have the right types of weapons that can actually cause damage to supernatural beings.' Issei thought with a small beat of sweet appearing on his face, with Ddraig grunting in agreement.

[Well almost every race, and the bad thing is that if supernatural beings kill humans, then there is going to be problems with all the factions, since there are a few that need humans to survive.] Ddraig added, which did not make Issei feel any better hearing what Ddraig said, but that soon changed when he saw the last bit of the leaders of both the humans and supernatural appear at last, causing everyone to become deathly silent.

"Alright, we all know why we are here, to discuss between each other and make a peace treaty between the supernatural and humankind, but before this happens I think that we should discuss about recent events that the supernatural knows of, so that we can get a better understanding on what happened during the time we saw that...man I believe attack that high school in Japan." A man that spoke in a, what Issei assumes, a Russian accent, but after a few moments Sirzechs coughs a bit, to get everyone's attention, which he did, but as he did the air became somewhat more tense than before.

"Um...well, I think that Issei would be a better person to explain what has been happening, after all he is the one that has worked the most to get the information that we have, along with the fact that he is also the one that has made the supernatural much closer than before." Sirzechs claimed, which brought everyone's attention on Issei, including the camera's, making Issei curse Sirzechs mentally.

'I swear that back at home the girls are doing something really adorable with the kids and talking about how I am on the dame television or some other crap like that, all while I am in a really pressured situation.' Issei thought with a twitch of his eye, which went unnoticed by everyone in the room.

[Could be worse, there is the possibility that you would have to speak up while everyone was fighting.] Ddraig claimed, causing him to shiver a bit when the thought appeared in his head.

"'Sigh', The case we are dealing with is very difficult to comprehend, there is an organization that has been working in the shadows to terminate what each group wants, originally this organization was meant to go after one target, but as all things happen when not looked into it became corrupted, leading to the case that multiple groups joined to do task of their own desires, there were three groups, but two of them disbanded, they were the Hero Faction, and the Satan Faction, now there is one group left, and the members are almost all gone, but that does not mean anything good, after all they were able to come up with Zero, who was a being made out of not only my DNA, but also the White Dragon Emperor Vali Lucifer." Issei started, which made those that did not know any of this look at him with wide eyes at the information that was given.

"Pardon me, but I would like to hear a bit more about the information about the White Dragon Emperor, since he is not here, I would like to know where he is?" A man, who was the leader of Egypt, from Issei could guess from his accent, but hearing his question, it made Issei cringe.

"He was captured, he fought an army to protect the people in a town he was near, that lead to him being captured by the enemy, we have no clues where they are, or what they are planing, but whatever it is, it is going to effect us all, it does not matter where we are from, or what we are, this group is planing something that will harm all of us, and the leader of this group for all that we know is the brains behind this, the clone that was made was without a doubt meant to kill both me and Vali, because we were seen as threats, so that is all we know for sure about this group, other than the fact that their power has been lowered, but it is unknown on how big their influence is." Issei responded with a sigh escaping his lips at the end, causing everyone to look at each other for a few moments.

"What exactly have you supernatural beings been doing, and what trouble has this group when it was a hole did?" Another person Issei was unfamiliar with spoke, with an accent that made Issei felt that this guy was Chinese.

"Well there are packets in front of you that will give you the information you need on that, along with it are things we have doe and fix before you even knew about it." Azazel spoke now with an amused look on his face, which made people from the supernatural look at him with annoyed looks, while those that were the leaders of the human race look at the information and were shocked about the info they were looking at.

"Interesting, with this information, I would not mind working together with you supernatural beings, though I wish that you did not have some really important beings in Japan I honestly have nothing else to complain about, after all a lot of the supernatural was born in Japan so it would be cruel to even kick anyone out of Japan." The leader of Japan spoke up, causing everyone to look at him with a bit of surprise in their eyes, except Issei, who smiled at the man.

"I have to agree after all, it would be as if we denounced our own religion if we decided to start war against the supernatural." A leader from Europe spoke, leading to a many of the human leaders to argue and counter anything to support or disagree with working with the supernatural, but within time almost everyone was in agreement, the only person that was having trouble deciding was the leader of the U.S.

"I will admit that knowing what will happen could save many lives, but if I am going to be honest with everyone, then I need to say that I honestly do not trust any of you supernatural creatures, there are many facts fro this information that you do something with humans when they are alive or dead, and this lack of information makes it hard for me to trust you." The president of the U.S. claimed, which made those that were human to look at each other with second thoughts appearing on their faces, causing Issei to look a bit annoyed at what he said.

'Come on man, I just want to leave and spend time with my love ones.' Issei though with a mental sigh, but he soon turn his gaze to a cup of water that was near him, but soon froze when he saw vibrations appearing in the water, which soon everyone noticed how Issei froze up, and looked at him with a mix of worry and suspicion.

[...Issei you need to get the armor on now, that or transform which ever works.] Ddraig told Issei, who mentally nodded his head before looking at everyone.

"Something is coming towards our location, and I have a bet I-Shit! Everyone get down!" Issei spoke at first, before he smelt something that made his eyes widen, before he yelled at everyone, who quickly did wheat he said, as the building they were in was hit by some sort of attack, which made the roof fall and hit the table they were sitting by, and once it was over, everyone stood up and looked around, but what Issei noticed while some of the supernatural was fine, the ones that were not apart of it were looking a bit more hurt than he expected.

"What the hell was that?" Someone muttered, but Issei could not tell who it was that said it, before he looked through the destroyed windows and saw something that made him stiff.

"Dame it, I knew that something bad would happen in an event like this, it always does, I mean when does it never happen, alright everyone stay here, guards keep them safe and fire from a distance, I'm going to take care of the bigger threats if there is any." Issei growled in annoyance, before he yelled at everyone in the room, and any of the guards if they could hear him, before he flew out of the room, and when he did this and looked around he narrowed his eyes when he saw.

"Grendel, Apophis, and Crom, never thought I would never see you three again until I don't know a year and a half later, but I guess now would be the best of any to kill the three of you for all the shit you have done." Issei spoke with a small growl coming from him, when he looked at the three dragons in their dragon forms, but there was something that made Issei a bit cautious, and that was the fact that the three dragons in front of him were really confident, something that really did not sit right with him when he saw that look appear on his opponent's face.

"You say that now Red Dragon Emperor, but we have something that will not only match but will certainly defeat you once and for all." Apophis spoke with a soothing yet interested tone of voice, which made Issei look at him in wonder, since it sounded like Apophis did not want to fight at the moment, but wanted to observe Issei, as if he was interested in seeing what course of actions he would take take.

"You sound really confident that this...I do not know, is what you have in store for me a living being or a weapon?" Issei questioned with honest interest in his eyes, after all he was a dragon meaning he could not get ride of the fact that he would like to have a challenge when it came to a fight, no matter how much he tires to suppress it, but his comment made Crom laugh in amusement, making Issei narrow his eyes at the dragon.

"A living being, with a weapon you are familiar with, so say hello to an old friend, Issei Hyoudou." Crom told Issei, who raised an eyebrow, before he looked at a portal that opened a few feet away from him in the air, and saw the person they were going to have fight him, and was shocked to see who it was, since the feeling of horror crept not only i his mind, but heart as well.

"Vali..." Issei muttered, as the person in front of him was indeed Vali, but he was a bit different, he now a sinister aura around him, along with that the white scarlet to his eyes was now black, with his hazel looking eyes become a nightmare looking hazel color, but the thing that unsettled Issei the most was the malicious looking grin that was on Vali's face that showed the promise to kill everyone in sight.

"Heh, where did that confidence go Red Dragon? Are you afraid to fight the four of us?" Apophis mocked, causing Issei to narrow his eyes at him, before he transformed into his True Welsh Dragon King Emperor mode, along with his True Infinite Dream Red Dragon Hybrid form, showing that he was going to take this fight at his current highest level of power.

"No, I am just going to have to take this seriously, but there is something that I don't understand, why did you bring Vali here to fight against me, when you could have made him fight everyone else?" Issei questioned, but he was soon worried when he heard Apophis laugh at him.

"You want to find out, well Vali is about to show you!" Apophis exclaimed, confusing Issei, before he saw that Vali was engulfed in a burst of energy, which lasted for a few moments, before he could see Vali again, and what he saw made him shocked.

Vali now has long slick back hair that reached to his waist, but the strangest thing to his hair, was that his hair was a mix of the pure white, and the darkest version of black that was ever seen, and it seemed to have blended together in the most naturalist way possible, a shocking thing to add was that on both sides of his head there was hair sticking up looking like little devil horns, his eyes were the same, except that he had his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan activated, another thing that Issei noticed was that Vali had the mixture of black and white dragon scales on his body, as he himself (*Issei*), but something Issei noticed as well was that Vali had what he could guess be sealing like symbols on his hands and forehead.

"What the fuck, Vali...what happened to you..." Issei muttered in complete shock, all while Vali was just floating in the air looking at him, almost as if he lost all sense of who he was, and became a beast, which made Issei even more pissed off than before, but then another thing shocked him, and it was the fact that Vali made his sacred gear appeared, and went into his balance breaker, before it changed to his White Devil Dragon Kings mode.

[Partner, I can't sense Albion, or rather I can sense him, but there is something different, something darker.] Ddraig told Issei, who was still frozen in place, but soon Ddraig felt horrified when he felt Vali's balance breaker, but it was different, it was darker, it was more demonic in an energy sense than anything dragonic, but Issei saw the difference, instead of having the normal white armor the armor had a black reflection, almost as the armor was similar to stain glass, but another thing that put Issei off was the black smoke coming out of the armor.

Nothing was said the moment both sides saw this, they ignored the battle near where the building of the meeting was happening, the silence was tense, but Issei knew even in his shocked state that they were waiting for him to make the first move, but the thing was that Issei didn't know if he could since he was trying to figure out what happened to Vali, hell he was trying to figure out what the hell happened to Albion since this armor had pure negativity coming off of it, one did not even need the ability to sense emotions or anything of the sort, since one glance at the armor just shouted anger, hated, and so much more.

"I-I...What the hell, What did you bastards do to Vali and Albion!" Issei yelled out in rage, but when he looked at the evil dragons he was shocked to see that Crom looked just as shock as he was, though the other two didn't seem like they care, well from what Issei could tell, but that didn't matter, he wanted answers, and for the love of everything he wanted those answers now.

"I honestly did not know that this would happen, but considering who his grandfather was, well I think that you can understand where I am going with this, but this is really annoying, I really wanted to fight the two of you at the same time, but I guess somethings are just not meant to be, but since this will be your last battle, I suppose that one request you have should be answer, the why Vali and Albion situation." Crom spoke up, making Issei glare at him with rage, but he nodded his head showing that he wants to hear what happened to Vali.

"This is something I can answer, you see Rizevim was looking for a tool to help him in his conquest, you might not know what he is planing or maybe you do, but let me tell you, his plan is to unseal 666, he took one of three holy grail's from a vampire girl, now along with that he also has the person with the holy cross to help him with the sealing, but of course this leads to what he did to Vali, now as you know Vali gained his special eyes the sharingan, from his mother, that made him someone that Rizevim knew would have potential in the future, of course there was the fact that he did not know whose side he will join, so he did some experimenting on Vali implanting him with something that he would activate when he got to the right of age, added to the fact that he was also part human he would gain a sacred gear." Apophis started, causing Issei to narrow his eyes at the information that he was given, as Apophis just watched him seeing as he listen to every word he said.

"For some unknown reason that none of us can figure out he knew that Vali had a dragon base sacred gear, which is completely stupid to hear, he could have gotten help, and we just don't know about it, or something else, but this is the truth, anyway, after getting Vali when we deliver him to Rizevim he went to unlock the stuff he put in Vali, sadly when finding out this it came to conclusion that the only ways for this White Dragon Emperor to return to normal is if he breaks out of his situation himself mentally or you somehow eject all that stuff Rizevim put in him and he will turn back to normal, other than that he will stay on our side and listen to us ." Apophis finished his explanation to Issei, who growled at what he was told, and glared at the three dragons.

"Thanks for the info, and I guess that explained everything what happened to Vali, but the thing I don't get is why you are working for Rizevim, I mean after finding out what he did to Vali and Albion, wouldn't you want to avoid him, or just kill him, since it just a mockery of our race!" Issei exclaimed with a growl, causing the three evil dragon's to look at him, which after a few moments annoyed Issei like no tomorrow.

"To fight, to learn, but mainly to fight, after all I heard that the current Red Dragon Emperor was the strongest one, surpassing all the previous ones emperors before himself, and the White Dragon Emperor was unlocking so much power and potential that he could one day be as strong as the current Red Dragon Emperor, maybe becoming even stronger, but enough of this, it is about time we settle this the old fashion way." Crom told Issei with a grin slowly forming from the corner of his mouth, which made Issei narrow his eyes and allow his power to flow.

"I know that you all want to fight, but I need to know one more thing, where is Rizevim?" Issei asked one last question, which annoyed all the evil dragon's, while Vali was still where he was floating, as if he was waiting for some signal to attack.

"If you must know, so we can finally fight then he is over there where the meeting should be taking place." Crom answered Issei, whose eyes widen in shock when he heard what Crom just said, and growled in anger, before getting into a fighting stance.

"Then what I got to do is simple, I just need to kill all you evil dragons fast enough to get to Rizevim, while also knocking Vali out so that I can get this plan of mine done." Isssei claimed with a small smirk on his face, which pissed off the evil dragons, as they growled at him with burning rage appearing in his eyes, then before anyone that was watching knew it both sides charged at each other causing a massive shock wave to happen.

There the chapter is finished, and let me tell you, it was not an easy thing coming back and writing this, cause...you know what forget it, I won't bother, now as I was saying it is finally done, and I hope you all like and enjoy it, because I am back, and I am going to try, and I really mean it, I am going to try and get more chapters up, and fix the mistakes I have written in this story, because some of this is becoming a big mess, especially when I got back to this chapter and started to write it down, so yea, any questions feel free and ask wither in the review or the PM, I will just work on the stuff I need to get back into, so until the next chapter everyone.
