In Her Kiss

Summary: Kara and Mon-El share a special moment.

Mon-El watched as Kara stuttered trying to find the right words, he always thought that Kara was adorable when she did that, the way the redness of her cheeks went to the tips of her ears, that quirky smile she did whenever she tried to come up with something important to say, it was those little things that Mon-El noticed about her which made him fall in love, he didn't want to admit it at first, falling in love with the girl from Krypton. It made him feel like he was betraying his people but, he was on earth now and he could fall in love with whom ever he wanted. And right now that person was Kara.

"I.. I wanted to tell you this since the moment you woke up from.. almost dying." Kara said shyly as she played with the cuffs of her sleeve. "I just.. I've always been afraid to tell someone how I feel, I'm afraid that I would be let down.. that I wouldn't be able to find the courage to do it again. But.. I can't keep this hidden anymore." Kara exclaimed as she moved closer to Mon-El, her breathing hitched a little bit with each step.

She walked up to Mon-El staring into his eyes, Mon-El licked his lips from keeping them dry.

"What I am trying to say is.. Mon-el..I really like you.. like really like you.. and I was so jealous that you chose to go out on a date with Eve. I didn't want to be the mean one as say no you couldn't. I just.. "Kara looked up seeing that Mon-El was close, their noses slightly brushing against hers causing her to blush brighter.

"I like you too Kara." He whispered against her lips, placing his hand on her cheek as he kissed her lips softly, but slowly wanting to savor the kiss.

Kara made a small noise against his lips ,she placed her hands on his chest as she closed her eyes, she felt Mon-El pull her closer placing his hands on her hips not wanting to break the contact.

Mon-El moved his hand to the back of her neck wanting to deepen the kiss so badly but he didn't want to scare her off, he felt as though he would get lost into the kiss and he wouldn't be able to stop.

Kara pulled away slowly as she licked her lips from the taste of his lips. She panted lightly as she stared at Mon-El finally feeling what she wanted for a long time which was love.
