The ability was initially coined "supernatural power," and was derived from genetic mutations. After extensive research, the existence of supernatural power was announced publicly.

Magic, unlike supernatural power, is a learned skill that aims to mimic supernatural power, which is gained by birth. Over time, "supernatural power users" became "magic technicians."

When WWIII broke out in 2045, every nation was locked in a race to nurture magic technicians. By 2095, governments began to create schools made specifically for magic.

Magic is unforgiving. Magic education is unforgiving; equal opportunity is not a priority in the world of magic high schools—it's simply a luxury that can't be afforded. Furthermore, childish debates revolving around the clear difference between the capable and incapable are not tolerated.
