Okay. So I wrote another story. What's so new about that? Anyway, this is a one-shot that does not make any sense - well, at the very least, it is particularly meaningless. I wouldn't blame you if you turned away. But If you add Sasuke, Naruto and time travel, you have a 0.0001% chance of getting this story! How cool, isn't it?

Kidding, kidding...

Anyway, enjoy!

One-Shot – Craziness

Sasuke stared at the Hokage monument, a mixture of emotions flashing across his eyes. It felt strange – absurd, even – to see only four faces lining the rock. He'd gotten used to seeing it engraved with legends of the future.

"Are you okay, Sasuke-kun?" And it was even stranger to her speak – to hear his mother.

He nodded, but didn't reply, keeping his eyes on the leaders of Konoha.

Tomorrow. He would try to change it all tomorrow. Starting with the two people who he'd tried to kill (And succeeded even, with one, but that was another story).

"Hey, Naruto."

The blond slowly – incredulously – turned. "… Are you talking to me?"

Sasuke raised an eyebrow. "Do you know anyone else with your name? And besides, why wouldn't I talk to you?"

"Oh, I don't know. 'Cause you're an Uchiha?!"

"Prejudiced much?"

"Call it experience."

"Anyway," Sasuke heaved a heavy sigh. Since when was Mini-Naruto so sarcastic? He'd been starved for love all his childhood – he should be begging for friendship, even. "I want to be friends."

The blond raised a wary eyebrow. "Why?"

"I don't remember you being this suspicious…" The Uchiha child muttered.

"And I don't remember you being this verbose."

"Whatever. Can't I score a point with the future Hokage?"

"So you suddenly believe me now? What happened to your denial in class last week?"

Shit, did they really talk of this in class? "I changed my mind." He raised an eyebrow at Naruto's contemplating expression. "So, friends?"

"Sure," Naruto replied happily. "But you'd be better of befriending Ino and Sakura before they start to vy for your attention. You know how much of fangirls they become."

"True that." Sasuke looked up at the sky, as Naruto walked away, smirking.

Then the former's head snapped back, him groaning. "And I thought you were supposed to be the oblivious one."

The blonde laughed heartily. "Perk of being a future Hokage. Besides, shouldn't you have guessed with all the big words we four-year-olds were spewing?"

Didn't it seem really serious at the start?! It seemed that way to me too!

And then my mind threw up this... piece non-literature.

Ah... The days when I knew what went on in my mind...
