Man it's been some time since I last touched this story! I kept telling myself to make the next chapter already, but with a lot of things going on this summer, I had a hard time getting around to it. I did though work on it bit by bit, and eventually this chapter was born! Sorry for the wait, guys, but the concluding chapter to Tyson's long fight with Frieza is here at last! :D

You know, as I look back on this story, I start to think how much I can improve upon it. I mean, I'm gonna be honest with you guys that I think I can do this story a bit better. Keep it the same, but do it a lot better than it is already. I've been thinking about remaking the entire thing from the very beginning. Re-editing the past chapters, fixing up any grammar errors, and maybe throw in some stuff that I originally left out or want to add in. If you guys believe I should do that, do let me know. Either way, I believe I should. :|

XenoVerse: Tyson, the Saiyan Descendant (Continuation)

Chapter 19: The End of a Long Battle

-AGE: 762-

With Planet Namek's core disrupted, the planet was mere moments away from total self-destruction. At the same time, Goku and Tyson continued their long and fierce battle with evil Frieza, now fighting at his full power. As they fought though, everything around them continued to grew more and more unstable as lava erupted everywhere, the small islands broke apart, and the waves crashed fiercely, all while Tyson was heard screaming as he was sent back first into a rocky island wall, hitting hard on impact. "UGH!"

However, the young Saiyan managed to get back up, despite his wounds from this long dragged out battle and shot back towards Frieza, who was ready for a return attack as he easily took Tyson's blows, blocking and dodging them with ease. However, Goku managed to get in and kicked Frieza away from the side, sending him flying a bit until he recovered in mid-air only to fire some Ki Blasts back at the two Saiyans. Fortunately, the two warriors were able to evade each blast that came at them, then Goku disappeared and reappeared behind Frieza, surprising him as he slammed him down to a small island and smashed into it upon impact.

Then, once Tyson rejoined Goku, Frieza immediately shot out of the debris and gave a menacing glare at them and grit is teeth in rage. "Why you little maggots! You really want to die that badly, don't you?!" he shouted, but Tyson and Goku weren't budging by his angry words, but then the evil Frost Demon smirked and calmed down a little. "Or maybe...you're just trying to buy some time... To let those little brats escape maybe...?"

"Buying time?" asked Goku as he grew a smirk too. "There's no need for that. You're going to die here anyway. You know that?"

Hearing that, Frieza couldn't help but chuckle, but then that angry expression he had earlier returned. "I've heard just about enough from you! I'll end this now!"

"Go ahead and try, Frieza!" shouted Tyson as he fired an Energy Shot towards the evil Frost Demon, but Frieza easily deflected it away, but he didn't see Goku charge at him and was kicked away.

However, Frieza quickly recovered in time to see Goku charging straight at him again and the two clashed blows with the evil Frost Demon on the defense more, while Tyson used this chance to swoop behind Frieza. Once he did, the young Saiyan gave a look to Goku, which the Super Saiyan noticed and smirked as Tyson began charging up the Galick Gun, all while Goku managed to smack Frieza away towards him. "Take this!" Tyson shouted as he fired the Galick Gun at the incoming Frieza, surprising him, but he vanished just before it could hit him, angering Tyson, but not for long as Frieza reappeared next to him and slammed his elbow into the young Saiyans face and grabbed his leg before he could fly off.

"Nice try, little monkey!" he exclaimed as he tossed Tyson towards Goku, making him scream until the Super Saiyan warrior managed to catch him.

"Gah... T-Thanks." Tyson thanked as Goku let go of him, but he still partially angry based on his facial expression.

"Get a hold of yourself!" he exclaimed, shocking Tyson. "This isn't a battle you can win easily, don't forget that."

"Y-Yeah." Tyson replied with a nod before he and Goku faced the evil Frost Demon again, knowing Goku may still be angry by the fact that Friza murdered Krillin earlier and not about Tyson specifically.

At the same time, Frieza hovered towards them, slightly annoyed at their constant glares. "You stubborn fools... You especially." he said as he turned his sights more on Goku when he said that, but then he smirked. "I'm going to finish you, just like I did your stupid...annoying...Earthling friend!"

Tyson couldn't help but grit his teeth in anger, remembering how Frieza killed Krillin again, but he wasn't as angry as Goku raised a brow at the evil Frost Demon. "Are you... Are you talking about Kirllin?" he asked before he suddenly shot up his Super Saiyan energy in a fury. "Don't you dare talk about Krillin!"

"You bastard!" shouted Tyson as he too shot up his energy, though not nearly as big as Goku's, but it combined with his was enough to shock Frieza as they both suddenly came at him together again and delivered a barrage of strikes upon the evil Frost Demon.

Tyson alone wouldn't be an issue, but with Goku, Frieza struggled on the defense, some hits managing to make contact on him from both warriors until they both smacked him away at the same time with a strong double punch. Then, Tyson fired his Full Power Energy Blast Volley at him, hoping to do some more damage, while Goku used this chance to vanish from sight. Frieza on the other hand, recovered from flying any further in time to see Tyson's attack coming and went on the evasive, dodging each blast that came for him and deflected some too, unaware that Goku reappeared and managed to grab him from behind, surprising the evil Frost Demon yet again.

"W-What?!" Frieza asked as he struggled to get free.

"Now!" shouted Goku as he sorta struggled to hold onto Frieza. "Hit him now!"

Doing as Goku said, Tyson didn't hesitate to come right at the evil Frost Demon and delivered a barrage of strikes upon, hitting his face and body. Though Tyson's attack weren't as hard as Goku's were, Frieza could still feel some slight pain, but after about ten seconds of none stop hits, he grit teeth in rage as he managed to kick Tyson away from him, then used his hands to release himself from Goku's arm, getting some distance, then fired some Death Beams at him, but the Super Saiyan warrior again dodged them like he did before, angering Frieza even more.

"You're really starting to annoy me!" he exclaimed before coming at Goku again, clashing blows once more with him before the two broke off, both panting from the long struggle, while Tyson slowly returned to Goku's side, but his return made Frieza even angrier. "You as well! Why can't you both just die already?!"

"Because we're very stubborn." Tyson smirked in reply, only angering Frieza even more, but then he calmed down and smirked once more.

"Well, I can be a bit stubborn myself." he stated honestly, but then he disappeared and reappeared in front of Tyson, surprising him as he was smacked down towards a small island, much to Goku's shock.

He watched as Tyson plummet into the island, while Frieza chuckled and grinned when he saw this. "Heheheh... No what do you have to say to that?" he asked, but soon after he did, Tyson shot back out, but with lava not far below him as his bottom was literally on fire.

"MY BUTT'S ON FIRE...!" he shouted, making Goku both confused yet surprised, while Frieza looked more annoyed as he turned his head away from this sight.

"Ugh... I really miss Zarbon." he said, but not a second after, he was punched away by Goku, angering him again once he stopped himself from flying off any further before shooting back at him, the two going at it once again with a clash of blows, all while Tyson managed to put out the fire on his behind before shooting back up towards the fight.

Eventually, the two powerful fighters broke off again, glaring each other down as Tyson rejoined Goku, but then Frieza smirked and crossed his arms. "You're really something..." he said towards Goku. "In fact, let me tell you something before you die."

Though Tyson was curious to hear this, Goku on the other hand didn't seem to care what the evil Frost Demon was about to say, but listened anyway. "You would've been the strongest in the universe if it weren't for me." he stated honestly before uncrossing his arms. "Too bad for you that's never going to happen. One way or another, you'll die here, either from my fist or from the big bang. I can survive the depths of outer space, so your death, and your friend's, is assured."

"We'll see about that, Frieza." Goku replied with a smirk. "The fight isn't over just yet, you know?"

"Indeed!" Frieza shouted back before shooting forward at Goku and Tyson again as they too charged back at the evil Frost Demon, going at it again with him in another clash of blows, moving from place to place across the ruined and dying planet.

As the three clashed though, Tyson was kicked away, leaving Frieza and Goku to continue, but Goku managed to knock him away, then fired some Ki Blasts at him. However, Frieza recovered in time to deflect them away, but Tyson added some more Ki Blasts, catching Frieza's attention as he quickly evaded those, but soon after, he was surprised as Goku kicked him away, then the Super Saiyan warrior brought both his hands to his right side and charged up some light blue energy with them. "Kaaa...Meee...Haaa...Meee...Haaaaaaaa!"

With a mighty shout, Goku fired his signature Kamehameha at Frieza, surprising him as he quickly surrounded himself with his energy before diving into the attack, somehow plowing his way through it slowly before reaching Goku. When he did though, their energies exploded, blinding Tyson, while the two clashed once more, ascending higher into the air as they did, but Goku managed to dodge Frieza's last punch and hit him hard in the gut, making him cough out some blood before being kicked away. It wasn't long though until Frieza regained his balance and recovered in time to glare back at the Super Saiyan warrior, but he was starting to run out of steam as he was panting hardly.

"You... little... monkey..." he said as the dark energy that had once consumed him finally disappeared from his body, which Tyson noticed.

The dark energy... It's gone! he thought when he sensed it really vanished, making him smile in a bit of relief. Good... Now we just got to beat Frieza here and...

But before Tyson could finish his train of thought as the dark cloudy sky suddenly became darker than it already was. "Huh?" he said before he turned his head to his left and was shocked when he saw the Namekian Dragon Porunga appear in the distance. "W-What in the...?!"

It didn't take long until Frieza noticed this too, confused, until he turned his head to his right and was surprised when he saw Porunga as well. "What?! T-That's...?!" he said, making Goku confused until he turned his head as well and saw Porunga, realizing what was going on.

"I see... So King Kai used the Dragon Balls..." he said before a smile grew on his face and he closed his eyes. "Okay..."

While Tyson was still surprised by Porunga's sudden appearance, Goku turned his head slightly towards where he was, catching his attention as he saw the Super Saiyan smile at him. "I really don't know much about you, but you really helped me out." he stated honestly, surprising Tyson as he then faced Frieza again and got serious. "But, please... Let me be the one to finish this though. I can handle the rest on my own."

At first, Tyson was surprised to hear this, but when he looked at how tired and exhausted Frieza really was, despite his angry expression, he could tell that Goku really could finish him by himself. Although, after knowing what Frieza did, Tyson really wanted to stay and fight, but he also understood why Goku wanted to do this alone. After realizing, the young Saiyan smiled and nodded in reply at Goku's demand. "...Okay, Goku... He's all yours."

Tyson then flew backwards and slowly was disappearing into the time void back to the Time Vault, but Frieza noticed this and was more enraged. "Where do you think you're going, you...!" he exclaimed as he tried to stop him, but Goku got in his way, stopping the evil Frost Demon from pursuing Tyson as he fully disappeared into the time void.

"Thank you." Goku muttered under his breath gratefully once felt Tyson's energy leave, then readied himself to finish the fight with Frieza, knowing now that the fight was completely in his favor from here as lightning struck behind him. "Now... Let's finish this, Frieza!"

Angered that Tyson had escaped, and angered by the humiliation Goku was giving him, even in his full power state, Frieza suddenly charged back at him, ready to throw a punch, and Goku immediately charged back to throw a punch of his own as the two continued into the final round of their historical battle.

-Toki Toki City, the Time Vault-

After leaving Goku to finish things with Frieza on his own, Tyson soon returned back to the Time Vault. However, the moment he did, he could all the pain from the fight as he almost lost his balance upon his return. "Ugh..." he grunted before he shot a weak grin and with one eye closed at Trunks and the Supreme Kai of Time, who were waiting for him the come back the whole time. "Hey... I'm back..."

"Yeah... Barely." Trunks smirked in reply, while the Supreme Kai of Time couldn't help but giggle at that remark. "You really fought hard out there, didn't you?"

"Well you would know... You probably saw the whole thing. Heheh..." Tyson chuckled as he took a seat on one of the chairs of the Time Vault's center table. "And you probably know why I came back now instead of finishing the fight completely."

"Yeah... Because of Goku." Trunks replied as he shook his head. "He always refuses our help, but that's just the way he is. It's okay though. Goku won. And finally, the scroll is back to normal."

"Oh thank goodness!" exclaimed Tyson happily, but then he shot an angry look towards the ground. "Still, I wish I could've been there too. After what Frieza did to the rest of the Saiyans, and then to Krillin, I just can't forgive him."

"I know what you mean." Trunks nodded in agreement, understanding what Tyson was feeling, but then his mind wondered elsewhere. "Still... I'm really glad Mira didn't interfere."

Thinking about it, the Supreme Kai of Time knew that was true, which was a bit odd to her. "You're right. They never did." she agreed as she crossed her arms, while Trunks looked down at her nervously.

"I can't imagine what they would've done." he said, while Tyson cracked his neck made some popping sounds, feeling that it was sorta out of place.

"Well I'm just glad they didn't. I don't think I could've done anything if they did." he stated honestly, knowing that he may still not be much of a match for Mira, despite the training he received from Vegeta before he left, but that got a serious expression back on his face. "But I'm sure that'll change next time around."

But then the Supreme Kai of Time realized something as she turned her head towards Trunks. "Didn't they say that they'll kill anyone who'll stand in there way?" she asked, surprising Trunks, and Tyson too when he overheard, remember Towa said the same thing to him last time. "I wonder why they didn't come out this time if that's what they meant."

"Who knows?" Trunks shrugged. "Maybe it's just a whim."

"Perhaps, perhaps..." the Supreme Kai of Time replied, waving it off quickly before smiling at the two boys. "But anyway, good job, you two!"

"Yes! Thank you!" Trunks thanked as Tyson managed to get up and smiled down at the pink goddess.

"Same here." he said, but then he felt his weak body getting the better of him again. "Although, after what I've just been through, I can really use a break."

"That's fine." the Supreme Kai of Time replied, smiling up towards the young Saiyan. "I was gonna say take one anyway. Why not go home for a little while to rest. Then come back to do some training again."

Hearing that idea, Tyson closed his eyes and smiled at the thought. "Yeah..." he nodded in reply. "I think I'll go do that. I haven't been back home in awhile anyway."

"I'll see you out then." Trunks chimed in as he escorted Tyson out of the Time Vault, but had to catch him when Tyson had a hard time going up the steps. "Whoa... Carefully there."

"Sorry..." Tyson apologized with a weak smile at the half-Saiyan. "I'm still a little winded here."

"Yeah... I can tell." he replied, but then he realized something. "Although, Tyson... Didn't you show me that you had two health restoring capsule before you left? You used one during the fight, but what happened to the other?"

"Oh... That..." he replied as he reached into his inner Gi pocket and took out that capsule Trunks mentioned. "I got it right here. I was planning to use it here in a bit."

"But, why didn't you use it during the fight?" Trunks asked, unsure as to why Tyson didn't use it when he looked like he really needed it.

"I had my reasons." Tyson answered as he put the capsule away, a serious expression returning to his face. "I'm not sure why, but when I heard what Frieza did to the Saiyans, I just couldn't think about using it. It was either I beat him with Goku with everything I had now or bust."

When Trunks heard that idea, he couldn't help but give Tyson a confused yet a look of disbelief. "That was the most stupid, and most riskiest, idea I've ever heard." he stated, but Tyson just closed his eyes and grinned like how Goku would.

"Yeah... I know." he replied as he and Trunks exited the Time Vault with Tyson chuckling loudly, while Trunks was probably rolling his eyes and just smiled.

Once the two boys had left the Time Vault, the Supreme Kai of Time took a seat on one of the chairs of Time Vault's center table with Tokitoki near her, noticing how deep in thought she was, making him coo in concern. In response, she gently stroke his glossy feathers, making him more relaxed as she continued to think to herself.

"The fight between those two is starting to change history. But it's too early for this." she stated before another thought came to her. "Could it be that there are others like them who can alter history?"

She thought about that idea for a moment, but soon after, she smiled and shook her head, believing that wasn't true. "Impossible..."

-The Chasm of Time-

However, at the same time the Supreme Kai of Time was thinking, somewhere in the chasm of time, a red haired figure with strange blue clothes was seen floating in the void of fragmented darkness, chuckling evilly to himself.

"Soon... Very soon..." he said in a deep yet malicious tone and grinned afterwards.

-Outside New West City, Planet Earth-

With the long and hard fight with Frieza in the past over with, Tyson, after using the health restoring capsule on himself, and having his clothes fixed up at the same time, was finally returning back to his home in his timeline on Earth. He was seen walking through some woods not far from New West City until he came across a small Capsule Corporation brand house, the one where you can move on the go really when in its capsule. A small gift from his sensei after Tyson decided to move out of living with him at his Dojo/home after he graduated school.

It was located near a cliff side, overlooking the ocean and the setting sun, bringing a smile to Tyson's face when he saw it. "Ah... Home sweet home." he said as he continued heading towards it, stopping once he was near the front door and opened it, heading inside to see the place hadn't changed since he left.

It had everything one could need. A living room with a kitchen next to it, a table for dining purposes near the living room and T.V., a bathroom in the back, and one bedroom, since this was only a big enough size for one person to live in anyway. It was also quite clean for a boy like Tyson living in it as he closed the door behind him and took off his shoes, showing he had black socks on and took a seat on his couch, letting a loud sigh of relieve upon doing so.

"Oh yeah..." he said as he picked the remote to his T.V. next to him and turned it on, checking out the daily news before channeling surfing for awhile.

However, as he channeled surf, he couldn't help but think back about what the Supreme Kai of Time said and how right she was. Towa was very clear to Tyson last time that she and Mira would have him erased if he or anyone tried to meddle in their plans again. If that was the case, how come they didn't come to stop him when he took on Frieza? All of this just got the young Saiyan curious. So strange... They were very clear about it, but how come they didn't see it through this time? he thought as he looked at the ceiling. Even if they did, what could I have done to stop them? I couldn't beat that big guy Mira. He was so powerful.

His mind then started to flashback on the fight he had with Mira and how much the evil future warrior had him outclassed. None of Tyson's attacks even fazed him, nor damaged him even the slightest. Not even the Kamehameha, his best attack, did anything but dirty his attire. Once he thought about it, Tyson clenched his fist tight as he felt anger course through him. Damn it all. he thought as he grit his teeth in rage. I spent so much time training with Krillin, Piccolo, and even Vegeta, but still none of that helped! Not even against...

Then his mind started to flashback on the earlier fight with Frieza, the tyrant Frost Demon, and all he could think was how outmatched he was against him. If it wasn't for Goku's help, he would've been dead already. Realizing that though, Tyson suddenly got up off his couch and clenched his fists even tighter, like he wanted to burst his energy, but couldn't unless he wanted to end up cleaning up his home. Eventually, he took a deep breath and calmed down, but then he grew a serious expression as he looked at his window to gaze out at the ocean sunset, finding it peaceful and serene. However, because it was so peaceful and serene, it made him think about what he had to do next.

I know...what I have to do now. he thought before he picked up the remote again and turned off his T.V., then slipped his shoes back on. I can't waste anymore time breaking. I need to get serious now. Now more so then ever.

Knowing what he had to next, Tyson proceeded walking towards his front door and opened it, closing it behind him though before walking out, a look of determination burning in his brown eyes. Not long after he left his house, he stood along the edge of the cliff, taking a good long view of the sunset over the ocean, feeling the rays and the wind hit him before he looked up at the orange-y sky, then back ahead. "...Time to get serious."

With that said, he then spiked up his energy and flew off towards the ocean with his resolve now stronger than ever. He knew he couldn't take it easy while time was in peril. So, instead of a break like the Supreme Kai of Time told him to take, he was heading back to Toki Toki City to find his mentors. It was back to training for the young Saiyan.
