A/N: I want to thank those again to those who left messages and for the patience as I tried to finish this chapter. This chapter is a late birthday gift to myself as I wanted to focus this chapter on one of my favorite ships. So this chapter mainly consists of how Luka and Kagami got together. So if you wish to wait until the next chapter then feel free to do so. And lastly, I apologize for any grammar issues. I haven't done a final check but will do so later.

Enjoy the chapter!

"Hello you two," Greeted Luka and Kagami.

Both Adrien and Marinette stared at the two shocked awe as they took the two in. Their friends looked different from the last time they saw them.

Luka stood there in all his rocker form. Relaxed to the max. He dressed in one of his common attire of charcoal black jeans but without the common rips and tears at the knees; bearing a sangria purple shirt under his iconic leather jacket and sporting his leather dress boots. Atop his head stood one of his many beanies with his messy blue-tipped hair fanning out the bottom. His traditional rings on his fingers and stud earrings, with a couple of silver rings giving a glint near the top of his ears. Though what stood out the most was the growing facial hair. And by the rocker gods, Luka was one hell of a sexy and handsome rocker man.

Glancing over to Kagami, she stood strong like she always had when they were younger. The fierce fencer that she was and still is but now had more of a rebellious look going on with some rocker touches in her attire. No doubt due to Luka's influence from his rocker life with the leather shoes and jacket she sported too. What added to Kagami's appearance was her hairstyle. They could make out that her short hair now contained multiple layers that stuck out into a small messy look with nightshade purple highlighting at the bottom giving her midnight hair the appearance of a walking dawn sky.

It simple terms, to Adrien and Marinette, Luka and Kagami were the hottest rocker couple out there. Sorry Jagged and Penny.

"Are you two going to continue drooling over us or are we going to catch up and talk?" Kagami asked, not even trying to hold back her smirk.

Luka's burst of laughter and snickering broke the spell as Adrien and Marinette shook their heads and playfully glared at the dark-haired couple.

"Well, could you blame us?" said Marinette, gesturing her hand to the two. "We haven't seen you two in a couple of years and you return with a full change from when we were pre-teens."

"Life will do that to you," said Luka, after calming down from his laughter.

Luka and Kagami walked forward, Adrien and Marinette moving as well to meet them in hugs and offering proper greetings.

"It's so good to have you two around again. Things haven't been the same since you two left to take care of your careers," said Marinette.

Then Adrien jumped in with a pout, though the playfulness was gleaming within, "And when were you going to tell us about you two being each other's mates and getting married?" Placing a hand on his chest, "I feel hurt."

Kagami lightly smacked his shoulder as she rolled her eyes at his theatrics. "Oh calm down drama king. You would have learned about it soon enough. I would have preferred until I had wedding invitations, but I guess that was never going to happen when I'm with someone like Luka."

She heard snickering and a pair of arms wrapping around her as she felt a firm chest press against her.

"And yet you still agreed to marry me," Luka said lightly and place a kiss against her cheek. His facial hair brushing against her skin sent a small tingle and spark.

Kagami turned and gave Luka a quick peck against his cheek before slipping out of his grip. "Alright, we better move along before this sneaky serpent distracts me in other ways." She side-eyes her fiancé, giving her musician lover a smirk.

Moving away from Luka, Kagami walked over to Marinette and intertwined their arms as both girls began walking up the grand staircase towards Adrien's bedroom.

Watching the girls depart, Adrien slide up next to Luka, both young men focused on their loved one walking up the stairs. The blonde alpha leaned his head close to the omega and whispered a question out of curiosity.

"How successful are you with your wooing with Kagami?"

"Majority of the time I'm successful." Luka looked down at the blonde and gave him a smile. "Why'd you ask?"

"You think you can give me some ideas to woo, my lady?"

Luka chuckled and patted Adrien's shoulder, "A dork and romantic like you? I think you got that part covered."

"Hey!" The blonde gave the musician a pout but then broke out in a chuckle. Luka was right. Most of the time his dorkiness brought some fun moments between him and Marinette. "Okay, fine. You're right. However," Adrien looked up the stairs to find the girls out of sight and then turned back to Luka. "Do you think you can help me with some courting ideas?"

A relaxed smile took place on Luka and wrapped his left arm over Adrien's shoulders.

"For you man, anything. Come on, brother. Let's head on up before the girls come for us. Knowing how much Marinette and Kagami can spend time talking, I think we have time to come up with some ideas."

Giving Luka a grin with eyes beaming in gratitude, Adrien and Luka headed up the grand staircase and up to his bedroom where they indeed found the girls in deep conversation. Marinette and Kagami sat beside each other at Adrien's desk, all three screens displaying multiple windows of dress designs. On the surface of the desk, Marinette already had pages of sketch paper cluttered around as she currently sketched while both bounce ideas off each other.

Shaking his head, Luka continued forward and walked his way to the couch near the center of the room, Adrien right behind him. Both men took each outer corner of the L. The musician removed his leather jacket, his purple short sleeve shirt seeming brighter against the sunlight, his tattoos coming into display, and laid down until his back rested between the corner of the armrest that met the back of the furniture. Adrien followed in a similar fashion, leaning back until he rested against the back of the couch and propped his feet on the center coffee table.

"Feeling jet-lagged at all?" asked Adrien, starting a small conversation with the man he viewed as an older brother.

"Surprisingly not much," Luka answered as he pushed himself up a bit more to comfortably look at Adrien while they talked. "Nothing bad compared to other more extreme flights I've had in the past. Not sure how Kagami could do it with her past travels for competitions overseas. Or Jagged when heading overseas for concerts."

"Speaking about Jagged, digging the facial hair, man. Looking more like your rocker father since the last I've seen you."

The young musician groaned as he rubbed his hands along his face, his muffled voice echoing between the two.

"Don't say that man," Adrien could hear a small muffled chuckle beneath Luka's hands, "If my old man heard that he'd be giddy for the next few weeks. Jagged still sends me random calls or texts saying how happy he is that he has a child following in his footsteps."

The day he learned that Jagged was his biological father rocked the boat, but it turned out well after having a one on one chat with Jagged. Even though he grew up without a father figure through the majority of his childhood, it turned out to be a nice change as he and his father found some similarities in taste they had. Plus, it helped to have Jagged and Penny there for guides on the matter of the industry.

Rubbing his palm along his jaw and upper neck, "As for the facial hair that was an accidental and recent change. Nothing near me showing off as Jagged Stone's child, but more as me getting lazy to shave when I don't have a huge reason to. Usually, I'd shave for the sake of looking decent for Kagami, but it happened during one of her competitions where she was gone for a week. So I skipped out on shaving and like some men, me being one of them. My facial hair grows fast."

Luka pushed himself up until he was sitting and looked straight at Adrien.

"So, here I am at our apartment, chilling in the living room playing my guitar and working on some lyrics, my beard not as thick as I have it now, and then enters Kagami back early from her competition. She didn't notice at first when I greeted her but the moment she turned and her gaze fell onto me, she froze and her eyes went wide as she kept staring at me. It wasn't hard to see her gaze drop to my unshaved face.

"Knowing that this was the first time she's seen my facial hair grow than what she's used to and thinking she didn't like it, I stood up from the couch and was preparing to head to the bathroom to shave when the damn rocket that was Kagami slammed into me. We fell onto the floor with her on top of me and she pulled us into a full kiss that was a blessing from missing her for the time she was gone. We found out that day of her attraction to me having a beard."

Both men broke out in laughter.

"Sometimes I mess with her and say I'm gonna shave it all off before she threatens me about removing it. Though I don't even wish to try cause when she slammed into me was like a force I never thought she possessed."

Luka laid back against the couch, "But enough about my facial hair," he chuckled, "How have you been since I've been gone?"

Adrien bent his head back and gave a groan, "Too much, Luka. Especially recently. Have you seen the news lately?"

"I'm not one to really watch the news. Usually, if it's important enough I hear about it through Kagami, family, or someone from the studio. I try to stay away from anything stressful really."

"Welp, you've known I've had a crush on Marinette since we were pre-teens which turned out amazing since she returned my affections." Luka nodded informing he was following along, "Good news is that Marinette and I turned out to be destined, however, let's just say our maturity of our cycles could have had better timing."

His friend burst out laughing, patting his hand against the couch cushion.

"Oh man, that must have been quite a ride for the both of you."

"It was insane. My parents staged a photoshoot with Marinette and made a special attractive magazine just for me which was heavenly but also embarrassing. Then, when Mari went into hers my parents locked me up with her. My parents!"

Luka burst out into another fit of laughter, trying to breathe air into his lungs as his mind tried to create imagery of Adrien yelling at his parents trapped behind a door.

"At least you had a proper heat room. When I went through my rut, my mother literally shipped me out on the Seine. She sent my old man and he was the one stuck with me for those three days. Though surprisingly him playing music on his guitar soothed me down throughout the experience."

"Let's make a pack now that neither of us will do anything similar to our kids when they go through their cycle at that age."

Both boys sealed it with a shake, "I'll agree to that."

The boys looked over to check on the girls, finding them still focused on their own private conversation. Luka gazed at Kagami fondly at the pure joy that she radiated beside Marinette. He was glad that she finally returned to be surrounded by her closest friend. Sure he knew that she cherished Adrien and himself, but he knew deep down that she enjoyed having that special girl time with Marinette.

"I don't think I can recall ever seeing you smile like that."

Luka snapped out of his gaze and looked over at Adrien, finding him smiling happily at the musician. Then he looked back at Kagami.

"I'll be honest, I can't remember a time where Kagami was this truly happy," Adrien turned back to Luka. "I'm really glad she has you, Luka. I can tell you're happier too."

The dark-haired omega gave a sideways smile and closed his eyes. What his friend spoke was the truth. He never felt happier until the day the universe had the two of them collide.

"I feel like the luckiest man on earth. I couldn't imagine what my life would be like if I hadn't met Kagami. It was just a lucky chance of convenience that we ran into each other that day."

"What was it like meeting Kagami for the first time? Was she feisty like I knew her to be?"

Luka rubbed his index finger along his chin as he closed his eyes in deep thought. Then a smile pulled along his lips.

"Yea, you can say that. Headstrong and a little spitfire she was." He took a deep breath through his nose and sighed, his face relaxing as the memory soared through his mind. "We first met at the park."

~Two Years Ago~

The day's weather was cool with breezes chilly but on the mild side. It was still nice enough of a day for Parisians to enjoy the day for outdoor activities.

With the day being considered one as nice and perfect; Luka found himself walking along the city sidewalks and taking in the early afternoon breeze. It was a perfect opportunity to roam around the city and find the inspiration he needed for some song lyrics. Carrying his trusty guitar since he was a young child, Luka held a small leather journal in his left hand.

An old and tattered leather journal that had seen better days, but it was the old trustworthy book that held pages of magic that contained all the emotions the young musician could engrave in words.

And with that same book, he would need to write up a few hit singles if he wished to be taken on by the recording company that approached him at his mother's boathouse. He was beginning to believe that having a website to post his original songs were becoming useless and a waste of time, even beginning to look into other means of recognition to get his name out. Who would have thought that the moment he was about to turn bottom was the moment that something good was going to happen?

Even more surprising was how the recording company found his site. Never in a lifetime would Luka have believed that his father, a rock and roll legend, would be the one to steer people who could make his career take flight. A father he had no clue about when he was sixteen, but one he learned to accept and could rely on for ideas and help with his musical creations. Jagged Stone may have not known he existed before the past two years and maybe on the bit of crazy, but he was a man that Luka had come to embrace within his life.

A man who took up the role of a father rather well. The older rock star legend taking pride in having a child following in the footsteps of the music industry.

Luka softly chuckled to himself as he came upon the entrance to one of the city parks, previous memories subsiding as he entered through the small iron gate entrance. The multitude of sounds blending into various melodies in the Parisian air.

Walking along one of the pathways, Luka silently took in his surroundings; watching fellow Parisians among the enormous city park. Children running around as parents watched from a safe distance, others taking in the small amenities offered along the multiple pathways that covered along the entirety of the park. A few taking advantages of the weather to jog along to the beat of their own music. It was a perfect symphony filled with rhythms for him.

Catching an open spot near one of the park's trees, Luka weaved through a group of joggers and settled on the freshly cut grass. Setting his guitar case and journal down, he removed his black woolen trench coat. Taking in the lighter comfort of his dark navy long-sleeved shirt, Luka stretched against the bark of the tree. Straightening his black beanie above his head, the young musician hummed in relaxation as he lay back against the tree and looked out along the views of the park.

Feeling another drift of breeze coasting through the park, Luka closed his eyes as he let himself become one with the tunes of his surroundings. This was what he needed. Surrounded by his element of sound.

Listening to the various sounds around him, he reached for his journal beside him and opened it up to the next empty page. Letting the different tones play through the air, Luka let the inspiration float as his hand began writing down words like the flow like the nearby calming river.

Minutes passed by, the park still bustling with the life of fellow Parisians. The breeze picked up slightly, kicking the fallen leaves on the ground to scatter as it added to the musical tune beating around the young musician. Tapping his pen against the journal, letting the lyrics float through his head, the sound of shuffling brought him out of his thinking when he felt another presence stand beside him.

"Shit."

He looked up to find a young woman looking down at him startled and nervous. Though what captured his attention were the golden caramel gaze that locked with his cerulean blue.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't know anyone was acquiring this space."

Luka snapped out of his spacey haze and gathered his surroundings again and looked and the teen. She looked breathless and nervous. His default of helping others kicking in as he took the opportunity to help the girl out.

"It's alright," Luka shuffled aside and signaled the young woman to sit down. The wall of bushes and trees obscuring them from most wondering eyes. Partially secluded as Luka enjoyed. "Come, sit."

The teen quickly sat down and rested against the tree beside him. Taking a moment to rest, she took deep breaths and closed her eyes.

"Is everything okay?" Luka asked, taking a moment to glance the woman over. She appeared younger than him, possibly two years at most. Her skin looked soft with a light splatter of freckles that coated her cheeks and her midnight hair slightly disheveled, probably from running. Appraising her attire, she sported dark leggings, a thick skirt, and protected by an overcoat he was sure to cost a couple hundred with a set of boots to match in color to the coat.

The young woman looked over at him, giving him a shy smile, blushed cheeks he was unsure if they were due to the running or from slight embarrassment.

"Yes, thank you. I'm sorry for intruding on you but I saw the wall of foliage and wasn't expecting to find anyone else in this spot."

"I can assure you you're not intruding. Though may I ask what you're running from? You looked nervous a couple of seconds ago."

The girl chuckled while trying to straighten her disheveled hair, "Running away from responsibilities and expectations."

"Ah, an all too familiar quality of mine. Then again, I was always viewed as someone on the rebellious side. They would never think of me as a calm and chilled guy." He heard her chuckle, earning him a smile that he took in pride at being able to brighten her mood. "Feel free to stay as long as you need to. Chilling with a friend seems like something you need."

"Oh, now we're friends?"

Luka looked over to find the girl smirking, eyes gleaming with mirth. The musician smirked back, "Well of course. Since friends help each other out, it's only fair that we bump our status from strangers to friends."

She smiled and held out her right hand, "I'm Kagami Tsurugi."

Luka set his journal down and reached his right hand out to meet hers, "Pleasure to meet you Kagami. Luka Couffaine."

"Pleasure. Again, thank you for letting me hide out with you."

"Not a problem. Hopefully, you don't mind music. I was working on some lyrics for my upcoming album."

That seemed to perk Kagami's curiosity.

"Are you a professional musician?"

She watched him shrugged and gave a sheepish smile, and rub the back of his neck.

"Uh, hopefully...if I can manage writing a few singles that are. I've got a couple more days left before I have to resent, but I have some ideas but nothing fully set quite yet."

Luka watched Kagami move closer beside him, the movement making his heart beneath his chest jump in unexpected excitement. He couldn't explain why his body felt giddy at having her closer, but kept it to himself, not wanting to risk losing her company.

"Mind playing for me?" Her eyes gleaming with an unfamiliar spark that the musician couldn't name.

Wordlessly, Luka set aside his journal and picked up his guitar and started to strum into verse after verse of melodies he's created the past couple of days. A few times breaking out into a hum that coasted along with the notes of the guitar.

Through the minutes that they shared in silence, only the music created between his fingers and the strings of his instrument, Luka slowly picked up the energy of awe and wonder. The aura in sought of comfort and freedom. A seeking for abnormality. The impression of wanting to be understood but unsure or unable. His fingers gliding along the grooved strings as they tried to match the feelings around him.

When he began slowing to a stop, he looked over to find Kagami's eyes closed, a soft smile across her lips as small silent tears fell down her cheeks. It floored him to find her change, mainly the aura he no doubt knew was coming from her. Her posture was more relaxed and her entire body simply looked at peace. At that moment, Luka was positive he was playing what Kagami felt in her heart; the overwhelming burdens in her life, but the longing for peace and freedom in her heart.

As the notes came to a close, Kagami opened her eyes, staring at the grass as the music faded away with the light breeze around them.

"That was beautiful," she said softly, "It's like you were able to play exactly how I feel."

"You must have quite the expectations to feel so overwhelmed."

She gave him a nod, a tight and strained smile, "It comes with the pride of my family. We come from a long line of power and alphas. All the alphas in my family are held to high standards, especially with our long history of competitive sports." Kagami wiped away the tears from her cheeks and looked back at Luka. "What about you? Where's your rank lie?"

Luka set his guitar down inside the case, "My rank is that of an omega. Most likely inherited from my father's side. Both my mother and sister are betas, but I guess I was the one to gain the omega status. But it makes sense due to my calming and nurturing side."

"Makes sense, counting that you're helping me and all."

"And it's something that I'm not regretting one bit."

The gaze he gave Kagami, there was a hidden emotion that was floating between them that caused a blush to fall on Kagami.

"Ms. Tsurugi!"

The shout nearby jerked the two from their growing intense gaze as Kagami looked behind her, hearing the sounds of footsteps rushing around.

"Looks like my time is up," she breathed out. Looking back at Luka, "I have to go."

"Can we see each other again?"

She saw the pleading in his eyes and she smiled.

"Can I have your pen, please?"

Luka reached for his pen and handed it to her. Taking his wrist, Kagami pulled up his sleeve and wrote a line of numbers with a heart below. When finished, she handed the pen back to him. Before standing up, she moved forward and wrapped her arms around Luka, resting her head on his shoulder. She felt him wrap his arms around her petite body, feeling the warmth he provided below the thick coat she wore.

"Thank you, Luka. For everything. You're the only one who seems to understand me."

"I promise things will get better, Kagami. You're strong, keep that strength."

He felt her shift and a pair of lips press against his cheek. The touch sent a thrill through Luka, the softness and tenderness from her lips sent a spark in him that he had never felt with anyone else before. A longing to keep hold of her and wrapped in his arms so she could refrain from the life that seemed to constrict her.

All too soon, he felt Kagami release the hug and walk back towards the dirt path. Giving one last glance to him, she gave him a soft smile before rushing over towards the voices calling for her name. And he stood there, already missing her presence that brought a light he couldn't begin to describe during her time with him. It took everything in him to not run after her.

Her aura still lingered and hovered around him, the feelings he swears he could hear in her heart still played in the area. Notes forming in his head as he subconsciously started humming until lyrics were whispered through his lips.

"And I'd give up forever to touch you...'Cause I know that you feel me somehow…" his voice sung softly.

Hearing the words, a smile slid across his face as lyrics began forming into the song he was looking for.

"You're the closest to heaven that I'll ever be, and I don't want to go home right now."

Quickly, Luka sat back down and grabbed his journal and began writing the song he had been waiting for. The perfect song from an unexpected but miraculous chance of fate. Luka glanced over at the spot where Kagami had disappeared moments ago, the smile still stretched out as his heartbeat at the thought of her.

"My Song."

"Wow. You know, I always worried about Kagami when we were younger. Her life has always felt hectic and demanding. Did you get to see her again shortly after?"

"No, but it didn't stop me from texting her a day or so later. We were both constantly busy after meeting each other so we never got a free moment to meet up. However, the day that my single debuted was the day that sealed our fate together."

Kagami flung at her opponent as their saber was knocked to the side, the sound of the couch's voice shouting victory, swinging their hand toward her. Stepping back from her stretched position, Kagami placed her epee under her right arm as she raised her hands to remove her helmet. She released a sigh, sweat dripping down the side of her face as she smiled in joy at another win.

Her opponent, Alexandar, approached her. Helmet held underneath his left arm, he smiled and held out his right hand.

"Excellent game, Kagami. Congratulations on another win."

Kagami placed her helmet beneath her left arm and shook his hand.

"Thank you, Alexandar. You're improving yourself."

"Yea, well, not enough to beat a Tsurugi." - they giggled- "But it's always a pleasure to spar with you. However, another time. I have to head out for a family gathering. Until next time, Kagami."

"Have a good day, Alexandar. Until next time."

The two waved and went their separate ways. Kagami making her way towards some of her team members, a majority of them gathered in a huddle. Approaching closer, she could make out them hovering over one of their phones.

"What are you guys doing?" she asked, curious at what gathered all their attention.

One of the girls looked up with giddiness, "A new song was released today and it's been taking over as one of the top hits on the radio today. Not too sure of the artist though I'm assuming they're new. But the song is absolutely wonderful."

"I don't know who he is, but the song he wrote is about a special someone. Whoever that special someone is, is one lucky person. It's like I can feel the singer's emotions from here."

Walking closer to the group, the sound of music grew louder. Familiarity taking hold as Kagami took in the tune that was playing through the phone's speaker.

A gasp drew through her lips as she picked up the familiar tune from the day Luka played for her. The music that represented her. Standing there, her teammates unaware of the emotions running through her as they looked back at the phone, Kagami listened to the lyrics that echoed out as her teammate replayed the song, everyone whispering the lyrics along, but letting the singer's voice take priority.

"And I'd give up forever to touch you

'Cause I know that you feel me somehow

You're the closest to heaven that I'll ever be

And I don't want to go home right now"

She could remember how she longed to stay in his arms. Not wanting to head back home and deal with the consequences she knew she was going to endure from her family. How she desired to turn back and return into Luka's arms the moment her family's limo came into view.

"And all I can taste is this moment

And all I can breathe is your life

And sooner or later it's over

I just don't wanna miss you tonight"

And she did miss him. That moment she was driven out of the park and back towards her home she began missing the omega. Missing him is the hardest thing and she couldn't explain why an omega like him of all people in her life, she desired the most.

"And I don't want the world to see me

'Cause I don't think that they'd understand

When everything's meant to be broken

I just want you to know who I am"

Maybe that was her fear. The fear of her family not accepting a man like Luka and not understanding that her heart desired him. What if these feelings were false? Should she throw caution out and go with the flow because of her heart?

She couldn't deny it. Her heart wanted to know more about him. It's crazy to feel attraction to a man she just met, but she was the one that always said to never hesitate.

"And you can't fight the tears that ain't coming

Or the moment of truth in your lies

When everything feels like the movies

Yeah you bleed just to know you're alive"

That was it. She had to see him.

Spinning on her heels, Kagami ran to her duffle bag and dug on her phone. She opened her contacts and selected Luka's name.

K: Luka, where are you? I need to talk to you.

Thankfully she didn't have to wait long for his response as she saw the bubbles appear on the screen.

L: At the park. The one where we first met. Is everything okay?

Stuffing her phone in her fencing uniform pocket, she left her bag and equipment behind and took off in a run and outside of the academy.

The park wasn't too far and she knew she could make it to the park in a few minutes. Knowing she still had fencing to train for and her family's car not available until the end of her lesson, it was the only chance she had to see him without her family knowing of her location. She wasn't sure about the whole destined mate and she didn't care if it were true or not, but here was her chance at possibly having someone who could be one and more.

There was a moment where Adrien's words echoed in her mind that sometimes you just have to follow your heart and take the risks. As she ran she held those words close and took the leap to listen to her heart. Hearing the rings of incoming messages muffled from her pocket gave her an idea that it was probably Luka texting her. It most likely didn't help that she hadn't responded back to him.

Rounding the corner to the park, Kagami up to the iron gate entrance and jogged up one of the dirt paths. Following the urge and instincts lead her, she followed the path that led her to a familiar location.

Rounding another corner, there sitting on a nearby bench close to their spot a few feet away, sat Luka hunched over staring at his phone. Dressed in a long-sleeved shirt, the sleeves bunched up to his elbows, dark jeans, and boots, various types of bands wrapped around his wrist. And the all too familiar beanie on his head with his bangs hanging out and over his eyes. She could see his expression, his brows furrowed and worried as he continued staring at the phone.

"Luka!"

She saw Luka turn and stand up when he saw her running towards him. Tossing his phone on his bag, Luka ran up to meet her halfway.

"Kag-"

He felt her body slam into his and her arms wrap around his waist, her head resting near his shoulder. Instinctively, he wrapped his arms around her, holding her close.

Softly, he whispered, "Kagami. Are you alright? You're worrying me."

He felt her lift her head away from his body and glance up to him. He could see silent tears slipping down the side of her face like the first day they met when he played his music for her. Seeing the tears made him worry.

"Kagami, wh-"

"Was that song for me?"

He blinked as he let her words sink in.

"Was that song about us?"

He could see the emotions clear reflecting in her eyes. And it wasn't hard to see one, in particular, bleed forward the most. Hope.

"Yes."

Luka felt her grip tighten around him and it sent a wave of confidence through him.

"I have never met anyone that had captured my heart as you have. You hold so much life inside of that heart of yours even though you deal with this struggling and overwhelming pressure built around you. There's a longing for acceptance that is clear as a note to me. You're a melody that I'm longing to learn and love."

He raised his hand and brushed some tears away with his thumb.

Looking back, his eyes holding hers, "I know you feel something as I feel the same. Who knows what it is that we're feeling and who knows what's gonna happen. But right now if there's anything I know, it's that you're my song, Kagami. And I would love nothing more than for you to be my melody."

The next thing he felt was her lips against his. Felt her arms move from his waist to around his shoulders as she pulled him down and closer, his own arms pulling her in a tighter embrace.

For each other, it felt like a sanctuary. Each other safe within the arms of the other. Their embrace never wavering as they clung to one another and trying to make up the longing that was between them from that first day.

He felt the familiar spark run through him as a wave of Japanese cherry blossoms and gardens overtook his senses. It was a breathtaking aroma that felt so soothing and home. The smells of his song.

She felt a spark soar through her body like nothing she's ever experienced before. Thought before she could focus on the tingling a new aroma filled around her that caused her to sink further into the kiss. A wave of leather and moonlit rainwater.

Breaking apart for much-needed air, the two took in the new individual smell. Looking at each other, a set of gold met white-blue.

Standing in silence as they took everything in, it didn't take much longer before the revelation hit them both.

The smile that stretched across Luka's face was one of pure joy and his own set of tears gleamed down his face.

"My Melody," he whispered.

He watched as another new set of tears fell from Kagami as she moved her hands from his shoulders. One laid above the spot of his heart and the other resting against his cheek.

"My song," he heard her whisper back.

Adrien sat across from Luka in awe. It was the first time he heard about Kagami's destined and the story was better than he imagined.

"That's amazing. I remember Kagami mentioning that she experienced her destined pheromones early, but she never told me the story of her meeting her destined."

"It's still one of my most cherished memories," said Luka. "I feel thankful constantly that she came to me that day. It's an adventure that I'm still enjoying today."

He watched as the blonde alpha glanced over at the girls a few feet away. Luka knew he was looking at Marinette, the loving smile crossing Adrien's face being all too familiar with one's he's sent to Kagami.

"I know Kagami's family can be a bit...much. But was it worth all the obstacles and risks?"

Luka glanced over to the girls, though his eyes fell upon Kagami's form instantly. The pure smile and laughs escaping through her as she looked so at ease and peace. Her strength that he knew she possessed shining through like the sun even after two years of love and first year of struggles with her family's acceptance.

He didn't hold back the proud smile he held for her as he took in the incredible woman a few feet away from him.

"Yea, man. She was worth every obstacle and risk. And it's only made me love her more."

A/N: Thank you to everyone who leaves comments and kudos. You all are amazing! If you need more to read while you wait for the next chapter, I recently started a new fic called Lights In The Dark. It's a How To Train Your Dragon fic, but I'm always up for feedback.

Anyways, again, thanks for reading and I'll see you all next chapter :3
