Dean finished puking and sat back on his heels. There clearly was nothing left to come up, yet his stomach still felt like it wanted to climb up his throat. He moaned piteously, wiping a hand over his sweaty face.

"Dean..."

"No," Dean pointed at Sam who was standing in the bathroom doorway. "Don't say a word. This is all your fault." Dean shifted around as his aching knees protested.

"But.."

"Uh uh," Dean mumbled, "You made me try sushi for the first time and now look at me..." The afflicted man lunged for the porcelain bowl again, dry heaving this time.

When he finished, the younger Winchester grimaced in sympathy and tried again. "Dean, it couldn't have been..."

"Raw fish, Sam! You made me eat raw fish."

Sam shook his head. "One, I didn't force you, and two, I only ordered cooked."

Dean groaned and clutched at his sore belly. "Why did I say yes? Shoulda stuck with a burger joint."

"Hey, people can get sick from burgers too! Look, it couldn't have been the sushi, Dean. We ate the same thing."

"Then how can you not be sick?" He rested his head in his hands.

"I'm not sick because it WASN'T the sushi."

Using his left hand to push upward, Dean climbed to his feet. He wobbled toward Sam and then patted him on the shoulder as he passed. "You keep telling yourself that."

"Dean..." Sam's stomach suddenly twisted and gurgled loudly. "Uh oh." He pushed further into the bathroom, dropping to his knees to await what was coming. He heaved.

"I told you it was the sushi!" Dean triumphantly croaked from down the hallway.

Sam reached over and slammed the door then wallowed in his own misery.
