Underground Desert Temple Search

"Huh, Lucy, are you sure this is where one of the clock pieces is here?" Natsu asked as he and the group are standing on the desert.

"This has to be it where I got from the book." Lucy assured this was the location for one of the clock pieces.

"Really? Because it looks like they're nothing for miles away." Happy pointed out.

"And the heat is a little too much for me." Nymph fanned herself.

"Really? The heat doesn't seem to bother me." Ikaros said.

"Lucky you." Nymph muttered.

"How about we rest for a while and start searching for that temple." Romeo suggested.

"Great idea! Good thing I packed some snacks." Michelle hold up a picnic basket and everyone sat down enjoying the food she made.

Though Romeo and Nymph ate their share and started looking around to see if they can spot at least some form of small old building sight or something, then Romeo saw a faint shiny light.

"Uh, I think I saw something shiny over there." Romeo pointed to where he saw the shiny light.

"I saw it too and it's a little bright, but I think there is definitely something out there we need to check it out." Nymph said as she can see the distance further with her super-enhanced sight.

They informed the others about what they saw, finishing eating some of the picnic food, and are heading in that direction until they stop now seeing some sort of strange device.

"What do you think this looking thing is?" Happy asked.

"I'm getting a weird reading in this. It appears to be some kind of door though I'm not sure how we're going to unlock it." Nymph scanned the strange device.

"Okay, we'll need to think this carefully on how to get it open." Lucy said.

"Clear some room guys." Natsu said with his fist coated in fire.

"I will help as well, Master." Ikaros said readying her own fist as well.

"No wait, guys!" Lucy tried to stop them, but it was too late and they both punch the lock. However, their combined might didn't make a tiny dent and Natsu screams in pain of his bruised hand.

"It would seem this door is harder than we thought." Ikaros pointed out.

"Did you two honestly believe that wrecking the door was gonna help us? Geez." Lucy scolded and notice Ikaros's hand bruise though she isn't faze by it.

"Are you okay, Ikaros? That must've hurt when you punched the door." Lucy asked concern.

"I am alright, though it would seem I lack the sense of feeling pain for the most part." Ikaros explained.

"Hey guys, I think we just a keyhole." Nymph informed as Romeo and Michelle look at the keyhole.

"I guess whoever made this door wanted to be open can't be open by force like how Natsu and Ikaros couldn't break it down." Michelle theorized.

"That sounds like it, I bet even Natsu's strongest attack couldn't break it either." Romeo stated.

"Oh yeah, let me try again!" Natsu snapped.

"No, you're not going to punch it again. Besides, I bet I know someone who's totally cut out for this." Lucy winked and summon one of the Twelve Golden Celestial Spirits, Cancer.

Cancer dresses in a way reminiscent of a hairdresser, His hair is black and braided in red cornrows that end in a shape that resembles crab's pincers. Like Warren Rocko, he has thick lips. He always wears a blue striped shirt, and dark trousers with two aquamarine stripes each side, also wearing boots in his feet. In his pants there's a ring chain in the right pocket and a hairdresser tools' bag in the left side of his belt. He wears a golden necklace and it's commonly seen with his two main weapons: Scissors. The color of his eyes is unknown because Cancer always wears sunglasses with green lens. He also has six crab legs that appear from his back.

"Whoa, a carb man just appeared!" Nymph gasped.

"That is one of Lady Lucy's Celestia Spirits, they are good friends and battle together as one." Ikaros explained.

"What's up, baby." Cancer greeted.

"Do you think you can unlock this door for us, Cancer?" Lucy asked.

"These scissors are the lifeblood of a stylist: they're mode for cutting hair not picking locks!" Cancer reminded, feeling insulted that about using his scissors for this.

"This is terrible! I'm so sorry, this is all my fault! Please forgive me!" Michelle cried thinking there is nothing to do now.

"Damn, I'm a sucker for tears. Sure thing, baby." Cancer started picking on the lock.

"That was easy." Lucy surprised.

"Girls make us weak!" Happy stated, thinking of Carla makes him feel weak and happy.

"Does that mean you're weak for Lady Lucy, Master?" Ikaros asked.

"What, n-no, of course not." Natsu denied, looking away so that Ikaros doesn't see his blushing face.

Cancer finish picking the lock getting the door to turn as it opens before he goes back to the spirit world.

The door glows and the sandy ground beneath them shakes.

"Uh, guys… I'm getting a bad feeling about this." Lucy worried.

And the bad feeling proves to be right as Lucy and the group suddenly fell into a hole going through the sand as they fell 50-60 feet down until they hit the ground.

"Hey, is everybody all right?" Natsu groaned in pain.

"Aye." Happy responded.

"I'm still alive somehow…" Romeo groaned, relief to survive that fall.

"I thought we were goners…" Lucy exclaimed.

"There was a 21% chance of dying from that fall after dooring the door." Nymph mentioned.

"And you didn't tell us this why?" Lucy asked.

"We had the 79% chance of surviving it, so glad that worked out." Nymph said.

"Wait, where's Michelle?" Lucy worried.

"She is right here next to me." Ikaros said, revealed that Michelle's head and upper part of her body being buried in the sand while Ikaros's lower body in the same state.

Natsu, Happy, and Romeo pull Ikaros's up from the sand while Lucy and Nymph manage to get Michelle's head out of there.

"You're not hurt, are you?" Lucy asked.

"No, I'm okay. It appears as though the entrance was actually under the desert." Michelle pointed out and tons of sand pouring out of her mouth causing Lucy to scream.

"It appears this door is also sealed up since there is no where else to go." Ikaros pointed at the door.

"And it looks like it doesn't have a keyhole either." Happy added.

"Don't worry, solving puzzles like this is right up my ally. All we have to do is say the correct phrase and it'll open up." Lucy said.

"Open sesame." Lucy said, and nothing happen.

"Do you think maybe it's more than a phrase?" Nymph wondered.

"Hmm, could be, but I'm not sure what thought." Lucy tried to think of something that will get the door to open.

"Hey Romeo, why don't you try saying something to it." Natsu suggested.

"Uh, okay." Romeo shrugged and clear his throat. "Would you please open up for us, door?"

A second later, the door actually opened responding to Romeo's asking nicely.

"Wow, guess all we had to do was ask the door nicely." Happy surprised along with everyone in the group.

They walk into a weird-looking room and notice an object in the middle of the room with a familiar symbol.

"That's the Zentopia's emblem! I wonder why it's here." Happy pointed at the stone crest.

"It makes sense. You see, these ruins are known as the Holy Tomb, it's one of Zentopia's sacred sites. It's been mentioned in a ton of their historical documents and other church literature, but its existence was never prove, that is until now." Lucy explained.

"Wait, does that mean…" Michelle paused.

"We're the first people to step foot in these ruins!" Natsu finished the sentence.

"It also makes sense about the old men we met on the boat telling us not to go there because we might wreck the place." Nymph mentioned.

"Including the most likely chance that Master may end up destroying the place." Ikaros pointed out.

"Hey, don't treat me like I'm a ticking timebomb!" Natsu snapped and then the door they came through shuts.

"Oh no, we're locked in!" Romeo worried.

"Don't worry, I read a lot of adventure stories. When a hero gets locked in, they always find something that would open a secret door." Lucy bragged as she turns the crest and another door opens.

"Huh, that doesn't look like an exit." Nymph pointed at the creepy faces coming out on four sides.

"Those things are nasty." Romeo said.

"I think they're beautiful." Michelle said, shocking Happy.

Natsu tries burning the creepy faces, but his flames had no effect and the floor became hot because of Natsu's fire and the crest went down the floor as Lucy was about to turn it again.

It looked like our heroes have been crushed by the faces and pillars coming out of the walls as they slam into each other, but as they go back to the walls everyone exits out of the noses alive and safe.

"I never thought I would live to see the day that we would be saved by giant noses." Nymph commented.

"Tell me about it." Romeo exclaimed.

"How are we ever going to get out of this horrible place?" Michelle asked scared.

"Perhaps turning this the opposite way would help." Ikaros said turning the crest.

"Let's cross our fingers that it will work." Lucy said though Natsu is worry that something bad may happen again.

And he was right as the pillars came from above and the faces are closing in again only this time the noses are closed meaning, they can't hide in there to be save again.

"We need to think of something quick, you guys!" Natsu panicked and saw Lucy hiding inside her Celestia clock spirit, Horologium.

"What are you doing!" Natsu screamed.

"Escaping reality!" Happy said.

"Is it time for punishment ye, princess?" A woman asked sitting on one of the faces.

"What the heck is that?" Nymph asked surprise.

"That is Virgo, another of Lucy's spirit partners." Ikaros answered.

Virgo takes the form of a maid with shackles around her wrists, short, pink hair, and blue eyes. She wears a two-piece black bikini. Her human form is of a beauty with a petite body. Breasts sizes: E-cup.

"Hey Lucy, I kinda forgot, can Virgo come over here without you summoning her?" Natsu asked.

"Yes, she does that like Loke. The lady said in a panic voice." Horologium translated for Lucy as her voice can't be heard from the outside of the clock spirit.

"I came here because the princess is almost out of magic power." Virgo explained, while doing a couple of sexy poses making Natsu blush and Nymph a little jealous for some reason.

"Okay… but why are you wearing a bikini?" Romeo asked.

"What's the matter, don't you like girls in bikinis?" Virgo asked causing Romeo's face to steam up.

"Geez! Just make a hole in the floor already! She exclaimed impatiently." Horologium translated for Lucy.

"Very well; as you wish." Virgo said and use her magic to make a hole on the floor which send the group falling down through a deep cave.

"I wonder how the others are doing on finding the clock pieces?" Ikaros asked about the other Fairy Tail group.

"Maybe we can ask them that once we get out of this alive!" Natsu shouted.

(With Gray's Group)

"Damn it, not you again." Gray growled as he, Juvia, and Lyon are now facing Sugarboy who followed them into the temple.

"Come out, my doggies!" Sugarboy summoned his magic trapping Gray and Juvia in the green goo.

"Be careful, he's trapped you with his magic power!" Gray informed even though it was too late.

"Yeah, there's no escapin' my Dog Whistle magic! It's the tops, baby! That's how I control my hound dogs that got you all shook up!" Sugarboy bragged.

With that, Sugarboy use their opportunity to make his way to the end as Gray had no choice but to follow him to beat the living crap out of the groovy guy for messing with Fairy Tail.

A while later, Sugarboy continues running until he stops noticing that Gray isn't behind him anymore.

"If ol' snowbird was gonna catch up, it's now or never. Well, I guess he's all hat and no cattle." Sugarboy smirked, believing this day is his.

Then he looks forward and his eyes widen shock of seeing Gray is right in front of him.

"Hot dog…! I didn't even see him comin', man!" Sugarboy gasped.

"It certainly wasn't easy, but I caught up to you!" Gray said.

"So, you noticed these gates form one giant loop. Impressive, ice boy." Sugarboy commented.

"It's not too hard to figure out if you just pay attention." Gray said.

"I guess if I want you off my hide, I'll just have to settle things once and for all!" Sugarboy declared, using his magic to lift a rock.

"I'm about to beat the crap out of you, just like in Edolas!" Gray threw another magic rock.

The two collided and completed the loop which is the form of a giant Zentopia crest as it lights up and appearing in the middle of it one clock piece.

"You're not getting your hands in it, you hear me!" Gray declared as he takes off his shirt and jacket, leaving his chest expose and giving Sugarboy the wrong impression as his cheeks blushes a little.

(Back with Lucy's Group)

Everyone is alive and accounted as it was thanks to Ikaros and Nymph for carrying everyone down to safety and Virgo giving Lucy the Fleuve d'etoiles though with some new features too, but now they have to find which way to go in this weird room.

"This suck, I don't see a door anywhere." Natsu complained.

"Wow, check out these angry-looking statuses." Happy pointed.

"I think those are actually coffins." Michelle stated as Happy screams.

"I wonder if they have any switch to get us a way out." Nymph said.

"Well, considering what happened last time, we better not touch them. Although, that just makes me want to touch them even more." Lucy admitted.

Natsu is staring at one statue that looks like Gray with an angry expression almost like he's mocking the fire boy, Natsu let out his anger and punch the face off.

"What'd you do that for!" Lucy gasped.

"Sorry, that face just looks like Gray, so I couldn't help myself." Natsu chuckled.

A few seconds later, a giant boulder came rolling out of a large hole and they run for their life. Natsu try to destroy the boulder with his fire magic, but his attack didn't even make a dent in it.

"NATSU! YOU IDIOT!" Lucy shouted.

"I'M SORRY!" Natsu shouted apologized.

"Oh no, there are three bridges up ahead!" Happy pointed.

"How do we chose?" Romeo asked.

"Ikaros, you're going to have to carry Lucy and Michelle because we're going down!" Natsu pointed down.

"What? Natsu are you crazy!" Lucy gasped.

"Let's go." Ikaros said grabbing onto Lucy and Michelle.

"Do you need me to carry you?" Nymph asked Romeo.

"Don't worry, I'll be okay." Romeo assured.

Soon, Natsu and Romeo jump down while the flyers flew after them with Lucy and Michelle hanging onto Ikaros for dear life avoid the boulder which collided with another boulder causing them to shatter.

"Wow, that was actually a smart move, Natsu! We would have been pancakes." Happy said.

"Thanks, now let see what the bottom of this place looks like." Natsu said as he and Romeo use their fire magic to grab onto a rocky pillar to climb down while the others float down ahead.

Soon, everyone finds themselves in a strange place full of lit candles.

"Hey guys, where are we?" Romeo asked.

"It must be the lowest level of the tomb." Michelle guessed.

"Looks more like a city to me." Happy pointed out.

"It must be where monks who were here at the time guarded this place for their entire life." Nymph said.

"Yes, that's what according to legend says." Lucy nodded as they walk through the underground town.

Then Ikaros and Nymph sense something up ahead stopping the group.

"We're not alone." Ikaros glared up as everyone did and see two of Legion Platoon, Coco and Dan standing up high on a rocky hill.

KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!

Natsu and gang have found the sacred graveyard and underground city as it appears to be as they will find the other piece of the magic clock, but now they will have to deal with Dan and Coco who are after the same thing though something unexpected may happen to the two group.
