Chapter 1 - The New Guy
Adrien was excited. Finally, freedom away from the toxic relationship, being able to make and hang out with new people, have a normal life. He had combed his hair to perfect point of where it might woo some ladies, not a single lock of hair was out of place. His beautiful cologne stuck to his shirt. First impressions mattered massively to him.
Normally, he'd greet the Gorilla and Natalie whenever he went out (which was hardly ever), but today he didn't. Instead, he grabbed his bag and dashed away to start the first chapter of his new life. Through the long park and eventually stopping at some giant steps. This was it!
He went up the stony stairs and into the colossal school. He was quite shy, so this wasn't really going to be good. Every step he took, a new person appeared. All he knew was that he had to look out for Chloe Bourgeois, the brattiest person ever created. She may or may not have a thing for Agreste, but he wasn't bothered. He would only be bothered if he liked someone, cause he knew for a fact she would ruin the girl.
He went to the side, next to a red berry bench and decided to stay out of everyone's way. He wanted to know where Chloe was so he knew what he was doing. He whipped out his phone and played on it for a little bit. A message from the bratty snob popped up on his screen.
CHLOE: Sorry Adri-kins! I'm ill and I can't make it. I really want to see you :( , love you! See you tomorrow ;) xoxox
Obviously, she would act like this. He knew Chloe all of his poor life and she was like this from the very beginning.
He got snapped back to the present when he heard the loud ring of the bell. Slowly, he wondered to the room that was on his timetable and the nerves gradually built up inside his shaking body. Once he finally found where he needed to be, his hand started to tremble. He knocked on the tall door, waiting for someone to answer. And someone did. She was a tall lass, who looked and acted very professional. "Ah, are you Adrien Agreste?" she said with a silky voice. Adrien silently nodded and entered the classroom. It was very nerve wracking for him as he didn't know everyone, but everyone knew him.
"Adrien, go sit next to Nino." Miss Bustier said as she pointed to a cool guy. He had his little headphones hanging around his neck and a cap. Adrien headed over, sat down and introduced himself. "Hi! I'm Adrien." Nino nodded as he said, "I know. You're all my cousin goes on about. I'm Nino by the way."
"Sorry about that."
"So, you wanna have lunch with me and Alya? Maybe Marinette too if she's back."
Adrien smirked warmly at the generous offer and said, "Sure."

After the very long class, Nino dragged the model to their usual table. He bought out his tasty lunch bag. "I thought there was another person coming?" Adrien questioned. He looked around the crowded cafeteria. "You mean Alya? She won't be long. Wait, here she is!" Nino exclaimed dreamily. A gorgeous woman with incredible brown hair entered through the crowds and sat down beside her man.
"Hey. Adrien right?" she said with a croaky voice. The model agreed and asked if she was okay. She was, she just had a sore throat.
"Oh, Marinette won't be coming. She wants to be alone for a while." Alya said.
"Marinette?" Adrien questioned. The brunette smiled and said, "She's my best friend. Kindest person you'll ever meet. Yous two will probably get on very well."
"How did it go at the doctors? Do you know?" Nino quickly chipped in.
"Sabine said they still don't know. They think it could be-"
"I'm lost. What's going on?" said Adrien. Alya took a deep breath and summarised the issue. This made Agreste's pretty eyes open more. He started to pay more attention to everyone around him. Really, she didn't deserve all of this. Especially at 14!

Finally, it was the end of the day! As much as everyone can admit to hating it, Adrien actually enjoyed it. He never realised how different it was to being homeschooled. He made friends. That's all he wanted. He's starting his new life and he's enjoying it.
"Yeah. See you tomorrow guys." Adrien waves as he walked to the park. He decided to chill for a bit. Mainly so he didn't have to face the cruelty that was his father.
In the park, sat three dark green benches. On the end one, next to a fresh bakery, sat a small woman. Her raven hair was split into two cute pigtails, she wore original clothes that she magically sewed up. Beauty was her name. She sat with her hair hung low, staring at a book. Her head constantly lifted up, down and all around. She was busy sketching.
A handsome model walked in and sat beside her. He sighed and said, "Nice day, huh?" He looked to see that she still had her head down. Adrien's eyes blinked and he tried by introducing himself. "Hi! I'm Adrien." Her head still hung low. She just wasn't answering him. This made him a little annoyed. Finally, he tapped her shoulder, which made her jump. She looked up at him. Her eyes were as blue as the sky, she had cute freckles dotted around her cheeks and her lips parted slightly. Adrien stared lovingly at her beautiful eyes and shook himself back to reality when he saw her hand waved at him before she looked back down at her sketch pad. "So, what's your name?" he asked.
Her head hung low again.
"You know, I'm trying to be nice here! Urgh, you're just like my father!" he exclaimed angrily. Adrien's father tended to ignore him a lot and that really made him angry.
Then, she finally raised her head up. She saw his muscular hands flying with frustration as he stood up to walk away. Before he could officially storm away from her, she grabbed his arm. She handed him a piece of fresh new and folded paper and walked away with no explanation. He unfolded the paper to see a beautiful scenery picture of the Eiffel Tower that had a night sky in the background. Every floor of the tower, every star, every lamppost, every tree had its little detail and it definitely defined the city of Paris. At the bottom of the paper, had some little writing. Her handwriting was stunning. He read the message.
'I'm sorry if I offended you. I had no idea what you were saying to me. I'm deaf.
