Soos lead everybody to a specific location. "We're heading to the arcade, why?" Asked Stan. Soos turned to him.
"I told you guys, I was going to bring you dudes someplace to have some fun on our day off!" Soos opened the door to the arcade, letting everybody else in. "This is it dudes. My favorite place in Gravity Falls! Everything I know, I learned right here." Soos, Mable, and Stan walked off somewhere, while Dipper and Wendy split up from everybody else. Cassie looked over a guy's shoulder at a game near the front of the store.
"It really does show Bill Cipher." She whispered.
"Huh?" Asked the guy.
"Nothing!" Cassie quickly ran to catch up to the others.
"When my house was haunted, I learned how to eat ghosts." Cassie got back to the group just in time to hear that. Soos continued leading the group a little. "And this thing taught me how to dance." The four looked at McGucket, dancing like crazy on the machine.
"Whoohoohoo, hahaha! I've been jigging for seven days straight!" Mable picked up the cable for the machine, realizing it was unplugged.
"Uh, Soos?" She asked. The group looked at the machine to see that it had a big 'Out of Order' sign on it. McGucket laughed. Soos grabbed the cable and dropped it on the floor.
"Let him have this." Stan walked away from the group and looked at a game.
"Huh?" The game prompted him to insert a token. Stan dug one out of his pocket, and put it in.
"Congratulations! You Win!" Proclaimed the machine. Stan smiled, but quickly frowned again as the machine returned to prompting him to put in a token. He growled.
"I'm going to go see where Wendy and Dipper got to." Said Cassie. She walked away from the group, heading to the back corner where the oldest of games resided. She heard some old 8-bit music coming from around the corner, then turned it to see Wendy and Dipper.
"Oh, oh! Watch out!" Said Dipper. Cassie walked up as they continued playing. "Ooh! Cutscene!"
"What are you guys playing?" Asked Cassie.
"Dr. Karate! You killed my father again!" Proclaimed the character on screen. Another guy appeared and just growled. "You take that baaackkkkk!" The screen changed to the fight. Cassie looked up. "Fight Fighters?" Wendy and Dipper began playing quickly, fighting each other as ruthlessly as possible.
"Go go go!" Said Dipper. He pressed buttons rapidly, landing a long combo and taking the match.
"K.O.!" Claimed the game. "The winner, Rumble McSkirmish!"
"Winners don't lose!" Claimed the character.
"What?" Asked Wendy. She looked at Dipper. "You cheated."
"You take that back!" Mimicked Dipper, before laughing.
"Round 2!" Called the Game.
"I'm gonna punch the ref." Said Wendy. She didn't move her character and just kept pressing attacks.
"Let's gang up on him!" Said Dipper. He began launching random attacks too, neither of them really doing anything. Cassie sighed.
"I'll leave you two to it." She started walking away, only to notice Robbie nearby. He finished hanging up his poster before turning to her. "Hey."
"Sup?" He asked, before he turned to Wendy and Dipper, who were laughing. He walked up. "Wendy!" He said, putting his arm around her. "Wasup babe?" He held some of what he was putting up. "Yeah, just putting up some flyers for my band. I'm lead guitar. No biggie."
"Are you wearing mascara?" Asked Dipper, gesturing to the poster. Robbie looked down, then glared at Dipper.
"Uh, it's eye paint, for men."
"Oh, hey Robbie." Wendy finally replied. "Dipper was just showing me this great game!"
"Ah, yes, sweet, sweet." Robbie quickly went behind Wendy and nudged Dipper out of the way. "Hey, how's about you sit this one out, kay champ?" Robbie cracked his knuckles. Cassie laughed quietly.
"He really doesn't know anything about how to act around others, does he?" She wondered.
"But, we just started this round." Complained Dipper.
"Whoa whoa whoa, hey! Relax, man! I'm just trying to spend a little bit of time with my girlfriend, alright?"
"It'll just be one round." Reassured Wendy.
"Round 3! Fight!" Wendy and Robbie begin to fight as Dipper looks between them, watching sadly.
"So hey, I'm going camping tomorrow with my dad." Said Wendy. "So, I won't be around."
"Oh, cool, cool. Hiyah!" The screen flashed brightly as the two laughed. Robbie wrapped an arm around Wendy and glared back at Dipper, before turning back to laugh with Wendy.
"Opponent sighted!" Said the game as Dipper glared at Robbie. "Fight!"
"Here we go." Said Cassie. She walked up to Dipper. "Calm down for just a moment, okay? This is going to spiral out of control quickly."

Everyone was sitting at the table, playing poker for crackers. Mable set her cards down. "King me!" She laid down her pair, which matched with the two already on the table. Everyone but Cassie started complaining and groaning about how Mable was winning as she laughed.
"It's not fair! She doesn't even know what we're playing!" Said Stan.
"Go fish?" Asked Mable. Cassie shook her head, the only one besides Mable to have any crackers left.
"That's why you don't go all in." She said. "Why would you guys start betting against her when I folded?" Some loud music started coming from outside, rattling the light above the table.
"Dude, I think I'm picking up a radio station inside my head." Said Soos. He turned his finger inside his ear to try and clean it out.
"Try blinking to see if you can change the channel!" Said Mable. Soos blinked a few times, trying.
"Wendy, Wendy!" Someone sang badly outside. Dipper held his hand to his head.
"Ough, sounds like Robbie."
"Robbie?" Asked Stan. "Is he that jerky twirp I see making goo-goo eyes at Wendy all the time?"
"He called me big dude once." Said Stan. "I mean, I know I'm a big dude, but, it kinda hurt."
"Should I sick Waddles on him again?" Mable went to pet Waddles, but he started chewing on her sweater. "Whoa! Easy tiger!"
"Nah, he'll leave as soon as he realizes that Wendy isn't here." Said Cassie. Just ignore it for now. Dipper stood up.
"I'll handle it."
"Whoa!" Said Mable, Stan, and Soos. Cassie shook her head. Stan laughed.
"Conflict!"
"I tried to make him avoid this, but I guess it's happening anyways." Muttered Cassie. She stood up. "I'll go watch him, make sure nothing bad happens." She followed Dipper to the door as he exited to confront Robbie.
"Wendy!" Shouted Robbie. "Wendy, Wendy!" Dipper walked up to him. "Wendy! Come on out, girl! Come on down!"
"You realize she's not here, right?" Asked Dipper.
"Psh, yes." Said Robbie, looking around. "What?"
"She's out camping with her family today." Stated Dipper. He crossed his arms. "Maybe if you listened to her for once, you'd know that." He muttered.
"What was that?" Asked Robbie, threateningly. Dipper quickly stumbled back on his words.
"I just said she's not here!" He replied quickly.
"No no no." Robbie set down his guitar. "You want to get into it, huh? Let's get into it, kid! You think I don't know what's been going on, huh? It's obvious you've got a thing for my girlfriend, don't you?" Dipper's confident demeanor dropped as Robbie pushed the point. He started backing up as Robbie advanced. "Don't you?" Robbie jabbed Dipper in the chest. "Don't you?"
"What? No!" Said Dipper, blushing. "Come on, man!" Robbie stopped advancing. "Psh, yeah! I'm certain she's just dying to ask out a 12 year old kid who wears the exact same shorts every day!" Robbie pulled out his phone. "Hey! Here's an idea! Why don't I call her right now and see if she wants to go out on a date with you?" Robbie began dialing her number.
"Hey! Look! Don't! You, you don't have to!"
"Ah! Don't! Please man!" Mocked Robbie. He held his phone up, his finger inches away from calling Wendy. "What are you gonna do, huh? Huh?" Robbie tapped the call button, and it started ringing. "What? What?"
"Hello?" Answered Wendy. Dipper reacted quickly, smacking Robbie's phone out of his hand. Both boys watched it sail away before it smashed on the ground, breaking it in half.
"My phone!" Robbie glared down at Dipper.
"I, I'll buy you a new one!" Stammered Dipper.
"Oh no, you're not getting off that easy!" Robbie grabbed Dipper by the shirt and yanked him up. Cassie walked up to him.
"Robbie, put, him, down." She said. Stan peeked out the window, then lifted it.
"Hey! I know a fight when I see one! Stay right there!" Stan left the window, letting it fall down. Robbie threw Dipper to the ground, knocking over a trash can.
"You, me! Circle Park, Three o Clock!" Robbie punched his hand, then walked away. "We finish this." Dipper watched him leave, terrified out of his mind. Cassie watched him walk off with disdain. Stan walked up with a popcorn bucket.
"Aw, he's gone! I was just gonna call the boys over to place a few bets!" He threw some popcorn in his mouth. "The smart money's on Skinny Jeans." Dipper just looked at him, before running inside. "Whoa, what's with him?"
"He's terrified." Said Cassie. "Come on!" She grabbed Stan and pulled him back into the Shack.
"Wha? Hey! Let go of me!" The two got inside to see Dipper pacing nervously.
"Go sit down." Stan reluctantly followed Cassie's order and sat down where he was before. Dipper continued pacing, talking to himself.
"What was I thinking?! I can't fight! I've never been in a fight before!" He held his arms out. "Look at these noodle arms!" He waved them a bit, emphasizing his point.
"Just bonk him over the head!" Said Stan. "It's nature's snooze button!"
"Boys!" Said Mable. "Why can't you learn to hate each other in secret? Like girls do?" Dipper continued to examine himself for every flaw he had against Robbie.
"Sure! Listen to your sister!" Laughed Stan. "Maybe you can share dresses too!" He slammed his hands on the table, making the crackers jump. "Boom!" Cassie shook her head.
"This is going to end in a fight, regardless of what happens."
"Maybe he'll just forget about it!" Said Dipper. "Maybe it'll just all blow over!" He was being very hopeful.
"I dunno Dipper." Said Soon. "Teenagers are dangerous. Those hormones turn them into some, like, killing machines."
"Really?" Asked Dipper, nervously.
"Oh yeah dude. My cousin Reggie got into a fight with a teen once, the guy broke, like, all his arms, all his legs, and I think killed him or something, I dunno. Me and Reggie were just talking about it." Dipper started hyperventilating and backed into the corner. Cassie sighed.
"Soos, if Reggie was killed by that Teen, then how was he talking to you?"
"I can't stay here." Said Dipper, scared out of his mind. "What if Robbie comes back? I gotta hide!" Stan sneered.
"Look kid, you've got yourself a choice here. You either go face him like a man, or you can hide indoors like a wimp. What'll it be?" Dipper looked down before suddenly bolting out the door, running for someplace to hide. "What the? Where's he going?" Cassie shook her head.
"I know where he is. Soos, come with me, you'll be able to find him." She stood up.
"I will?" He asked. Cassie grabbed his arm. "Okay, okay! I'm coming dude! Don't pull so hard."
Dipper sighed under the pinball game as Soos walked up to it. Cassie walked up next to him. "Wimp it is." He said, looking at Dipper. Dipper crawls out from under the game.
"Come on Soos! Robbie's like twice my size! I mean, what would getting myself killed accomplish? I just need to hide here until three o clock passes!" Dipper looked at his watch to see that it was just before noon. He sighed and slumped onto a table. "This day will never end!" Soos walked up to him.
"Relax Dipper, just try not to think about Robbie." Dipper looked up, only to jolt back as he looked at the many, many flyers Robbie put up, all of them proclaiming his band, and the words "You're Dead!" Cassie walked up to him.
"Dipper," she sighed, "I promised I wouldn't teach people, but, if it would make you feel better, I could show you a few moves to help you defend yourself." Dipper didn't move.
"Girl, why you ackin so cray cray?" Shouted someone on the screen. The audience cheered.
"Why you ackin so cray cray? will be back in a moment." Mable was sitting on the chair upside down next to Waddles, watching the TV.
"Ugh, poor Dipper." She said. "Hiding from Robbie, unable to face his fears." Waddles oinked.
"Fears are for chumps!" Said Stan. "That's why I don't have any!" He got up from his latest project and reached for something on the top shelf of a cabinet, trying to grab it. Mable walked up.
"You want me to go get a ladder?" Stan looked at her.
"We don't have one."
"What?" Stan turned to her.
"You know, studies show that keeping a ladder inside the house is more dangerous than a loaded gun. That's why I own ten guns. In case some maniac tries to sneak in a ladder!"
"Grunkle Stan, why you ackin so cray cray?"
"You're the one who's acting cray cray!" Retorted Stan, before he walked away quickly. "I gotta go now!" Mable considered what just happened.
"Why would Grunkle Stan be so weirded out by ladders?" She wondered aloud. She pondered it for a moment. "Of course!" She looked at Waddles. "I think he has a secret fear of heights!" Waddles oinked. "We'll have to test him to be sure. Or we could leave well enough alone." Mable looked at Waddles before shaking her head. "Nah!"
Soos moved the joystick of the game he was playing, cutting off his computer opponent, knocking it down. "Man, I wonder what it would be like to go inside a Video Game for real!" Cassie walked up to him.
"Not as fun as you would think." She said. Soos jumped.
"Dude, you've gotta stop doing that!" Soos thought of something, then grabbed a tool nearby.
"Soos, don't do it." Warned Cassie. Soos didn't listen, and opened up the game. He pulled back the panel and peered inside.
"I should've thought of this years ago!" He attempted to shove himself into the game, but barely managed to get half of himself in before he got stuck.
Dipper moved the joystick and pressed buttons. "Stupid Robbie! Such a jerk!" He was selecting his character from the roster to go against Dr. Karate. The game started up quickly.
"Round 1! Fight!" The game started, and Dipper focused. He pressed the buttons in rapid succession, but was swiftly defeated by the computer. "K.O.! Continue?"
"A Winner Never runs away from a Fight!" Yelled the character. Dipper sighed.
"That's easy for you to say. You have more than one life." Dipper checked his watch, only to see that it had only been a few minutes since he last checked. He groaned as Cassie walked up.
"You do know that the more you worry about it, the slower it'll come, right?" Dipper looked at her.
"How can I not worry about it?" He looked back at the game. "I wish one of these guys could fight Robbie for me." He grabbed another token.
"Be careful what you wish for." Said Cassie. Dipper attempted to put his coin in, only to barely miss it. The coin dropped, then rolled to the side of the machine. Dipper went down to pick it up when he saw something barely visible on the side. He rubbed the dust away, making it much more visible.
"To Unleash Ultimate Power?" He asked. "I do like things that are ultimate." He picked up the coin, then put it in. "Back, back, hold forward, back forward, down hold, quarter circle, forward, triple punch!" As he input the last command, the game shut down, turning off completely. Dipper looked at it confused. "I guess it didn't work." Cassie shook her head.
"Give it a moment." The game started rumbling, and Dipper backed away.
"Uh, Soos!" Cassie turned her head away.
"Brace yourself!" The game suddenly burst forth with a lot of light, forcing Dipper to turn away. He attempted to look back to it, squinting.
"Select your Character!" Said the game. Dipper took a half step back.
"Uh, Rumble McSkirmish?" The game glowed brighter for a moment, before pixelating. Rumble suddenly jumped from the game, spun in the air, then crashed to the ground, breaking the floor a little. He looked at Dipper, who slowly crawled up to him. "You're real?" He started holding out his hand, then prepared himself.
"High five!" The two said. Dipper recoiled quickly in pain. Cassie shook her head.
"Probably should've warned you about that." Dipper waved his hand.
"Ow! Your pixels are really sharp!" The two stood up, watching each other.
"Greetings, child boy. I am Rumble McSkirmish, from the USA! Punch, Kick, Punch, Kick!" As he said those words, he performed the actions, kicking Dipper with the last one.
"Ow!" He watched Rumble walk over to another machine. "Cool."
"Change Machine, change me into a powerful wolf!" Rumble wound up, then punched the machine, destroying it. Dipper looked at his watch.
"With Rumble around, Robbie will be so scared I won't even need to fight him! I've got the world's greatest fighter to be my bodyguard!" Rumble started beeping.
"I need power-ups!"
"This is so amazing!" Said Dipper. "I've gotta show Soos!"
"Good luck finding him." Said Cassie. Dipper looked around a bit.
"Soos?" Cassie shook her head, then leaned in to Dipper.
"Meet with me before you go meet with Robbie, okay?" She asked. She walked away.
A guy put his coin in a machine, they grabbed the joystick. He yelped as the screen came on. "Help! I'm trapped in the game!" Said Soos. "It was cool in theory, but in practice it was really boring!" The guy ran away, screaming. "It's not just a game anymore." Cassie walked up.
"Did I, or did I not warn you about doing that?" She asked.
"Help!" Yelled Soos.
Mable looked at Waddles. "Alright Waddles, it's time to begin Operation Get Stan Over his Fear of Heights!" Waddles oinked, then followed Mable as she walked. "I came up with that name." She walked into the living room to see Stan asleep. "Happy Great Uncles Day!" She yelled, pulling out a present. Stan shot up quickly, looking around.
"Huh?" He asked, before focusing on Mable. "There's a Great Uncles Day?" Mable laughed.
"Of course it's not a day I've made up!" Stan opened up the gift, and looked at what was inside confused.
"High heels?" He pulled them out. "You shouldn't have." He looked at Mable. "Seriously. Wh-what? What is this?"
"What's wrong?" Asked Mable, accusingly. "You saying these heels are too high? Do they make you, uncomfortable? Hm?"
"Maybe." Said Stan, getting up and walking over to the TV.
"Admit it! Admit that you have a fear of heights!" Said Mable. Stan started adjusting the rabbit ears on the TV before turning to her.
"What?! That's why you bought me these? You should be ashamed of yourself! And on Great Uncles Day no less!" He shook his head condescendingly. Mable frowned. "But no, I don't have a fear of heights." The TV stopped being static and started showing a show.
"We now return to World's Most Terrifying Skydiving!" Stan took one look at the guy on screen, then yelled as he stumbled backwards. "Ah ah ah! Turn it off!" He fell backwards over the skull he had next to the chair. Mable walked up and looked down at him. "So I have a fear of heights. Is that really so cray cray?"
Dipper rummaged through the fridge, trying to find something that would be considered a power-up. Rumble started trying to smack a fly, succeeding after only a few moments. "Ah ha!" He said.
"Well, we don't have any traditional power-ups." Said Dipper. "Turkey legs, pizza boxes, or gold rings, how about" he grabbed a taco, "half a taco?" He turned to Rumble with it.
"Place it on the floor." Dipper did so, and Rumble squatted down, collecting it. An inventory opened above Dipper, and scrolled over to the taco. It was selected, then used.
"I wish I could do that!" Said Dipper.
"Now I must defeat the world's greatest five fighters!" Said Rumble. "Take me to the Soviet Union!" Dipper put his hand to his chin.
"That's going to be tough, for a number of reasons, but I do know a fighter here in Gravity Falls." Rumble kneeled down.
"Maximum Power?" Dipper took out a flyer for Robbie's band.
"His name is Robbie V, and he's kinda like my arch enemy." Rumble looked over the flyer.
"Did he kill your father?" Asked Rumble.
"Well, he's dating the girl I like, and he posts a really annoying amount of status updates." Cassie peeked into the room.
"Don't lie, don't lie, don't lie." She thought.
"And then he killed your father." Stated Rumble.
"Uh, sure." Said Dipper. He turned to Rumble again as Cassie facepalmed. "Anyway, I was hoping you could, you know, scare him off for me so that I don't have to fight the guy." Rumble stood up, laughing.
"Your question makes my shoulders bounce!" He prepared himself again. "Fireball! Upercut! Downer Cut! Bowl of Punch!" He grabbed the punch bowl from the fridge and drank it all, before throwing it on the ground.
"So you'll protect me from Robbie?" Asked Dipper.
"Challenge Accepted! Press Start!" A Start button appeared next to Dipper, who looked at it for a moment, hesitant, before he pressed it. It vanished, and Dipper heard a door close.
"Uh oh! I think I hear my uncle! Stay perfectly still!" Rumble stopped moving around, but kept bouncing back and forth. "I said stay still!"
"This is as still as I can stay!" Cassie sighed, then walked into the room.
"Dipper, I hope you know what you're getting into." She said.
"Gah!" Dipper jumped back, surprised. "Can you seriously stop doing that?!" Rumble looked at her.
"Is this someone who works for Robbie V?" He asked.
"No, I am not related to him in any way." Said Cassie. "Just someone who likes to look out for everyone's well being." She turned to Dipper again. "Come find me in about ten minutes." She walked out of the room.
"Uh, okay." Said Dipper.
Mable was pacing in her room, trying to think of a solution. "How am I going to get Grunkle Stan over his fear of heights?" The door opened, and Dipper walked in with Rumble.
"Hey Mable!" Said Dipper. "Have you met Rumble yet?" Mable turned to him. "He's my new bodyguard."
"The child gave me a taco."
"Wow! He's got a crazy voice!" Said Mable. She grabbed a piece of paper and wrote something on it. "Here, say these words!" She handed it to Rumble, who read it.
"Effervescent! Apple Fritter! Riboflavin!"
"Mable, he's not a toy!" Complained Dipper. "He-he's a fighting machine! I'm going to get him to defend me from Robbie!"
"Isn't that kinda like cheating?" Asked Mable.
"Yes it is!" Said Cassie, poking her head in the room before walking away, carrying several things.
"I guess so." Said Dipper. "Well, I'll see ya after the fight!" Dipper grabbed Rumble's arm, guiding him to the door. Rumble continued reading the paper Mable had given him.
"Poop! Poop and butts!" Dipper left the room, only to be stopped by Cassie.
"You're coming with me, now." She said, grabbing Dipper's arm.
"Wait, what?" Asked Dipper, getting pulled by Cassie. "Let go of me!" Cassie continued pulling.
"Pardon us for a little bit, Rumble. I need to tell Dipper a few things before you go."
"Does it have to do with Robbie V?" Asked Rumble. "If it's something about my next match, I must know!" Cassie shook her head.
"No, nothing to do with Robbie." She said. "At least, not directly. Just a few things I need to tell Dipper."
"Anything you need to tell me can be told to him, too!" Argued Dipper.
"The child is right." Said Rumble. "He has asked me for his assistance! I must know everything I can about my next fight!" Cassie stopped pulling Dipper.
"Fine!" She said, annoyed. She turned to Rumble. "You get one chance! If you can land on hit on me, with only one attack, everything I have to say to Dipper will be told to you as well!" She got into a strange stance.
"But you are a girl." Stated Rumble.
"What'll it be?" Asked Cassie. "Do you need to know so badly that you need to give it a try?" Rumble prepared himself.
"Punch!" He yelled. As he thrust his arm forward, Cassie grabbed it and turned herself around, binding him for a few moments. "What? How can this be?"
"It's called reactive combat." Said Cassie, letting go of Rumble's arm. "Now come on Dipper, we don't have much time." Cassie grabbed Dipper again and pulled him into another room. Rumble looked at his arm.
"How did I lose?" He asked.
Cassie closed the door. "Okay, you've got me." Said Dipper. "Now what do you want?! It's almost 3!"
"You are getting some combat training." Said Cassie, getting back into her stance. "Now, ready up."
"What?" Asked Dipper. "What do you think I can do with these?!" He waved his arms to emphasize his point.
"A whole lot, actually." Said Cassie. "Do you really think I'm as strong as Rumble? It's all about how you use the tools you have. Your noodle arms, for example, can squeeze into just about any opening your opponent gives you. Even with how I'm standing, blocking as much of my body as possible, your arms can just bypass them, netting you a hit." She lowered her stance. "Anybody can blindly attack, but it's how you attack that's important." She brought her stance up again. "Now, try it."
"What?!" Asked Dipper. "No way! You'll cream me!" The door suddenly broke open, Rumble coming in.
"I heard the child screaming." He noticed Cassie's stance and how she was facing Dipper. "You lied! You are with Robbie V!" Cassie dropped her stance and sighed, looking down.
"Am I the only sane person here?" She mumbled. She looked back up at Rumble. "No, I am not working with Robbie. I was trying to teach Dipper how to fight." She shook her head. "Whatever, I tried. Go do your thing." She silently walked away. Rumble looked at Dipper.
"Is this true? Or do you need me to defend you from her too?" Dipper shook his head.
"No no, it's okay. She's okay. No need to defend me from her!" He looked at his watch. "We need to go. Come on!" Dipper ran out the door.
"I am coming!" Said Rumble.
Cassie walked into the same room as Mable. "So, how's your thing working?"
"I think I've come up with a foolproof idea!" She said. "I just need to trick Grunkle Stan into doing it!" Cassie laughed a little.
"Just grab a blindfold and tell a few small lies. It'll work. He's really bored right now."
"Got it! Thanks!" Mable grabbed a sweater then finished her plan.
Dipper and Rumble walked down the main street, heading towards Robbie. "Tell me about my opponent's special moves." Said Rumble.
"Don't worry. As soon as he sees you, he's going to wet his pants!" Said Dipper.
"His wet pants will be no match for this!" Rumble suddenly pulled out a large pipe and began swinging it around.
"Whoa! Where'd that come from?" Asked Dipper.
"I punched an oil drum!"
"Trust me, you won't need that! Just, give him a good scare!"
"Yes!" Rumble threw the pipe behind him, then knelt down and grabbed a sword. "With this!" He began swinging it haphazardly.
"This street has really dangerous litter." Noted Dipper.
Stan started sipping his soda while watching TV, as Mable snuck up behind his chair. "Hey Grunkle Stan!" Stan spit out his drink as Mable ran in front of him. "How would you like to go take a walk, nowhere in particular, while wearing a blindfold?"
"Eh, beats just sitting around being old." Stan started to get up, then stopped. "Wait a minute!" He sat back down. "You're not planning on taking me somewhere super high up, are you?"
"Grunkle Stan! I would never!" Mable quickly put on the sweater she had grabbed, showing a scout symbol on the front. "Scout's honor!"
"Alright, let's go." Stan got up and went to get dressed. Mable turned after him, laughing, before she let down her hair to cover the crossed fingers on the back.
Dipper approached Robbie just as the clock struck 3. Robbie turned to him. "Well well well, look who decided to show up!" He jumped off the bench he was on, then walked up to Dipper. "I thought you'd chicken out! You ready to settle this like men?" Dipper took a quick breath.
"Look dude, I don't think you want to fight me. Let's just call this thing off before someone gets hurt!"
"You scared, huh?" Asked Robbie. "Is that it?" Dipper smiled.
"Okay dude, you asked for it." He snapped, and Rumble walked up.
"Who's your friend? And why is he, blurry?" Asked Robbie.
"This happens to be the greatest warrior that ever lived." Explained Dipper.
"Yeah, right!" Said Robbie. "Hey eyepatch, what did the kid promise you? More tape for your forearms?" Robbie laughed a little as Cassie ran up.
"Oh no, I'm too late to stop it!" She said to herself. Rumble pointed at Robbie.
"How can you laugh, when you killed this boy's father?!"
"Wait, what?" Asked Robbie.
"I'm giving you one last chance, back down, or this guy's going to go nuts."
"How 'bout you back down, kid?" Asked Robbie, jabbing Dipper in the chest.
"You asked for it." Said Dipper. "Rumble, go!" Robbie laughed, but stopped as quickly as he ducked under Rumble's first punch.
"What the?!" Robbie started running, only for Rumble to grab his hood, pulling him back and lifting him up. "Whoa whoa whoa wha-what is happening?!"
"I didn't want to have to do this man, but you gave me no choice!" Said Dipper. "Maybe now you won't mess with me" Cassie ran towards them as Rumble laughed, before he threw Robbie towards the ground. Cassie jumped into him, both of them rolling away. Robbie looked at her.
"What the? You?"
"Whoa!" Said Dipper. "Rumble! You can stop! I think Robbie's had enough!" Robbie suddenly coughed up a bit of grass and dirt that had gotten in his mouth. Rumble walked up to him and Cassie, before grabbing Robbie by the hood again and throwing him up.
"Rumble Throw!" Robbie screamed as he went up.
"Stop! I said stop!" Yelled Dipper. Robbie landed in the top square of the jungle gym.
"Wh-what the?! That guy's crazy!" He yelled. Dipper turned to Rumble as he charged up another attack.
"Super fireball!" Robbie jumped out of the jungle gym as Rumble shot his attack, making the jungle gym explode. Robbie landed a few yards away, before quickly getting up and running away.
"What the heck was that?!" Asked Dipper. "You were only supposed to scare him! You almost killed him!" Rumble turned to him.
"I will not rest until the man who dishonored you is destroyed!" Rumble punched a flyer Robbie had put up, nearly sending the tree it was on tumbling down before running after Robbie, punching everything remotely in his way. "Punch!" Dipper looked on, stunned.
"This isn't good."
"Ya think?!" Yelled Cassie. The tree Rumble had punched fell over. She jumped to her feet, and grabbed Dipper's arm. "Come on, we've gotta stop him!" Cassie pulled Dipper with her.
"I think I know where he'll go first!" Cassie slowed down to let Dipper lead, following the path of destruction that was left by Rumble. They ran up to a large building. "Something told me this would be his first stop." The two looked up at the building, just to see a window suddenly shatter as a barrel crashed through it. Robbie jumped out of it, narrowly avoiding another one. He jumped to the ladder just as Rumble broke through the wall, carrying another barrel.
"Ah! Chill out man!" Yelled Robbie. Rumble threw the barrel, just barely missing Robbie. It crashed down in front of Dipper, who jumped back. Cassie watched closely.
"You should've taken the training I was trying to give you!" She scolded.
"Please! Rumble! You've gotta stop!" Yelled Dipper. Robbie went down the ladder as fast as he could as Rumble threw another barrel rolling it towards him. Robbie ran to the next ladder and went down it. He then jumped over the barrel Rumble had thrown towards him, somehow gaining 500 points. He jumped over another, gaining another 500. Robbie jumped down and continued running, just before Rumble jumped down, smashing a small stack of crates. He stood back up quickly. "Rumble! Wait!" Yelled Dipper. Rumble grabbed the nearest sign, ripping it out of the ground before throwing it at Robbie. He continued running, avoiding the sign. Rumble continued following him, destroying anything along the street.
"Punch punch punch!" The word Go flashed in front of him before he continued.
"You don't have to do this!" Said Dipper, trying to run after Rumble, but quickly slowing down. "At least, pace yourself." Dipper stopped to catch his breath. "You might get a cramp." He was mostly talking about himself as he got a cramp. Cassie ran up next to him.
"We're working on your stamina tomorrow." She said, picking him up and running after Rumble.
A father dropped a set of keys into his son's hands. "I love you dad!" Robbie ran past them as they hugged, screaming. Rumble ran up as the words Bonus Round appeared above them. He began punching the car rapidly, breaking it down.
"Wh-what the?" Asked the son. Rumble laughed as he got a perfect score, before resuming the chase. The son landed on his knees. "Oh, my car!"
"We'll just buy another one." Said the dad.
"I love being rich!"
Robbie ran past a barbeque buffet line, followed quickly by Rumble, who smashed up the grill with an uppercut punch."All you can eat!" Cassie ran past with Dipper on her back, who splashed some water in his face. The two continued to chase after Robbie and Rumble as Soos pulled up next to them in his pickup.
"Hey dudes!" He said.
"Soos!" Exclaimed Dipper. "Where have you been?"
"Uh, long story man." Soos looked at the remaining game pieces on himself. "Dude, did ya see that video game guy destroying everything in sight? Haha, it's crazy!"
"Yeah, I, I kinda, sorta, brought him to life to be my bodyguard." Explained Dipper. "But now I have to stop him before he kills Robbie!" Soos thought for a moment.
"You need an amiable sidekick with a pickup truck?"
"You know I do!" Said Dipper.
"I'm coming with." Said Cassie. She and Dipper climbed in, and Soos followed Rumble.
Mable and Stan stood on the water tower, the wind shearing past them. "Take off your blindfold, now!" Yelled Mable. Stan took it off and looked down.
"Yeah, that's pretty much what I was expecting."
"You're doing better than I thought!" Said Mable. "Now let go of the hand rail." Stan kept his death grip on it.
"Nope!" He squeaked. Mable smelled something.
"Hey, do you smell anger and hormones?" Robbie scrambled up the ladder, breathing heavily.
"Finally! I'm safe!"
"Hey Robbie!" Said Mable. "Get your own Water Tower!"
"Sh! Keep it down! He'll find us!"
"Challenger Sighted!" Robbie looked down to see Rumble standing at the base of the tower.
"Gah!" Yelled Robbie. Soos drove up.
"Time to save the day, dude!" Dipper got out of the pickup quickly and started running.
"Thanks Soos." Said Cassie. "I was getting tired." She left quickly, catching up to Dipper.
"You can hide, but you cannot hide!" Said Rumble.
"Rumble! This has to stop!" Said Dipper. "Please! Listen to me!" Rumble paid no heed.
"Kick!" He kicked one of the supports, making the tower wobble.
"Ah!" Yelled Robbie.
"What was that?!" Asked Mable.
"Oh boy!" Said Stan. Rumble continued his assault on the tower's support, breaking it down quickly.
"We're safe, right?!" Asked Mable.
"Of course not!" Yelled Stan. "This thing is on stilts, high high up!" Rumble punched the support again, breaking it further.
"Punch!" Robbie lose his balance as Stan and Mable ran around the top of the tower in panic, falling down. He yelled as he fell, only to be stopped by Rumble grabbing him by the hood.
"Finish Him!" Came a voice, and Rumble brought his fist back to do so.
"No no no! Don't! Don't finish me!" Begged Robbie. Rumble pulled his fist back, charging energy, only to suddenly turn as a coin hit him.
"Rumble!" Yelled Dipper, holding two pieces of wood like cutscene bars. He threw them on the ground before walking up to Rumble. "Rumble, I have something to tell you. Robbie," Dipper paused for a moment, before regaining his resolve, "Robbie didn't kill my father." Rumble gasped.
"Then who did?!"
"What? No one did! I, I lied to you."
"Huh!?" Yelled Rumble. "Then you're actually a, bad guy!"
"I guess I kinda am." Said Dipper. Cassie walked up, and got into her fighting stance.
"Prepare yourself." She warned. Rumble hung Robbie on a branch by his hood, before turning away.
"My entire journey, a lie." He monologued to himself. "My honor has been insulted. Sensei warned me not to join the path of evil, the boy has led me astray of my teachings." He stopped his musings. "If Robbie V is not the last stage, then it must be" Rumble turned quickly and pointed at Dipper, "you!" He yelled. A start button appeared next to Dipper again, and Soos ran up.
"Dude! Don't fight him man! That guy has like a black belt wrapped around his black belt! You could get killed!"
"I have to." Said Dipper. "I started all this, I've got to at least try to stop it."
"You sure you wouldn't rather hide like a wimp?" Asked Soos. Dipper raised his hand to push the button, then paused for a moment. Cassie grabbed his hand, and pressed the start button with him.
"We're doing this together." She said. Dipper looked at her, and nodded.
"Fight like a man it is." Said Soos.
"A two on one fight?" Asked Rumble. "You are truly despicable!" Cassie got into her fighting stance, ready to go.
"Says the guy who was going to fight a 12 year old less than a fifth his size!" She looked up to see three health bars fill up, one for each of them. Dipper started rolling his fists in front of himself.
"Ready?" Asked a voice. Rumble bounced on his heels, ready. Cassie's stance remained unmoving, just as ready. Dipper started bouncing on his heels, mostly ready. Soos covered his eyes with one hand, only to split his fingers and start recording on his phone. "Fight!" Rumble and Dipper ran forward, only for Cassie to grab Dipper and hold him back. Rumble charged up an attack.
"Fireball throw Lightning Ball throw! Fire!" Rumble launched his attack, which Dipper barely dodged thanks to Cassie pulling him to the side. It crashed into a tree, blowing it up. Dipper looks back to see Rumble winding up a kick. It slams into Dipper, draining his health by about a third. Rumble winds up a punch to hit Cassie, who suddenly leans down to avoid it and jumps between his legs, knocking them down from under him. "Hey!" He got up, before turning back to Dipper while laughing. "You fight like a girl! Who is also a baby!" Dipper got up and growled, before suddenly charging in. He landed a jumping uppercut on Rumble.
"Dude!" Said Soos. Rumble fell backwards, nearly landing on Cassie. His health dropped by a microscopic portion, making Dipper drop his smile.
"Oh no!" He started running as Rumble got back up and turned to Cassie. Soos climbed a tree to attempt to mess with Rumble's health bar, but his hand just went through it.
"It was worth a shot."
"You're not Deadpool, Soos." Said Cassie. "You can't mess with the graphics!" Rumble threw another punch at her, which she deftly dodged, only to get hit by his other hand. Her health bar dropped as she stumbled, getting hit by another attack.
"You are a worthy opponent, but you are not worthy enough!" Rumble turned and chased after Dipper, sending another attack at him. It crashed into the tree next to him, and Dipper grabbed onto a tree branch and climbed up, trying to get away. Rumble ran up, then started walking back and forth beneath Dipper.
"No! I have no looking up animation!" Cassie got back up.
"Dipper! You exist outside of the game he comes from! Use that to your advantage!" She called. Rumble attempted to look up, only to fall over and land flat on the ground, quite literally. He punched the air a few times. Dipper laughed, then jumped down. "What should I do?" He asked as Soos walked up. "Roll him up and put him on my wall?"
"Dude, we should rock paper scissors for him!" Said Soos.
"Get out of there!" Yelled Cassie, running up to tackle them out of the way.
"Fist Punch Rain!" Yelled Rumble. Fists started raining down from above, hitting all three. Cassie's health dropped to 0, and she fell over, defeated.
"Ow." She mumbled. The fists rained down everywhere, breaking everything around. Dipper sat up and put out the fire that had started on his hat as Rumble walked up to him. He stood up.
"Never underestimate that I have punches!" Claimed Rumble. He began charging energy and Dipper looked up to see that Cassie was out and that he had very little left. He looked back at Rumble, before thinking of something. He lowered his arms, before spreading them out, accepting what was to come. Rumble began punching him.
"Super Power Ninja Turbo Neo Ultra Hyper Mega Multi Alpha Meta Extra Uber Prefix Combo!" To anybody watching, it appeared as if the area just went dark, before an explosion in the shape of a fist rocketed out. The area flashed brightly, before revealing Rumble with his back turned, victorious, both Dipper and Cassie on the ground.
"You sir truly are the champion of champions." Said Dipper.
"Ugh, I don't even want to know what that felt like." Said Cassie. "Just watching it was painful."
"Rumble Wins!" Said a voice.
"Winners don't lose!" Said Rumble.
"I wouldn't be too sure about that, man." Said Dipper.
"He's right." Said Cassie. "You beat the last stage, didn't you?"
"Game over!" Said a voice.
"What?" Asked Rumble as he began to disintegrate. "No! Nooooo!" Dipper got back up.
"Game over, old friend." Cassie slowly got up.
"I did not like doing that." She said. She looked up as Dipper started walking towards her. "You going to claim your score?" Dipper looked back, then pressed the letters, making them spell out DIP. Soos walked up.
"Heheh, nice one dude." Cassie turned and looked at the water tower, specifically at Stan and Mable.
"I'm sorry Grunkle Stan!" Said Mable. "I thought this would help but I was wrong! So wrong!" Stan let go of the railing, then patted himself down.
"I, I survived! I survived and I feel great!" He thought for a moment. "Wait, let me do a cocky dance just to be sure." She swung his hips a bit. "A lala loo, didely do! Boodely boo! Haha! Deal with it world! Stan Pines has cured his fear of heights!" He started down the ladder, only to look at Mable. "You coming kid?" Mable shook her head. "Hey, what's the matter? You got a fear of heights now?" Stan laughed, before realizing what it meant. "Uh oh."
Robbie yanked his hood, letting himself drop down into a bush. Dipper walked up to him as he climbed out. "What? Wh-who was that guy?! Why is it that whenever you're around, there's always ghosts or monsters, or whatever?!"
"I dunno man." Said Dipper.
"That guy almost broke my neck!" Continued Robbie. "You know how mad I am right now?!"
"So, I guess you and I have to fight now, huh?" Asked Dipper. "Go ahead man, do your worst. I just want to get this over with."
"Oh man, I am so going to enjoy this!" Robbie pulled his fist back, and Dipper just put out his arms, once again accepting his fate. Robbie paused. "Aren't you gonna run?"
"Nope." Robbie looked at his fist.
"Are you sure?" Dipper just nodded. Robbie attempted to bring himself to hit Dipper, before dropping his fist. "Pfft! It's not even worth it! I play lead guitarist, I gotta save my hands."
"Hey guys!" Said Wendy, surprising both boys. "I heard some crazy screaming back here!" They both turned.
"Wendy?" They asked.
"You're back!" Said Dipper.
"Yeah man." Wendy looked around a bit. "Whoa? What the heck happened here? Freak tornado or something?"
"Uh, well" both Robbie and Dipper stuttered.
"And why are your faces all jacked up? You guys weren't fighting each other, were you? I hate it when guys fight!"
"No, fighting?" Asked Dipper.
"No, why would we?" Asked Robbie.
"Never!" Agreed Dipper. "Yeah, we actually fell down trying to stop two other guys from fighting each other." Dipper glanced at Robbie.
"Cool." Said Wendy. "Really makes me happy to see my two boys hangin' out. I got some unpacking to do, text you guys later." Wendy gave Robbie a kiss before rubbing Dipper's head. She walked back to her family as they both gave a sigh of relief.
"Did you hear that?" Asked Dipper. "She called me one of her two boys!"
"She was looking at me, though." Countered Robbie. Dipper turned to him.
"Look Robbie, if we stay at each other's throats, we'll both lose Wendy. We need to make a Cold War pact."
"Okay. What's that?"
"We need to learn to just hate each other, in silence." Explained Dipper.
"You mean like, what girls do?"
"Yeah, exactly! What girls do." Cassie started walking away.
"I'm going to be sore tomorrow." She complained. "You two done making your agreement? I kinda want to get back to the Shack and just try to recover." The two looked at each other, then followed after her.
"Hey!" Called Dipper. "Wait up!"
The next day, Dipper and Robbie were listening to Wendy tell a story about what she did while she was gone. "So then I told Thompson 'Hey, save some for the rest of us!'" All three laughed.
"Good one Wendy." Said Robbie.
"Good one Wendy!" Said Dipper. "That's great." Wendy dropped her brush.
"Aw man, just a second." She bent down to pick it up, and Dipper and Robbie glared at each other. Robbie dragged his finger across his neck, and Dipper made a fist in response, growling very slightly. Wendy came back up and the two returned to how they were, not letting the secret get out. "So, as I was saying" the two laughed again.
"Oh yeah, I know, you're the best!" Said Robbie.
"Yeah!" Agreed Dipper. Cassie watched them from the other room.
"They may not like each other, but they will become friends." She thought. She shook her head. "It'll just take a while."
