Okay! So this is the last chapter! It's pretty short because its more of an epilogue kinda thing. I just finished writing it yesterday and I realized that today is two years since I posted the first chapter. So that's kinda cool. Thank you to everyone who read this to the end. I don't think I'm the best writer and it took me forever to finish this so thanks for reading! Also thanks to Lobster for giving me the idea to write this in the first place. Please leave a review and tell me what you thought of this story!

It's been about a year since Ross and Rachel got back together. It's going well for the most part. Rachel still loves her job in Paris just as much as she did when she first started. She really feels like she's doing well in the fashion world.

Ross has been able to get some time off from work and has spent a good amount of time with Emma and Rachel in Paris in the last year. They've been happy. For the first time, the three of them really feel like a family.

Today everyone is back in New York at Phoebe and Mike's apartment to celebrate their son's first birthday. After a lot of thinking, they decided to name him after Joey. Phoebe felt like she owed it to Joey after she named one of the triplets after Chandler instead of him. Joey was overjoyed when they told him.

When Ross, Rachel, and Emma come through the door, Phoebe immediately runs in to hug them.

"I'm so happy you guys are here!" she says, bending down to hug Emma. She turns to Rachel. "I was worried you were gonna have to work or something."

"We wouldn't miss this." Rachel says, smiling. And she means it. To her, this day feels like the moment when everything she wanted is coming together. Things started to fall into place one by one and now she is truly happy. First she got her dream job in Paris, then she and Ross got back together, and now she's getting to spend time with all the people she loves for the first time in months.

It's not that everything is perfect. Ross and Rachel still have some issues to work through and it's hard for Rachel to spend so much time apart from him and her friends. But they're willing to try and that's why it works.

When everyone is eating dinner together that night it feels almost like old times when the six of them would all get together and hang out. But at the same time it's totally different. It's far more chaotic for one thing, with four small children running around. But it doesn't matter. Because everything that's happened in the past year led to the way things are now. And Rachel loves the way things are now. She feels like after all these years of trying to figure out what she wants in life, things are finally the way she wants them to be.
