(Well.. On we go).

On the island of Patch. . A home, no more than two stories, was burning. The case was unknown but the lives of two innocent girls, were in danger.

Outside of the house, the burning was watched by a pair of red eyes. A woman, dressed in a black and red robe, with a sword and mask. Raven Brawnwen. She ztood there, hoping to observe someone. Her ex-husband, who was caught in the explosion that caused the fire.

Infuriated by the circumstances, she yelled, "If only you'd come with me, when you had the chance, Tai! None of this would've happened! " She heard screaming. She looked inside the burning house, to see her seven year old daughter, who she left with Tai years ago. And, the five year old daughter , of her deceased teammate, Summer Rose.

Raven rushed in, despite her urge to survive. She saved her daughter, and her teammate's daughter. She took them back to her tribe. They woke up.

Yang looked at their savior, and had to hold back tears. She said, curious, "M-Mommy?" She hadn't seen her mother before, but had her picture. If her mother saved them.. It meant something.

Raven let tears drop down her face, "Yes, Yang. It's me." Years ago, she left this girl with Tai. She'd had no problem then but.. Now.m She just felt so.. Guilty.

Ruby woke up ,and looked at Raven. Raven hugged the girl, as she cried. She whispered, "Adorable. Just like your mother." She'd known Summer for years. Looking at her daughter. . It was like looking at her old teammate, for the first time, all over again. She hugged the little girl, as tight as she could.

Ruby asked, "You're.. Yang's mommy?" She'd heard stories of Raven. . But, she'd liked to meet. Now she has.

Raven said, "Yes, I am. Now.." She didn't know what to say. How do you tell, two little girls, their father is dead, and their home is gone?

It appeared she didn't have to. They knew it already. That night.. As the two girls slept.. They never let go of Raven.

(A few days later ).

Raven introduced Yang and Ruby, to the tribe. They were surprised to see their fearsome leader have a daughter, but quickly warmed up to it. The girls were welcomed into the tribe and a feast was made, to celebrate their joining the tribe.

Raven trained them both, personally. Their training went well. . Raven always made sure of that. She would, one day, pass leadership to Yang. She needed to make sure, the girl could handle it.

One day, something happened. Ruby called Raven 'mommy.'

Ruby, cowered , trying to apologize.

Raven said, "Shh. It's okay. You're Yang's sister. In my heart.. I see you, as another daughter. You can call me 'mommy' anytime you want. "

Ruby replied, "Okay, mommy. " The two hugged. Yang was happy to see her sister, be accepted as an official member of the family.
