MESSAGE FROM THE AUTHOR (REVIEWS RESPONSE)

Hello my dear readers. It's me, ya' boi jido96.

I'm posting this message because there are two things I would like to clarify. Don't worry, this isn't about the continuation of this story or anything like that. This has to do with the reviews that have been posted here and some of the issues I've noticed these past few days. I feel the need to do this because I want every single one of you to be aware of what I'm about to tell you, and this is the best way I have to make it public.

The first issue I want to talk about are the "guest" reviews. Unless I have my facts wrong, guest reviews are reviews posted by users who haven't logged into their accounts or aren't following this story, so please correct me if I'm mistaken about this. In any case, Fanfiction doesn't allow me to reply to reviews posted by guests or by those whose usernames appear in black letters instead of blue in the reviews section (AvidReader, if you're reading this, now you know why I haven't replied to your very welcomed reviews and suggestions). If any of you wants me to respond to your reviews, I'm going to have to ask you to either log into your accounts before posting a review or to send me a private message, which I will gladly respond to. Otherwise, I have no way of getting back at you, or at least I have yet to figure out another alternative.

The second issue also has to do with the reviews. Upon uploading chapter 13, I received several review alerts from the notification system and read all of them. However, when I opened the chapter to check the reviews, none of them appeared in the reviews section. I believe this was due to a website problem or something similar. Thankfully, your reviews do appear now. However, a few users complained to me about this, asking me why their reviews weren't there and if I had deleted them.

Let me make this perfectly clear: I have never, EVER, deleted reviews from any of my stories, nor will I ever do. If you read this story, you are entitled to praise or criticize any aspect of it and I will not try to silence your opinions. If your review doesn't show up, I assure you I had nothing to do with it.

That's about all for now. I hope this helps the readers of this story understand why I haven't responded some of your reviews or why they don't appear sometimes. I intend to delete this message as soon as I upload chapter 14, so please remember this message the next time you post a review.
