"I suppose you've encountered some terrifying things in your time as Ant-Man?"
Hope was gazing up at Scott from the opposite side of the dining table he was sat at. The pair were talking in hushed voices so no one in the restaurant they were dating in would learn of their superhero alter egos.
"Oh you wouldn't believe the things I've encountered!" Scott nodded. "It's a scary world out there when you're only half an inch!"
"But surely the scariest thing you've faced is Yellow Jacket?" Hope laughed heartily. "And you easily dealt with him!"
"Oh no, Hope! I've encountered something far more terrifying than him! Way worse than Yellow Jacket will ever be!"
Hope's smile faded. Her eyes widened at her boyfriend's words he spoke in a dramatic tone. Interest filled her gaze to learn about what it was he spoke of.
"Something ... scarier than Yellow Jacket?"
"Scariest thing I'd ever seen in my life! I'll never forget how I had to risk life and limb when I encountered this...this...thing!" Scott shuddered, closing his eyes as he remembered. "Those sinister-looking eyes...That huge, creepy smile... There's no doubt about it that this was the most menacing monster on the planet! I'll never again see something as horrible and scary as him!"
Hope had gone pale as she had listened to Scott's description of what he had encountered. It certainly sounded far worse than Yellow Jacket. Her boyfriend was lucky to be here to tell the tale of this frightening creature he had encountered.
"What was his name?" Hope asked.
Scott opened his eyes, gazing solemnly at his alarmed girlfriend as he gave the name of the terrifying being he had been recalling his horrible memories of.
"Thomas the Tank Engine!"
The end.
