Since Thanksgiving is next Month..here you go.

Paul watched the clock in anticipation, his mind counting down the seconds until she was home. God he missed her so much and to watch her leave two years ago broke him in two. She was coming back this time around for a visit. He wanted to show her he was a changed man and that he would do anything for her.

The snow was picking up and Paul could imagine her walking through the front door now with a pink nose and snow covered hair. He invited her over for Thanksgiving knowing that her dad would be in La Push. It was perfect.

The door bell rang and Paul shot up with nerves. He wiped his hands on his pants and ran a hand through his hair. He was a wolf for god sakes and vampires should have him scared shitless but his little human had him feeling butterflies. He took a breath and made his way to the door narrowly missing the edge of the counter. "Dammit." He muttered as he fumbled his way to the door. He finally got the door open to see exactly what he envisioned along with her giggiling. "Bella." He breathed out smiling. Bella nodded and looked around as she still stood outside. "Yeah. I think I'm the only Bella here. Can I come in?" Paul opened the door wider and moved to the side. "Yeah, yeah. Sorry. Here I'll take your coat." Bella walked inside and was instantly ingulfed in warmth as the door closed. Paul slipped her jacket off and hung it on the rack next to the door.

"Here, I've got dinner set up. Wine?" He asked as Bella made her way to the kitchen. "Yes please." Paul grabbed the glasses and filled them mid way and went about fixing their plates. Within a few minutes, he had a plate full of food and a glass set right in front of her. "Wow. You cooked this?" She asked as he finally made his way across from her sitting with his own plate. "Yeah. I've been taking lessons." He admitted sheepishly. Bella looked around the table and nodded to herself. "You did good." She praised. Paul smiled and the two settled into their food and conversed about the years that have gone by.

Paul looked at the time seeing as it was close to midnight. "You look tired. Are you staying at the Clearwater's?" Bella too looked at the clock and shook her head. "No. I was kind of hoping I could stay here tonight. If you don't mind." Paul shook his head. "No I don't mind. I'll get you some blankets." Paul made his way to the linen closet while Bella finished up the evenings dishes. "Paul? I'm going to take a shower okay?" Bella called out as she made her way to the living room and the ajoining bathrooom.

By the time Bella was out, Paul had the couch comfy and put together. He would've given her his bed but he knew she'd object. "Thanks." She called out as she made her way to the couch and as soon as she laid down, she was out like a light.

Paul stayed sleeping hoping that he could sleep Bella's impending leave away. He didn't want to see her go. He woke to the smell of bacon and eggs. He assumed it was Emily as he heard Bella leave hours ago. He groaned as the door opened with food. "Em, I'm not hungry. Go back to Sam. I'll be over later." He heard laughter that did not belong to Emily and opened one eye towards his bedroom door. "Well...I'm not Emily, but I can cook like her." Bella smiled as she set his tray of food down. "I thought you left." He whispered as he sat up.

Bella rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly. "About that. I didn't come just to visit. I came to stay." She laid her hand on Paul's cheek. Paul closed his eyes and breathed deeply through his nose. "Here? With me?" Bella nodded when he opened his eyes. "If you'll have me." Paul sat up and grasped Bella's face with both hands as her scent wafted towards him. He gently kissed her lips and nuzzled her hair. "Of course. Always."
