You Know His Mind

During "Turnabout Intruder":

"You're closer to Jim Kirk than any one else in the universe.  You know his mind.  What does your telepathic mind tell you?"

Spock hesitated only for a moment, then placed his hands on the woman's face, preparing to join their minds---

---but they were already joined, the brightness of the bond filling Spock's soul.  He felt the intangible tendrils of Jim's mind caress his, as gentle as his hands on sensitive flesh.  He felt the wholeness that was Jim and he would have given a pleasured gasp had he not been ever-so aware of the guard watching curiously by the door.  Eager to prove himself, Jim's being suffused his mind with images, emotions, and thoughts they alone had shared, that no one else could know: the feeling of his silky hair tangled in Jim's fingers, his lips on the captain's sensitive flesh, his hot tongue tracing paths of exquisite fire on pleasure-swollen skin.  Spock's mind moaned softly at the sensation, and he could see Jim's eyes now in the brightness of his soul, Jim's eyes that were not Jim's eyes…

He stepped back.

The link was broken.

He said, careful impersonality in his voice, his manner, "I believe you."

A/N:  I hope you liked it!  Star Trek does not belong to me.
