AN: Just thought of this, like 10 minutes ago, and had to put it on paper/screen. Sorry for any mistakes in vocabulary or grammar. English is not my first language. Too excited to proof-read.
"But... but, what?", Kurt asked, his blue eyes widened in anticipation.
Blaine stared back, his mind blank for a moment, before - still holding on to Kurt's hands - he fell to his knees in front of this wonderful man.
Kurt's mouth dropped open in shock.
"Kurt, will you marry me today?", Blaine rushed the words in his head out of his mouth.
Kurt weakly tried to pull his hands away, but Blaine wouldn't let go.
"Blaine...", he started.
"No. Kurt. Let me talk", Blaine said, trying to come up with a way to explain his feelings.
"We- we've been through so much", he said. "And we love each other", and wasn't that what mattered the most!?
Looking Kurt steadily in the eyes, letting him see that he was completely serious, he went on.
"You are my soulmate, Kurt", he confessed. "I've believed that since the moment, I first realized my feelings for you. But at times, I was stupid and doubted it."
Blaine glanced down and their clasped hands, as he quietly whispered the last sentence.
When he looked back up, Kurt saw the regret and hurt in his eyes and couldn't help but squeeze Blaine's hands in comfort.
"But now, I'm sure", Blaine continued. "I am sure, I feel it... that there is no person in this world I'd rather spend the rest of my life with. Don't you feel it, too?"
Kurt looked into Blaine's eyes and only saw certainty in them.
His heart still thumped hard and fast in his chest, as it had been doing since he realized what Brittany's dream was.
If he wasn't so overwhelmed, he'd probably be concerned.
He searched for words, but couldn't come up with any.
Because Blaine had said them all.
Warmth spread through Kurt's body as he went over Blaine's little speech in his head and realized, that he had spoken exactly what Kurt felt.
As if their hearts and souls were already one.
"I do", he answered quietly. "I- I do feel that way, too", he then repeated louder and more sure.
"So, wait. You mean...?", Blaine asked hopeful.
"Yes. Yes, this is still absolutely insane, but let's do it!", Kurt said, a big smile on his face.
Blaine rushed to his feet, grabbed Kurt's face and kissed him passionately to Brittany and Sue cheering and clapping in the background.
"Alright, ladies", Santana said, as she stood up and went to seperate the couple after a few seconds. "Save some for the honeymoon. We've got a double wedding to get ready for!"
Santana and Brittany took Kurt and Blaine by their shoulders, grabbed the respective cardboard counterparts and steered them towards two small dressing rooms.
Kurt and Blaine kept grinning at each other like fools, until the doors blocked their sights. As Brittany and Santana returned to the main room, smiling contently, Sue bounced on her heels, trying to contain her excitement.
"It's a good thing, you already allowed me to stay", she said directed an Santana. "I might have killed you, had I missed Klaine getting married."
She spun around and went to take her seat next to the aisle.
